E-Z 8 Motel Old Town

Staff good. Beds and shower good. Fridge worked. Hotel is right under train tracks so occasional train whistle but we were in building 1; surprisingly quiet. Got prank call to room at 2am. Killed cockroach in the bathroom. Have some itchy bites which I hope are not bedbugs! No coffee nor restaurant nearby. Price was lower than competitors and parking was free. Only wifi if you pay.

Don’t ever check in at this hotel. for 2 people they only give you one pillow each. And it’s too loud. Didn’t even get full size towels for shower.

It needs a remodeling, the hotel is in poor condition and it doesn't look hygienic or clean.

A not-so-great area of San Diego, but you get what you pay for. The bed was very choppy, but overall, the room was clean, and the hot water was hot. It's near a train stop, so there is the sound of a train whooshing by and an accompanying loud train whistle. I was alone, but I would not recommend it for families unless that was your only option.

The smell of cigs was everywhere

It isn't the Taj Mahal but it is convenient and it is cost conscious. It is spread out over a decent stretch of property and still has smoking rooms. It is somewhat isolated being the only business for at least a block in either direction. As the rooms start to fill up, the darndest thing happens, the price drops. When similar places are charging $120 and up, EZ-8 stays consistent at around $80 to $90. I enjoy relaxing in the jacuzzi, late at night it is swim suit optional! Just kidding. It would be nice if they would expand the jacuzzi use to midnight or even later. The rooms are pretty basic, but homey. Give it a try. See you at the jacuzzi.

So, so beds. Security was more helpful than front desk people. Close to seaworld. The Front desk very rude. “I’m doing my accounting before I can help you!” Blankets were old, stained and had holes. Under a freeway bridge. Very noisy, train running by. Deactivate my room keys every day even though I stayed there 4 days.

Price was great...but you get what you pay for This is a HARD NO for any family or traveler. This location seems to be a local spot for the unhoused and a place to get whatever partying supplies you need. We left after random people approached my daughter about how cute she was and what a nice car she had. Not suitable

It was in a very sketchy part of town, but they do their best to make it comfortable. Bathroom door doesn't close and trains blowing their horn are going to be part of your evening. It is what it is and it's priced accordingly.

I highly recommend that you DO NOT book a stay at Easy 8 Motel. If you are considering staying here, spend the extra money and book somewhere safer, cleaner, and more professional. For Memorial Day weekend,I booked a room through Expedia. Shortly after booking, I was told my reservation had been canceled. I tried contacting the motel multiple times with no answer. After about 20 attempts and help from Expedia, I was finally told the reservation was still active. When I arrived, the property looked poorly maintained from the outside. Once inside the room, things only got worse. The room appeared dirty and not properly cleaned. There were stains on the walls, including in the restroom. The smoke detector beeped constantly every few minutes, and the room phone was disconnected, so there was no way to contact the front desk directly. The final straw came when I noticed small bugs in the bed. The moment I saw them, I immediately packed my belongings and left less than 1 hour after checking in. I informed the front desk employee, who said he would notify the manager. Several days later, I still have not heard from management despite multiple calls and Expedia attempting to contact them. Please save yourself the stress and stay somewhere else.

The air conditioner worked well. The room was clean. The pet area was covered with dog poop and there was a dead rat close by. Staff was friendly.

Motel was cheap and convenience for our travels

The hotel has a good location, but it's extremely dirty, has small cockroaches, the bathroom doesn't have a door, only a curtain, and there's an unbearable smell of dirt and cigarettes, both in the air and on the bed linens. There were blankets burned by cigarettes. The police are constantly called to resolve problems, which made us feel very unsafe. The receptionist was helpful, but she was under the influence of marijuana; the smell was noticeable from a distance. We do not recommend it and will not stay there again.

Property was not well kept. No pillowcases on pillows, no towels and the blanket had a softball sized burn hole. Counter was peeling paint, electrical covers were broken on the light switches. Smelled of cigarettes. Walls were stained. Under the freeway. Would not recommend.

Check in staff would not let us check in from 6-7 pm for her lunch break. Came back at 8:30 and she had another 10 minute break before i could check in. Attitude was poor and it took 10 minutes to get a key card

Bargain basement. Dirty, sketchy, outdated. If you want a cheap place to stay with sketchy characters lurking around this is the place for you.

Room was dark and dingy and my bathroom counters could have been more clean. Some type of residue was on the counter that I dared not touch. I was there just to spend a night on route to another place. I do not recommend staying here.

