I've stayed in a lot of hotels, but this place had the worst beds. Extremely uncomfortable.

STAY AWAY! We were given a room with used and dirty bed sheets. There was a bunch of hair on the bedsheets and it looked like they didn’t bother changing them from the previous person who stayed there. They refused to provide a clean comforter. The chair was also stained and the phone didn’t work. The manager was extremely rude and said I was disturbing his sleep, when I asked for new comforter that night. I was told I would get a refund but they won’t answer any of my calls. Expedia will also not help you as the property refuses to answer any calls from Expedia. Shame on Expedia for keeping this property listed when consumers are being scammed. The area is also not the best, had a bunch of drunk and high men hanging around. Do not believe whatever lies the manager is going to post in response to this.

Road noise was so bad and I’m a light sleeper.

Kumar was very kind, he let me wait in the breakfast area while my room was getting ready. I really appreciated his kindness. Monica the cleaning lady cleaned my room quickly and was very nice. The room Was clean and spacious king size bed room. Overall my stay was very pleasant and restful. I most definitely will be staying there again. Being a single traveler i felt safe. Thank you Kumar and Monica Everything was clean and spacious. I have no complaints

What made the experience even worse was the front desk clerk's response after letting him know the state of the room. After seeing these conditions, I immediately checked out because there was no way I was staying in a room that filthy and unsafe. Instead of taking responsibility or apologizing, the owner refused to offer any refund whatsoever, saying "We don't offer refunds". Charging guests for a room in that condition is unacceptable especially becuase I was in the room just long enough to document the condition of the room and leave. This hotel clearly does not care about cleanliness, maintenance, safety, or basic customer service. If this is the standard they consider acceptable for paying guests, especially for a room they were charging $180 a night for, people should think very carefully before booking here. I will never be back to this place for clear reasons and would strongly warn others to avoid it. The pictures speak for themselves. DO NOT STAY HERE

The bed and bedding as far as it went was comfortable. It was quieter than I expected but I don't plan on going back.

Easy check-in, easy parking, comfy bed, refrigerator, privacy shades on windows, a legit chair to sit in. Also, the walkability to local businesses was great. The hot water didn't last very long for a simple shower. The water pressure was very low.

Very clean, partially renovated - carpets looks new, great mattress. It's located on busy street but the noise was less than from refigerator in a room. Good value for money. Bathroom need to be updated

Location was good. Plumbing issues, cable was out, when we called the front desk we got an answering machine, had to plunge the toilet and ask for extra towels to clean up the overflow ourselves and management seemed annoyed that we asked for help.

The woman who worked at night was very helpful when the microwave didn't work. She came and fixed it, and did so with a nice demeanor

The jetted tub had black mold on filters and jets as well as on the shower curtain. When turning on the hot water, it took about 10 minutes to get warm. It would have been nice to have a better description of the tub, the pictures posted does not do it justice. Bed quality could be better and pillows were very flat.

Managers very helpful. My cable TV remote got messed up....it was after 9pm and he came quickly to fix it!...also helped me carry in stuff to my room. I had a very pleasant stay. Being right on El Camino... traffic can be noisy... but wasn't that bad to complain about.

It was all good, as it usually is. although, I wasn't able to get the Jacuzzi tub to work. You may want to have maintenance check it out, (though I may not have been pushing the right buttons) But all else was perfect.

SO DARN LOUD!! The 'not too high' price was not enough to compensate for the stiff, creaky bed, nor the intensely loud vehicle noise out front. TV remote wouldn't work well. Bathroom was clean, however, there was packing tape all over the top of the bathroom window- peculiar.

The room was OK, but with two queen size beds difficult to navigate at times. The mattresses could use a refresh as well. The location was the best part, three blocks from my family‘s home.

Next morning, try to make coffee, coffee machine won’t work. So look up their website and they have continental breakfast so I go down to get coffee. He says There’s no continental breakfast. And asks me to show him where I read it. It’s right on the website. He at least lets me in to make a cup of coffee. This is a nice place. I have stayed here a bunch over the last 9 months. Always clean, good location, friendly people who run it. I've never had any problems.

AC didn't work, neither did tv. Room smelt of fecal matter. Bathroom window did not latch. Bathroom door did not latch. Towels were better quality than courtyard but horrible bed frame, mattress and stained sheets outweighed the towels. Will never stay here again and would not recommend. Should also note the two cockroaches I killed in bathroom

This is a motel not a hotel so I didnt have high expectations. The front desk employees were very nice. The breakfast was container juice (not individual) and cereal. Didnt have “breakfast” on site. Went to Starbucks down the street.

