    The rooms are infested with roaches. The only thing they offered was to end my stay early and gave me bug spray. I also had to call the cops because I had a random man banging on my door at 3am, the staff didn’t care and just said oh well basically. The sheets on my bed were dirty when I got there. I was there for a month and the wifi didn’t work the whole time. The gate to get into the parking lot was also broken almost my whole stay and if they didn’t have the gate left open we had to park in the tiny visitor parking lot and hope there was space and hope you don’t get towed since they say if guests park in the visitor parking lot they will be towed.

    The room was clean, and it was good for the price. The location was okay, and the lady at the front desk waited for us even though we arrived almost at midnight.     The weather was cold and rainy the parking was good due to them having gated parking and required a room key to get into the lot. The rooms could use upgrades and all accessible rooms should be on the first floor. Myself and father in law are disabled and both rooms were on the top floor. Mind you I use a walker and he uses a wheelchair. My question is how would we get down 3 flights of stairs if the elevator went out or if there was an emergency like a fire? That would be extremely hard to do. Staff needs better training at check in the receptionist had no clue what he was doing. Couldn’t find our reservations and it took about 10 mins to get checked in. Woodsprings do better please

    Parking did not feel safe , only one elevator was working , door to enter hotel in the back was broken so didn’t need the key card anybody could walk in , the hallway to our room smelled horrible, the fire alarm went off and we were not advised if it was an accident or something else , booked for three nights did not even stay there 4 hours , tried to leave the key with front office nobody was on staff , it was late and the weather was bad so did not wait long to see if someone would return waited about 5 min

    Frustrating when i got there no body was at the front desk i arrived around 10. I called the number. The lady came down to the front desk and told me that next time the the front desk closes at 4pm on sundays and the rest of the week it closes at 8pm. And other things happen. So i dont recommend that place. And it pretty rundown.

    It was extremly loud to stay in and sleep in the room bc it is by a major highway which they did not list on the site, it wasn't loud the first couple of days but towards the end of the week it started to get loud with the cars on the HIGHWAY, it also is not much to walk to nearby, there is a bus stop outside of motel 6 which is next door bu the service road is extremely busy and a lot of cars drive by very fast so you have to stay up and be alert when catching the bus out there if you walk to circle k up the street you have to be alert when walking bc the cars drive fast in the area and it is not well lit on the sidewalk also it is not friendly for delivery drivers they cannot deliver to your room which a lot of people expect delivery drivers to be able to do when someone orders in a hotel there is NOT ANY GATHERING SPACE OUTSIDE for others to eat or get fresh air i.e. picnic tables there are also A LOT OF SINGLE MOTHERS WITH INFANT AND TODDLER KIDS which i did not expect, there is no where on the property for the kids to play they did switch my rm when i did a second booing and complained about the noise nd i stayed in rm 309 bu the young girl with a infant they have staying in rm 308 begs and is loud i would not recommend staying by her

    The staff left! Leaving us alone. Cigarette smoke smelled so strong! The elevators broke! The bed is literally a cot. So uncomfortable. Had to wait til someone came back to ask for extra pillows. The pillows were so flat! Never staying here again.

    I came into San Antonio for my grand-daughter’s Air Force graduation. When arrived to room it was definitely not what the pictures looked like. Refrigerator was rusty on outside, small kitchenette however no utensils, no pots or pans. The bed was a platt form bed that was very uncomfortable, not to mention the door did not shut unless you pulled up on it. Was able to get another room upstairs that was not much better, 3rd floor, elevator was broken the front desk lady that changed the room was helpful at the moment as she is taking us to two different floors to look at rooms explained the elevator had to be hit or pushed on to make it work. The second day there when we got back from base the elevator had a sign stating did not work. Ask front desk for more towels my husband was told after walking down 3 flights of stairs that he had to bring the other towels down first. All that was said to us was they were under new management and the place was going under construction I laughed. Nice way to cover things never saw one repair taking place. This was definitely not the experience far as a hotel I wanted to experience while here in San Antonio for such a great event.

