This hotel is awesome

The breakfask was so good, clean and organized. I also really liked that there was always iced water dispensers and coffee. The rooms were clean too. I wish that there hall ways smelled better

The room was very spacious. Having the extra sitting area with a mini kitchen makes a huge difference. The gym had a lot of equipments to choose from. The continental breakfast was delicious with many options. Lots of sitting area in the courtyard and the dining area. I will definitely be staying at Homewood again.

The staff were super friendly and super helpful, especially will be in a single parent at the time they were able to provide us with information on what to do in safe areas and what to stay around hotel does offer free Wi-Fi. I didn’t have any issues with signal. I just connected to the Wi-Fi and I was OK they offered free breakfast as well as free dinner. It was clean. I had no issues. The housekeeper does come every other day, but if you ask for clean linen, they give you that without any.

How close we were ro MCRD & the "free" breakfast/dinner for 1 night Didn't have a door closing off toliet area from bathroom. No exhaust fan, beds were very uncomfortable & several of the outlets didn't work.

Location is perfect and very close to Mission Beach. Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean and perfect size for families, free breakfast was delicious.

The property itself was okay. Nothing amazing but worked well for our family. The breakfast was okay but as a celiac there was nothing safe. Single serving jams, butter, cream cheese would have been helpful. There is a fridge and a induction stove in the room but without spray or butter it was very hard to cook with them. The staff was NOT helpful when asking about restaurants and things to do in the area. Having to pay for parking every night was also not ideal since it was the only option. Would I visit this hotel again probably not. It was not the best but not the worst

Hotel needs refurbished. Couches were ripped. Very little room for suitcases. The main lobby area was overrun with screaming kids running around with no supervision. I believe they were there for a tournament.

The free breakfast and snack on Monday - Friday 5-7 There were a lot of transit people around and one of the transit stole my daughter’s iPhone 17 and my son had to get it back. I ended up leaving before the cap showed up because the cops took an hour to get there and the maids were rude and we asked for extra pillows and towels. It took them all day before they brought the pillows like at 10:00p.m night. And my son had to go to the front desk to get the extra towels . And all they did for us is remove the parking and early check it. I think they should’ve gave us a free night or two for all our troubles. I would never stay at this hotel again..

Breakfast did not have any plant based options. Exercise room was not very functional. TV did not work by treadmills, only two of four treadmills would turn on and the speed and or incline didnt work on those. Both room TVs had color splotches, that were kind of annoying.

I enjoyed breakfast and outdoor amentity area. Everything was so close by. Windows didnt open for fresh air, ac was set for 68*F but felt like 80 degrees. Wifi was bad. Bathroom needs entry way into living area and had no vent. Suite was very stuffy and no air circulation. No balcony or patio.

Great stay at Homewood Suites on Hotel Circle Drive S! The hotel is very well maintained, clean, and nicely updated throughout. The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming, which really makes a difference. It’s also a great option for traveling with pets—they’re very dog friendly. And the highlight? The breakfast is outstanding—easily one of the best complimentary breakfasts I’ve had at a hotel. Highly recommend!

It was just ok. Everything would have changed if the girl in the front ( first impression) was nicer and not rude or dry when questions were asked. That’s all. The area looked clean and breakfast was good. The cleaning ladies were very sweet.

We loved this hotel! Our kids loved the giant chess board. The staff was really friendly as well.

The room was clean and up to date, the staff was great, but I was disappointed with the breakfast. I stayed at a Hilton property in Flagstaff in April and they had more options and better labeling for people with food allergies. Milk/dairy is a common allergy as is gluten. I had to ask for an alternate milk so I could have cereal. It wasn't something that was available for all guests.

Our room was spacious and spotless, and the lobby allowed us to meet up for games with family. The breakfast was delicious, with many options (I especially loved the scrambled eggs, the overnight oats, and the mini pastries). The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The property is clean family friendly. The breakfast was better 5 years ago. No fruit options. The room i reserve said for 6 people. Not true you can only have 4 people over pay. In other hotels for 6 people you have 3 beds. Here was only 2 beds.

