We loved how clean and unclass the facility was. We also loved that Old Town San Diego and the transit center and trolley tour were in walking distance. We didn’t like the pillows. They were not comfortable.

Loved the setup and arrangement of this hotel. Perfect neighborhood; plenty of restaurants and the train station is just a short walk. Breakfast was great. Check in and check out were so easy. Free street parking around the area. Seriously a perfect stay!!!

Dated property, you can hear the other guests move and the mattresses were uncomfortable unlikeother Marriott, the maintenance can be better but was acceptable. Rats presence at pool and courtyard. The fire pit lighter was not working. They excel in the breakfast/café area. The cleaning crew was very friendly and approachable. When we asked front desk for extra blankets, they said they had none and gave us bed covers/comforters. Underground Parking fee is $30 a day, but there's Sewer issues that leave your car interior smelling the same, my son got sick almost vomited. They shouldn't charge a fee with such a smell. The cost does not match the experience. You can find better for the price.

Great hotel, close to everything.

Newly remodeled and wonderful. Staff that stood out the most was Charisma at check in and day to day. Michael at night shift. Both super friendly, professional and just great at making you feel like home away from home.

They were undergoing a renovation, so the amenities were not available, but it’s a nice property.

I love this hotel

The property is clean and comfortable (beds/pillows are just okay-ish). The front desk staff is professional. The couple of ladies working breakfast every morning are always smiling and helpful. The housekeeping staff was pleasant and attentive. There is plenty of outdoor space in the center of the complex; a firepit and lighting turned on every evening, tables outside to enjoy breakfast or just be outside. The pool is clean and well kept. It's 3.5 ft all around so great for my kids, but wasn't overly busy. Very walkable. Old Town is a great way to spend the evening or a day. Restaurants, bars, shops, museum, live music. The beds and pillows aren't anything special.

The location was a 5 minute walk to Old Town, but the attractions were closed. The room was spacious but they gave us an accessible room that we did not reserve for. The bathroom looked clinical with all the accessible parts. The second day, they fixed our bed and cleared garbage and gave us fresh towels but the floors were not cleaned. there were used floss on the floor. The room location was very noisy and could hear people opening and closing the corridor doors. Breakfast was the usual and it was good. One of the bedroom lights did not work. I did not like the room. I could not sleep in because of the noise. We did street parking and no need to pay the 30 dollar parking. Staff was good. NOTE: the credit card hold is for 5 to 7 days.

The location to the Airport and the Marine base were excellent since we were there for a Marine Graduation and it is also close to a variety of Restraints. The negative was that you are charged $100.00 on check in for any possible incidentals charged to the room but when you check out, they say it could take 4 to 5 days to receive the credit when it wasn't used.

The night shift front desk male and female was very pleasant and helpful when we checked in he provided good information and also held another room for us the next day.

The room was clean. The breakfast was something I enjoyed. The pool and Jacuzzi were clean. By mid-day, the sun heated the pool, so it was nice and warm. It is a great location. Walking distance to old town strip and close to the freeway. Would stay here again.

Don't be scared if you are driving in from the other side of the freeway to get there. The actual area of the hotel seems really nice, and our car was fine on the street.

A cozy, clean place with a variety of breakfasts and a pleasant atmosphere. The only thing I didn't like was that on the last day of my vacation, the people staying on the second floor made noise at night and in the early morning, which prevented me from sleeping well that last nigh

Property was under construction most of the parking was taken up by the construction company. Yet the property still charged a full parking fee. Some nights were hard to get a parking spot.

Our room was very clean and refreshed each day of our stay. We enjoyed the variety of breakfast items offered. One evening, we sat in the circular sectional outside around the fire pit and enjoyed the atmosphere. The location is in great proximity to most things.

Breakfast was fresh and hot and tasty. Plenty of food - coffee was always available. Loved the heated swimming pool but did not use the hot tub. We sat by the fire one evening for a little bit before it got to cold and enjoyed that. Overall the property was beautiful and well-kept, staff was super friendly and super helpful. We enjoyed our stay tremendously

Overall a nice play to stay

We stayed here for my son’s graduation from SDSU and it was a perfect location. It’s so close to the trolley line that takes you directly to campus and also takes you to downtown San Diego and Little Italy. The location is sooo good! So many great Mexican restaurants in Old Town that are right down the street. The hotel staff was super friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely start here again.