    The room was not necessarily dirty but it just was not up to part. The refrigerator was very old and had rust all over the front, from top to bottom. The microwave was very old. The tub in the bathroom had a piece missing from it, which also had that old rust on it. Sink in bathroom was some what coming apart. Defiantly wasn’t comfortable bathing.     If you arrive after hours, they do not Mann the lobby desk overnight. Secondly if you leave your room key in the room when you’re checking out, you can’t get out of the gate and have to have the lobby. Let you into the gated fence. I understand the safety concerns, but we might need to think through better ways to do that because how am I supposed to use my key to get into after I’ve already checked out unless I’m keeping the key and I don’t wanna do that. It’s just weird

    There is an option for you to park your vehicle behind a gate that requires card key access. I checked in and immediately discovered that the toilet was broken. I had to speak to two separate individuals over the span of three days just to get it fixed. The “full kitchen” that this location claims to have is a sink, a stove top, a rusted refrigerator, and a microwave (no utensils, no pots, no pans) The “free wifi” they claim to have is not free, and if you do succeed in connecting to the WiFi you get kicked off 10 minutes later. To top it off, the entire time I was there not one staff member came to clean the room, replace the towels, or toss the trash, I was informed by the woman who checked me in that “we don’t do that here”

She stated “I think I kept your ID, I have a bad habit of doing that.” I was in my room for at least an hour before I left. She did not call my room or bring it up to me.     Staff was very friendly! It appears they are working very hard for guests to have a good stay. It was mostly clean, but there are a very stains that should be addressed. Also, most things are in working order, but the walking gate from outside the fence to the front door was not working.

    The room had a horrible odor and so did the hallways. The microwave oven did not function. The beds were not comfortable and housekeeping did not clean our room or give us fresh towels. I will not stay there again.

    We were given a room that the door didn't close not unless it was force to close. My husband had to push the latch to force the door to close and he cut his finger. I reported the incident to front office. I asked for a few band aid because the bleeding won't stop and asked to change rooms.

    John at the front desk was amazing. We switch room 3 times, because the first room had toilet and shower issues. The second room had legit bed bugs crawling in the floors when we turned the lights on. Very uncomfortable stay. Would not stay and woodsuites again. The halls smelt like dogs and cigs. The hotel is very run down. But John was amazing and helped us through it all. Very good employee but just a horrible building.

    The hotels were all booked for a huge festival. I chose this hotel and the hotel smelled as soon as we entered to check in. The room was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. The bed had a long hair in, however the cleaning lady was nice enough to give us a fresh sheet for the bed. After Lysoling the whole room the stench of cigarettes was still there. After spending one night there and packing up we even saw a roach. Needless to say we will not stay there again.

    Very limited service. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Shower had a running leak. Hotel has clean but poorly maintained. Desk personnel are friendly but hours are limited. Once you check in there are no refunds. There is a lot of noise from the road and the other guests. It was clean and I felt safe.

    The place as showed is now how it looks in person… I am a woman and I felt very unsafe staying here, but that wasn’t the only thing there where ROACHES in the bed when we arrived I asked to change rooms they did so … just to get the next room and there where hairs all over the sink and dirty towels. I couldn’t even stay there for the night I have to leave and book another hotel at 1:30 am. So inconvenient, dirty, unprofessional, and rude staff I will never recommend this place and never come here again.

    when we got to the room, the bathtub was dirty, the refrigerator was dirty - there was no hot water at all. we left the water on for at least an hour. the lamp had no lightbulb (the only lamp in the room). the tv didn’t work. when we woke up in the morning to try and get some sort of shower in, there were bugs in the tub. i checked out after only being there to sleep for 6 hours and called the hotel to cancel and i wanted a refund for the rest of the nights. i had to go find another hotel at 6 am to get some sleep. when i called, the manager was so rude. she was no accommodating at all. she really did not care about the issues we had. i’m from out of town and was visiting and i will never stay there again. if you want to stay in a dirty motel, then stay here.

    For the price I was expecting less but I was very surprised and very pleased with this hotel. Aside from being able to hear the traffic off the highway our room was clean. It had a little bit of an odd smell but other than that room was very clean so was the restroom. No eeks or surprises. Bed was clean and free of any spots. I’d stay here again

    I don’t think I have anything good to say about this place. The guy at the front didn’t say much didn’t greet me just said “can I see your ID”. Gave me papers to sign and and my card. I had to ask him okay how do I get through the gate. Then I had to figure figure out what door to go in through that was closest to elevator didn’t even tell me my room numbe or which way was faster there was Noo communication. The room was dirty I was dusty, picked up a towel after I showered and it was nothing but dust, stains in the mattress blankets, restroom mirror and toilet disgusting . Just would never stay here again!!!!
