The location is good and there is nice roof terrace. Friendly staff. The room was very small with window to the lobby. The bed (mattress and sheets) was uncomfortable. No key to the front door, which was a bit annoying

great location the bottom rooms are so big and comfy and somehow warm, great value.

Cleaned daily, big and comfortable beds, warm, nice view, got the room earlier without paying extra, wi-fi good We made a reservation for the most expensive room with terrace/balcony - turns out it is for all the guests, meaning you have random people at all hours at your not sound proofed window so next to your bed. The door doenst close well, there are cracks inside so it doesnt keep the light or noise out. The stuff was super loud, across the room is maintenance toilet and storage and they were so loud every night (midnight and 6 am) so we couldnt sleep for hours even with asking them to keep it down. You hear the whole hotel because everything is open floor concept, no walls, just open stairs (very narrow, sprial stairway). Bathroom smell bad.

City view!!!!!!! Hotel has a really beautiful city view. Our main concern was going up stairs, i took my parents there already old to go up more then 30 stairs plus the stairs are tight metal spiral stairs ridiculous!!!!. We had to be ordering our dinner to be deliver to our hotel cause it was a big deal going down and up the stairs for my parents . Another issue we had in this hotel was our toilet, it was not working thankfully we had a tour and we were going to be gone almost half of the day , so they were able to go and fix it . Other than that everything was nice beautiful view hotel is close to all the restaurant , bars .

Sebastián the front desk representative for the hotel was gracious, kind, knowledgeable and courteous, he has a very warm and welcoming attitude. I was always greeted with a smile. Sebastian was always willing to help when I had questions or needed anything! He made my stay very memorable.