This is the worst stay I’ve ever had and I stay at a lot of hotels and GM. Lisa is Hotel refuse to allow me to stay safe and violated their policy which I did not never stay here again she was rude. She hung up on me numerous times and made it very rude garbage stay away

The phone was there but not working. Loud noises all night long from the plumbing or showering from another room, an sounds from construction and the train. Homeless all around the area leading us not to use the spa as someone was hanging around the area of the spa. Won’t be back.

I would not stay again our 1st room there were roaches and we woke up to no water in the shower. Went to inform the front desk and was told maintenance is on the way to turn off water in the building but our room should have water.

Then I had to go back because my key she just set up did not work. The security guard was actually helpful. I couldn’t find the room and he helped me. The parking was terrible when I was there. There was a large large truck thing that was sticking out so it caused everyone driving/parking problems. The bathroom has rust and it looked like it was wiped down but it’s just old old old and needs to be replaced. I couldn’t bring myself to shower. I just washed my face and brushed my teeth. It’s cheap and it’s treated as such. I was fooled that it was actually IN old town. It’s not. It’s like homeless highway

It’s a cheap hotel. Expect a cheap hotel. The toilet in my room still had urine in it and food wrappers were on the dresser. I then asked to switch rooms, which they allowed me to do. But the AC didn’t work in that room and since it was on the 1st floor I assume. I couldn’t open the window, so I asked to switch back to the first room that was dirty. The linens were clean though.

Hot tub was hot and bubbling nice and clean. Very pet friendly. Nice clean rooms. And no roaches. With no deposit you can't beat it anywhere!

We booked this hotel because the pictures on Expedia made it look like it was a modest property at a very good rate and stated it had a refrigerator in the room along with free parking. I thought the worst thing about it would be that it would be maybe a little bit loud because it was right underneath the freeway. When we arrived, we had to drive through homeless encampments and there were a lot of people lingering out front. The check-in lady did a great job of making us feel that she is on top of things and was very nice and professional in doing her job. The room was very simple, as expected, but there was no refrigerator. The bathtub was extremely worn looking. The air-conditioning blew cool air, but not cold. There was no problem with the noise from the nearby train or freeway above us. The exterior of the property is extremely worn, looking as well. All in all it was a place that I wouldn’t want to go back to unless there were no other choices but we rested OK and I guess that’s the most important. There was nothing nearby that I would feel comfortable to walk to. It is not in a good neighborhood if you’re looking for a place you can come and go by walking I would suggest not.

Lisa, the on site manager is a TERRIBLE person, when I wanted to get the telephone number for complaining about the motel she hesitated and finally got the number for making a complaint she said she was not going to be able to let me pay for the room because I was a liar and also refused to give me back my groceries that I had gave her to save for me when I was asked to get out of the room until I had enough money to pay another night, she's a terrible person to deal with! Very rude and unprofessional.

I arrived early. I was provided my room number but was told it ws not ready yet. I left and returned after 4PM. The room still wasn't ready. I tracked down the staff and was told that my room was 3rd on the list to be made ready and each room takes about 30 minutes. It was already after 4:30. 30 min to clean a room has my room being ready at 7. I went to office, they had no options other than I wait until they were ready. After a working heard and told the office that another room was ready, they changed my room... to another dirty room.

Where do I even begin with this hotel? First of all, we were told that when we got there that we could have an early check in and then when we arrived, the staff was so rude.To us and told us that checking was not until 4 p m. They finally arrived around 8pm after spending our whole day with our bags, because we didn't even trust the staff to protect our stuff because it was so ghetto. We finally arrived and the woman who was working the front office showed up late. The hollering and making noise with her friends and she was clearly on some kind of substance. This is a place that is not worth it, even if you're desperate. It would frankly be better to sleep in your car. And also letting you know that you will have to pay for internet if you want it there.

My particular room didn't have a functioning shower. I couldn't pull on the faucet. Also the room is not well lit. One small bulb to light up the room isn't enough. The vanity and bathroom were nice and bright. Sheets were super thin and pillows were pretty flat. Stairs need repair.

Cones: pee stained pillow, broken bed, sticky floors, pee smell, limited parking, train tracks directly overhead with trains going past every 30 mins all night long, noise, general dirty condition, key card not working, random person pubes in the shower. Pros: vending machine selection, provided dog disposal waste bags, security outside.

