I love that it wasn’t bustling with people and that the water in the shower had great water pressure. The staff was cordial and I like the location.

stay was just an overnight. close proximity to Thornton hospital. everything about room and amenities was exactly as expected, everything needed provided. would definately stay here again. perhaps not enough parking. happy to have a starbucks right outside the front door!

Breakfast was yummy and our kids liked the different choices. Everything was clean and staff were friendly. We loved the 24/7 coffee bar!!

Good location. Hotel was clean but you have to tell to reception if you want a housekeeping service. They forgot to tell us first day so room was all messy first day. Breakfast is very average

I was very impressed with this hotel! The building and rooms all felt new and very clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast has a nice selection, we appreciated the vegetarian mini omlettes, fresh fruit , and yogurt ! We chose this hotel beacuse it included breakfast and gym and wifi for no extra costs. There a $10 fee for parking, but that is much more reasonable than other properties! Would definitely stay here again!

The staff at the front desk were very nice. The room was clean and good Wi-Fi. Breakfast area clean and the pancake machine was nice, you press a button and you have fresh pancakes in a minute. Fresh ground coffee available in lobby. There is a Starbucks, Jersey Mikes and liquor store a few steps from the front door of the hotel. We stayed at a hotel closer to hospital and moved after one day. It’s worth the extra drive and we will be staying here for future trips.

The room was really big with lots of room to move around in my wheelchair. The staff were very friendly and helpful in every way. I stayed there for six nights and I truly felt like I was home away from home. Thank you!

Soundproofing does not exist in this hotel, I can hear talking from rooms adjacent, across the hall and stomping foot steps from above.

The shower had the best water pressure of any hotel that I’ve ever stayed at in my entire life. I will go back to this place just so I can use that shower. It’s about 10 times better than my shower pressure at home and the water is soft. Everything else was great too. The room was clean. It was big and comfortable. Excellent place to stay.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Lighting was dim, but the worst part was the thin ceiling/floors. Everytime someone above me walked it was booming and even woke me up a few times.

The room had unexpected bugs inside the restroom. The attendant said he was going to discount portion of my charge due to the bugs.

The room wasn’t much better. we found hair from previous guests on the bathroom wall, and the hairdryer was very old and dirty, even dropping some paper-like debris when we used it. Overall, both the service and cleanliness were far below what we expected from a Holiday Inn

I had to request that the room be cleaned during my 10-day stay repeatedly. Neither of these issues made for a pleasurable stay.

Me and my family stayed in a suite with multiple beds and a spacious living area, and everything exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had plenty of space to relax. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in and the whole stay smooth and welcoming. We also enjoyed the pool, which was clean and well maintained. The free breakfast was a great touch and made our mornings so much easier. On top of that, the hotel offered plenty of parking and the price was very reasonable for the quality. Overall, this was a great experience, I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The hotel is very clean. The check in host was great. Very friendly although check out host need to smile but everything was great. Breakfast was good as well. They have cinnamon rolls during my visit. Modern rooms and bathrooms. Smooth check in and check out.

This place is nearby a lot of businesses and makes for a more business hotel vibe. The rooms are clean enough but something that really bothered me was the smell of bleach right when I entered the room. It smelled like I was in a pool the entire time and gave me a headache. The doors are not soundproofed and when people talk in the hallways you can hear them. I’d often hear housekeeping talking loudly amongst each other in the morning when they clean, which disrupted my sleep. The worst part was the WiFi on the fourth floor was so spotty, it barely worked and connected. I ended up leaving early because I just couldn’t stand it anymore. I would not recommend. Stay elsewhere.

Room appeared to be clean. Not so sure the sheets were changed from previous patron as there was what seemed to be food in the bed in a couple places. And there were only 2 towels for 5 people. We had to keep asking for towels. Breakfast was good.

This hotel is in a great location for the price. We were able to travel to the beaches quickly. There is a Jersey Mikes and Starbucks basically out the front door. The hotel is clean and well staffed. We had a great stay!

