It was great everything about it. I liked clean friendly people. I just didn’t like the fact that the fire station was next to that and kind of Heard a lot of that.

The location of the hotel was good. Everything was easily accessible via the interstate. Despite the direct connection to the interstate, we were pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was in the accommodation. The breakfast wasn't our cup of tea. There was no cheese or sausages. So we decided to eat at Denny's near by.

Overall day was good and it was close to SeaWorld. Ice machine was not working and it’s across the street from a fire department so you hear the sirens going off all night.

The Front desk employee was AWESOME, I totally forgot his name because I was running behind for a Graduation I was attending but please look at the time I checked in on that day and give that guy a promotion not a raise because that's what every company should want representing them, this may never reach anyone corporate but I promise you that he is valuable asset to that establishment.. I Loved everything, and one more thing, ALL TBE STAFF WERE AMAZING- RAISES FOR ALL

I came here for the military graduation ceremony. This place is close to the base (about 15 mins drive), clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. My plane got delayed and I had to check in at 2am, the staff called to confirm, and waited for me. Thank you. I would recommend this place.

Clean room had all necessities Breakfast, had only eggs and waffles and of course coffee, not any kind of meats.

The staff were very friendly and Michael was quick to help me when I had an issue with the TV. Even went the extra mile and went to the room to fix it and even told me about the 3 guides the TV has. N/A

Very conveniently located walking distance from a Barbecue place, Dennys and Wendys. Nice staff and clean location. Located about 15 minutes Uber from Seaworld and Aquatica and about 17 minutes from the airport. Free breakfast as well. They did make beds and change towels along with taking out trash every day which I did not expect. Nice brand of shampoo, conditioner and soap. Maybe a little more option on breakfast and cheaper water bottles but overall a good place to stay. I did see a sign saying only service dogs allowed but didn’t ask.

I didnt like that there were only three towels and bath cloths available in the room. Being a 4 person room, I would think there would be 4 towels. The front desk person Michael was very nice. The location was good for the price. The breakfast was not wow but it wasn’t that bad. There was a bad smell in the early morning. I couldn’t pin point what it was. Also, the breakfast area was kind of small so people would bump into you when eating.

There was a Wendy's, Dennys and BBQ spot right outside the hotel and others.

The wash room for 4 is too small , the rooms were compact were like shuttles one beside another and not too safe with family.

I'm sure management and staff work very hard. The room was average, things are either lose or broke. The bathroom was not as clean. The floor looks clean by the nature of it but it's not. I'm not sure how this property received an 8.2. I think it's proximity to SeaWorld is enabling the business to keep going.

The rooms didn’t look as what they had on pictures the rooms needed to be dusted and it had hair all in the shower and on shower curtain I didn’t say anything because I just cleaned it myself but I will give you a 3 because of the hair thanks

Parking was very easy. Hotel was very clean. Not too far from Lackland AFB. My only complaint was at night the lights from Wendy's (which was directly across from my hotel room) are SO bright they shined into my room. Not a big deal if you have a sleeping mask or don't mind some light in the room, but for me I prefer a pitch black room. Would recommend to friends and family.

If you need a place to stay for maybe an overnight stay, then this might suit you. I didn't catch that the rooms were not inside of the building, which I prefer over outside access. It was a decent stay, but I will not stay at another Ramada by Wyndham.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were excellent . The line for breakfast was all the way to the front lobby and there were no empty tables. We got there at 8:45 and at 9:00 we finally gave up and left because the line hadn’t moved at all.

While it was basically clean, mostly quiet and conveniently located, the bed was firm, pillows were small, microwave could be cleaner, a/c worked but cut off at a certain temperature, toilet was very low to the ground, you could easily hear guests outside the room and through walls, and breakfast was jammed packed with people. The room is descent for the price. The room is clean with microwave, mini fridge and a safe for your important belongings. If you don’t like noises at night go to a more expensive hotels. You will hear the noise outside and footsteps. Free breakfast but limited selections. If you’re like me, as long there is coffee and bread I’m good.

Very nice for a budget hotel. Room was clean and housekeeping came by offering towels. Bed was comfortable and everything in the room worked well. For the price, I would definitely stay there again!

Pulling into the parking lot I was concerned with the area but I agree with reviews this was a good hotel. Affordable, clean, friendly staff, one of the better breakfast buffets with everything being very fresh. AC worked well. Updated on the inside.

The hotel was a nice stop for the night. We felt like there could have been more variety on the breakfast menu. But overall a nice place.

The breakfast was absolutely awful. Too little of options and the quality of the food was not good. There was no seating and a lot of the families walking in there half of them were barefoot and touching their feet. The Police sitting in the parking lot constantly and blaring their sirens to catch someone on the interstate exit nearby was the absolute worst part of it. You need to do something about getting them off that lot. Having to hear sirens blaring all damn night did not allow me to sleep very much at all. Overall I would not recommend staying at this place ever again. I don't know who in their right mind said this was a good spot for a hotel.