The property was a typical motel arrangement, however the amount of loitering individuals made my family and I uncomfortable.The front desk staff were helpful and kind but the space did not feel safe and secure.The bedding and mattress were very uncomfortable and blankets had burn marks from cigarettes. The room was rundown with a clearly patched hole in the door to the bathroom. While it was indicated on the door that it was a non-smoking room, the room wreaked of stale smoke. The air conditioner made a very disturbing noise as well, when turned on. We unfortunately opted to stay elsewhere for the night.

Although close to Old Town this place is tucked under the freeway. There is a reason it’s the cheapest room in SD. Room was clean, water was hot, bed was okay. Linens were bare minimum. Ice machine broken and property looks to be in various stages of repair/remodel. What one would expect for a cheap room, but keep expectations low.

We arrived at 11 pm. Upon arrival we waited nearly 20 minutes to be checked in as security advised us that the woman may have fallen asleep. We then waited another 20 minutes to complete the entire check in process. I will say she was very nice but the wait to check in was uncalled for. It was comforting to see security on the property because the hotel itself was surrounded by many crack heads. I wouldn't consider it the safest area, police appeared on the property once during our stay that I know of. The location I was not expecting. The second floor nearly touches a freeway overpass, it might even touch. There is also a train track right next to the hotel so it is a bit noisy. The shower water stayed scorching hot. I had to kneel to not burn myself. The design for the shower is set up to where you cannot avoid the entire bathroom from being wet. The hotel request the guest use rags instead of their towels for certain things but doesn't provide any in the room. It's required to go to the front desk and ask yourself. No shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. The TV worked but every channel was staticky. You get what you pay for...

Save your money and book somewhere else. You expect to get what you pay for, but this stay was not worth the cost at all.

I can’t remember her name, but the gal that works at night with her daughter was awesome! I asked her for help five different times with this and that and she was always really pleasant and willing to help. The other people that work there were not as friendly. As far as the property goes, it smelled horrible was not clean at all. There were hookers coming in and out of the room next-door to us and we listened to people having sex all night long and blasting their music. Very sketchy place and do not recommend and will not be staying there again.

Room was a disaster. Mattress past its userul life. Small TV with relatively no channels. Smokey smell in a "non-smoking" room. Rusty shower. Disgraceful vanity top. Broken towel bar. Loud, unclean bath fan. Cobwebs outside our window. Located under an off-ramp. Train roaring past all night, with a LOUD whistle. Bums hanging out make this place unsafe. My most unpleasant motel stay in over 70 years.

The whole place is absolutely run down . Leaks everywhere, rust in the bath tubs. Outlets do not work. Curtains are scary and falling apart. Your staff does their best with what you provide them. This place is a health hazard with the smell of wet walls, floors and ceilings. You should be ashamed. The outside is littered with trash and cigarette stubs.

First room I was placed in had pee on the covers but I was then placed in a different room. It’s not the motels fault my dog got out of the room he was a master escape artist. But for a motel who’s supposed to be pet friendly I do believe having a gate that opens and closes for cars would potentially save a lot of troubles for guest considering the freeway is right outside the motel. My dog opened the door and ran away and got hit on the freeway while I was at my brothers marine graduation. The hot tub was nice and the staff was nice. Only minus for the staff was there was a cleaning lady smoking in the laundry room. The pool is small but it’s overall a cheap hotel we’re lucky to get any of those type of amenities.

The property seems to have people living there. While parking next to my assigned room I noticed a guy keep circling the property and staring which made me very suspicious. At first I thought he was security but his mannerisms makes me think otherwise. My son (12) and I walk into the room and he said this looks like a place people get killed at. I agreed with him 100%. The room smelled clean, the linen appeared to be brand new. The flooring seems to be new as well. The dresser was missing a drawer. The restroom was, I guess “clean” but in desperate need of a remodel. The toilet and tub was stained and just gross looking. So much so I didn’t want to take a shower. The beds were squeaky and way too soft for liking. I am not a prissy type of person. I just sucked it up and stayed. We went to dinner earlier than normal so I wouldn’t get back to the room too late. Also, it is very noisy. There’s a train that comes by that sounds like it’s right down the parking lot. I heard doors slamming all night. This property allows animals which I think is cool until you hear a pit bull and a mutt trying to go for the jugular. I will spend the extra money going forward and not stay here. The property is at a great location and the staff are nice. Everything else is unfortunately crap.

