    Good area in the city. Place smelled horrible from the minute. You walk in up to the room.. the room smelled horribly, and there was melted a wax candle all over one wall. Many weird people parked outside of their cars and sitting outside the lobby area very sketchy.

    Dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed at. Smelt like cat urine. Towels stained. Shower and sink with burn marks. On stayed cause I was so exhausted. I took a 2 hour nap and left. I will never even look at this hotel ever again. I'll just sleep in my truck before I stay here again

    Upon arrival, we had to go through 3 rooms due to one the bed was half messed up, second room key unlocked the entrance yet the room was locked from the inside because someone was in it and we finally stayed on third try. Waited for the elevator for almost 10min and it was due to kids holding the elevator because they were playing with the elevator (kids that live there) they have people that live in some of these rooms . The room next to our room, would have loud preaching noises around 4:30 each morning and we couldn’t sleep at all. Bed was uncomfortable, had only 2 towels, no coffee in our room and the shower curtain holder was coming off the wall !!! If you want to feel safe and want a clean place to stay “Do Not Book Here” The atmosphere was pretty scary, bums hanging outside entrance of facility, we witnessed what we believe 2 guys with a prostitute coming out of a room, it was disgraceful …

    This place has really gone downhill. Sketchy people in the parking area. Staff that are barely present. No maid service in between days stay. No ice machine. Pillows that make prison pillows feel like the 4 seasons. Last time staying here. It’s sad when Red Roof is a much better option.

    When we walked on the floor barefoot, it felt sticky on our feet. There was a tiny bar soap, which was not sufficient for two people to use for washing. We could here the voice of a male guest who was in in the room above us (Note: We were on the second floor) talking up to 2-3 AM and his footsteps. There was no plastic cup available in our room. We picked this Extended Hotel Studio because we needed a place to stay overnight on a short notice. If we need a place to stay overnight next time, I am willing to paid a little more at a different hotel for quietness, cleanliness, and better amenities!

    the location Everything, the elevator and hallways were dirty. I got stuck in the elevator for 10 min , tried the call button, it did not work I pressed the emergency button and sirens were piercing my ears for 10 min. once the door opened I was drenched in sweat. All the staff could say was "oh my God". once back to my room, I went to take a shower and there were no bath towels. I called down to ask for towels @ 4pm and the desk said they would not have any available for a few hours. Completely unacceptable

    Parking was easy. The hotel needs repairs and maintenance. There were clearly electrical problems. Overall cleanliness was poor would not advise staying unless you absolutely needed a place to stay with your pet. Staff was nice and helpful.

    Staff here were not helpful at all. We booked a two-bed room, but on the same day they told us it was not available. They still charged us for a two-bed room and an additional ‘deposit.’ My friend, my boyfriend, and I also woke up with a bunch of bites on our bodies. Overall, I do not recommend this place at all.

    Rooms were dirty, water and AC didn’t work. Kitchenette’s were not equipped for a multi day stay. no pots, dishes etc. Photos and reviews from hotels.com definitely didn’t match the hotel. When questioned the front desk staff about issues his answer was that it was under new management and the house keeper had been ill.

    The property has an opportunity for improvement, no utensils in the room, including cups for drinking. Same with the coffee kiosk in the lobby. Exterior of property had not been taken care of grass area had not been cut recently and was over grown. Sidewalks needed to be pressure washed.

    This was the most horrible experience we have ever had at a hotel booked through Expedia. The parking lot was full of suspicious looking people. The front office attendant was struggling with a couple who looked filthy and were obviously under the influence of a substance. They could barely speak or stand. My husband waited over 15 min. The attendant never acknowledged him and continued to deal with the couple. Finally, my husband decided that we would not even be checking in to this horrible place. We left and found another hotel. Did not get our money back but we checked in to a place we felt comfortable at. Would give this place negative stars if possible.

