Every window from the room to the little window in the bathroom had large gaps that didn't seal out cold air. This is a very simple detail that the property management or ownership needs to look into. It's truly a simple fix to ensure complete comfort and relaxation. It also helps with sustainability and to reduce property expenses because the heater keeps running on full force trying to keep the room warm. I would also change the lighting to a more warm inviting yellow because the white incandescent lighting just doesn't work.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the water was hot in the shower. I didn't like that they promoted having a brewery on site when it's only open a few days a week for a limited hours and it wasn't open when I was there

Room was spacious, decor was nice, everything was clean and working. Great location, close to the city centre there were problems with hot water (you have to be patient to be rewarded with hot ;))

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean and the location is in walking distance to hundreds of restaurants. It’s just a great place and the staff is wonderful. I really enjoyed my stay and I’m already looking forward to returning next year! The WiFi is awful (think AOL level) although it is stable enough in the lobby that I was able to do a Webex meeting for 2 hours.

Centralized to City Center. Near many Restaurants, Cafe & stores. Very nice property. Parking garage for those with cars. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable rooms. Offer tours for purchase at reasonable price Our bathroom was back to back to another and we could hear everything from neighbor.

If you have a car definitely need to stay here. They have super convenient underground parking. That almost never happens in Mexico. Plus it is an excellent hotel with super big and really hot shower. They have art on the walls and a little bar as well. Nothing. Hotel is superb!

Good spot to stay. Unfortunately the rooms do not have much windows and light. But we could live with that as the rest of the hotel is quite nice. Friendly staff, good hot water. Around the corner are nice restaurants and just a few minutes to the center.

Great value for money and large room with comfortable beds. Easy to walk in to town from the location. Quite noisy and thin walls so being ear plugs!

This is a great hotel in a great location. Our room was large, clean and very comfortable. Wifi and air conditioning worked well and we appreciated having ac in the hot month of May. It is very quiet at night, even though it's only a block or two to the restaurant area. Shower has hot water, towels are clean. We could store our luggage for a couple of hours before check-in which was very helpful. Breakfast at the restaurant is okay, but the coffee is not very good. It is very weak.

The hotel is in a good and quiet location which is a big plus as there is a lot of traffic in the centre of town. The room and bathroom were very spacious and well appointed. The bed was comfortable, there was hot water in the shower and the Wifi worked well. The AC/hearing system was a godsend as it was very cold in San Cris at the end of January. Even then as the room was so large the heater didn't quite manage to heat up the room properly but it certainly helped!! There were extra blankets provided to do all was ?? The only minus was that nearly all the rooms are interior facing and people can walk by at any time, so that we had to keep the curtains drawn at all times.

Good location near the old historic town centre with all its bars and restaurants. Good lift as we were on the 3rd floor. Large room. Room a bit dark, brewery only had one beer available.

It was clean and comfortable without being excellent. We were based on the ground floor and anytime someone made noise outside the room (inside the building) that was heard loud and clear in our room. THe shower was a bit poor also, that needs some work. Location was good, without being excellent. It certainly wasn't a problem, it just wasn't 10/10, maybe more like 7/10. Overall however I was pretty satisfied.