We had to cancel the stay because the rooms were not in livable conditions. The AC unit was completely dismantled and on the ground. The plumbing was very slow draining as well.

There was no breakfast that was advertised. Good living Inn states free Continental breakfast. There were different types of cereal but no milk. We checked for breakfast at 7am and 8 am no one there to assist lights were off.

There was very little hot water. I had it running for a couple minutes before showering and it started off mildly warm and the got hot for about 30 seconds and turned completely cold. The bed was hard as a rock and I could hear the neighbors tv.

I really, really needed sleep but the room was so loud (I was put on the side facing the street after requesting a quiet room) that I couldn't catch any zs. Pretty disappointing. Otherwise it's a low end hotel. Ok but not the sort of place that you'd want to hang out in.

The property is what it is and ideal for business travelers. I found it to be clean, everything functioned well, I had no issues at all with internet or noise. It’s a 2 star property with 5 star management. Everyone is so nice and accommodating, from management to the domestics. I had to extend my stay a few times and I was accommodated with no issues. The staff is present and that adds security to the location. It was by mistake I booked here, as I tend to stay in more upscale properties, but I truly appreciated the personal consideration that the entire staff demonstrated consistently which made extending an easy decision.

He was walking down the back alley and threatening me as soon as I parked and got out of my truck. Had to wait for someone in front to leave so I could park there instead, and secure my tools. - Street and commuter train noise was atrocious. Two trains every 20min? They crossed within 10 seconds of each other, right in front of this hotel. - Luke warm water for shower in a.m. - Ironing board didn't have a decent cover. (I mean, Come On!!) - TV volume was either too quiet or too loud, depending on the action. - Remote's Volume UP button wasn't working. I had to shut the TV off and on again just to get it where I wanted at that moment. - Door appears to have been kicked in as striker plate was loose, and door moulding was cracked. - Neighbors, as well as own room doors, had to be slammed to close. - Scarred my shins on the fricken corner of the bed frame, which is oddly low and wide. This hotel is permanently off my list!

I had booked the room for 3 nights because family was in the hospital and I only stayed one night because it was so gross. I was denied a refund for the remaining 2 nights (I even purchased the insurance). This place should not be on Expedia.

For the most part, this location was a decent place to stay. There is a train that goes by occasionally so it can get noisy. Also, there was no latch lock on my bathroom window which had no screen so it could easily be slid open. There was also some kind of live bug on the toilet paper roll with what appeared to be its severed wings not too far from it on the rill as well.

The hotel was in a sketchy area and was not the cleanest hotel. The chair had stains all over it. The toilet did not flush. The TV did not work and the traffic noise from the main road was so loud I could not sleep. Definitely would not come back. At check out I was going to let them know, but nobody was at the counter and nobody would answer the phone.

The TV did not work and the traffic noise from the main road was so loud I could not sleep. Definitely would not come back. At check out I was going to let them know, but nobody was at the counter and nobody would answer the phone.

The room definitely needs to be remodeled that I stayed in the bottom of the Bathroom door was all swelled up from water damage. some of the trim in the room was all beaten up and scratched or broken. Both chairs were dirty and stained with multiple stains. Gross! The bed was comfortable though.

It was all good no problems, everything was in good working order, just a nice comfortable place to stay.

Nice and clean. Basic but no elevator and we are older with bad knees and backs so getting upstairs was difficult. Ice machine was little and had no ice so we had to buy some at the store. 😢 I’d stay again but only on the first floor!

The management of the hotel is not guest-friendly. The two of us had some urgent work to do; there was a desk in the room, but only one chair. We asked to borrow another chair–any chair–so that we could share the desk and both work at the same time. The manager's reply was "only one chair per room." It would have cost them nothing to let us use a chair from an unoccupied room or even from the breakfast room, since the breakfast room was never full. The refusal was very disappointing. The breakfast was very basic and there was no staff person present during the breakfast hours to replenish the meager supplies that were put out. The first morning the fruit basket contained a few apples and two fairly black bananas; that was the last time we saw any bananas there at all. The toaster was so tiny (I've never seen one so small before) that only one slice of bread or half a small bagel could be toasted at a time. Obviously the guests' comfort and convenience are not a priority at that establishment.

Unsafe. Not clean. Guest desk staff was disrespectful and rude. Pictures speak for themselves. Was like arriving at a trap house.
