    When we first arrived, the key system to the doors didn't work. We had a problem with the toilet and they had us try to solve the problem because there wasn't any maintenance available for almost two hours. They eventually sent over maintenance to clear the problem. On the second day, we came back from running errands and were locked out of room. No reason was given!!! I won't stay here ever again. Also, when we first got there, we found a live cockroach.

    Very ghetto. There was someone outside on “something” walking the property. When we told the attendant he said he was the neighborhood addict and to leave him alone and he will leave you alone. Bed sheets had stains and was uncomfortable. Left as soon as I had enough energy to drive home.

    I love this property. There’s a microwave on every floor built in to the wall. I love the access to the freeway. It was very clean. The laundry facilities inside were above average the staff. Excellent there were some of the nicest people every shift even graveyard there’s enough parking in the rooms were big. No complaints whatsoever will recommend this place to everyone.

    Cheap motel in a bit of a dodgey area. But walked to a nearby restaurant at night, people seem to keep to themselves. Outside the motel is well lit, nothing seemed to happen the night I was there. For a cheap bed for the night it’s fine.

    The fact that I'm being charged the same price as a person who has never stayed and a stupid set deposit to stay. I've been with the brand for over 14 years and encourage others to book. Y'all should have an incentive program plus waive deposits for folks like myself. Also, the taking money from deposits for those cheap towels that your house keepers don't clean properly is unacceptable. Thanks for reading I hope it helps

    Nothing . The elevator was broken . We where on the 3rd floor . The pool was green . And the staff was the rudest I have ever dealt with . I will never stay there again . And you should think about letting them even be on booking .com It was a horrible experience.

    Bedding was clean. No elevator so had to walk up to the 3rd floor. Someone knocked really hard on the door at 7am and woke us up yelling about her phone. Guess she had the wrong room but describes all the different people who rent a room there. It was a last minute cheap deal we got. Next time I will just spend that extra money for a more comfortable place to stay.

    This hotel was not the place to be. I stayed for one week and I was ready to leave. There was toilet problems from day one. Second night the police had to be called. Third night I learned of a homeless shelter right next door. Which brought a lot of problems all by themselves. Dogs running lose, no leash but when I called regarding the toilet on the fourth day. I couldn't get any help so I went and purchased one. Did not work. My room was red tagged and I was ask to move to a another floor. I am disabled and there wasn't any equipment to help move me upstairs. So I moved to the Holiday Inn in Redlands. I'm still here and very happy.

    Had someone try to come in in the middle of the night. They had a card key and everything not sure of they double booked or what the reason is but they woke me up in the middle of the night they started making accusations and the nicest night I couldn't even sleep because of what had happened the night prior. The next day after the incident I reported what happened to the front desk employee and she said to speak to the manager the next day. Next day when I go to check out I speak to the manager and she said why I had not reported it sooner I explained I had but they had told me to speak to her instead. Manager said she had no idea about the incident and that she had to check the cameras to make sure and she said she'd call and asked for the phone number. She never called when I went to go get my deposit back later that same day she was gone and the same lady I had first reported it to was there again she said we would have to speak to her. To me they didn't care about the incident at all but it's not ok to book a room and be woken up in the middle of the night by some crazy person and the next day you're not even comfortable sleeping there I went to sleep until 4 because I was just not comfortable.

    What I liked about the property was the attention to detail the cleanliness. The room looked good didn’t smell. The bed was nice. The furniture was nice. The bathroom was nice. The floor was nice. The walls were nice. The curtains were nice. The air-conditioning is a little out of date and the employees will rule their service cards real early in the morning and it wakes you up. It’s just louder. You could hear them on different floors going to room to room and that’s kind of disturbing if they can get something that’s a little bit more quieter that would be nice. Otherwise this is one of the best Motel 6 that I’ve ever stood at.

