It was convenient to the airport and both 280 and 101. Close to a shopping area with food and groceries. There wasn’t a coffee maker. Not a big deal.

Check-in was simple and fast! The room is well above average in cleanliness and up keep after being newly remodel recently. There's also a private bathtub that holds hot water, this can be difficult to find in San Francisco. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. I would gladly go back.

Easy freeway location. For the price it was ok for a quick 1 night sleep. Parking was tight, but doable. Felt safe in area. Mall is near & food places.

Host was very kind and offered me places to see and to visit in the area for my short trip. The room was very clean and spacious for what you pay for. Even the limited parking helped make sure no one who wasn't staying could park there! Water station would be great included with the ice station that was in the parking lot. New towels can be invested in but I am not complaining about having that stocked at a motel!

Location was is their biggest asset and they know it. The room rates are the same as a newer property. This property should have been torn down years ago. There was no door jamb insulation and cold air was coming into the room, which caused me to continuously adjust the heat. The room was tiny so a lot of time was spent adjusting the heater. The steps were made of stone tile and were dangerous when wet. It did rain that morning so the steps were tricky. I couldn't help but think that a fall down those steps might not be survivable. Maybe they need to be sued to stop their slumlording practice. Maybe the worst place I've stayed at in years and since I just got back from a cross country trip, that's saying a lot. These kind of people need to be stopped from scamming tired travelers.

I stay at BayHill Inn a couple times a month and their front desk staff is always friendly, even when I check in late at night, and the rooms are always really clean and comfortable.

Verry nice place to stay. Cheap but really nice. Staff is always wanting to help. It’s a public parking lot. So it’s almost always full.

One small suggestion we have is to add some curtains to the room, as the outside light did make it difficult for the room to fully darken. Our room was spacious, with a comfortable king bed and plenty of room to maneuver. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely return if we find ourselves in the area again.

Traveling with my husband for a funeral in the area and we were very pleased with how clean the room was and how nice the staff were. My husband needed to print out some papers he needed for the church and cemetery and they were so nice to print them out for him. We were very happy with our stay and we would come back again.

The staff were all very helpful and kind. We had a great experience. The room is very clean, quite quaint, and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. It’s fully remodeled and we were accommodated. There’s plenty of parking and it’s free so that’s a nice bonus.

Very good week long stay at Bayhill Inn. Clean & comfortable, everything working in the room. The free wifi was reliable with good speeds. The area around the motel felt safe & the San Bruno BART is about a 12 minute walk, through a small park. There's also a Target store very close to the BART station.

We have stayed there a few times and it was always very clean, but this time everything had to be cleaned including the shower which had hair in it from the last guest. After it was cleaned, it was a pleasant stay.

The hotel was so lovely a perfect little comfy room for the only night I was there. Every thing was spotless and the person who greeted me at the desk was so helpful and nice. Personally didn’t want to sleep on a bench in sfo and so glad I came to wait for my next flight.

This is a very basic motel, yet clean and with a comfortable bed. The staff are very nice. The room is about as no-frills as you can get, without amenities such as in-room coffee, hair conditioner, towels that are much bigger than napkins, etc. the location is fairly noisy both because of overflights and traffic on the El Camino.

I recently had the pleasure of staying here, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! Not knowing the area and being a single female, I asked a nurse for an affordable, safe hotel and she recommended Bayhill Inn. You can occasionally hear planes and some traffic, but it did not bother me at all. I needed to stay a second night and immediately booked at Bayhill again. If you are looking for an affordable, safe, clean, comfortable room with free parking and helpful staff Bayhill Inn is an excellent choice.

I think there was a problem with the pipes because the bathroom faintly smelled of sewage. The bedroom window was open when I got in so I'm guessing this was a known issue.

Nice place . The guy at the reception upgrade our reservation. Had construction in the parking lot , a little noisy because of the road near by. Otherwise, the room was clean and the bed was super comfy. Really close to the airport. Took 7 min to get there .

The property and room were clean, the gentleman working was nice, even though he gave me an unsolicited, but informative lecture on third party services. The king bed was comfortable, the room made great use of the space (for example, the microwave and mini fridge were in the closet alcove, thus creating space for a small desk), and the bathroom was done in a modern, sleek design. I appreciated the bottom of the tub was coated in a non-slip substance. The only things that would’ve improved the stay were a coffee maker and better water pressure. Other than that, it’s a great place and I would definitely recommend and stay again!

Bed was very comfortable, room was nice; the only issue I have is that you can hear the airplanes when they fly by. I did use earplugs when I slept and didnt hear them. Close to gas station, fast food, mall.

The property was clean but very bare bones: no facial tissue, no coffee in lobby or room, no vending machine for snacks, combination liquid soap for hand soap and shampoo - really bare bones. Loud overhead airplanes if you’re sensitive to noise. Location was safe area.