When we first walked in the room there was a chirp every 15 seconds from the smoke alarm. The heater would not work. There’s only a couple buttons to press so I’m sure I did it right. The bathroom toilet was making noises all nice waisting water by slowly flushing through the night. The water was not getting warm in the morning when I went to take a shower. I gave 2 stars because the young lady at the front was nice. Room 208 by the way.

Sorry yo say that this place is not for family. We faced issues during our stay and middle of the night frontdesk (was told) person wanted to sleep in yhe room or the batth tub. S8nce then we lost of sleep. This happened around 1.28 am loval time. Please consider before booking room with family.

The pool in the hot tub were not warm. I asked if they could fix it and they told me no that maintenance had already left for the day at 4 PM. The room smelled and the smoke detector kept going off for no reason. they don’t have enough towels for all of their guests when I asked for one they gave me a floor mat. There was no fridge in the room after I asked they told me that they just don’t have one. I found random nugs of weed on the ground. Also there is mold in the lining of the showers and just overall didn’t feel safe.

The neighbors in my surrounding rooms were harassing me from the minute I got there. Loud knocks through the night. The door has a gap about a 1/4" wide where they can see in. They talked loud about their going to make my life a nightmare and they succeeded.I didn't get one minute of sleep. I didn't call anyone because of fear of my life. I stayed silent. The guy at the front desk said that I should have called someone.. I lost out of sleep . Im 68 years old. I have fourth stage lung cancer. It was a very long night I cried at times.

The staff was courteous and accommodating. Rates were comfortable, and the stay was pleasant.

Very unsafe, no security. Shady people coming and going all hours of the night.

Room was very dirty, toilet wouldn’t flush, shower didn’t work, very loud from neighbors, air conditioner leaking when wasn’t even on, one bed was flat and sunk in, knats, egg smell from water, hair in drain, staff were very nice though

Didn’t realize there were so many transient walking around the area and a train that passed every 3 hours blowing its horn and the freeway above the hotel and not family friendly. Over all the room was clean.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.My room was clean and when I needed extra towels.The staff was more than happy to give them to me.The only problem was the security guard,he was a total dick head and that is no reflection on the staff.He was going above his pay grade.Other than that,I had a marvelous stay and would be more than happy to return again.

This hotel is really old, the parking is horrible there is a homeless issue. The rooms are old, no lamp on the side table. Toilet had a leaky noise sheets were dirty. I will not stay there again and do not recommend.

I m mad because I made reservations and u guys said there were no more rooms on Friday Sept 18 2025 and I called and asked through out the whole night and then I said to just cancel my transaction because u guys don't have a room then u guys charged me around 340am on Sept 19 2025 u guys charged me $71.32 on my virtual card online order which is against the law because it has to be a hard copy of my card and I have to ok it. Look at this point all I'm asking for is for me to get a night here instead of reciecing a refund so what night can I come with out u guys saying no show because I did show up either one room for me or a refund

The property felt unsafe from the moment we arrived. Drug dealers and homeless individuals were constantly coming and going. One night we returned to find two people near the pool area, clearly in a drug-induced trance. It was unsettling and made us feel very unsafe. The room itself was just as bad. It smelled strongly of smoke, the beds were uncomfortable, and for some reason we were given a handicap-accessible room that had no bathroom door. When we showered, water flooded the entire floor and soaked our luggage. At night, loud music and suspicious traffic came in and out of the parking lot—cars pulling in for short stays, people yelling and even fighting. It was impossible to relax or get any sleep. To make matters worse, the motel charged my entire stay at check-in. If I’d had the option, I would have gladly paid three times the price to stay somewhere else, but I had no confidence I could get a refund given how the place was run. This motel is unsafe, poorly maintained, and absolutely not representative of beautiful San Diego. I do not recommend anyone staying here. Frankly, the police should be monitoring and cleaning this place up.

The hotel was not in good condition and the cleanliness of the room was not up to par with broken light fixtures and no headboard. The shower head was broken as well. The room was non smoking but it smelled like smoke.

The property pictures are very unreal . The area was very bad even with security there it was loud next to the transit and under a main highway. There were people constantly walking and cars driving in and out the property. I went to throw my trash and seen a cockroach bigger than normal. Are stay was two days we left a day early and demanded a refund . Not a good place for vacation stay.

