Everything was clean and staff was great and very helpful We went during Coachella Festival weekend, partying was going on all hours of the night. People being loud in the hallways crazy drunk. I went to front desk in the morning because our phone in the room was not working and they said they were taking care of the issue.

The bed was uncomfortable, the staff was horrible and they didn’t clean our room correctly because there was food and drinks left in the refrigerator

Things were just wrong. Double king suite was bare basic. They charged us $20 parking for each car. Light bulbs on multiple lamps burned out, clocks not set, couch very uncomfortable, no tv guide to help with cable chanels and I think no streaming. Just wrong.

We got the 2 bedroom suite and it was huge. Very clean and perfect.

Breakfast options were standard. Location was good. The property charges $20 per night for parking. This is outrageous. This should be shown prominently when the total charges are shown before payment. This was buried in the fine print and it is pretty hard to spot the parking fee in the details. Scamming gullible guests by charging extra for parking is simply unacceptable.

Everything seemed to be in good condition. This stay was great. Overall excellent service all around.

The complimentary breakfast was good, plenty of choices, area was clean and organized. All staff we encountered were friendly. Disappointed with the $20 "parking fee", that was not listed on website when reservation was made. The 4pm check-in time is late and somewhat inconvenient.

Staff were very courteous and helpful. Parking for $20 dollars a day is ridiculous. No security. You pay to park your car in the lot like any other hotel. Room was good but the couch was terrible and worndown with stains. Told the front desk person upon departure and she apologized and noted it. Their breakfast was better than most hotels of this level. Was always stocked and worker was always checking things.

The hotel was fine, but they did not allow me to lower the security deposit. Fortunately I was able to get some money together, but otherwise I guess I would not been able to stay even though I prepaid for room. Other hotels have lowered the security deposit in the past for me, not sure why they can't.

The man at the front desk was awesome, very nice and welcoming. The room was huge and clean, i loved having a separate bedroom...a Real suite. The kitchen had a stove, cupboards, full size fridge and dishwasher with dishes. Breakfast was great!

I really appreciate the breakfast people they had everything brought out nice and hot and they replaced the food when it was empty, and even though there was an apple juice, I asked they politely went and got that for me they go above and beyond, so I would like to give them credit!

My stay was great. Staff super friendly. Morning breakfast had great options and that for em was a plus because I have picky kids. Rooms were clean and had everything I needed. Also really safe. Good option for families.

Our stay was ok, not very accomidating for kids with autism. More pet friendly than autism friendly. Stayed for 3 days, needed a crib - they only had a tiny playpen. Needed a vaccum & mop because my child spilled - never came. Had to put a towel down so it wouldnt spread or be sticky..

Horrible experience..I booked the hotel for 3 days. I reached the hotel one day after due to personal issue. The hotel manager said they have cancelled the reservation. There was no call from Expedia or hotel manager to inform. All the hotels in that area are sold out.. a very bad experience

The cost of parking and a pet is not what they state it is when booking. It was alot more when checking in. The furniture in our room was disgusting and house keeping only comes when asked. We were there for a week and never was offered for the room to be cleaned. The AC in the room is great. It really keeps the room comfortable. The beds were very comfortable as well.

I appreciated the disability accomodations made for us, the only thing is that our room was not cleaned until our 4th night of our stay and we always had to ask for extra toilet paper and towels.

We have been to this property about 15 times, but have decided not to return as the service has gotten much worse over the last two years. The check-in felt like an interogation without a single word of welcome, there was plenty of trash in the hallways, the TV and room phone did not work and they put a 24 dollar charge on our card without any bill or explanaition. We really like the homewood suites brand, but will now avoid this property which was once among our favorites.

I did not like the $20 daily parking. It should be free.

We were looking for a place to stay while attending a show at Yamava Casino. This hotel was perfect! Clean, comfortable, safe. The rooms are spacious and have a full kitchen. I will definitely stay again.

I arrived the day before my mediation with two caretakers, and we quickly realized that getting me comfortable would be difficult. I was unable to sit on the couch, and the bed was too high for me. I was scared and unsure of what we were going to do. That’s when the manager, Jen, truly showed her kindness and dedication. Even after she clocked out, she and her husband returned to help us in any way they could. Thankfully, there was a pull-out bed, and they worked to get me as comfortable as possible. I don’t know what I would have done without them—I am beyond grateful for their compassion and willingness to help. Throughout my stay, the entire staff was incredibly kind and attentive. Whether we needed towels, coffee, or anything else, they were quick to assist, which made a big difference. Breakfast was great, and I really appreciated the quality coffee from Coffee Bean. This experience meant a lot to me, and I will definitely be returning—to show my appreciation. I sent Jen, Jacob and two other employees a gift from bath & body works. Thank you. Nadine Vives

Fantastic hotel for exploring San Bernardino and surrounding area. Stayed here in the summer and enjoyed visit so came back and wasn’t disappointed

Al llegar a nuestra habitación olía a comida, tuvimos que dejar la ventana abierta toda la noche…desagradable. Nuestra estancia fue de cuatro noches, solicitamos el servicio de limpieza en dos ocasiones y no lo hicieron, nos dijeron que debíamos pedirlo con 24hrs de anticipación y que lo hacían un día si y otro no. A pesar de haber hecho una reserva para tres personas, había solo dos toallas en la habitación, pedimos la toalla adicional y nos dijeron que en 30 minutos pero la toalla nunca llegó. El desayuno muy repetitivo, los cuatro días fue el mismo y el personal no parecía muy contento. La limpieza debe mejorar. Pros La propiedad está bonita, cuenta con jacuzzi y alberca. En resumen creo que está sobrecalificado, tiene mucho que mejorar y supervisar para mantener el prestigio de la cadena.

I did not give 5 stars because the room we were assigned did not have any towels and it didn't appear as if the maid had finished cleaning the room. The table was dirty with some dried food and the dresser drawers were all pulled out. We couldn't be sure if the bed sheets and pillow cases were changed.