This was a nice quiet hotel that was so very convenient to the Old Town. The staff was very helpful and advised me that on street parking was good, so I didn't need to pay for on-site parking. We were able during our time there to park just across the street from the hotel entrance. The room was exceptionally well maintained by the staff. The pool was enjoyable on warm days and restaurants in the Old Town were very convenient. We will definitely stay there on another trip.

The area is great. Really close to everything we wanted to visit. About a 7 minute drive to the zoo and balboa park. You are in Old Town so no need to even drive to all of the wonderful shops and eateries. We definitely recommend staying at this property.

One lady I dont know her name but she took care of the breakfast area and kept it stocked and clean. She was also very polite and talked with visitors. I am going to bring my best friend back and stay there again. Lovely place.

We spent 3 nights with 2 kids and everything went well! Check in was fast, the location was good for us to walk to old town and drive to sea world and the zoo. Underground secure parking was also nice and easy. The pool was heated very well and even on a 65 degree day it was great! Breakfast was a little small but everything was good and my kids don’t need a ton of variety anyway. Overall a very affordable, cute little place to call home while exploring San Diego!

Breakfast was the standard fare for hotels. Old Town is centrally located in San Diego. Walking distance to most of your needs. Mexican food all around. The shoe store next to Cafe Coyote is great. Good prices, nice staff.

They only clean our room one time during our stay. Reception was very rude. They confused my checkout date and asked me to return from a trip to clarify their mistake. Breakfast is not good. They said the gym was under construction and I had to go to a different location to used.

Stayed 1 night at Fairfield Inn and Suites is in Old Town. An easy few minute walk to the shops and restaurants. Room was clean. Bed and pillows comfy. And breakfast was included which was a plus.

The staff were all wonderful, especially Carisma and Alice in the Kitchen area. My room door was very hard to open/close and when I did report it to them they said they would address the situation.

Only complaint was the hot tub not working for 2 of our 5 nights. I would stay there again.

Excellent location 10 min from Old Town. Good condition property but they were working on some units while we were there - nailers going off during the daytime. Mostly updated but some of the doors between buildings were in bad shape. Comfy bed, remodeled bathrooms, nice big toiletries, TV was maybe too big to be used while sitting at the desk. Tip - take the flyer shuttle from SAN to Old Town for free. Wish I had know there’s plenty of free street parking or I would have rented a car. There’s also an AVIS couple blocks from Old Town to avoid the airport fees. Breakfast was good with DIY waffles, eggs, sausage, cold options, oatmeal bar with lots of toppings, whole apples & bananas, muffins - good spread. Can get crowded waiting for waffles at times but never came away hungry. It’s far enough out of Old Town that it’s quiet but close enough for multiple trips into the train and dining. Almost all dining in area is Mexican so plan to head to Little Italy or elsewhere for more options. Tip - Use the liquor store across street for a 2l for about the same as a 20oz bottle in the lobby.

My group and I drove, and we opted for street parking. Thankfully, there were plenty of opportunities for that and had there not been, this establishment does offer their own parking for a rate. Rooms were clean and ammenities were well kept. There is complimentary breakfast buffet served from 7-10 am which is a big bonus. Overall, great place to stay in. My group and I had a wonderful experience that we will be staying here in the future when we come back to visit.

Perfect location! Walk to Old Town and have great Mexican food and shopping. Less than a 10 min drive to Sea World or downtown gaslamp. Clean Hotel with nice breakfast every morning. Pool is heated and perfect for children and families. We will definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed breakfast each day. It was a good variety and you could sit inside or outside. Also, the hotel had a security guy each night which was nice to see him out and about keeping things safer.

All of the staff here were very friendly, accommodating, and very professional. Our room and the rest of the property were very clean and stocked well. Breakfast was always fresh, warm, and they also provide gluten-free options, which was wonderful. Our dislikes/ complaints was the hot tub being out of order, it had water in it but we were told it was closed. Also, the elevator went down on day two and it was never fixed. The workout room was closed and unable to be used . They do offer a near by property for the hot tub and the gym but that wasn’t very accommodating. They are doing renovations on the entire property, so I’m sure that will all be fixed very soon.