I had an absolutely awful stay at this hotel and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. Upon arriving for check-in at 11:00 PM (delayed due to heavy traffic), I was immediately concerned about safety when a large unleashed dog was roaming freely in near the building entrance to our room. This was both frightening and completely unprofessional - pets should always be properly restrained in public spaces. The problems continued throughout the night with extremely loud and disruptive neighbors. The noise level made it impossible to get any sleep, and the behavior of other guests felt sketchy and unsafe. Bathroom Door doesn’t close so you have no privacy, holes on the walls & doors, room light was not working, dirty bathroom and toilet leaking. The hotel staff either couldn’t or wouldn’t address these disturbances even thought they mentioned 24-hr Security. Between the safety concerns with the unleashed animal and the complete lack of a peaceful environment due to disruptive guests, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I will absolutely never stay here again and cannot recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable place to rest. Save your money and book somewhere else.

Close to my destination

The sheets were stained with red (not speculating what kind of red). The pillow sheets felt like they weren't properly dried, and had to put a hoodie over it in order to feel comfortable. Otherwise, the AC was good and didn't mind the stay.

Bed was comfy. AC worked. Free parking. Quickly accessible to Old Town SD and public transportation to downtown and Stadiums.

Hotel was just ok, in a bad area. Lots of homeless in this area. Hotel had a lot of damage an parking was sketchy at best. Cost was very high for what we got. No wifi, you have to pay for it.

This place is terrible, check in was smooth but when we got to the room it felt so hot and musty because someone had just got out the shower and left trash everywhere. The room was broken into and found weed on the bed and counter. We took many pictures. It smelled terrible. We instantly left to the front desk for a full refund, we felt so bad for the front desk lady, she was dealing with so many weirdos. We ended up having to do a last minute booking somewhere else. No motel this time.

I had to wait for 40 minutes to check in and use the bathroom because there was not anybody to man the front desk while somebody was taking a lunch break. When I woke up in the morning, there were dog feces at my doorstep. I do not feel that this is what I paid over $100 for

I waa with my wife in town for business and did not stay! The Accomodations Were Far Beliw Standard. Security Was Questionable, Run Down Cars Parked In Guest Parking. Some People Living In Their Van In The Patking Space Next To Us. Lots Of Shady Characters Walking Around Outside. Looked In The Room and There Was An Overwhelming Stench Of Bleach That Was In The Room and Couldnt Even Breath. Definately No Frills, With Just A Bed, Sheet and A Couple Pillows! Even Though I Paid, I Was Under The Impression That This Was A Homeless Shelter. The Place Is Run Down, Not Very Clean, and Safety Is A Risk. Needless To Say, We Did Not Stay!! We Turned Around, Gave The Clerk Our Key and Left Immediately! I Still Was Charged One Night, Because Of Your Cancelation Policy! I Immediately Reported This To Expedia/Hotels.com

I reserved a non-smoking room. I had to travel to San Diego just overnight so I got the cheapest room I could find that looked ok. It was not. It had over 4 stars on hotels.com, and i was in a hurry so i didnt look at reviews on other sites. Big mistake. Afterwards my girlfriend did and there were some that said there was human blood on something. So the over 4 stars were definitely fake reviews. The room smelled like someone had been chain smoking in it for 50 years. It burnt our nostrils and lefr our clothes smelling after we left, and we were only in the room for less than a minute!!! Afterwards i realized the smell was a little sweet too, so someone was probably smoking crack or meth or something in there. Whatever it was, there was no way we were going to stay. It was the only "non-smoking" room left, so we checked out immediately. Spend the extra money and stay anywhere else.

Compensation for no ac and no hot water

Did not feel safe in the area. No plug-in near the bed, so I could not plug in a CPAP machine. There were 3/4" Gaps around the Air conditioner unit, letting bugs in. Would not recommend, I couldn't get out of here fast enough.

Walked in the room and it smelled. I sprayed lysol and I couldn't escape the smell. The worse room I ever seen and been in my life. The bed was horrible so used and outdated. Not enough towels and honestly I was afraid they weren't clean. I don't recommend this place to anyone unless your desperate. I couldn't wait to leave. I didn't even shower. I drove home and showered, thats how unclean it was to me.