I would stay there again

Positives: Housekeeping did a good job cleaning our room. The kids enjoyed the pool. Negatives: Daily parking fee was high considering there's no airport or theme park close by. I'm not sure about the local laws regarding public drug use, but we often saw or smelled people smoking pot in the parking lot. Location wasn't close to any of the San Diego sites.

Room was nice and clean, only negative thing was they didn't have any dish washing liquid, only the powder for the dishwasher. Breakfast was your typical continental breakfast. My kids loved the pool. Over we enjoyed it

Nice place for a quick stay. Have a continental breakfast which was actually pretty good. Get to it early as it gets very crowded.

Terrible customer service. It was like pulling teeth to get ANY towels. They never cleaned the room in three days we stayed there even though they said they would. So they started us off without enough towels for the number of people in the room, then never replaced any towels. We spent over thirty mins on the phone on hold and with the front desk asking for towels only for two hours to pass without getting any. Going in person didn’t help. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Also, the breakfast was unappetizing, beds uncomfortable, pool small and over crowded, etc. I would not stay here again.

The location was great. However, when we got to the hotel, our room wasn’t really fully cleaned. There was still dirt on the floor - didn’t appear it had been swept up. We asked for additional towels and they forgot about us - we had to call and remind them over an hour later and they still didn’t bring the amount requested. They didn’t do turndown service on their posted schedule, so we had to call for more towels again because we thought they were coming that day. The breakfast ended pretty early, but the food quality was pretty good. The parking spaces are incredibly small/tight, and the other guests frequently park over the lines so it is really impossible to park when the hotel is busy. I’d probably try somewhere else next time.

The hotel was very accommodating, friendly and clean. The decor is updated simple contemporary. The breakfast buffet has plenty to offer and to our surprise, the hotel offered a complimentary dinner buffet Tuesday and Wednesday (week of Mar 28 - Apr 3, 2026). This was our second enjoyable stay with Homewood Suites by Hilton, the first being in Mt. Pleasant, SC.

Hallways had weird smell, room wasn’t the cleanest ever, tears in couch. One pillow you could tell was used for whoever was there last. It looks like a good hotel that’s on the verge of being bad

Great room for families. The pack n play was delivered to the room for free and we brought out own sheets and blanket for the baby. The hot breakfast was delicious and they refilled items all the way up to 10 am.

Breakfast and dinner menu was very good and satisfying. The staff were professional, friendly and the cleaners were diligent. The property is well maintained. Overall, I will recommend this hotel and I’ll lodge there again if I visit in the future.

Faulty elevator

with the couple after the woman saying they couldn't get a late checkout despite arriving at 1:30 am for a one night stay. Then we approached as she was laughing and on her phone. As we checked in we were told they had given our room away despite the fact the entire week was paid for ahead of time through Expedia. Next we were given a jr room consisting of one full sized bed for my daughter granddaughter and I to sleep on. Next my pregnant daughter went to use the bathroom in the middle of the night and the wood beam hanging over the bathroom door fell off and hit her in the head. I was told they couldn't do much because the room was prepaid. Next we asked for our room to be cleaned when we left to go to the zoo only to return with it dirty with no towels or toilet paper. The breakfast food was decent except the waffles weren't cooked. They were raw and soggy. The person who I asked at the desk to clean our room said he forgot. To say we were disappointed in this hotel is an understatement! We paid $1500 for the week. The pool never had towels and there was a cockroach on the 2nd floor inside by the elevator.

Nice hotel overall, when we first got in the room it did have a smell to it but I turn on the ac and sprayed some perfume and we were good to go. Kid friendly, we traveled with a 2 & 4 year old they loved it! Breakfast was good and they have a laundry room which I loved since kids did go swimming. Kids loved the pool. Guest service was very good. I would stay here again.