The rooms were clean and appeared to be recently remodeled. The breakfast was good. The staff was hit and miss with one exceptional employee. The fitness room was out of order with no end date in sight. The television signal would pixelate badly at night. We were unaware, but their maid service was every other day. The parking area was horrendously small for even a regular full size pickup truck. As a whole, we might consider staying here again, if nothing else was available in the area.

Well, this is overall a great hotel, staff was very friendly and accomodating. They have a great breakfast too, and I loved my room, I had a suite on the 1st floor. The bed was very comfortable. The only issue I have is their Jacuzzi was out of service and so was their Gym! I booked this hotel knowing they had a Jacuzzi I could use after my race, I came to San Diego to do a 10 K run. Anyways...I learned. It is best to call the facility directly before you go just to make sure ALL will be available for you. Expedia do not know these details.

When I arrived there was no one at the front desk for a good 5-10 minutes and when staff did arrive they weren't apologetic at all. Also I was given no clear direction to how to get to my room so when I parked my car I had to find out on my own that my room was on the complete other side of the property. The location is very fantastic and my room was great and housekeeping was very good at their job.

I really liked the location of this hotel. Easy access to I-5 and a lot of the attractions in San Diego are within 15 minutes from here. Breakfast was great and the staff was very welcoming.

Overall, this hotel was average but good for the price. The continental breakfast was better than expected, with a decent variety of items. The staff was kind and accommodating throughout our stay, which made a positive difference. The room was cleaned every other day, which was fine for our needs. The pool and hot tub were a nice bonus, especially after a long day out. The location is very convenient for exploring Old Town, with lots to see and do nearby. The hotel itself is older and appears to be in the process of being updated. Rooms are quite small, but manageable if you don’t plan to spend much time inside.

Great property for a great price!

I was quite surprised at this property. The Fairfield Marriott was attractive and comfortable. The breakfast is very good and the price was right! The only drawback was to have to self park in a very tight tight underground garage which costs $30 a night. However, there is usually close by street parking at no cost.

The hotel is old and undergoing renovations. The parking lot is very small and they charge extra for it, but the biggest problem is the pool pump: it sounds like a running ship engine, and the vibration can be felt not only in the room but throughout the entire floor.

Loved the property and the breakfast easy check in and check out. I would say the only thing is there was construction in the next room over and it woke us up early and the water pressure was horrible it barely came out. But the stuff was wonderful and room was clean

The room is in a good location for those traveling by car. Keep in mind, though, that the Old Town area is hilly. We travel to the San Diego area by Amtrak, which stops at the Old Town Transportation Center, or by airplane, with a free shuttle connection from the airport to the Old Town Transportation Center. From there, we had to walk several blocks up a moderate incline to the hotel's location, which was somewhat tiring for us 72-year-olds pulling our luggage. If you're young and fit, that might not be a problem for you. But for us, it moved the Fairfield down on our list of desired San Diego area hotels.

Staff are very engaged and supportive. Parking is available in the street only. Construction is occurring, no gym, etc. they keep up the property with integrity but I was expecting more.

I loved the fact that many places were close by and some even walking distance. Happy to come back to a clean and done bed after returning from my activities. Also very convenient that you’re able to purchase drinks and alcohol. Saved me from having to buy drinks from the store. The outside chairs and fire pit and pool were a plus. Would definitely recommend and stay again.👌

Great staff! I really felt welcomed as a solo traveler and everyone was so kind and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was more than expected and the room was clean with plenty of space and a nice balcony to top it off. I recommend any and everyone to book their stay here, I know I will when I come back!

First room had a leak in the ceiling, the room room we got at one point had the water shut off no toilet and shower for hours due to renovations, the shower doors are installed backwards so you have to squeeze past the toilet and towell rack to get into shower. Room was dirty with cobb webs in all corners. The curtains had holes in them and the shadow box above the windows were stained as if something had exploded in the room and stained the window coverings very visible. The ceiling in the bathroom had visible mold and cracked tiles. The room has one small garbage can in the bathroom only. Absoutely the worst!!!! I took photos to send to corporate. The place had non-working out door fountains. I will definetly let others know to STAY AWAY from this hotel. They had loud constructiong going on, but they should have shut the place down. Please have corporate contact me to discuss.

Our only issue was construction going on daily from 9 to 5. That will be over in a few months and the place will be even better.

Didn't get a message my hotel was under construction til last minute. I wasn't able to get the suite i reserved and had to be in a handicapped room that had a dirty bathroom, and holes in the walls.