    Room was clean of any debris, however floor has a layer of dust and such. Microwave was clean, basically to warm up food. No dishes no utensils no pots and pans. I wouldnt use the kitchen other than heat up outside food. Staff was there doing their duties. No more, no less. Best, was free parking with security cameras. AC works great, cold air.

    The room was clean and kept up. The mattress was very bad. They should change the mattress to something more comfortable. It seemed that people were smoking weed or cigarettes somewhere because I could smell it. It did say no smoking, but I don’t believe that was happening. There were people talking pretty loudly maybe in the hallways or somewhere where I could hear them very clearly till about two in the morning. The staff was very nice, but is definitely felt very low on the scale.

    The room wasn’t clean. They used an overly strong scent to mask the old, unclean smell. There was a flood stain on the curtain. I checked out immediately after check-in. It doesn’t need to be new or spacious, but it does need to be clean.

    Pictures online arent honest. This place looked like whete divorced people go to figure it out or where folks go to hook up (like an hourly motel). Smelled like a motel too. I get to room. Cigarette burns on counters. I get to bed...check it for bedbugs because Im instantly worried. Hole in the iron board. I turn air on like whatever i just need to get ready for wedding tomorrow. Shoes off carpet moist. Ick! Go to toilet dead roach floating inside. Packed my things, the few i had out of the safety of my suitcase, and left. While i was getting manager info someone came to ask for more towels...which made since because the ones in my room were dirty. Expedia said they couldn’t help...that they called hotel and no answer. I chatted online and they said to wait 72 hours for something to happen if a refund is an option. Booked another hotel while in my car, in their parking lot.

    Walking up to the lobby people were smoking when there is clearly no smoking sings posted everywhere. Got to our room and the carpet was wet. Hair all over the bed and room smelled musty. We told front desk and we were given another room that was better but still carpets stained furniture was dusty and refrigerator smelled funky. You can tell there are people living in this hotel. Dogs barking in rooms cats in window seal. The area surrounding the hotel is nice with restaurants and stores. Hotel is ok for a one night sleep, shower and leave but would not spend the weekend again. Staff was helpful I will say, they did not give us a hard time when asking for a different room.

    Did not stay. Upon checking was told overbooked. Given room 301 which was in deplorable condition. Asked for my money back and told th manage will have to do the refund when he comes in the next day. Other guests made rude comments to my son who is disabled and made him upset. Other guests looked homeless and the motel appeared the type to have drug activity going on.

    The man at the counter was not friendly. As soon as I walked in my room, there was blood smeared on the light switch. The kitchen did not have any pans, plates, silverware. No coffee machine. I immediately stripped the bed and the sheets were stained. I’m the bathroom, the towels were stained and disgusting. The toilet seat was broken. Shower curtain stained, windows dirty. I went to ask housekeeping for some clean sheets, he said to ask the front desk. The man at the front desk said he didn’t have any clean ones. Then he checked in the laundry and came back with a crumpled up sheet and said, “I think this one is clean!” Do not stay here, it is horrible.

    Room was dirty when we checked in. We found hair in the tub and syringe caps on the floor. No toilet paper in the bathroom and gunk in the sink. Based on the price I wasn’t expecting much, but even the lobby and hallways were filthy with trash on the floors. When bringing this to the attention of the hotel employee, no solution was offered. We only stayed for one night but couldn’t wait to get out asap.

    Bring everything! Staff was very pleasant. Room was a disappointment. What was to be a full kitchen was equipped with NOTHING in the way of cook- or drink-ware. Towels were dingy and thin and there was no body wash or usable soap. No extra pillows available and bedspread was very thin. One single hanger on a door-less closet. Furniture was sparse and worn-looking. Freezer worked well. Would not recommend.

    For starters, I don't understand how you would allow a room that has damage be available for service. The bathroom ceiling above the shower has a serious leak issue, where literally the ceiling is falling apart and was already falling apart. You could tell the level of care is poor, as a handyman my self, it clearly shows they continuously patch the area and don't take care of the leak itself. I even went to the front desk and the clerk didn't seem to be bothered by it, it also seemed that the clerk was one of the owners. He didn't even bother to ask to offer a discount or change, as his only remark was you wanted to king size bed. Then after said he would tell maintenance about the problem. I have photos and a video to show the extent of the area that is falling apart and damaged.