Breakfast better than most

The shower had pink mold and we asked twice for it to be cleaned and our requests were ignored. The evening reception is pretty much gone, it use to be every evening. You can tell the level of quality in the breakfast has also dropped. There used to be so much variety in the hot items that were provided. The couches in the breakfast area need replacing.

This place was really nice, great stay. However when I came in at 11am they said the room was ready but that I would have to pay $50 to check in early, which is annoying because the room was ready and would have to wait out in the lobby until 4 when the room was already clean and ready. After a whole 12 hrs of plane rides to get their I was just ready to go in.

Toilet paper holder was loose from the wall. It fell on the floor many times. Room is a little bit smelly. Body wash didn’t get refilled on the room service day. We called the front desk. Nobody answered the call. We ended up using the hand soap.

The facility was better than expected. Staff was friendly and available. Text service answered many questions. Room service was also excellent.

We were so disappointed in our week long stay. The breakfast was not good at all, we tried a few times. Coffee was horrible. The beds and pillows were also not comfortable. I didn’t get my room clean until day four. Even though I started asking on day three. Both times my room would get clean, they would forget to leave fresh towels. Also the cold air return for the air conditioning was so loud, it sounded like an airplane landing. Also I wasn’t aware they charge for parking $27/ night, even though I read the fine print. My car did get side swiped one night, parking is very tight. We also had a false fire alarm wake up up one morning and we had to go outside in our pajamas. Great location & the refrigerator was very cold. I would not stay here again… I’m actually rethinking about ever staying at this hotel again.

Our iron was broken, i informed the staff and was told that they would bring a new one up,but that never happened. The elevator didn't work the whole trip (4days).

Our room was fairly clean, booked a suite with king bed. The pillows were worn out and uncomfortable to sleep on. The kitchen utensils like knives could barely cut through our food. The most disappointing was that during our entire 5 day stay, we had requested for room service and did not get one. They apparently only do room service every other day. They compted us 2 days of parking even though it was incredibly hard to park at this place. You cant even get in or out of your car without either squeezing through a small gap between your car and other cars beside you. I would much rather recommend that you stay in an airbnb with free, wide parking. I would not stay at this place again.

Deposits a little much but nice stay overal

The Hotel was enjoyable and the staff was very professional, helpful, super friendly and efficient. A big shout out to Rosie that works breakfast, I enjoyed our conversations and my whole family loved her. Breakfast was good and on certain days they offered a simple dinner with beer and wine. The room was nice but for it being a corner suite that sleeps 6 it was not stocked for 6 but that is and was an easy fix. I would 100% recommend.

Room furniture was ripped and torn badly, pet hair everywhere, bugs in the bathroom, hair on bedding. I was told the couch were more likely due to the pets damage. Fire alarm went off, had to assist others getting out. No exit signs leading to a correct exit, very confusing.

Rooms were clean. The staff friendly and courteous. Nice surprise to have happy hour three of the days we were there. Pillows were a bit softer than our liking. The Expedia site said the parking was 26 a night but it was actually 27. We would stay here again easy to get to.

The following day, I found another cockroach in the room. This situation is completely unacceptable and falls far below basic cleanliness and hygiene standards expected from your hotel.

For the two televisions which kept erroring out and I had to unplug both of them regularly. I had to ask twice for maintenance. The place is overpriced for what you get. I will not stay there again.

This was an AMAZING hotel!! First, the staff was so welcoming and sweet, particularly our friends that do breakfast and afternoon snacks. They were the best! We loved the breakfast, how big and spacious the room was and the amount of parking available. Really loved this area and would stay here again!

The first room I got, I found some hairs on the beddings, and the floor at kitchen area quite sticky. I switched to a second room, where I heard dog barking hours during midnight and early morning. The third room is good.

The pillows are terrible!! There is also a flashing light in the bedroom in the ceiling that is super annoying. I think it’s a smoke detector but there is no reason it needs to flash the way it does.

Quality of mattress and pillows made for a sleepless night. Lack of parking availability. Got to the hotel at 10:30pm and had nowhere to park. Was told by front desk to park in red zone or across street at storage facility. Not ideal when you have a toddler and luggage.

