    This motel was listed as having a hot tub and breakfast on arrival we were told the would be no breakfast due to renovation keep in mind not once during our week stay was there any work to the property and when we ask about the hot hub they said it was broken and there was no plan to fix it most the staff was rude mainly unhelpful there

    I really liked the room it was a fair price . The staff was very friendly pool was clean. Unfortunently I had a bad experience with the room next door . There was a couple arguing and banging on the wall at 3 am . I did call service at the front they were very helpful but would definently recommend the hotel manager to place guest 1 room apart I mean it is a pretty big hotel the best thing that can be provided is comfort and quality time for your guest.

    The room was clean and looked to be updated from the pics on file. When looking for the actual room there no pics only overall of the facility. The staff was very nice. There was a sign on the Door and it was repeated by staff at check in no breakfast. Before she checked me in all good. A slight disappointment but not a huge deal. Staff was also accommodating when I asked for a first room floor. The issues I had is that room did not have a mini fridge nor did it have a chair in the room. I called the front desk and they said they do not have chairs in the room. I found this very odd.

    Group stayed in 3 different rooms. All 3 rooms stunk of cigarettes smell even though they said we couldn’t smoke inside. In one room the bathroom door fell of the hinges within the first 5 minutes of arriving. One room had to change the AC because it wasn’t cooling at all and the other two rooms kept the air on at lowest temperature and the highest speed for 3 days straight and it was never cool in the room. In all 3 bathrooms, the floor tiles can come right up and move around. Parking is big but there’s a lot of sus people staying at the hotel and park in the back.

    I stayed at this hotel because it was 10 minutes away from the NOS event center. I enjoyed my stay! Check in was less than 10 minutes, the staff was nice, and my room was very quiet. My only critique would be that the toilet and mirrors were not wiped down and there was pee under the seat from the previous guest. Other than that it was a peaceful place and I would go back!

    The property was okay it looked well maintained but the pools were dirty the jacuzzi was dirty and they had a lot of other visitors that were there hanging out around the balconies outside partying being loud. But I assume because it was a Friday night. The room was just okay it smelt of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room the walls could use another paint job. but for the most part I just stayed one night and got out the next morning

    Walls dirty and bathroom door dirty vent in bathroom dirty disgusting floors dirty and the ac in the room barely worked, No refrigerator which i thought i saw was included in the room i thought i got when booking it, I could be wrong on that part. No breakfast due to "remodeling" but said online breakfast included only one ice machine for the whole hotel and it didn't even work.     Here is the list: 1) Bathtub was clogged, 2) shower stall leaked into the bedroom through the wall on to the carpet, shower curtain rod sagged so curtain just stayed in the center getting the floor all wet, 3) called ahead to check but no microwave in the room, 4) no coffee, 5) no hot breakfast. When we complained at the office, we were told that we should have called ahead to find out about hot breakfast not being served. The assistant manager, Ally, said that those working the front desk should have informed us at check in and would have suggested other nearby hotels that served breakfast. This is an idiotic idea. Can you imagine checking in at 10 pm after being on the road just to find out that our hotel of choice (no pun) would suggest we find a different hotel? A simple "Hot breakfast is not available at this time" should be stated on your website. Since there were three of us (my wife and I, and our 91 year old mother) staying for two nights, that makes a total of 6 breakfasts that we did not get during our stay.

    The.shower had almost no pressure snd the hotel in general was dirty, such as the walls, doors and floors. Also, there is usually a buffet-style breakfast, but that area is being renovated. They could have at least laid out some grab and go items on a counter, but no. They said they will mot have breakfast at all until it was finished being renovated.

    Avoid this place at all costs. Quality Inn was absolutely disgusting. The microwave was covered in rust, and when I opened it to heat my food, there was a roach inside. The shower drain was clogged and filthy, making it impossible to shower properly. This room was unsanitary and unacceptable by any standard. Clearly no effort is made to clean or maintain the rooms. I regret staying here and would never return or recommend this hotel to anyone.

    Amenities...Asked for towels, blankets, Never received them..I went out to Ross to buy blankets... The elevator didn't work when i needed it... zit was disgusting and dirty...I almost fell walking out to my car.. The cement on the walkway aren't safe their cracked and lifted in so many places along all the walk ways... I was charged over 700.00 a night for that dump... Don't get me started on the homeless hanging in the parking lot...Horrifying!!!

