    Ask for late check out early, they might say yes. I asked the night before and they referred me to the morning I was supposed to check out. They refused saying the room was in demand even though Hotels.com stated there were 4 more rooms of the same type available for the weekend. Something didn’t add up.

    Breakfast was nice except for the expired milk which was left in the fridge for 2 days. We didn’t think to check the expiration till my niece took a bite of cereal and realized the taste was off. Lesson learned - always check the expiration and don’t take for granted that the establishment will check for you.

    Charging visitors $25 for parking must be a joke at this location. It’s a huge lot open to the public and adjacent to a vacant restaurant and strip mall. The fact that this hotel feels comfortable to charge this unexpected fee does not justify or warrant what is offered. I fully regret choosing this hotel when I had many others to choose from in the area.

    My AC was not working and the hotel could not move me to another room because they were sold out. When entering my room i did notice that the electrical breaker was open. I still wondered the hotel staff knew and still booked the room. I had 2 babys and a diabetic person with me. This was during a heat wave. I checked out early and left and requested a refund. I could not get a refund and had to scramble finding a hotel because expedia or the hotel could not help me find one. This was the worst experience i ever had. I am never booking with expedia or a Marriott again.

    I really was dissappointed... ! The breakfast ot was not good at all, the bread was hard to eat., the pool area was dirty we founded fake nails and fake eyelashes in the water it was really bad to find that.. the floor was also dirty.. the lady that start cleaning she didnt put towels on stuck.. i was so unhappy about staying in this hotel..!

    Room dirty.. one staff nember I asked to deal with tampon on floor ..not mine.. to please wait until I got back from lunch to go in the room.. my personal belongings were out.. she went in anyway.. not contracting me.. etc... such a dirty gross room. Charged me 40.00 day plus tax for pets.. will not use expeidia or hotels.com ever again to book anything. I had a famikyemergency that happened and I needed a different room etc.. no way to get hold of anyone.

    Thank you Mikey for welcoming me this morning! The room was clean and the dryer dried my clothes sufficiently. I had a perfectly ripe banana for breakfast. The towel hanger in the bathroom came off of the wall when I pulled the towel off so might need tightened.

    I had a great stay here , (my only complaint is the 25$/ per night parking fee that is not mentioned 👎) hotel & room were clean breakfast was great the kids loved it waffles eggs sausage orange/apple juice , indoor pool clean , outside basketball / tennis court you can borrow balls from front desk ,Sam’s club is just a 5 minute walk away along with many food options near , I will come back here whenever I’m in town :)

    The hotel is ok. What was not ok is the fact that they charge $150 per night if you take your pet. I paid less for two days then fee for my dog. Of course all that savings went out the door. According to Marriot the pet fee is discloseure when you are booking through third parties and did not see it. I would off search for better comfort and paid less for the pet fee.

    We decided to stay here due to my husband has a VA Exam not to far away from this location. We stayed two nights because our a/c unit went out and it's unbearable due to the heat. We loved the weekend breakfast and yes' the weekday breakfast was good as well!!!

    I have been sleeping in a recliner for 4 years due to knee replacement surgery as my bed is so uncomfortable and painful. I slept very well and peacefully in this bed. I am a short female and only 5' tall. The bed was a little high for me to get in;no fault of yours. I just went between the bed and nightstand, boosted up backwards and swung my legs up. The pillows were also nice and firm. My husband slept like a baby. Kirk checked us in ; a delightful fellow.. We came in contact with Asia ( spelling ?) on the night shift ( delightful as well) and purchased a pot pie. Very grateful to be able to have a wide variety of microwaveable food to choose from. Met Mark at breakfast . Another delightful employee. and he shared his secret with us to achieve his fluffy scrambled eggs. Variety of food on the breakfast menu was good; but I am a hashbrown/fried potato breakfast person. I did NOT go away hungry!! Loved the set up of our suite and the 2 tv s. I was able to watch my LA news at 4 am and let hubby sleep. We did see the pictures on the website but it doesn 't do it justice. Loved the furnished kitchen. Next time we will bring groceries. . Should we ever have business again in Redlands that requires an overnight stay, we have found our home away from home. You choose only top notch people of excellent character; to us they were not " just employees".

    We just needed an extended time to gather our belonging so we did ask for a later check . No accommodations and was told if we aren’t out at a certain time we will be charged for an additional day. Well if u can keep us and additional day how is it that you don’t have space for a late check out to allow us to gather our things. Because if I’m paying another day well I’m staying! And if you’re that busy you don’t have the space to rebook. So I’m a little confused of how ride the lady was about that.

    A very nice clean hotel. Room ac was phenomenal during our stay. Loved it. Our only issue was breakfast, I'm not faulting the one cook/server/busboy. Towards the end of breakfast he was exhausted. I've noticed when I stay at other Residence Inns, they have the same staff level, except when it gets busy the management comes to buffet area and they all help out and keep everyone happy. This hotel for what ever reason did not. Other than eating my cornflakes out of a coffee mug using a plastic fork, we had a great stay.