The room had dirty towels on all four of the towels. When I asked them to clean the room again they refused and said they only clean every other day. The breakfast was not great. Why can’t there be some pancakes or a waffle maker? The hotel is beautiful in a very good area close to SeaWorld. The pool was great however.

No. Stayed there two years ago for a month and a half and was great. This time not so much. Extremely poor wifi, television in bedroom did not work and had to get service up multiple times. Cockroaches and silverfish-had to change rooms. Attitude of man at front desk blamed me for bringing in the cockroahes and me putting him out to change rooms.

The hotel was wonderful. Location not really walkable but the amenities were great. Breakfast was good with many choices and different every day. Happy hour on Wednesday was fun. Would have given 5 stars but wasn’t happy with the room refresher mid stay. Towels were not replaced, coffee not replaced, kitchen counter was not cleaned and no extra trash bags left etc.

Rooms were super clean! All the extras were great. Who doesn’t like free beer? And the breakfast was a pleasant surprise.

We were SHOCKED when we recently stayed at the SD Homewood suites. This hotel has become our go to when visiting family but I think this was our last time staying here. When we walked into our room the couch was completely disgusting looking - the leather was completely worn off and gross looking. We had to ask for more towels because when they cleaned our room they didn’t leave fresh towels. The staff was completely rude and acted like we were a bother to try to get towels. The staff they came to deliver our towels just walked in our room to deliver - and did not understand or speak English when I approached him inside the door. We were VERY disappointed to say the least.

We had a small problem with check. Other than that, staff was very helpful and polite. amenities were good except for ice machines and charging way too much for laundry. Not to mention too much chlorine in jacuzzi, it bleached my swimsuit.

The hotel is lovely...updated, modern, spacious and clean. Check in was not pleasant. We arrived at about 2:00pm to just see if a room might be ready. It wasn't. No problem, we dropped our bags and continued on with our day. When we returned at 5:30, we were told the room was STILL not ready, but that they would happily "upgrade" us at no charge to a two queen room instead of the King Suite we had booked and paid for. ????? I asked to see a manager, waited several minutes, he came out, looked at the computer and said, "Well we can give them the King Suite on the 5th floor", and that's what they did. Why the bait and switch tactic in the first place? And WHY was our damn room not ready at 5:30 in the evening?? Bad enough that hotels keep making check in later (4:00 pm for this hotel), and check out earlier, but seriously, they should have enough housekeeping staff to turn the rooms over in time. Also, why tell us there was no room for us when clearly there was? Very unpleasant check in experience in an otherwise nice stay. Lame.

The beds and pillows are very uncomfortable. The front desk staff are not friendly, unhelpful, and not attentive towards guests. Every time I needed assistance, staff were having their own side conversations and not paying attention to guests. The hotel ran out of clean towels when we needed new ones. Lobby bathrooms were gross and dirty with trash and cups, no toilet seat covers and no toilet paper in most stalls, and men’s bathroom had urinals that were out of order. Elevator floors were continuously wet.

Breakfast and happy hour meals were very good. Variety for everyone. Kitchen staff was very happy and helpful. Room was not compltete. Missing silverware, dishes, glasses. Air vent was very dirty. Blew out dirt and dust everytime it was put on. Room was clean otherwise. Bed was hard. Overall great location.

Everything was phenomenal. This will be the only hotel we stay at when visiting San Diego again. Welcoming staff, beautiful and clean property, spacious rooms. 10/10 recommend!

The only comment is your parking space is not big enough when you go home late like 11 pm it’s hard to find a parking space. Another comment also when the fire alarm that was triggered at 7am that really woke us up good thing it’s not a real fire. Other than that we had a good experience.

Everything was great except the room wasn't completely stocked. Our family of 5 had only one roll of toilet paper for our two-night stay, and 3 towels. We didn't have all the bedding for our sofa bed. Additionally, the area around the toilet smelled like urine.

