We had stayed at this property previously and it seems to be trending downward unfortunately. I didn’t book an WC accessible room but that is what we ended getting after checking in at the front desk. Not ideal for us, but we were too tired to deal with asking for a room change. I noticed old food crumbs and particles on the floor of the kitchenette area. Everything else seemed clean enough. The reading lamp on my side of the bed didn’t work. The clothes iron turned on but didn’t seem to actually be doing anything to get the wrinkles out. The breakfast was ok, typical hotel breakfast but it seems like it is an abbreviated version of what they previously offered. The rooftop patio bar and restaurant was booked for a private event the first night so we really weren’t able to fully utilize that space, just the bar area itself. In summary, the hotel is fine, I’d say good, not great. In comparison with previous stays there in years prior it definitely is not what it once was. For what it’s worth, we split our trip with a stay at the Embassy Suites Bayfront just a couple of blocks away and found our stay there to be much more enjoyable.

I’ve stayed at many other Marriott Locations and This one is by far theee best one I’ve stayed at yet. The staff was wonderful, I had a corner room with a partial City/ Bay/pool View and it was beautiful 😍 The continental buffet Breakfast was great with the different choices they had. The roof top bar was good vibes. & the hotel is literally walking distance to just about anything.

Large room in a king bed suite with a small kitchenette area. Front desk staff were welcoming and very helpful. The breakfast restaurant was large with a very good selection of cold and hot. Guest laundry was a great asset Nothing

My only complaint is that the sound insulation could be better. They play loud music sometimes during the day and you can hear it from your room, along with the opening/closing of doors, etc

The entire staff was great, complimentary breakfast was a plus and best of all your location is exactly what we were looking for. This stay was just ok. Pros: family friendly, good view, good mattresses. Cons: Front desk didn't do what they said they would do with my car - I had hound them just for a valet claim ticket the next day! Carpet in room was dirty, furniture had weird gashes and scratches. It might be time for a reno.

Whoever was the architect of this hotel designed it with no quick access to the parking garage: you have to take an elevator to the 5th floor, then walk outside to another elevator to ride to the floor where you parked your car. Don't walk barefoot in the rooms, the carpets are disgusting and should be replaced.

Breakfast was soso, always the same overcooked scrambled eggs, etc. Also, and may seem a minor thing, but after a shower it is important, the body lotion container was minuscule and so stupidly designed that it was hard to get any out of it.

We liked the spacious room with the wonderful view. The location near the harbor and close tot Santa Fee Station was very good. The best was the rooftop restaurant at sunset with delicious cocktails and food but it is not a proper restaurant. The hotel is overpriced. It's just a business hotel, nothing special. The breakfast was quite poor. No healthy food, no real bread, bananas were the only fruit. Breakfast is until 9.00 am and they start clearing up at 8.45 am. There are no possibilities to have lunch in the hotel. After breakfast and until the rooftop bar opens you can't get anything to eat or drink.

Location The bed linen were not replaced after the previous guests have left. There were crumbs, clumps of hair and what we thought was a drop of blood on the bed cover. The glass had lipstick mark and smudges. The cutlery had hardened food stuck on its surfaces. It took the staff more than 30 minutes to address our concern.

Great healthy breakfast options with varied daily offerings. Our room had beautiful view of the pool and USS Midway. Clean and a lot of space in the room with everything-needed kitchenette items. Sound through walls from above and adjacent was loud at times. Refrig had a sour smell although looked clean.

What a great stay! Staff was amazing. Room was great and we loved the rooftop lounge and pool. Free breakfast every morning was great. Can’t wait to stay here again the staff was the best part and made sure we were comfortable always.

The two-bedroom suite was amazing, very comfortable and the views from the 16th floor were breathtaking. I traveled with my two small kids, my senior mom and sister and there was a bed for all of us. I loved that each room had its own thermostat. The service was great and friendly the atmosphere around the hotel/San Diego was calm and quiet. Parking was easy and safe. I have no complaints. I’ve Stayed here before and probably would stay here again.

Location was good, kitchen amenities super helpful for someone traveling with an infant, free breakfast, nice pool and rooftop bar. No housekeeping was available everyday, crib took 3 requests to be delivered in the room, but when it did it was nice and comfortable for baby.

The front desk experience can make or break your stay. Lucky for us, James and the managers that checked us in were amazing, friendly, and professional! James especially was personable and welcoming! It was a reasonably nice hotel with courteous staff. Location far from many of the sights but fortunately the transportation was close by. Found the check in stressful as they had overbooked and didn’t have a room for my travel partner. Fortunately her plane was delayed until the next day which gave them time to find a room. Not appreciated given it was a pre paid room.

