    Breakfast was advertised but there was just coffee. Staff claimed there were muffins but I never saw any muffins. I think to save money, they don’t supply the rooms with anything. No dishes, silverware, shampoo etc. you have to ask. They apologized for not having a full suite of dishes to provide, I guess they don’t want to drive the 400 yards to Walmart to keep there supplies stocked. Staff is never at front desk.     The room had roaches and when I brought it up to the staff they told me the person who could help me would be in the next day when I went to the front desk the next day the young lady at the front was confused and proceeded to tell me that the manager was on vacation and nothing could be done until he was back , they said an investigation would need to be done I have videos of live and dead roaches in the room

    Area pretty convenient, Walmart is very close by, Interstate is just a block away, ARCO fuel station is affordable. Staff is very friendly. The smell is prominent.

    Kept having issues with our lock and had to change rooms. We were locked out of our room for almost 45 minutes after coming back from dinner. While staff was trying to figure out how to unlock it one of our kids ended up falling asleep in the hallway. Yes, we were invited to wait in the lobby.However we are a family of 5 and there was only 2 small chairs to sit in. We were given NO COMPENSATION for the inconvenience. Our dog was also locked in that room during this whole ordeal. Laundry room was riddled with may flies and some where even coming out of the dryers. Trash rooms look like they're never emptied. Grab and go breakfast was just mediocre coffee and prepackaged snacks. Despite notices of the property being smoke free the hallways REEKED of smoke (not kid friendly or asthma friendly). If you are military waiting to get into housing and you have small children DO NOT book here.

    The beds were comfortable and the AC was not too loud. Convenient location near the freeway and shipping. Staff was friendly and helpful. Fridge worked very well. The shower did not work very well. There was almost no water pressure. It did get hot but not much water came out. Would be convenient to have a shower head you can take off to use. Some of the outlets were loose. Our coffee pot leaked when used. Room was supposed to have ice trays but didn't.

    Security on the premises. Very hard to find location, poor directions, no Signage, Front Desk unable to direct. Late Check In to find Ccckaroaches in Bathroom. Unable to take bath for two days. No Maintenance to kill or spray bugs TV had wrong Remote unable to operate. Front Desk called, but Maintenance showed up hour later to exchange TV Remote Asked to change Room After 3 hours it was 9pm. Told Room bot Available until after 3pm Next Day Check out. Called at 4pm and was moved to Dirty Room had poop splashed all over Refrigeratot. Bedside Lamps on both side not working. Window behind TV was left open and struggled to close for Ground Floor Security. No Restaurant, Vending Machines did not work took $4, Dollars without Dispensing any Products, no On Site Refunds so Requied Customers to Contact Vending Machjine Company a big pain in tha ass for Refund. Room smelled strong Bug Spray so had recently been de-bugged. Had to inhale Chemical Order and Toxic Fumes. Refrigerator did not keep Food and Beverages cold. Over-all Facility was a bug infested dump and Staff had no remedies and onlu appo;ogized nicely. Check out person Suzanna, took down my Complaints to show to Manager, said he would contact me to discuss ways to solve problems. No one called or offere any form of Discount or Complimentary Service for such bad experience.

    room was very dirty. when I got there past 8pm the room looks like someone just slept there and left. cats hair all over the bed and under the bed. the sheets weren't even clean. i just slept after a 23hr (3 overseas flights). and then left the hotel even though I paid for 4 nights. I just returned the key after 4 days. terrible experience.

    I booked the room last minute around 11:30pm and when I got to the hotel at 1am the front desk woman told me she could t check me in until 3am because of company policy… although I had already paid for that night, I explained to her that I was tired and we could check me in in the morning but she could still let me in to my room… finally after 30 min of pushing she finally caved and let me into my room… what a stupid policy to have, such a lack of consideration for guests checking in late and no explanation or notice of that policy!!! I would have just stayed at a different hotel had they told me that. Also no apology or anything to make it right. I came down for the complimentary breakfast the next day at 9am and I was already cleared… apparently it was from 5am-9am…. Ugh… the place smells funky and the elevators are filthy… beds are flimsy and pillows are gross and clumpy…Also!!!! No shampoo, conditioner or lotion!!!!! Bring your own?!?!?! What hotel doesn’t provide basic amenities. I hate this place.