This is a great hotel to stay at. Currently getting renovated to make it even better. Everyone here was so nice and accommodating during our family trip. Will stay here again if we ever find ourselves in San Diego again.

Everything was great. Staff remembered us from last week. Very personable. We also enjoyed the gift bag. Another nice thing is the free shuttle to the old town transit center. From there one can just up the hill to the hotel.we were able to check in around 12:30 since the rooms were ready. There were two families.

Was not aware of the Construction going on and parking garage was a disaster to park with a low ceilings and having a truck!

The shower water temperature was set too low, and the water was cold while showering. The tap water was hot, but the shower did not get warm. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was not working.

The hotel is under renovation, and I think they should specify that. It's very unpleasant to arrive at the hotel trying to relax and find that surprise, and to top it all off, the air conditioning is incredibly noisy.

My family of four (including 2 teenagers) enjoyed the hotel. It was clean, quiet, and the free buffet breakfast had a good variety. It was nice to walk in Old Town with many little shops and close by restaurants. Cafe coyote Mexican food was good.

Room was comfortable and clean, although the bathroom fixtures are due for a refresh. They were painting the exterior while I was there, so hopefully the interiors were next. Might be why the rate was so attractive. Nice breakfast with eggs, breakfast meat and a daily special. Waffle maker and breakfast breads of course.

This is a decent hotel for the price... it is just loud. Book the 3rd floor, away from doors. Staff and housekeeping did a great job. I will stay here again taking my above recommendations.

Good experiences

The hotel was very outdated, but the staff was super nice. For a Marriott property, I expected a bit more, but I do see that the hotel is undergoing some renovation. The location was great, if you are looking for a hotel near the airport. The hotel did have a balcony, but when my children stepped onto it, there was a crack in the floor, and the substructure was soft. I did not think it was safe for my kids to be out on the balcony.

Staff were very nice. Unfortunately there was contractor painting going with wet paint and plastic taping. We could not avoid this as there was only one elevator and our room was not ground floor. Felt like we had to walk and walk and to get to the room. Had to walk all over first floor courtyard, get to the one elevator, then walk again thru several doors to get to room. Might be ok in summer or nicer weather but not on cold windy days. Parking not that accessible on street and daily parking fee for hotel garage gets expensive. Breakfast was good. Great assortment of hot food.

This was a good place to stay with our kids. The breakfast was convenient for them and loved that coffee was available 24/7. The room was clean but lacked hot water. We are from the desert so this water was just way too cold for us. Overall the staff was friendly and it was quiet.

Room was comfortable balcony was great! Only complaint was the area above the 2nd floor something jeot banging and dragging across the floor in the middlenof the night. Notnsure of it was a guest or housekeeping.

The room was clean. The building is a little old but it has been decently cared for. The location was perfect. Close to the freeway so easy access to all of San Diego. We walked into Old Town multiple times. It is rare to get a room with a real door these days and this one had it.

It’s a “ok” hotel. I def had higher expectations for it being smack in the middle of one of the nicest tourist places in San Diego! It’s older, a bit run down, our room smelled like an old motel. Def needs a remodel/upgrade in everything! Bed comfort wasn’t the greatest. Staff was nice. If you dont find street parking, you have to park underground for $30 a night, seems a bit steep for the overall experience of this place. Will I be staying here again? Probably not. Just felt a bit locked in, gated everywhere and can’t get back in without your key.

I was pretty disappointed with the condition inside of the rooms. Lots of little details with chipped paint, patch jobs on the ceiling, the mini fridge was cracked on the inside. Additionally, the doors on the first level swing so incredibly loud, it rattles windows. And the powerwashing at 7AM is criminal. We were not told about any construction beforehand, so we were woken up at 8am by a painter putting paper and tape on our window. Loved Old Town, but the stay was not great. ALSO IT'S $30 A NIGHT FOR PARKING ON TOP OF WHAT YOU ALREADY PAY FOR THE HOTEL????

The only thing i would suggest would be have breakfast at the same time every morning.

This is one of the best hotels ive stayed at in old town. The room was huge and clean. The front desk agent we had at check in was friendly and helpful. Parking was secure and made me feel my car was safe. Also this hotel is perfect walking distance to all restaurants and tours.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here! Room was clean and hotel staff was friendly! We received complementary bottles of water upon arrival, and the location was in the most convenient spot. The area was quiet and walkable with many restaurants and shops in a short walking distance. If we come back to old town San Diego in the future, we will definitely be staying here again.