Since it was the year-end season, the hotel had set up a beautiful photo zone where families could take pictures, which we really enjoyed. For those traveling with family or young children, the basic mini kitchen, spacious layout, and refrigerator made the stay especially convenient and comfortable. The location—right off the highway within the hotel circle—was also extremely convenient. I plan to stay here again next time. Highly recommended!

We were given a choice for a room. I chose a room then was not given the room, even though the Hilton app said i could. Was given a silly excuse that it wasn't available. Which was a lie. Housekeeper never came the entire week. I did ask for housekeeping. Didn't have enough toilet paper. Called the front desk twice, said it would help if we had someone come and clean our room. Ran out of towels. Ask for more. Waiting 3 hrs no one came. This was the day before check out. Furniture was run down. Had tears. No coffee table. We only had one spatula, can opener, 2 forks, 3 spoons and 1 basic knife. We had 1 chefs knife. Not enough kitchen stuff to make a decent meal. Bed was ok. Didn't really sleep. Shower drain needs to be cleaned. We had to take short showers because water would build up. Disgusting. Morning breakfast was ok. Tortillas were rubbery. Eggs runnny. Oatmeal was super sticky and had an aftertaste, which could mean it was used from the daybefore or made with little water. Coffee didn't taste good. Dinner reception was good. My kids enjoyed it and so did I. Washing and drying clothes is expensive. 4.00 per load is crazy. For a family of 4 like us, you will spend 20.00 on 2 loads. This doesn't include buying soap and fabric softener. The doggie area is way in the back of the hotel. No grass. Not welcoming for dogs. Won't be coming back. We had better stays at the same name brand hotel in California. We paid 2.00 for laundry on average. Won't be coming back.

The room itself was acceptable; however, the sofa was heavily worn. The breakfast offering was underwhelming and left much to be desired. Regarding the location, there are no amenities, shops, or points of interest within easy walking distance.

I was very disappointed with the room. I was moved to a different room because the first one had a dirty kitchen. However, the room I was change it smelled bad and the couch had some animal poop I took a picture. One of the reasons why I cut my trip short

Front desk was not very friendly. Hotel hidden costs were a surprise at the end: parking each night and checking in even a couple hours early is $50. This kind of nickle and diming makes the stay unpleasant. Not the worst but also not the best in cleanliness: some grime and dirt in the corners, plastic price tag left behind by last user, and red/brown drops on pillow case in closet. There was potential for a nice stay if not squeezed for more money.

We stayed at the Homewood by Hilton for five nights. The breakfast was okay, but housekeeping only came once during our entire stay. We even found a spider in the room, and the furniture felt old and worn out. Overall, I’d say think carefully before booking here.

Stay was decent, staff was nice. But for the price, I would expect; washer and dryer to accept cards instead of quarters, went to front desk, they couldn’t give me change either. Breakfast had no breakfast meats. The hallways are super long so the walk to the elevators, sucked to load and unload.

On the positive side, the room was spotless when I arrived, and the front desk staff was prompt in processing my check-in. The amenities were also satisfactory, including an outdoor seating area with a fireplace table and a children’s play area equipped with table tennis and chess sets. The 24-hour coffee machine was a great addition. My kids enjoyed the pool and spa area. It was clean and well kept. However, there were a few issues that I encountered. First, I arrived about 90 minutes early and was charged an early check-in fee. If the room was ready, they should have let me check in sooner. Second, only one burner on the stove worked. When I tried to turn on the second burner, it tripped the breaker on the panel, and I had to call the front desk to get it fixed. They simply switched the breaker back on, but the stove wasn’t actually fixed. Third, I returned to my room after a long day at 4 PM to find that it hadn’t been serviced. I had to call the front desk to get that done. Fourth, when the room service arrived, they only kept two bath towels while we were four guests in the room. I called the front desk, and they said they would send the towels, but they never did. Finally, the breakfast options could be improved for vegetarians and vegans. On the first day, there were potatoes and bell peppers, but on the second and third days, there were no hot vegetarian or vegan options.