    After first night I noticed roaches, stove wasn't working, no phone, and room smelled of mold/mildew. After complaining I was moved to a different room however it was extremely difficult to get items they advertise as part of the room including blow dryer, iron, housekeeping, or even linen to change it out myself. I've heard that each location is different because of management however the stay at this location put a bad taste in my mouth for ALL locations. Contacted corporate which contacted the manager who contacted me and nothing changed just received an apology.

    The property is old and very dated. The kitchen sink was dirty. The refrigerator wasn’t cold. The AC was turned all the way down to 60 degrees, but the room was still hot. The hallways smelled like smoke. The bathroom sink had cigarette burns. No amenities provided in the room, except for toilet paper, we had to ask for soap to wash our hands in the sink. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.

    Front desk guy Bryce was wonderful for check in. It was convenient to all of our events and parking was nice because it's free and plentiful. After reading all the yelp reviews I can confirm: No roaches No mold Yes the whole entire building smells. My room had a weird scent made me feel nauseous all night. They don't have shampoo in the bathroom you have to ask for it. Our only bar soap in the tub was broken. There was NO ONE there for check in. I had to leave my keys on the desk after waiting for about 5+ mins.

    While the property was somewhat clean, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. It’s old, outdated, and in need of a facelift. The halls and rooms smell uniquely and are musty. There was supposed to be a “grab and go” breakfast but that was not true. The was lukewarm coffee, water for tea, a packages of oatmeal. Although the front desk clerk stated breakfast is on the way, it never seemed to appear. Parking was easy & convenient.

    Our stay was okay, bed was comfortable, room and bathroom was clean, area was quiet and safe. However, there was a distinct food/oil smell that lingered during our entire 2 night stay. We tried to air out the room to ventilate, when we turned on the stove hood vent, the smell got stronger and almost nauseating. Ended up spraying cologne and deodorant in different times to use as an air freshener, and yet the smell persisted. We let the front desk and housekeeping know but don’t think housekeeping came at all. Front desk offered to move us rooms but we refused as the whole building smelled like fried food and figured it would be the same issue. The fried food smell actually woke me up at 8am as I thought my bf was cooking in our room, that’s how strong the smell was. Ventilation throughout the whole building needs to be looked at. Unfortunately, we won’t be coming back to this specific Extended Stay.

    I wasn’t given a key sleeve with my room number or any Wi-Fi information. The lobby smelled strongly of marijuana, and the elevator had issues during my stay. As for the advertised “free breakfast,” it consisted of a Nutrigrain bar and a basic cup of coffee — extremely misleading. But the worst part by far was the room itself. It was outdated, worn down, and not very clean. The photos online are definitely filtered and don’t reflect the actual condition of the property. Overall, a very disappointing stay. I expected much better from an Extended Stay location.

    Kitchen area had dried “spaghetti sauce” on it. Furniture and walls fairly dirty. When entering the room, noted a large puddle of water from the Air Conditioner that ran clear under the bed. Sheets were stained but clean. Not super impressed. Apparently, the manager had quit and nothing could be fixed. Sad. Corporate should be covering until new people are hired.

    A crew of guys knocked on our door saying they needed to do a quick service on the AC I know they were just doing there job but they were super noisy and the whole process took about thirty minutes and leaving a trail of water behind them Not long after they left my wife saw a roach on the kitchen floor. And also found one in the bathroom sink. We didn’t say anything to the host at the front desk since she had told us from the beginning that she was just covering for someone else and she wasn’t real familiar with the property. The place had a bad smell and is in desperate need of a makeover All trash cans outside were overflowing with trash and more then once there was a bag of laundry in the elevator A refund would be much appreciated

    Safety was a consern due to the electronic keys continually not working and the door closes very slowly. Someone could come in if you dont close it yourself. Though the staff was very nice and mostly accomadating, the maintanance never came in 12 days to fix the bathroom sink.