    Everything was good until I got in my room and the T.V didn’t work. I called the front office and someone came within minutes. Well now everything went wrong I was told that “He was sorry but he couldn’t get the T.V to work and there was not another room available everything was booked. But he could give me a discount if I was stay another night or my next visit. Well I had spent all my money couldn’t go anywhere else so I stayed. Then when I checked out and asked for the discount I was told that was only if I was staying another day. So I paid full price plus $60 cash deposit and had no T.V all night. That is bull crap I should have been given something I didn’t expect to get all my money back but it was just swept under the rug and I was treated like it never happened. I am so upset that they could do that and not be held responsible for the inconvenience to me. I was there and paid the money and was not given wahat I paid for So I am not happy with what I went through and will never stay there again and I have been there multiple times over the years.

    Decently clean rooms, no bugs beside a couple gnats. Be careful, they will keep your $60 cash deposit if you leave the towels dirty. Neighbors banging and playing music loud all hours but for no credit card required, not bad. Watch out someone walked right in our room after leaving the door cracked open 30 seconds had to tell him hey he said wrong room and turned back around. Just be on guard.

    They charged cash deposit and kept it claiming that I damaged an already old and BLOODY BLANKET. those blankets are so cheap but yet I was charged department store prices for something out of a discount store. Lots of homelessness and drug dealers that roam the property as well

    They lost my reservation, for a king size bed in a non-smoking room. They only had small double bed, smoker room. I really hate smell of cigarettes and I had no other options. Then they made me give a cash deposit, which was not on the Expedia website. I had to drive around at night looking for a gas station with an ATM and pray one of the drug addicts that was loitering in the parking lot didnt rob me. On top of all that, the AC didnt work the best, the mattress was hard, and the window didt latch shut. I will never return to that location and this has me questioning using Expedia in the future.

    We checked in right at 3pm, headed to our room and it was still dirty. We told the front desk lady who already had an attitude when we first came in to check in and she wasn’t apologetic AT ALL and told us it would be at least 30 minutes to get housekeeping to clean our room and proceeded to tell us we could just get a refund and go elsewhere…….We booked this room months in advance for a music festival and were planning on finishing getting ready in the room so this caused us to miss our favorite artist. They price gouged these 2 nights so bad and we couldn’t even get the bare minimum for a hotel. To make things worse, the fridge looked like it had black mold in it and there was an alive ROACH in the fridge. The floors were so gross, our feet became so dirty after walking around the room for like 5 minutes. Completely disgusting place I would never stay here again.

    The management kicked me out thus leading to a disgusted and disrespectful attitude as i left. I was not even given my deposit money back which was more than $50 for which i could have used and saved to pay for food. I have only eaten what was shared. I now have dogs that i welcomed and followed me after following their owner (another homeless man deceased.) That 50 plus dollars would given them food and necessaries to live. I would rate the facilities poor, management poor, and i would suggest to never lift the sheets off the matress. The room i was staying in was 122 and there was 4 feet wide and 3.5 feet long of dried blood puddle on the matress finding such after lifting sheets.

    N/a Guest services was bad, they don’t even provide a receipt if they are keeping ur deposit. Also the mattress are already stained with blood and they still keep them that way, but they have the nerve to stay with my deposit of $60 for a sheet my daughter accidentally threw up on due to not feeling well overnight. I asked for a receipt since they were keeping the deposit & the receptionist refused to give me one at check out which was around 8am today. I didn’t mind paying for a sheet that they’re going to throw in bleach anyway and reuse it cause not even the mattresses looked sanitary. Instead the receptionist got mad and argued about the fact that I wanted a paper stating that my deposit was kept for the linen! Very unprofessional and was on her phone while I was talking to her ! & yes I did take out my phone afterwards to record for my record cause I needed a receipt in order to be reimbursed for that deposit kept!

Cigarette butts all over, the security latch, (not the dead bolt), was broken, the door appeared to have been kicked in, as there were several additional screws around the latch. I think the only reason the elevator was “out of order”, was due to the homeless people nearby. I will not be staying at this location again!