    The bed sheet was badly stained, even a spot of a blood stain. When we reported it, room service came immediately and changed the bed. We appreciated such quick response. The sink in the kitchen was clogged. We reported it in the late afternoon when we had checked in. We were not able to have it opened until 10:30am the next morning. The stoppage was extensive, involving the adjacent room. We were surprised to find no kitchen items of any kind. We had to go and get everything to be able to use the expected amenities of an extended stay location. We were just surprised at the number of significant problems found at check in.

    The room was in utter disarray--broken refrigerator, dirty sheets-hair all over them, paint falling off the walls, dirty and that was just the first room. WE were moved to a new room and the refrigerator looked like someone smeared feces on it. The sheets were stained with holes in them. I was so disgusted, but prepaid for this hotel, so I went to Walmart and purchased new bedding--sheets,pillows, cases and blanket. Also, used my own towels that I had in the car. The shower was gross with stains and chips in it. Water backed up immediately over my feet. The stove top burners look like something from a WWII mess hall. Worse EVER experience with a hotel. It was at best third world standards. Disgusting!

    But once I lifted up the sheets and saw what I saw I cancelled my next couple days. If you’re in desperate need for a place to stay then this would be it I guess, but in my opinion this is for people who are looking to be up to no good here & definitely need a cleaning staff. They offered me a newer room but the hallways weee all gross as well. Very sad to see San Dimas have another run down hotel.

    Soaking wet carpet unsanitary conditions for my family paid 3 night left after one because they promised to dry the carpet and I left the entire day to come back to wet carpet. Notified them of dog poop by front door and 45 mins later left still poop on floor. Once I packed up everything and left they offered to change room. Absolutely not. I requested a refund and still nothing. Do not book 3rd party

    The staff were all very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately the hall ways and the room both had over welming urine odor that took your breath away. Therefore, we could not stay in that environment. I would like to suggest that they limit guests with animals to 1 floor only. It smelled sooooooo bad.

    After being sent to a room with trash in the trashcan, dirty dishes in the sink, and no bed sheets, we received a room that was slightly cleaner, with sheets but there were heels under the bed and the remote was sticky. We needed an extra set of towels, they didn’t have any. The entry way reeked of urine, the elevator and hallways smelled of dog poop. The couple after us was also booked to a room that seemed to have been occupied. It’s just a mess and all over the place. Lack of structure, order and cleanliness. If you just need a quick stay or a place to lay your head for the night, just make sure the room is clean and unoccupied.

    I knew not to expect much from an extended stay but I think I expected just a bit more. They didn’t have irons or hair dryers. Towels and sheets were stained. Cleanliness was horrible and it stunk. If you think you know what kind of place this is then you are probably right. I absolutely will never stay here again.

    The property was clean, but must remove trash from the entrance. Room was clean. No amenities. Kitchen ok but microwave not working. It took the staff more than 30 minutes to get the room ready for our use. I do believe they charged my card for the room use even after I payed hotel.com. Not a great experience.     I experienced this place twice. The first time i got a tester rm for myself to see if this place will suit my big family. When I walked into the room, I immediately raised my hand up to my nose to cover it. It smelled like urine. It was a small room with a whole kitchenette and one bed and I was thinking to myself why the hell would a hotel charge $100 for a deposit for less than 24 hrs stay?

    The place cleanliness is avg. Place is a bit older, and has lights that doesn't turn on, or shower that doesn't run too hot. The place has a bunch of smokers in the front, that does not stand 15-25fta from the business front door, which makes the place smell or cig smoke (as well as other smoke). The time of checking when we arrived, was bad. There was one staff and it took at least 5-10mins to check this one person. Not sure, but maybe is due to money or deposit issues. Don't know, don't care... The part that really bothered me, was asking for additional towels. We got one extra, and it was questions like, why do you need more? Ive never been asked that, so I was taken back a bit. But eventually, we got ONE whole, extra towel. The place isn't bad, close to a lot of fast food and some stores for necessities. But staff can use some training and place can use a little maintenance.