    The room was recently renovated so that was very nice. The next morning we woke up early to go eat breakfast because it said it was included with our stay but there was a sign on the door that said it was not available. Also, I found a pair of scissors when we went up the stairs to our room. Good thing I saw them before my toddler grabbed them. Lastly, there was a pair of boxers right outside the elevator

    After checking in I inspected the room and found a trail of ants throughout the room and a smell of cigarette in a nonsmoking room. I went to request a different room and front desk and housekeeping insisted that the ants in the room are normal, that they are in every room and that there’s nothing they can do about it them. They ended up switching me rooms and that room had a dirty fridge and toilet paper in the drawer in the room.

    Looks nothing like the pictures, the blinds were broken. The ac vent panel kept falling off, towels stunk. The only reason why I did t give 1 star is because the bed was at least comfy. I stayed for 2 nights and everything else around me was booked. So I made the most out of it.

    The room was newly remolded and clean except for one wash cloth was dirty. The lights were on motion sensors, so will leave you in the dark when you haven't moved for a while. There was no breakfast which the clerk let us know at check-in. Very quiet neighborhood and no problems with parking.

    This hotel was completely run down, the room smelled like the people before smoked heavily, smelled highly of cigarettes and the room was non smoking. Didnt offer a different room. The locks did not work, the curtains were falling off the rod, the tiles were loose and broken in the bathroom, the shower rod was falling off the wall. The room had no hot water and the key card kept not working. We had to get our key rest 6 times and only stayed 2nights. Great location but horrible hotel to stay at.

    Horrible experience!! Rooms are dirty and smelly, like cigarette smoke, mold and bleach, makes it hard to breathe. Hotel in general is bad! Needs major renovations, not just a Micky mouse paint job, location is terrible also, excessive traffic noise and druggies partying all night going in and out of the rooms. This hotel shouldn't be allowed to operate due to health & inhumane conditions. Felt ripped off!! Not what they have advertised or what is expected. Definitely not worth $112 a night, not even half of that!! Complete mistake!! Better off sleeping in your car...

    The place looks derelict. When i checked in I was told immediately that the they were doing some renovations. I was also informed that no breakfast was being served. This is an amenity I look for when choosing a hotel. There were pipes across walkways that were trip hazards. As someone with walking issues it forced me to walk off the path to avoid the pipes. The room door handle was loose. The kingsize bed had a hollow divot on one side so the only comfort was to sleep sideways. The office chair was torn up. I am reaching out to Comfort Suites group as the advertising on the website did not specify lay out the renovation issues or the change in amenities as noted when registering. This is false advertising. The price should have reflected this. (Photos wont upload)

    I was there from monday til friday. It was the worst hotel i have ever been in. I booked room with fridge and microwave. No microwave. I ask 3 times for one. Ice machine was broke.     First off the front desk did not tell me that you have to pull up on door handle to open, had to go all the way back around and got a different room, and had ants , and the bathtub did not have a stopper to give granddaughter a bath, there was a cover from a razor in drain. No chair to sit in.

    No one in the office when I arrived. I called and someone came to a window. The furniture, carpet were old and stained. The pool was closed. The 2nd day they put a tarp on the Quality Inn sign. The manager said they're closing the hotel for remodeling. The smell of marijuana was horrible. I left a day before I was to leave and got another room. Hope I get my money back for that day since the hotel told me they sent Booking my money back.

    Need a refund. I stopped by on August 4 to check in. Nobody was in the office. I called (909) 888-4827 THREE TIMES - no answer. There was an emergency number (909) 352-1136 to which I called and this number was disconnected. I walked around the site looking for some evidence of staff. There was nobody that I could find. So why would the office be left unattended? I need a refund.

    Service was good but the physical plant is the tackiest I have encountered in the last 30 years of travel. Front curtains had holes, TV didn't work, bathroom door had been punched in and not repaired, A/C worked but was noisy, the bathtub hot water was installed backwards so that hot was barely after rotating left instead of far left -- it took awhile to figure that out. Maintenance is not a word in the vocabulary of this management group.

    So i choose my stay based on accommodations in this case i wanted a pool and hottub with a breakfast. Ince i arrive and check-in im told the pool and hottub are closed until further notice sorry for inconvenience come to find out its been closed for months which really annoyed me this is something they should fix on there page if it doesnt work you dont have it. I dont even want to go into the whole room situation things broken or missing homemade curtains out of an old blanket really sad if i was able to cancel and get a refund i would have i would of had a better stay in my car

    I will not return to this hotel. Checking in was great but the hotel is dirty on the outside, the elevator smelled like urine. As we walked into the room, there was a chair that had a large part of the upholstery gone and it was dirty, please throw it away. The hotel has a pool, but it was out of service and my husband and I wanted coffee and a little something to eat and “due to Covid” no breakfast as advertised.