    I felt pressured from a call from motel employee basically threatening my reservation if I didn't pay for my room before arriving. Saying they over booked? I made my reservation 2 days before my trip. I arrived with luggage and the elevator is out of order, . Felt very unsafe unhoused along the way into the motel, people smoking pot all around the building! Coffee in the lobby was like Het bkack syrup! I aske the staff if this was the bottom or last of it? Shrugged her shoulders saying " I don't know ' onstead of checking the carafe! Sufficed to say, Another Motel 6, Ill never return to. This is very unfortunate.because I've stayed at very decent one's in the past. Quality has Definitely took a dive.

    My biggest complaint has to be with the lady who checked us in. She was rude, rolled her eyes while talking to us, or when we responded, and upon checking in, we were asked for $60 for deposit, that we weren’t aware there would be. She seemed very annoyed that we had to leave, to pull out cash, since she couldn’t charge the deposit on card. Room had stains on sheets, but for the most part the room was sort of tidy. Honestly felt like the homeless ppl who camp out in front were treated better

    HOTELS.com failed to inform about the $60 deposit that they kept because of washable hair chalk. Elevator wasn't working so I had a nice hike to the third floor. They finally allowed customers to park inside the actual parking structure which was great because talking that long walk to the front desk was getting old.

    Let me just start by saying I will “NEVER”stay at this motel again. I had the the worst experience there. I rented a room there for 6days. The room had rochies the toilet wass stop up ever day, I went to management the first night there to inform them and ask for a news room they told me all the rooms were rented and now was available. This went on for 6days. I didn't ask for a refund or check out cause of the refund return time and looking for a new motel was to much, and making new charges. I went to the walmart across the street and got cleaning supplies and a can of raid be gone!! 👎👎NEVER!

    I payed extra to check in early , I was moved 3 times before I actually got my room . The first room the door wouldn't open the second room the toilet didn't work I actually had to leave my ID card with staff to borrow a plunger the bedding was stained and didn't even smell fresh and at the end of my stay they kept my deposit because the bedding was yellow I got blamed for the bedding

    Didn't like the environment noise in the middle of the night don't let people sleep and early in the morning. My room was reserved already for two beds and they only wanted to give me one bed. My daughter also reserved her room for a double bed and they end up giving her one room with a king size bed and the king size small head was small we already had reservations they should be saving those rooms even if we check out in late they should still be reserved for what we paid for

    I reserved a non-smoking room and when I arrived to check in, they said due to “overbooking” they had to give us a smoking room. It was terrible waking up with a headache due to the smell of the smoke. Took off everything on bed including bed protector and have to laundry staff. At checkout I almost didn’t get my deposit back since they couldn’t find the bed protector even though I let them know we took everything off due to smoke and received new sheets. Staff was alright and surrounding area was fine. Will probably not book again here due to it being the second time I stayed and first time wasn’t that great either.

    Great place to stay for a very low rate. Staff was always available, kind, informative and helpful. They did an excellent job on the renovations to the hotel giving it a completely modern and updated look to each and every room. With a mini fridge in the rooms Motel 6 North San Bernardino will always be my first and only choice of motels to stay in.

    Parking did not feel safe, the area around the hotel had a lot of trash and questionable vehicles. the hotel room door did not close in properly and was dammaged. The floora were filthy like they have never been washed or swept, there was garbage beside the nightstand, the toilet wasnt clean, stains on all the pillows and one pillowcase was dirtt. To top it off the cash deposit which you MUST pay cash clmes with a rediculous laundry list of things which they will keep yoir deposit for.... too much pet hair, too much garbage, stained towels (towels were dirty already and stained). There is a lot of noise in the eveneing and its not sound proof. They were happy to just send us away and cancel our booking also when i asked if i could pay the deposit by credit card. Overall not a nice stay im glad is was only to sleep and move on. .