Front desk staff, Chris and Asst Manager Alejandro were amazing. Breakfast was tasty and varied daily. Rooms need some TLC from wear and tear. Beds could be softer. Other than that, the stay was fine. If the hotel gets some updates, there is no reason 10 stars can’t be awarded.

Just a good option for a quite business trip

The property was fairly clean, the rooms were a bit dated. We like the fact the rooms had small patios with doors. Friendly staff, clean pools and spa.

The swimming pools were gross due to the area. The drains do not work. So there's just massive puddles everywhere, with a food crumbs and stuff in it. This was for the 2 days that I was there, totally gross. I even went at eight o'clock the next morning and the puddles were still there.They had not been drained all the way. The rest of the hotel was very clean

We had a great stay

Parking a full size truck could be tricky with the low ceiling, pipes and hvac hanging even lower. Nice walk down to Old Town very pleasing. Interior hallways and guest room doors unsightly, could use a paint job for dexterity purposes. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Perfect location, Lyft and uber easy access, street parking, lots of places to eat and shop within a few blocks. Friendly staff, breakfast was decent, rooms are nice. Older hotel but perfect bang for your buck.

This use to be my favorite place to stay. It looks like there is new front desk staff her and manager on evening shift they all lack customer service skills . I can't believe I payed to stay here so dissatisfied and disappointed ! Housekeeping was what made this stay bearable . They are so kind and caring not like front desk staff and manager . I have stayed here so many times lots but I will never book here again

My stay here was Great! The staff is very friendly! Its a convenient location right off the freeway and walking distance to downtown San Diego. My favorite part was how accommodating and friendly the entire staff was. Customer service is huge for me and this place had great customer service.

Hotel was not like the pictures

Overall had a nice stay with the exception of the toilet. It was broken and kept running, never filled back up with water. We had to manually fix it each time we used it. We went to the desk three times to report and each time told it was fixed. It would work once and then we were back to fixing it manually. Not what you want to do while you are away. A bit disappointing.

The reason I gave it this score is because they do not offer daily housekeeping services. Staff was nice and breakfast was very good.

We went to the Balboa Park, Zoo, Petco Park and La Jolla Shores for some fun in the sun. There so much to do in downtown and Seaport Village or Coronado Island. Well back to the property it was a fun stay

The bed was horrible - it was time to be replaced. Extremely soft and you would roll into the middle of the bed. It was terrible. Both beds in our room were in this condition. Also, there needs to be better signage out front when parking to check in. The sign currently there states its for Uber or Lyft pickup or drop off. If one inadvertently goes in the driveway for the parking garage (which is a $30 per day charge) you cannot get in without a keycard. When trying to backup and park on the street, you will scrap and possibly damage the underneath of your vehicle due to the way the driveway was built unless you are able to a 3point turn. Very difficult!! More information regarding parking at this location needs to be communicated to those deciding to stay here

We tried checking in at 4 but no rooms available until after 5 and we had reservations at a near by restaurant so we were in a hurry . The room was clean and nice but felt humid the whole day and night when I was barefoot notice carpet was moist/wet not sure if they clean carpet before we got the room .

Its great location next to Old Town made walking through that area—with plenty of dining options—fun and convenient. It’s a very basic hotel, however, with average breakfast foods. Our room was fairly dark, and the mattresses felt old—the kind you sink into. The rubber on one arm of the rolling desk chair was partially missing.

They could find the reservation for the second room. We arrived at 10 am and my colleague couldn’t get into his room untill 9pm

Some of my personal property was taken and the hotel has done nothing about it.

I have to admit I expected a bit more as far as the room for the price we paid, almost $400 a night. We did not need an ADA room, but we wouldn't have cared....except the ADA room #141 is right next to a access door from the outside to room nubered in the lower 100's. It was very noisy all night with people entering and exiting through that door, which slams shut. Also the AC is quite loud and the room outdated. Even with the location being in Old Town, it was overpriced for the quality of the rooms. It reminded me more of a freeway offramp Super 8 unfortunately.

It was a last minute booking and the young lady at the counter was very welcoming. She was very helpful. The room was big and roomy. Hotel is within walking distance to old town San Diego. Breakfast was good.