The room wasn’t as pictured. The sofa was damaged/scraped. There was no body wash in the shower. I escalated my concerns and the hotel were very dismissive. The supervisor argued with me and was extremely rude and told me there wasn’t anything they could do. I am still waiting for a response from the manager.

I would highly recommend staying at your location because the staff was very attentive, nice and welcoming at all times. Definitely kid friendly. All the amenities to do were amazing to keep the kids busy. The breakfast and kitchen area were amazing and clean our room and kitchen in the room were clean and had everything that we need for our stay.

The heater wouldn’t stop running in the bedroom. It was very lightly blowing hot air. The thermostat was set to 67 and the living area was cool but the bedroom was hot and stuffy. All of my family got sinus infection issues after the trip. They came and reset the breaker but it still wasn’t perfect.

The room was very comfy. Showers were stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash however I brought my own. Hot breakfast is provided with cold options and fresh fruits and yogurts as well. Dinner was also provided Monday Tuesday and Wednesday. Did offer free beer with dinner. Too bad I don’t drink though. Outside was fun. With huge chess board game, Jenga , cornhole and ping pong . Me and the kids really enjoyed that. Nice sitting area with heat lamps and fire pits. It was a great stay.

wonderful experience which raised our families expecations of how other hotels should conduct themselves! Only tiny downside that we faced was as MN residents we are used to massive parking spots. We never had a issue finding a parking spot at this hotel just that they felt very small. We absolutely cherished the staff in the kitchen and loved all the complimentary breakfast each day. In addition we experienced the amazing complimentary dinners Mon, Tues, and Wed! Our room was always clean and we loved how we had two seperate rooms for adults to sleep in as well as our children! Over all I would rate Homewood Suites San Diego 9.8/10! Way to go!

We had a great 3 night stay at the hotel last weekend. The King 1 bedroom suite was perfect for our family of 4. Very comfortable and the kids enjoyed having Netflix built into the TV (requires login). The breakfasts were very tasty and filling and we even had a complimentary chicken noodle soup dinner on Monday night, which was perfect after a long, cool day at Legoland. The kids also enjoyed the outside activities on the terrace (Jenga, cornhole, etc) and we also used the heated outdoor pool and hot tub. The hotel was very conveniently located to our San Diego activities, easy/on off the freeway. Frankly, the only thing we could complain about was the bed pillows were very flat but perhaps it was just compared to what we normally use at home. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

The kitchen was lacking silverware and dish cleaning towels. It was also lacking a can opener which we needed. We chose to purchase one. The kitchen only had two pans. a large pan for cooking spaghetti, and a frying pan.

well my check in was good until i got hit with the 26.00 parking fee a night your breakfast crew are friendly and very excellent at keep thing in order know your housekeeper need to step up their game but i can say my room was clean except for the no showering soap no complete set towel i did,nt get every services and i notice in my room you need to up grand the furniture the pillows on couch was dry rot

asked for bedding for the sofabed 3 times starting at 3pm before they brought any after 11pm, said its all they had left so it was one less blanket than requested. Woke up to our room disgustingly hot, messed w/ the thermostat repeatedly & it kept kicking the heater on, we realized it was a faulty thermostat & called the front desk. We got moved to a room two floors down around 3am & were not offered assistance or a luggage cart to get our stuff or even our extra bedding, so 5 people lugged their luggage, food, & hotel bedding to our new room at 3am but the a/c did work really well. Staff tried to enter our room between 7 and 8 a couple times. When we finally opened the door it was maintenance confused we were in the room, my assumption is it was other people 1st and maintenance came to find out why it wouldnt open. I explained the issue & he talked to the front desk to find out they moved us there, but the staff who moved us wrote the wrong room # down on their end so it confused them, creeped my kids out people were trying to get into our room, & again woke us up. We missed a good portion of our expensive Saturdays plans due to lack of sleep, including breakfast hours, which cost me more money to buy breakfast out.Late Saturday night we wanted to watch tv but we didn’t have remote controls. Overall, it was frustrating & I feel cheated i paid to stay here, I wouldn’t have came even if you paid me with how the stay went. Stay felt like a mean prank I had to pay for!