    First, when we arrived to check in, we got to the hotel at 4:00 p.m. and there was a polite young man at the desk. However, he was not the one working the desk and told us that the individual working was on her lunch break, so we would need to wait about 15 minutes. After a 6-hour drive and being in California traffic for the past hour, all we wanted to do was get into our room and relax, but we had to sit in the lobby and wait. The only other downside was that we had to pay for parking, which was $25 per day. The parking was not secure, and there were plenty of available spots. I don't understand the need to charge that fee. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean and comfortable.

    The room was spacious and accommodating. The bathtub had a little rust on the edge and was noticeable, but it was minor. The room was great, I had the one br suite. The kitchen and living room were spacious and accommodating. I would definitely stay again. A solid 4-4.5 out of 5 stars.

    The breakfast was amazing and I like that they had certain days where you had to go options like you could just go and grab a breakfast sandwich that was still in the wrapper heated up and just take it with you and eat it on the Run. The place overall is great everything is great the staff is great service is great the only thing if I had to give it one is the fact that the water pressure isn't real good in the shower but other than that everything else is great

    This place overall was not ugly. The area was nice with lots of stores and places nearby. However, we stayed a total of 5 days and they did not do room service. They came once in the whole time we were there but only took out the small trashes, left more towels, and put one toilet paper roll. They did not take the dirty towels or change the dirty sheets. We did ask for new sheets due to a spill but they said they only change once every 5 days!!! That is disgusting! They didn’t even vacuum or take any of the big trash like pizza boxes. They also charged 25$ per day for parking but didn’t notify us until after. Absolutely disappointing.

    The phone wouldnt call 911 then the staff showed up while i was entrapped in their room and struggling to get free and since i broke free at the time and got out of the building without concern for me and they falsely stated what happened the other person even stated i physically blocked his exit while he was trying to leave.

    This place has it all! We liked the security of the locked doors at night, and our room was very comfortable and clean. The parking area was safe and we enjoyed the property. The only downfall was a security alarm that went off all night every night at the construction site next door. Not the hotel's fault. A great place to explore from.

    Doesn’t follow Marriott standards of cleanliness and safety and they refuse to accommodate their guests who come forth with valid, extensive complaints. Every single room needs an inspection and they should be met with the Marriott standards, but they are not and staff & management could care less, even about the cockroaches on the 4th floor. They instead follow up with maltreatment and retaliation to a US Veteran and his wife and daughter who is under 2 years old. They have urine stained Marriott branded beds that they’ve shared they just use shampoo and fans on instead of ordering new mattresses. The list goes on and on and on at this location. Stay away from Residence Inn San Bernardino unless it’s your last resort option. DO NOT BOOK THIRD PARTY OR THEY WILL COMPLETELY IGNORE ANY OF THEIR ESTABLISHMENTS ISSUES AND DIRECT YOU TO HANDLE IT WITH HOTELS.COM. They do not care about hotel guest satisfaction and when hotels.com reaches out to them to process your refund request, they will refuse your refund request and lie to your face about it. They’re robbing people.

    The overhead light (like a street light) on the left side parking lot is burned out. And there does not seem to be any cameras. People can break into cars and no one would know. Seems unreasonable if the hotel is charging $22 per night for parking.

    My only complaint was having to pay to park my rental car. Have never had to do so before. However, keeping the car safe wasn't a concern as the parking lot seemed to be well lit.

    The front desk staff were absolutely amazing. Very friendly and helpful. My only real complaint was that I wasn't given the room I had reserved (king studio) but they did give an upgrade (queen suite). Unfortunately, the bed didn't meet my needs and I ended up sleeping on the sofa bed the entire stay. One other thought, I had asked for housekeeping service 2 days in a row but didn't get it.

    With the amount of travelling we do it is nice to stay in a motel/hotel that looks and feels like home. Very well done. Responsive staff and management, Would recommend to anyone staying in this area for one night or more!!

    Very terrible and dishonest. Truely very disappointing. Cancel my reservation due to the fact that my cashapp visa card wasnt a "real bank card" and to top it off, wouldnt refund my money! Honestly, for being that highly prolific rating, really turn out to be a waste of space dishonest business!

    The renovations was still going on and the eating area wasn’t available or was breakfast. I wish this was conveyed on the site so I knew to go somewhere else that did have breakfast available. I was there with my 6 year old by myself and when a six year old gets hungry, they get hungry. There was also a sign up for a prize if you find rubble the paw patrol pup. My daughter was very happy to try to find rubble and even asked but we did not get any help except for “oh just find him somewhere!” Yah sure with the renovations going on, not very safe.

    When arriving the property charge a high deposit rate and also the room was not cleaned, dirty dishes and dirty napkins under sofa pillows, also mold inside freezer.