Lovely hotel with beautiful views and an easy walking distance right to the seaside! The staff was very friendly and helpful, even recommending local areas and attractions for me to check out during my trip. The views of the ocean from the lounge were incredible, and it felt very peaceful. I’d love to stay here again!

the views from our room and by the elevator were amazing. Breakfast so delicious, and staff so kind and helpful. please don’t charge your guests to park there. we are already paying a good dum of $$ for the rooms.

Breakfast was good, although having it finishing at 9:00 am probably caters better for the business traveller than the tourist/vacationing traveller. But, it did get me up and going! The location was very good. I felt central and it seemed everything was either an easy walk or there was convenient public transport to help me out.

1- The couch in our room smelled like someone had smoked there, & it was dirty as if there was a pet there. 2- The swimming pool was always dirty for the time of our stay, so we weren’t able to use it.

Reception staff talking about other customers while I was waiting to check in. Also, got charged twice when I prepaid for the room. Also, staff member checking me in was not entirely clear with her questions. In other words I had to finish her thoughts in trying to understand what she was saying. Overall not impressed with the check-in staff.

I love the most there are kitchen appliances in the room, fridge, cook tops/stove, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, sink, even simple cooking & eating utensils (pots, plates, bowl, spoons & forks! Sofa Bed can convert into a bed, that my 10 years old sleeps there. The Mini Market Downstairs, My daughters & Myself love it, and The Laundry (Washing Machine & Dryer) on Level 17, Perfect for a family with your kids like mine, Also very beautiful location, view from our room is amazing. No room service.

From the valet to the receptionist & all the staff there, very friendly and helpful. The room was great. Beautiful view, and I loved that they had a full-size fridge, kitchen, dishes, and silverware. Everything I needed was in our room. The bed was very comfortable, and there was also a pull out couch. Extra pillow & blanket. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, They had many options. They also have a little market where you can buy snacks, sandwiches, and other food items. We stayed there for an event that was at the waterfront. It was walking distance for us, so that was a plus. I definitely recommend staying there. Beautiful hotel and exceptional staff. Everything was great, nothing to complain about.

Could have used some more towel racks/hooks as we ran out of room to dry towels and face cloths for reuse the next day, and a supply of toilet paper/tissues would have been helpful as there wasn't quite enough to last between housekeeping visits. It's a nice property, located withon walking distance of several attractions. The downsides are $40 US per day for parking, and the breakfast buffet is repetitive and rather plain.

Was disappointed that their sky lounge restaurant opens at 4pm to 9 pm, which I never got to use as I checked in at 4 pm and band dinner plans for 6pm. So I was like I will go tomorrow as I wasn’t leaving until 3 pm. Next day I learned it’s not open and will open at 4 pm. I wasn’t impressed. I don’t believe it’s worth $300+ dollars to be very honest as you will feel like you are in a motel (the room). Save your money and book another hotel.

It was very convenient to the port, if you are taking a cruise- right there. The Midway Museum is right there, the parking was great. Starbucks right outside. We lucked out to see a street food festival pop up one day right down near the water. Very clean, and good amenities in and around.

Our stay was very nice! The only thing was the parking expenses were unexpected. It'd be nice if these hotels didn't charge for parking. We are already paying a lot for the hotel stay....I don't know why they also must charge for parking. That should be included. Excellent location, helpful staff, and a great spot for families with young children.

The guy who checked us in was amazing, very friendly guy.

My 4 year old and I are traveling alone this time. I chose this location because its close to the pier and USS Midway just in case I wanted to visit. But mostly because I feel safe here. I am impressed with the amenities and I hope I will be able to stay again but for longer than just a day. O am loveing my woosaw time after a day at the zoo. =)

The property was very clean and spotless. Needs another inhouse restaurant, but otherwise outstanding.

This is our third stay. Nice location! I really wish they would clean the room better. Found stickers under my bed, the top of the fridge not cleaned (third time this has happened), dishwasher had dirty dishes (twice this has happened), and dirty under the bathroom sinks (third time). The rooms needs a remodel. We stay in the 2 bedroom. Why do we still go there..well it is the location.

Awesome Hotel! It is in a great location with beautiful views, and walking distance to the majority of tourist activities. Great amenities with complementary breakfast which is extremely helpful. Overall had a great time with no complaints, very recommended

In a great area, rooms is super clean, modern and comfy. Worth the price

P.s. Hotel is in a great safe location, close to Little Italy and the Seaport. The only downside was the small swimming pool; however, it is not really for swimming as it is a lap pool.