The property is very quiet and well keppef and close of the mall and several restaurants. If you no.like much the breakfast is a Denys nd Miller bbq next to the hotel. The area is safe no hear any noise from the highways.

My bad for not looking at the photos better. We did not stay here as we were also worried about parking our car overnight. We just ate the $95 and stayed somewhere else. I want to say that the photos are a little deceiving.

Nice location, quite serene, and conveniently close to various dining options. Nestled in a peaceful area, this spot offers the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.

There were 5 or 6 dead bugs in various spots in the room. The bathroom was also super small. I will say that the beds were comfortable, although they came in and made one bed but not the other, which seemed odd.

So, overall, the hotel is fine. The area at night seems sketchy but not really. In the AM, I saw that there was a FINGERNAIL under the bed, indicating that cleaning isn't 100%!! So, won't stay there again.

Its a good property to stay at, hotel its self is quiet. I didnt notice it was across the street from a fire station😬. 10-15 minute drive from SeaWorld loved that!! 15-25 minute drive from downtown, didnt mind that at all.

our car was having AC trouble after driving 18 hours, whoever the guy working the front desk on monday was told us exactly who to go to and thankfully our ac was fixed!!! will be staying at ramadas for our trips :)

The room was clean & organized. I loved the Dove products in the restroom. Their pool is all clean. Breakfast was also good. Check in was great, we got greeted kindly by a gentleman. Would go back in the future.

For an 8.3 review I don't think I needed to go to the front desk to ask for a hair dryer, or see black stains on the ceiling of the bathroom (mold?), and a few other things (room 226 to help the staff). On the bright side, the staff was nice although the first day the guy in the front desk didn't have a hotel shirt, but I hoped for the best when I checked in.

The room had clean bedding, but the rest of the room seems to have only been wiped down at best - never scrubbed. Wiping the grout with a wash cloth returned it brown. The grout in front of the toilet is black, but white behind it. The blackout curtains were covered in dirt and let enough light in to make it seem mid-day all day/night. We were woken every morning between 4-6pm by idling trucks and horn honks. Hotel guests brought chairs outside to sit and drink late into the night in front of our door. The hotel was quick to respond when notified. Breakfast was decent, but with only 1 waffle iron, the wait was long. The pool was clean.

Very close to SeaWorld and airport. Air conditioner works great. We stayed mid June and temperatures were in the 90s. Room service is persistent. We declined service for 3 days then put do not disturb. They came and cleaned in the late afternoon.

The worst hotel i have ever stayed in. If i can give it zero stars i would . The room was filthy!!! when asked to do a sheet change our housekeeper just made our bed. Woke up in the morning with a huge cockroach on the floor. I will never return to this property again and would not recommend to anyone unless you want to come home with roaches. Wish I can attach photos of our filthy room upon arrival .

Everything was great from the begining. The young gentleman up front was super sweet and helpful. He made sure he met any needs we had. He even got my 2 rooms next to each other and on top of that had a connecting door. The rooms where clean , smelled good, and where fully stocked with Dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The breakfast was great. They had a variety of fresh fruit, honey buns, cinnamon rolls, waffles to make fresh, cereal, coffee and juices, toast , and fresh biscuits and sausage patties! Really a good mixture of choices! My family enjoyed it and where satisfied! 100% recomend it!

It wss a big room and had been recently remodeled. Only complaint was the tub faucet was loose and not properly attached.

Check in check out was very simple. Staff was friendly rooms were clean.

The front desk attendant, Michael, was phenomenal. He accomodated all of our needs, especially traveling with a large group (multiple rooms).

The property does not look nothing like it was advertised

The continental breakfast was very limited. Service was ok and the site and the rooms could use renovations.

Property the floor was dirty. We had to use towels to clean the floor. There was hair on the sheets. The toilet wouldn’t flush all the way you had to do it twice in order to flush once and there was roaches in the room we had to kill several of them

Older motel that is updated, clean, safe with great beds. It was nice to have my room cleaned every day. Breakfast is ok but not enough tables and chairs. This place is great for families visiting the theme parks.

Good price, clean and close to restaurants. Like 10 minutes from park

We went to breakfast at Dennys, and when we came back the cleaning girl was in our room . She did not speak any English, and we said we did not want she our room, she pretty much kept cleaning. She finally left, and we got ready to leave, we had strong medications in the room. The hotel did not provide a do not disturb sign.

Very nice place to stay.

The rooms were very small and had a smell, the bathrooms were not clean. They did later send someone to have it cleaned. The staff was friendly. The hotel is however next to a fire station and adjacent a highway so it was a bit noisy. Hotel had breakfast but food was average and a poor spread.

Location was conveniently close enough to JBSA-Lackland to attend my brothers graduation. But, was not a clean hotel. My room (117) was very dirty, the garbage bin by the entrance to the room smelled like pee; the floor had not been cleaned my socks were filthy after walking about 10 min on it. The room was serviced every day I was there. However, the floor remained filthy, never cleaned.

Everything was clean, staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice it was.