I really enjoyed my stay here, the hotel was about 10 to 15 minutes away from the airport, downtown, mcrd, shopping, and entertainment. The property was clean, the staff was friendly. They offered continental breakfast and also a light social dinner a few nights a week. The pool and Jacuzzi was nice, they also had a relaxing outdoor area if you just wanna chill and relax. I will be staying here on my next visit to San Diego

Overall the staff folks were excellent and the location was good. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Unfortunately the mini suite unit we were in had two ac units that did not cool the rooms, in the middle of the summer. We had a person check it out but did not fix it. I also wish the breakfast had protein. Lastly, we had a accessible unit but it had a bathtub and did not have grab handles. Those factors caused the low rating.

This is a great hotel. Breakfast is included and it was very good. If you stay here Monday-Wednesday they provide a light dinner along with beer and wine. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The guest room was large with a separate bedroom which is very helpful when you have two people on different sleep schedules. The kitchen was very handy. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to San Diego!

It was good place to stay it would be nice if they offered gluten free options for breakfast other than oatmeal. There wasn’t any gluten free options in the little snack store. More coffee in the room with more cups would be nice. The location was perfect and very central to most everything I wanted to see.

Came for a one night stay as we were having dinner for our anniversary in downtown san diego. The hotel looked great, large, clean lobby. We were checked in promptly. However, upon getting into bed. We found a Silver-Grey bug crawling across pillows! We Killed it, have no idea what it was. The mattress was so firm and uncomfortable I was up every hour! Worst sleep ever, including the loud noise of some equipment being ran on the floor above ours. Then the counters in bathroom had make up from previous guest. The couch was worn and torn in some parts, very uncomfortable. The sink and water in the kitchen smelled. I dont know if it hadn't been turned on in a while but from makeup on bathrom counter, I believe someone had stayed in room recently. Lastly, the $250 deposit yoi have to put down on top of pating for your room. It was more than my room cost! I understand $100 deposit but $250! And parking os $26 a night. Where you have to go back to your car and hang a pass. This is a No Go!

Overall place is nice but customer service and cleanliness was lacking during our visit. The room looked clean from a distance, but the air conditioning vents were filled with nasty chunks of dust, the pull out mattress was stained nasty, the sides of the couch weren’t wiped down, and “clean” towels had stains/looked dirty. When I asked for new towels, they said they couldn’t bring them until the crew was back from lunch. The guy at the front desk didn’t bother to put down his phone when I approached with questions. During check in the line was long and taking a lot of time and one of the front desk people seemed to busy talking with another employee

Staying at this property for a family vacation was horrible. I walked into crumbs in the couch, mold in the showers, a stained mattress cover on the sofa bed and the previous guests toe-nail clippings in my garbage can that had never been cleaned out. I cannot even make this up. They are packing guests into this property but are completely understaffed. Trying to get someone on the phone at the front desk left me on hold for 15 mins to rectify some of these concerns. They never picked the phone back up only to leave me to walk down to the front desk to speak to someone but there was a line of guests waiting for the same thing. The front desk staff was nowhere to be found. They had to go to the pool to replace the pool towels while they had a man from food and beverage covering the front desk. Horrible! Not even a manager on duty at the time! Another day my room was not serviced after I asked that it be and that we have fresh towels delivered. It was never touched and my family had zero clean towels. Again called the front desk to ask for towels which they said that they would bring to us. Two hours later I went downstairs after getting ready with dirty towels only for the team to tell us that the towels were all in the dryer. Again horrific. You expect to go to a hotel to escape from the every day of your life but this left me with the worst headache and anxiety of sleeping in filth. Many calls to cust. Service and no call back from a manager weeks later! Horrible experience

Staff could use some work on communication, rooms look better in the pictures . Paint peeling, tears in furniture. Room was clean but the evidence of slapping paint on holes shows in the sunlight . Don’t expect much but the cost of everything is high so make a choice based on your budget .