    They cancelled my reservation because I didn’t answer a phone call from them. I was in the shower, called them back 20 mins later. Called and no one answered. Went to go check in an hour later, first it was an extra $40 for early check in, and an additional $60 cash deposit that I get back after the stay. So what shoulda been $90 stay went up to $130 plus the early check in and $60 deposit. $210 said no thank you and found another hotel 10 mins down the road. Also the front desk check in lady was rude, she told me “I need to be more aware when I get phone calls” even after I told her I was in the shower when they called. WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND. Plus it’s a shady location.

    Had to get a new key card ever 12 hours. Dispite my best efforts to keep it away from everything. Door had 1/2inch gap where latch is. No locks on windows. Doors were all dented.

    I didn't like that they had a 60.00 CASH deposit that I have to go back and get after 7 days versus charging to my credit card i used to prepay for the room. The room door was hard to lock and close. A drunk person knocked on my room door and was trying to get in a 2am. I had to get mean and run them away. will never use that motel again.

    don't take a shower if you want your deposit in full back. the early check in was nice. the air conditioner and the cable definitely sucks the price was good i just don't like how shady they are with the deposit

    Very scary area, a lot of homeless and drug addicts roaming around the Hotel property-No security. Upon arriving to the hotel entrance there was an abandon newer model vehicle with no tires, windows and doors on bricks and being stripped of its parts by two homeless men. They built a fire right next to the abandon vehicle, just like in the movies. We decided not stay in fear of our lives and property. Rather not stay and loose my money or my life then to stay at this place. NOT RECOMMEND at all unless you have a drug addiction. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!

    Best motel stay that I've had in a long time. Room was big and spacious even with two beds. Beds were very comfortable. The fridge and microwave works great and the staff was very helpful and nice. Very friendly staff all around and the property was clean and safe area because they made sure of it.

    - on my reservation it stated no smoking 🚭 we ended with a smelly room they said I booked. Since I was tired I took it but when I walk in smelled horrible, the door doesn’t completely close and to top it off no remote control and the tv is not working. Try calling the front office guess what? It won’t go through. HORRIBLE

    EXTREMELY DANGEROUS AREA, absolutely avoid at all costs especially if you’ve got children. We ended up checking in, retuning from dinner hours later and checking out right after to go to another hotel. Lots of drug activity, prostitution, gangs, drug deliveries, and even cars people were sleeping in IN the parking lot. The room itself looked like the door had been broken or pryed open before so beware of that. The bedrooms were so small, it had one bed shoved against the air conditioner furnace. The microwave is outside in the middle as a community microwave. Never in my life been more uncomfortable and would never return

    A good deal. I asked for ground floor but he said they were all booked up but didn’t check the computer and put me on the third floor. I had booked weeks in advance. $60 cash deposit required. Never experienced that before. Comfortable place and a good value.

    Once I got to my room, the tv, refrigerator, and phone were all broken. They placed me on the freeway side so it was very noisy the whole night. It was a very unpleasant stay

    The room was cancelled without any notice, I had called for an early check in and they told me that my room was cancelled and there was nothing I can do about it. Mind you, I called a few days earlier to ask about any early check in and confirmed that it is possible with my check in.

    The reviews about this place check out. Super dirty and it smelled disgusting like a combination of smoke and some product trying to mask it. Keep in mind I asked for a non-smoking room and the room still had an ashtray and it smelled horrible. The bathroom was an abomination, completely dirty! The bedsheets still had blood stains on them and burned holes in them. They also felt dusty and unsanitary. The AC unit worked but it was very dirty. The towels are a disgrace at this place. There were random hairs everywhere and the floors were not very clean.

    Everything is run down and disgusting. I know it’s a motel 6 but woooww. Right off the bat, we get to our room, and no towels, soaked brown toilet paper, no cups, no soap. Complete disaster.