    One of the cleanest places ive stayed. Staff was extremely polite kind. Room was clean and pretty well kept but cant really compare to an expensive hotel. Brought our 1 year old on a trip and slept great. We also did. Small elevator and just one. Bell cart was broken and a bit too big for the hallways. You can hear guests trying to us it in the room. Cant really complain for the price. I have a great experience.

    it took 20-30 min wait to check in , no body was at the front desk. The room needs to be updated, bathroom was smelly, bathroom door doesn't close, kitchen was not functioning. Don't even think the reason that kitchen to be in the room. Breakfast was very limited, just grab and go. Only packaged muffins and coffee.

    There was no indication on any website that they were remodeling. There were paint and bleach fumes. The elevator got went to the wrong floor and when it did arrive at my correct floor the door wouldnt open. We could not fit a lugage cart through our hallway because there were refrigerators and other furniture crowding the entire hallway. There was kitchen ware and bags of garbage inside the elevator for at least 3 hours.

    My room smelled of cigarette smoke. The furniture was very worn. The front of the refrigerator and some walls were dirty. There was no tv remote and I had to get back dressed and go to the front desk to get one. Luckily the man at the desk was very nice about it and gave me one. I just didn’t want to be charged for what should have been checked during cleaning.

    Everyone was very professional and polite. The hotel was super clean, my room was very comfortable and had everything I needed. Great price for a great location, comfort and customer service. The breakfast was simple but good, the coffee was great. Definitely I will come back.

    To start of the system was not working for me to check in and attended was telling me i had to wait like 30 minutes . It was 1 clock in the morning . The room looked run down down all its fixtures as well. It smelled like smoke even though it was non smoking. The beds where uncomfortable and pillows as well. We went straight to bed as we had a long trip . In the early morning hours as I entered the rest room I discovered two small roaches in the rest room . Upon checking out of the roo. I discovered one more in on the kitchen counter top. Was in a rush to leave and was tiredd upon checking in, never had a chance to complain to the hotel's attended . Instead was in a hurry to leave out of that place. The price I payed for the night was extremely pricey for a one night stay in such a disgusting room.

    The room was unclean, bathtub was dirty, the refrigerator was filthy and so were the ice trays. Stains on the bedding and when I lifted the towel on the counter there was a cockroach. I didnt stay in the room longer than 10 minutes. Never left a hotel so fast.

    The room had a strange odor. When I first entered the room the ac was running and the window above was cracked open. The water pressure in the shower was very low and it took a very long time to get warm water. The water never got hot. The commode seat was loose and I needed to tighten the screws to keep it from sliding side to side.

    Checked in here due to all hotels was fully booked when I arrived in San Diego. I went to my room to settle. I noticed how dirty it was with the first smell of the room. It says non smoking but the room was surrounded with the smoking smell; urine smell around the bathroom alone. Bed sheet was dirty. The smell was terrible I could not sleep. I went downstairs to get helped for my stay and to get refund due to these reasons and no worker to be found. I was told they go home at 11pm. The man who was there was cleaner doing laundry and he had a strong accent. He was nice but he could not help me with the process for my refund. I have to wait for them to return back at 7am so I can voice my complaint and get my money refunded. Off course I have no choice but to stay in the dirty room. I was traumatized with the elevator so dirty and lights so dimmed in hallways. Smell so dirty as well everywhere. I went down this morning told them all about it and the worker who was nice said he can not process refund only managers. No manager on duty as well. I have to ask for some wipes and spray to clean my own room I paid for. I went n wiped down the room with the colors wipes he gave me; and the freeze spray. When I was done I came back down and he acknowledged me that the manager told him if I was checking out at 1245pm I will get my full refund. No charge due to the situation I agreed after finding another place to stay. I still have to pay extra to get a full refund

    Room appeared to be clean at first glance but it was actually filthy. Long black hairs in the shower and on the newly "clean" folded towels, definitely not mine as I don't have black hair. If I could have changed hotels, I would have. The 3rd floor had such a bad smell of food that I had to keep the windows open all night. The lobby is dark and rarely anyone at the desk. Always a sign that says "I'll be right back." The indoor halls looked as though they haven't been vacuumed in weeks.