    After a 15 hour trip I complained to desk clerk through a window outside, who seemed unwilling to find solution or room, so I said I brought cleaning supplies and febreeze and would deal with it for the night. After returning to room and attempting to clean/deoderize/ unpack I discovered no fridge to store my food. I returned to the outside window to tell the desk clerk. His response was to leave a note for maintenance the next morning. No other room/solution. I returned to this room without other option The next morning all appointments had been moved up without notice so focus was to get cleaned up and out the door. This was a battle no running hot water in sink & shower even with running it several minutes so hygiene was via sink and cold water. After hours of appointments I returned to office - still no refrigerator and food was spoiled. Owner/ manager were uninterested in assisting with another accommodation and clearly had not received requests/complaints or had no intention to resolve any problems. Fridge w/out freezer door, no racks_ privided late evening. I had paid entire reservation in cash at check-in, no refund/room change/other. NO LOBBY/BUS. CENT ETC, BREAKFAST, ICE, HOT TUB/POOL, OR ROOM PHONE. High room rate, extremely poor conditions, no amenities. Staff claim, homless, corporate failure, a fire as reasons

    Property was very run-down and exit railings were unsafe. Bathroom shower curtain rod almost out of the wall and hot water took 15 minutes to work. No morning breakfast as indicated on the website, staff stated that breakfast was discontinued 3 years ago. Registration wanted an unrefundable deposit, had to pay for a night I was not staying there in order to leave early and get partial refund. Bad location, right next to a riverbed with homeless people milling around. Staff was hospitable and doing the best they could, but the hotel was in desperate need of restoration. Do not go there.

    This was the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The outside was not too bad but the rooms are awful! BEWARE the pictures used in the web must be old and no longer represents the current condition. I was charged $50 deposit, for which I have not been gotten back yet, snd the joke is the room had nothing in it!!! No lamps, no clock no phone, no iron, no pictures on the walls, no drain stopper for sink or tub. Tried to shower the first night at 10 and it took 15 minutes for the water to turn Luke warm (we think they shut it off at night) curtains were falling off and we noticed after walking around the place that most of the rooms the same was true. The pool and hot tub was kept locked, the staff was not friendly or attentive even though there didn’t seem to be many guests there WHICH IS NO BIG SURPRISE!!!! Sorry but facts are facts……. And I’d like my $50 back with interest for the trauma I suffered having stayed 2 nights there!

    the hotel itself is literally falling apart you can't use the stairwell because they're blocked off by pieces of board because the steps are missing on some of the stairwell there's termite invasion everywhere throughout the hotel it's very disgusting

    Place was disgusting and ran down. Elevators and stairs were a safety concern. Staff was extremely rude checking in and checking out. Rooms extremely outdated, shower made me feel like I was going to catch athletes foot. Woke up itchy all over. Cut my stay early because I was so uncomfortable. Pictures look nothing like the property, so not stay here just to save a few dollars.

    My “non-smoking” room smelled so terribly of cigarette smoke that it was difficult to sleep and I stilled smelled it on my clothes afterwards. The motel was run down and in desperate need of an upgrade. Even the door handle to my room was broken and I got locked out. The shower didn’t have cold water and the curtain rack was broken. Not worth the money, don’t stay here.

    Honestly our first room smelled like cigarettes (non smoking room) so we changed it. We also didn’t have warm or hot water for either rooms. Our bed had dog hairs and the furniture was in really bad shape. Overall it was convenient 😂but you get what you pay for:)

    Didn't enjoy my stay, based on the pictures and location I expected to be better then what it was. Property definitely needs work and the room I got, needs lots of repairing . There was loose faucets, shower curtain rod falling, no lash safety lock on the door and the bathroom door not closing correct and cut up very uneven at the top and my list can go on. Overall they need major renovation. I will be not be staying there again.

    The room we checked into had a horrible smell and had a mushroom growing out of the wall by the shower rod. Asked to switch rooms, and the next room smelled of cigarettes and the toilet bowl was not even bolted down and moved. Requested for our money back but Leticia was very rude and did not want to give us the refund.

    The door handle was broken took use aboit 5 minutes to get intonour room, the tv control did not work the floor felt sticky at some parts their was no hot water coming out of the sink faucet and no water coming out of the shower at all, the room looked like it needs a whole new make over and the out side of the building dose too

    Old facility. Needs remodeling. A few rooms were falling apart, looks like they were collapsing. Dirty old rug outside the rooms. My room's restroom smelled like weed. The blanket wasn't washed because half of it it smelled like woman's perfume. Restroom door falling from the hinges & wouldn't close. Microwave located next to restroom sink & the cord was too far to connect to the outlet. No remote in the room. The front desk made us go for it. Front desk was messy with clutter & boxes. Lady was nice.