The property was great, the only negative was the service desk person that was on duty 6/27/2025 @ approximately 430 pm. Basically I asked for 6 extra pillows due tonight have a toddler and wanted to form a barrier in the bed so he doesn't fall, the service desk gentlemen told me " absolutely not! Maybe 2 or 3 but definitely not 6!" It's absurd that a hotel that size doesn't have 6 extra pillows. Very rude and condescending.

They had omelets, bagels, pancakes fruit, pasyires and cereal. We were teaveling 2 adults and 3 kids. We got the room with 2 beds and 1 sofa bed. Room was clean spacious and comfortable. Definitely recommend.

"Suite w living area" was nothing more than a room with a pullout couch. There also was no fan in the bathroom, the internet wasn't working the first night, and the ice machine was not working. Not a great experience and certainly I overpaid vs what was advertised.

Staff was good . Breakfast was good and warm. I think the the only thing I didn't like was nothing to do with hotel or staff, it was maybe me,and the area seemed safe, only I found it hard to find , small sign at entrance (area restriction maybe) and an island in street preventing left turn out of the place.It is quiet and the staff are good . Good enough that I would recommend it

Awesome accommodations! Easy parking & check-in. The room was “spotless”. Easily accessible from the freeway. Close to Sorrento Valley, Mira Mesa, Miramar, La Jolla, etc… I would recommend this place

Great service, easy check in, they have all the basic essentials needed incase you forget them. Loved that they include in your stay breakfast. Beds are very comfortable. Rooms are spacious WiFi works. Restrooms are clean and stocked with towels. I recommend staying here.

It's located in a safe area. Very comfortable bedding. Good breakfast. The staffs are very friendly. The first night check in, we notice the noise outside of our room. We got an option to change to a quieter room. The next night when it was heavy rain, we notice the window was leaking. We were offered to switch to another room immediately. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

While it took quite a long time to get checked in because no one was at the front desk for 25min, the comfort of the room was amazing. Those pillows gave me the bes sleep ever. I also appreciate that check out wasnt until 12, that extra rest was needed.

The property had plumbing issues and I was not notified prior to arrival that I was not receiving the rooms that I requested. Being a holiday weekend there were no other rooms available at other hotels. The receptionist told me different days the manager was going to be available but the manager never came on site. In addition there were little bugs in our room and housekeeping was subpar.

All the staff I interacted with was very helpful and responsive to my needs. The room itself was not quite up to the normal Holiday Inn standards. There was water damage in the bathroom and little black bugs on the countertop in the bathroom. The exterior landscape could also use some mulch. The parking area felt secure but I wasn't told about the $10 per night fee until I arrived to check in.

Overall nice property

Room was clean. Water pressure was excellent. Amenities were great; they provide nice brand name toilettries to use during stay and upon request, they will provide toiletries you may have forgotten such as toothbrush, tooth paste, shaving cream, or comb at no extra charge. The pool was family friendly, not too deep. Breakfast was descent for the price. I am very pleased with the price, the hotels surrounding the area do not even compete with the value. There is also a starbucks and jersey mikes right across the parking lot. I would definitly stay again!!!

Decent place for the price

This hotel is great! It has a nice breakfast area! The room was clean, updated, and nice. The staff is so friendly, every one of them! One of my kids left their suitcase behind and we got that important call from the very sweet woman (I wish i could remember her name) at the front desk and it saved us. We were an hour away and set to fly out and thankfully they had cleaned our room shortly after we left and discovered and she called until she got ahold of me to let us know about our suitcase. We were able to turn around and grab it. SO GRATEFUL!!!!! THANK YOU AGAIN!!! Wonderful hotel, even better staff!

Property was under renovations when we arrived and had to lug our luggage thru trash bin area to access the hotel. Guests should be given advance notice of renovations before booking

Booked this hotel for our family trip to go legoland and seaworld for its convenient location. Overall hotel was great. The Hotel was in the middle of renovations. Our room was not vacuumed and dirty and the lady checking us out (older Asian lady) was extremely rude to my wife checking out. Overall it was a good experience besides the two issues. Kids loved the pool and breakfast was good.