I booked this hotel based off previous positive reviews, and I’m glad I did! 5min walk to old town, so many restaurants and shops, absolute vibe. My kids loved it, we didn’t get to try the pool! But definitely at our next stay here, complimentary breakfast was good! Coffee was delicious.! Staff was more than helpful, the rooms were clean! The beds were very comfortable, only thing is that they do not have free parking on the property. They have underground parking below the hotel and that is $30 a night. Which I don’t think is fair to charge PER night. Maybe a $30pass for your entire stay would be better. But that didn’t bother or affect us because we found front parking on the street. Luckily. But overall great stay! Great staff, great location, will definitely be back

No free parking

We booked 3 nights. First 2 were great; no issues. 3rd day we needed to get a clean set of bath towels. Went down to the front desk and were told housekeeping would bring them to our room. No towels were delivered. In the morning, went down to front desk and was told they were out of clean towels. Are you kidding me?! Asked housekeeping person on our floor for towels and was again told they were out. Multi-million dollar operation and can't keep a sufficient supply of towels? I will definitely keep this experience in my memory bank for future consideration.

Otherwise it was nice. Parking in underground and ceiling is low, check to see if your vehicle will fit. Normal cars and pickups have no problem.

Front desk staff was amazing!!

Location, Location, is the best!! you are right at the beginning of the Old Town shopping and dining strip. The breakfast is great and the staff is wonderful. The smell they have emitting from a sprayer in the hallways smells great!! It is definitely an old property so you have to keep that in mind. However the walls are thicker because of that so we never heard any neighbors or people walking by our room in the hallway which was nice for a change. If you have a high profile car you will NOT be able to park in the basement parking garage. We were in a rental pick up truck and only cleared by a half inch in places so defintely call beforehand to make sure your car will fit.

Love this place. Walking distance was perfect to old town.

Location is convenient near airport and Old Town. However all hotels in San Diego are relatively close to the airport. The exterior is very old but rooms are fully renovated. Staff was all great. In our shower though had a piece of blood that scrubbed off with Clorox wipes myself as didn’t want to change rooms. That was the major gross and downside.

This time a couple glitches. Bad internet froze the TV several times as well as my electronic devices. Also, I had put my delicious dinner leftovers in the fridge only to find in the morning the fridge was turned off! I hadn't checked because it's always on. When I mentioned these while checking out, Lindon (?) was so kind and accommodating. Like always, excellent service.

Our overall experience was great! The aesthetics of the hotel is wonderful. A little outdated on the inside, but it was ok. I loved the fact that it has double doors that open to a small balcony! The underground parking was pretty nerve-wrecking as well. The height clearance was VERY low! We drive a large suv so it was scary, I’m not sure I would like to park out on the street though.

We had a one night stay due to the last-minute extension of our trip. The reason why I chose this hotel was due to the hot tub and it was temporarily out of service. Next time I will call to ensure it works. Beds were pretty comfortable. Check-in was fast and easy overall a good day.

This hotel is great! Wherever in San Diego Old Town is our place. You can walk to all the eateries! Great food, and shopping 10 minutes from Airport, and 5 minutes from Marine Corps Base (boot camp)

I would rate this stay as okay. The check in was somewhat difficult as there are only a couple of spaces on the curb for 15 minute parking to check in. These spots were taken by cars not checking in so we had to double park. The girl who checked us in was not very very friendly. She wasn't unfriendly but also wasn't as welcoming as I would expect. Our room also wasn't the cleanest. We found a blueberry on the floor and it looked like somone spilled a fruit drink on the bedspread. The breakfast was good and the coffee was also good. The location is also convenient and very close to old town. Parking in the underground parking was small and hard to navigate, it was also a little pricey. In all, the stay wasn't bad. It wasn't the best but it also wasn't amazing. I feel that the 8.6 it received is a little high. I would rate it closer to a 7.5

Loved walking to Old Town. The property is beautiful. We didn't like the way the rooms smelled but found everything else great. Upkeep is a little sloppy, I recognize it's an older hotel.

Was a very nice stay. Being able to easily walk through old town was fantastic. Hotel pool has nice view of SeaWorld allowed us to enjoy the evening fireworks in comfort. Breakfast was nice. Rooms were well taken care of. Will definitely recommend!

We also paid $30 a day for parking, only to discover there were no available spots. It felt like we were being charged for a service the hotel couldn’t even provide.