    The only good thing was the person who checked us in. He was very nice and helpful. This place looks like it should be condemned. It looks like they have guests who actually live there. It smelled like urine in the elevator. Part of the motel was boarded up and they put us right next to it. Our room number was completely gone so we had to guess.

    When we were leaving there was a cockroach crawling on the bed. The mattress had red stains, the fridge was disgusting, the room smelled like cigarettes even though it was non smoking. Next to us was boarded up like if it was going to collapse.

    Stayed here for a fraction of the cost of other local hotels, my mindset going in was it’s somewhere to sleep and shower, that’s exactly what I got, sure the property itself is a little run down but for the price you can’t expect 5* accommodation. My first night wasn’t great due to noisy neighbours(no fault of the hotel) in the connecting room, but a quick chat with reception saw me moved straight to another room which was much quieter, after moving to a new room the only surprise was that the maid service was nothing more than a couple of towels and a toilet roll dropped on the table nearest the door. The advertised breakfast wasn’t mentioned at check in and the breakfast room was piled full of stuff so I’m assuming it’s not available, Overall it did exactly what I wanted it to, would I stay here with my family probably not, but as a basic base for a trip on my own it was fine,

    Got to my room there was no refrigerator or microwave as advertised there was no breakfast served as advertised room was filthy holes in the curtains the mattress was lumpy comforter has holes in it Place hasn't been dusted carpet was filthy meth people just walking all around all times of the night children running wild all times of the night trash all over the grounds. trash cans overflowing with garbage the place should be torn down and rebuilt you need to take them off of hotels.com they're not like other Quality Inns Ive stayed in... terrible service

    Minus mattresses were uncomformable. The bathroom light Would not work. The carpeting eas fraying. I would not use the coffee pot or microwave oven. The refigerator had at least 2inches of ice. I won't stay there again

    This property should be closed. It appears to be housing addicts and families in crisis. The stairs looked unsafe. The elevator sounded like it may malfunction. The hallways and surfaces were filthy. Our room had torn furniture, bedding with holes and stains, brown splattered stains in the bathroom, holes in the doors, unfinished painted walls, dirty outlets. Very horrible experience.

    This is one of the worst hotels ive ever stayed in in my entire life. There was a bug on my daughter's bes, the door is almost impossible to open. The door to my sister's room was broken. They do not serve breakfast because of COVID. Just admit you decided not to have breakfast anymore. My shower was cold and the shower wall was cracked and pulling away from the main wall. We were very happy to be leaving that place. Never ever will we stay there again.

    The stay was ok, but the room had issues, window screen broken in one corner, paint spots in walls either missing or different color, shower eschucheon loose and hole showing in wall, desk chair broken on the surface, lights plastic with debris inside and other issues, and the breakfast was supposed to be included, but because remodel work was no breakfast at all, so web lied to us.

    Toilet doesn't flush, shower is falling apart water coming out of old different parts then you try to take a shower. Tv only has 10 channels. Parking lot never cleared & glass. Try Pop someone's tires. NO Friendly here. Still scared of Covid19 stuff. Fast street in front of hotels.

    Needed repairs: balcony, stairway, hot water in first room, heater in 2nd room. Felt unsafe from the homeless vagrant perched at the staircase to people just hanging out on balcony.     On Friday 11/18/22 we checked in. We had booked a nonsmoking room, but were somehow confirmed for a smoking room. We were told there were no nonsmoking rooms available after I explained that I have asthma and a smoking room will make me sick. With the front desk staff being very unhelpful, we took the supposed “only room available”. Upon entry of this room we found no blanket on the bed, pillows on the chair, and a cleaning spray bottle on the nightstand. The room obviously wasn’t cleaned. We then complained and were moved to another room which was “nonsmoking”. It still smelled horribly like smoke, so bad that my clothes and luggage still stink, and I got sick. Regardless, the story doesn’t end here. The evening of 11/18/22 we went to a music festival and when we arrived back at our room, there were people inside!!!! All our belongings were inside with people we didn’t know! After complaining to the front desk they moved the other party, who had flooded our toilet with excessive feces prior to moving. Unbenounced to us, some of our personal belongings came up missing. Due to the negligence of the front desk staff our health and safety was compromised and our belongings were stolen. We were told to come to the front desk and request a full refund upon checkout. Upon checkout on 11/20/22, the manager we spoke with was very rude and short with us, and told us to call. Needless to say we havent gotten ahold of anyone or received a refund almost a month later.
