Enjoyed my stay! Not too fancy but gets the job done, clean and safe. Had my own bathroom so don't forget to request that if you don't want to share, though the shared was clean as well. Loved it!

Each room has a bed and sink, toilets and showers are shared. Nice staff, comfy beds. Slightly musty smell but otherwise alright. Good location.

The rate is great and so is the location. It was nice to be able to walk places and to have the pool table and things to do downstairs.

The only problem is the parking but hotel residents get discount on in the private parking garage 2 min away walking (28$ instead of 35$ a night... yes SF is super expensive like everything everywhere in California) I highly recommend Ansonia !