    The carpet in our room was disgustingly dirty, and the linoleum floor in the kitchenette and bathroom were sticky. There was a roach, or roaches - they all look alike - running around our room. And the refrigerator sounded like a muffler-less car taking off. And the room was damp all the time - bath towels never dried completely between daily uses.

    For lack of better words, Roach motel feel. We were in our room for not even even five minutes and we were greeted by two live cockroaches. The restroom area had hairs all through out the towels as if someone had just been inside. If we weren’t extremely tired I wouldn’t have stayed. Will not be staying there again.

    Bad experience, lobby and corridor had a heavy cigarette smoke odor. The bedding in my non-smoking room smelled of cigarettes. The overall odor in the room reminded me of stale dirty clothes. The toilet seat was loose and easily moved side to side. First night I killed three roaches and more the second night. Started check-out at 3 am because of the roaches.

    Cockroachs!!! The elevator is broken and if you have more than two people you will get stuck inside, they won’t fix it because the person at the front desk will tell you. But if there’s no one there you will get stuck! We got stuck, myself and 2 kids with our luggage. Also people live there and leave their doors open and it’s not a clean place. Because of this there are cockroaches everywhere!!!!

    Curtains were torn in several places and hanging crooked off of the rail. The bathroom had hair on the walls, sink/counter and on the walls of the bathrub/shower. There was only 1 large towel for a room with 2 twin beds. The coffee maker i recieved from the front desk was filthy, had old coffee in it with the old filter that was dried, crusty and had specks of white fuzzy mood growing in it. Calling the front desk to get anything was impossible the phone kept ringing and no one ever picked up not even after 15 minutes. The walls had sharpie writing/scribbled. The elevator was broken. I asked for a room on the first floor or an accessible room since I am 7 months pregnant.. they gave me a filthy fisgustujg unclean room on the 3rd floor.

    They did not have shampoo, conditioner or body lotion. When I asked the front desk about it, they gave me only shampoo. They did not have conditioner or body lotion. The listing said, 'Grab N Go' breakfast. When I asked about it, they said, it is only muffins and they did not have that in stock either. It was just coffee until 10 am. There was some trash in the hallway, The area is safe though. Close to MacDonalds, Starbucks and other eateries. I will not stay here again.

    Desk personnel were not friendly or welcoming. I paid for the Wi-Fi upgrade, but chose not to use the unsecured wifi. I asked the desk personnel to remove the charge, they said they would but didn’t. About 9 pm our kitchen sink started to backup with soapy water from the laundry facilities down the hall. I tried to call the desk but no one answered. So I tried the after hours number, still no answer. At check in, the desk personnel said there would be muffins in the lobby in the morning, there weren’t when I went down at 7:30 am. The bed was hard and uncomfortable.

    Let’s just say I didn’t stay. The pictures are very inaccurate and deceiving. I should’ve known better when I saw people drinking outside, smoking weed and fixing their cars. I waited almost 10 mins for the front person, first impression the entrance was filthy. I gave it the benefit of the doubt. Went on the elevator (mind you it moves when walking in) and the halls were all stained, the door across from my room didn’t close all the way. I go into my room it smells horribly of cigarettes the energy was off and it was disgusting. I refused to have me and my 7 year old stay there so I immediately left and went to another hotel. Seems as if this is a homeless peoples location to be. The gentleman said he would give me a full refund since I refused to stay there.

    The rooms look nice,but once it got around 1 am I saw roaches in the bathroom and they were going back and forth between the bathroom and kitchen on the floor and counters. I should of took pictures but I don’t do bugs plus when I said something to the front desk they knew they have a roach problem. thankfully I was able to speak to the manager and he was able to reimburse me. The amount people pay for these rooms this hotel should definitely be fumigated.