The propert was really beautiful. The amenities were great. I did experience an issue that was not addressed. The TV in my room was broken, and when when i reported the issue it was never addressed, and the rep working the front desk seemed to disregar it over all. When I checked I reminded the front desk to ensure I would not be charged and they wrote the room number wrong.

Hot tub was scalding hot the first day, then tepid the rest of the days. Starting at 7am each morning we were woken up to the sounds of kids and families thumping down the hall to go to breakfast. Very noisy inside the rooms.

Disgusting. By far one of the worse Hiltons I've stayed at. From the first room being extremely hot only to get hotter when setting it to cold to the second room where debris and filth fly off the ceiling fan and active water leaks.

I enjoyed the daily breakfast, extremely good every day . A lot of activities on site Cleaniness in the suite could have been better. Ceiling fan in the bedroom had a lot of builded up dust on the blades . The carpet corners had crumbs of dirty in each area of the room. On the elevator it was smeared blood on the wall. Check out day housekeeping came to my room 4 times starting at 8am and on the hour until check out. I was in the middle of finshing up a meeting. Where was that same energy when , I had to call for towels twice .

tv in room 522 almost in the brink of quitting..no walking distance diner..hotel was secure enough with staff walks around patrolling the area..water with lemons and coffees availability throughout the day were a nice touch but nothing really stands out..no early check in for us even after telling the counter personnel that i just drove 8 hours and made us wait until the proper check in time which was 4pm.

We booked the hotel from August 13th to August 19th. The hotel room was expected to be cleaned on alternate days. During our 5 days stay, they just cleaned the room on 1 day. Inspire telling the staff to get the room cleaned, they did not bother to clean the room. I developed allergies staying in the dirty room. When we checked out, they charged $26 per night for parking our car in the premises even though we were staying in the hotel as guests. This was not mentioned to us when we checked into the hotel. Total rip off and horrible customer service. Not an expected service from a “HILTON” brand hotel. We are extremely dissatisfied and disappointed and would recommend others to avoid this hotel.

I called front desk a few times & kept putting placed on hold until I finally went downstairs. As I checked out & told them everything b I went through he just said “I’m sorry. We just don’t charge your parking” Don’t think I will ever stay again for work, let alone with my family!

The stay was good but there was an incident of a panel in the bathroom that had fallen off and on my wife’s foot. It ruined the trip because she couldn’t walk around and they did nothing to try and help or accommodate anything. Also tried talking to the manage multiple times but was always in a meeting. Was told that they would call about it but after they just said they sent it to insurance. Now I have to get a lawyer be cause they just won’t cooperate.

We loved our stay! Great breakfast, parking was easy, hotel was clean and beautiful. Location was a HUGE plus. We will definitely be staying here for future trips!

Our suite smelt like cat urine :( smell wasn’t in the room just living and kitchen area, oh yeah and absolutely no parking if you’re coming in late. Had to park in front of hotel doors . Other than that the hotel was nice for a family of 5.

I got no keycard for my room every time I go out I had to go thru the lobby to come in

The hotel's location is highly convenient, being close to the mall, beaches, and parks. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was clean inside and out, though I was not happy to have to see - and confront - a homeless person snooping in the car next to mine with both his hands and face pressed against the front window. The hotel layout was very weird though, our room was closest to the front desk yet the furthest walk of all rooms unless you used the staff only door to go behind the kitchen - which we did every day because it saved 4-5 minutes of walking. I am sad to say that the beds sucked, my back and neck ached each and every night and it was not only hard to fall asleep but also hard to stay asleep. The outdoor courtyard was nice, and safe, and had lots of games but the music that seemingly never shot off at night was too loud..I could hear hits all through my sleep.

I'd like to have more options on breakfast. There were some broken equipment in the gym. Also the pool was pretty small - always overcrowded. Otherwise everything else was good and exceeded expectations.

Fridge was great to have, a real one with a freezer. Would stay again next time we're in town, a no brainer.
