The staff was very nice friendly and helpful. TV controller didn't work. Refrigerator didn't work. Your beds don't move don't do anything they're hard as a rock and they're very very distracting. To try to get a good night's sleep. And your breakfast were very lacking for everything for a quality inn there wasn't much quality to it.

Hola mi Hijo y yo nos quedamos el lunes mayo 18/20/ 26 la verdad que la comida es más no era ni comida. Yo sé que es un desayuno continental, pero lo único que tenían eran waffles cuando nos servimos la masa en el vasito para ponerla en la máquina, la masa estaba pura agua y mi hijo se sirvió jugo de naranja y tenía una mosca era todo lo que tenían para desayunar una naranjas y eso es todo. No había pan tostado, no había Ni yogurt nada de eso mucho asco nos dio y nos salimos nos fuimos a desayunar pero de nada sirve pagar un de hotel con desayuno incluido, aunque sea continental si te van a salir moscas y no va a haber nada que comer muy mal la verdad no se lo recomiendo para nada

Stayed for one night to sleep and it was fine. Not modern by any means. If you’re looking for a short stay I would recommend and rebook.

It's a Quality Inn. The place is dated but clean. Receptionist/Front Desk attendants were kind with good customer service. Breakfast was ok. Ready to make waffles, toast, orange, cereal, coffee & orange juice.

This is not the best hotel but it definitely serves the purpose. You can hear noise and the room had a little bit of a smell. It was clean and we had no problems at all

Room was great . Expedia messed up and I did not have a reservation when i got there . Expedia wanted to send me to another hotel over the boarder. I ended up paying for the room and got a refund .

Ok for a one night stay prior to crossing CBX, it’s close. But if there were other options I wouldn’t come back here. The hotel is kind of gross.

This property seems very old, dirty AC units barely work. Breakfast was old fruit and stale toast. Very poor for $175. It was less quality than Motel 6.

recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The room had throw-up stains on the walls, which was incredibly off-putting. The bathroom did not match the pictures online and felt like a downgrade. The entire hotel was under construction, which we understood could cause some inconveniences, but the overall condition was poor. The front desk was rarely available, and the bell cart had a flat tire, making it difficult to transport our luggage. We requested housekeeping twice, but they never showed up. We also had no toilet paper when we arrived, which was quite inconvenient. Overall, it was a nightmare stay, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until they make some serious improvements

Easy and quick check in. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and very quiet. Not a high occupancy for a Tuesday night. Close to the CBX (5) minutes. The area is an industrial zone, so not much to do.

Driving into the property, a few abandoned vehicles crashed without tires. The receptionist is rude.

This is a really great 3 star hotel. The staff was super helpful. They were able to accommodate a last min request. I was a little hesitate due to the location but it was a far nicer hotel than the hotels by hotel circle.

The Hotel is near the CBX Border, but its old & needs a restoring in some areas. Still 2 weeks later and have not received my deposit back.

The property was dirty. It needed a lot of repairs. There was tape on the tile floor when you walked in. The couch in the room was dirty and gross, if I had my dog I won’t have let her sit on it. Had I not prepaid for this room (non refundable) I would not have stayed there.

Hotel is 10 minutes drive to CBX crossings. Paid $20 uber to take me

I liked the room it had a little living room it has a couch and a table with 2 chairs next to the 2 queen size bed room I booked! What I didn’t like was the breakfast.. NO eggs, sausage, bacon, no oatmeal.

We were on a bit of a time crunch. Going in the halls had an unpleasant humid smell. Our tub had hair all over, reception was able to accommodate us in another room. But then we waited about 30 min to go in because keys weren’t working. We had a very early flight and all the moving rooms with small children and long wait to get in room was a real inconvenience for us.

Nice hotel in a very sketchy area. Hotel could use an upgrade but it’s clean and beds are comfortable. Good breakfast choices as well. Lots of semis in area as it’s only a half mile from the border. I think the hotel is safe but lots of trash on street leading into property.

Toilet seat was old and peeling, wall in room was stained with coffee(?). No remote, had to call down to bring one up

The property are located very close to Mexico border and Frontera industrial park.

No single water bottle in the room, two vending machines one of them out of order the other one out .water

We stayed there for my daughters birthday weekend but the room was not what we expected. There was a hole on the side of the couch , the comforter had a stain and when we asked the front desk for towels at night she never brought them