Parking is a Nightmare, WiFi isn’t free, room are ok. Tv is small, don’t expect happy employees, your under a freeway, if some car falls off, um pray, you have take your own trash out and if you need clean towels you have to the laundry room, but good news it’s in a good location

I called my bank ahead of travelling to make sure I could use it and use it often while in San Diego. And while I was trying to figure it out the receptionist was rude and not very understanding. So I left, found a different hotel to stay at that was clean, quite and hd a very friedly staff.

Good stay

It is centrally located which was fantastic. It’s close to freeways but did not hear much traffic but the train does go by blasting the horn even at nighttime as a warning. Staff was very nice and helpful

Unfortunately this was one of my worst experience with hotels. Everything started from the reception desk as the employee has been very rude from the beginning and with attitude as well. The whole campus was smelling marijuana with people cursing everywhere.

Was not accommodating to complaint of noise, specifically Michael as well as another gentleman whose name I did not get. I will say the young lady who checked us in was very accommodating the night of 7/20/25. We will not be staying here again.

The lady up front checking in was awesome. Super helpful. Super nice young lady. Stay away from this place. It worked for what we needed but would never come back.

The noise was rowdy until about 1am, when I complained to MICHAEL (night clerk) he told me “if the noise is really bothering you, you can call the police”. I told him “that’s YOUR job”. Kids were running races in parking lot and yelling and screaming. The adults with these kids were smoking blunts and standing on the stairs. At 6am the same people were talking loud and playing their music very loud, with a BOOM BOOM BOOM, right in front of our room. Called the front desk and was told they were busy and they would come out as soon as possible (which never happened). Second night was better, noise quieted down at about 11:30pm.

Lots of homeless

The room bore no resemblance to the photos, which had shown vibrant colors and a modern layout with a bathtub, sink, and vanity. Instead, we found a drab, outdated space. The desk was so worn it looked like it belonged in a junkyard, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable, with only saggy springs to support us. The bathroom was especially disappointing: it looked decades old, with just a thin curtain for a door, no separate vanity, a basic free-standing sink, toilet, and a shower without a curtain. The condition of the motel was so poor that my family pleaded with me to leave. We ended up not staying at E-Z 8, leaving the room for the next guest/sucker. Before reserving the room, I checked the E-Z 8 Motel’s reviews— there were glowing 10 out of 10 scores, which I now question their validity, given my experience. I paid $235 for a room that was nothing like what was advertised, with subpar, outdated furnishings and amenities. I am therefore requesting a full refund for the E-Z 8 Motel’s failure to deliver on what was promised.

... was kind of scarey to be honest. A lot of people loitering, eboard and phone was stolen a block away. No help in trying ro locating them by staff. Bathroom was awful.

When we finally got into our room, the door hinge was wobbly and didn’t feel secure. Within minutes, we saw a homeless person trying to enter the property and even witnessed a prostitute walking out of one of the rooms. The room itself smelled awful, and the bathroom looked like a “clean version” of something out of the Saw movies. Every time a neighbor flushed their toilet, a vomit-like odor came through our vents. I was there with my wife and kids, and I felt genuinely unsafe. This place was absolutely not family-friendly, not clean, and not welcoming. To make things worse, not only was my reservation not found, but I was also charged twice. We left by midnight—30 minutes after arriving—and will never be returning.

For what it is, it was overpriced. There were maintenance issues. But my biggest issue was with the noises. It's next to train tracks so there were loud train nooses even into the evening. But the worst was from other guests. Car parties and excessively loud stereos from neighbouring rooms made the stay rather uncomfortable. The room had a refrigerator but no microwave. There was 1 microwave for the whole complex and it was done for at least a day.

When you dirty floors, clean with some type of sticky steps where I could call someone to sign the fall. Front desk is rude. This property should not be allowed on Expedia. This motel is one that people live in. Do not bring a family or loved one here. It’s not safe. The police department sets the check-in procedure, which is posted right on the secured check-in window. The rooms are hot and stuffy, and there are no air-conditioned ones. I checked in at 11:30 p.m., and more people were awake than sleeping. I was trying to save a few dollars, and it was not worth it.

Too be honest the photos were from a decade ago and was false advertising. I mean granted yes it is an EZ 8 so I get what I get but it was absolutely unacceptable. The shower was non functional it would clog and fill with water. I don’t enjoy standing in my shower water. Not to mention the shower or flooring leaks. We had to use the towels in the room to keep from slipping on the bathroom floor. Truly the worst experience not to mention the internet being a joke and a pain too use for work very inconvenient.

The place is good for the price. All the workers try their best to help and they are very polite.
