Roberto, Rafael, and Rosie were warm, friendly and always helpful. Lovely people. It was great having breakfast included but a bit more variety would have been nice.

All hotel staff were extremely helpful kind and polite, they made our stay exceptional. Also delicious breakfast, loved their coffee and Mexican eggs! The property is beautiful, charming, clean and well designed. We really loved our stay.

We loved this small hotel with beautiful grounds and decorations. Everything was pristine clean and beautifully maintained. We loved that there was filtered water provided for the guests. The breakfast was lovely, served by the kind people at the hotel. We hope to return here.

Attractive decor, quiet, pleasant staff.. In January the town is very cold. They advertise that the room has heat, but this heat was inadequate

The staff are outstanding. I caught a cold when I was there and they checked on me and face me a honey and lemon mix. They were always polite and attentive. Great breakfast room and food. The room was rather small. It did have heat though.

Location: walking to downtown. Comfort: quiet, safe, comfortable Staff: very friendly, hospitable, nice Food: simple, but delicious and prepared fast. Coffee was excellent! The wood detail and architectural design seemed "boutique" quality The room was a bit small, but clean and comfy.

Great place ? one of the best I've stayed, facilities and the staff was great always helpful would recommend it.

A beautiful and quiet hotel. They serve an amazing breakfast. The staff don't speak English, but it's normal in Mexico.

The hotel is very upscale and beautiful. It's modern, clean and in a great location. The breakfast was delicious and the room is light and looks out at the mountains. Roberto is the sweetest man and he was attentive to my every need. Other staff were equally pleasant and helpful. Large walk-in shower and a magnifying mirror are much appreciated. Towels could be improved - they are a little worn.

Amazing stylish place with cute details, very good beds and super helpful stuff! Lots of plants, even orange tree. Would love to stay more nights there! All was amazing!

Great service and value all round, very hospitable people with a delicious breakfast (included in the price) and daily room cleaning. Super clean and quiet as well, while still only a 10 min walk from the centre. Only reason we didn't give it a 10 was because there was some unfortunate water issue for our last day but this was dealt with quite quickly. Double bed was also not the biggest for 2 people but it was fine

They let us in before check-in time (we arrived very early after a night bus), this was extremely kind. Great hotel, awesome shower, good breakfast, nice bed, great wifi connection! Everything is very clean and the hotel is nicely decorated with local art pieces (that you can buy). Great value for the money you pay!

Small, but nice Mexican style. Well decorated. Very friendly staff. Short walk to the city center. Parking in the street, but safe and close.

The staff was really nice, always smiling and welcoming. This hotel has one of the best water pressure and warmth i've experienced in Mexico! This is totally a plus!! The breakfast was simple and yet sufficient and delicious. It is served in a little kitchen and you can see the staff making it and serving it to you fresh. They give you a bottle of water every morning which was very nice! The hotel itself is very arty, beautiful. It has a mandarine tree and was lovely. The location is a bit far from the center. It is quite remote, but still walkable (10 minutes). Still, too far for me. There is not A.C nor fan in the room, my husband was hot but I didn't mind because it was chilly during the evenings. The room was small, which was not comfortable with two suitcases.

It was traditional house with friendly staff (with quite poor English but managed to communicate) The room was small and it was cold at night - the heater in the room did not make it much better, neither the extra blankets as there was almost no isolation between the room and the outside.