    The manager at this hotel is so rude he basically blamed the issues that we had on us and lied and said that we were lying we had no emergency I had rented the room for 2 days we were stuck in a room which I did report three different times and nothing was done until check out day when they finally changed the air conditioner 2 Days in sweltering heat the room was measuring 116°. This person should have compass both days and give me my money back and he refused I hate this hotel I will never go there and I would not ever recommend it it was beautiful when I was the extended stay of America but now that it's extended studio it sucks stay away from this place

    After checking into this place I took a shower, I turned the hot water to it's maximum, but the water was barely warm and never got hot. The water dribbled out of the shower head at such a low pressure it took 30 minutes to take a 10 minute shower. Then after 10 minutes the water turned ice cold. I told hotel staff about it and their response to me was "that's impossible". Then they said they would look into it, but obviously never did because the next time I took a shower nothing changed. Throughout my stay I was forced to take many cold showers.and went to hotel staff about 7 times asking them to fix the problem and they just ignored me. The last time I asked the manager who said "it's impossible, I just took a hot shower". I asked him why there's no steam on the bathroom mirror then, and he said he would send maintenance, no one ever came to fix it, ever. Beyond this the toilet would plug again and again. So I had to waste my time going to the front desk to use the plunger. If you like to take hot showers with good water pressure don't come to this place. If you like good customer service don't come to this place. If you like to not have a constantly plugging toilet don't come to this place. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE.

    The first thing I do when I travel is inspect the room. It was old with old bedding, bathroom wall had holes. No coffee in room, you have to check out a pot or pan. The coffee shown on af is not even close to picture. It's an old broken cart with very little coffee supplies. They don't allow photos even though it shows upload photos.

    The rooms are up-to-date and beautiful. The bet is super comfortable and it has all the accommodations you need. We're couldn't even think asking for there's food right next door plus convenient shopping. It is kinda tucked away but in a good way like it's right near the convention center-right near the airport. The only downside is there is a little bit of a noisy train that goes behind. The hotel where the parking lot is located. And no breakfast but for the price. it's clean and I'm quiet

We noticed a couple of issues - smoke alarm, and missing light bulb, but maintenance fixed the issues quickly. The staff was friendly, and helpful. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

    I stayed here for one night and was disappointed, especially for the $118 price tag. The interior of the motel and the room was old, outdated, and poorly maintained. The air conditioner was broken, and is impossible to adjust temperature. It was not a hot day, While the service was okay and the staff were polite (it's an Indian-owned motel), that wasn’t enough to justify the cost. There’s no breakfast or extra amenities provided. Overall, not worth the price — I will not be staying here again.

    I believe I read that coffee and muffins are offered in the morning in the lobby. We Asked the desk clerk when we came back to our room for the night where the coffee would be in the morning. He pointed to where it would be in the lobby. When we went to the lobby the next morning, we were told the coffee machine was broken. Nothing was out in the lobby Only one bath towel in the room. Our opinion was that the room was not as clean as it could’ve been especially the bathroom. I asked for a blanket as the comforter that was on the bed with the sheet was very lightweight I was told there were no more blankets. We would not stay there again or recommend.

    Checked into thee room and no pillow cases on the pullows, had to request pillow cases. They brought some pillow cases a short tume later. Then we noticed that we had no towels. We requested towels twice from the front desk, they said they we send some in 15 mins twice. They never brought any towels, we had to use a ahirt to sry off with. When we checked out the in the morning, we them told the same guy that took our request that we never received any towels, we don’t want to be charged for any missing towels. He said don’t worry we have a count of all towels, we won’t charge you. Never apilogized and really didn’t show any concern, one of the worst hotels ever. Smells like pet urine throughout the hallways. I will not stay there ever again
