The owners acted like they didn't want us there and like everything was a huge burden... they didn't have a room and we slept in a dirty room you could tell someone lived in the bed had human hair everywhere. The nice cleaning lady moved us the next day to a room that was a little cleaner. Non of the rooms had working smoke detectors. The bedding was definitely dirty, and none of the tvs worked... both room smelled of cigarettes

    There was a nice cleaning lady but im not exactly sure what she did cause the rooms were pretty gross and I am not usually not bothered by those things. The owners acted like they didn't want us there and like everything was a huge burden... they didn't have a room and we slept in a dirty room you could tell someone lived in the bed had human hair everywhere. The nice cleaning lady moved us the next day to a room that was a little cleaner. Non of the rooms had working smoke detectors. The bedding was definitely dirty, and none of the tvs worked... both room smelled of cigarettes ?

    I got the deluxe suite, and was very let down. The chair in the room had a weird stain on it, the sheets, pillow cases, towels, all had stains on them. Do they not use bleach? The bed was very thin, and the sheet simply would not stay on the bed. I had to use 2 remotes to operate the TV, which the TV itself had a break in the corner causing discoloration and a burn mark in the opposite corner. The next day, I saw the same lady from reception ( who I assume must be an owner) pull up in a brand new range Rover and double parked as well. Nice to know you can afford a gaudy car, but can't invest in some new sheets and a new TV for what is supposed to be the nicest room on the property. Hot water was non existent, water got Luke warm at best. Shower was cramped, the whole bathroom was crapped due to the oversized door. The floors were sticky, I couldn't stand being on them with my bare feet. There was also a piece of the base moulding that had fallen off and was lying on the floor when we checked in. I had booked this hotel for later in the week as well, but after the stay I decided a motel 8 was a better option. Honestly the best thing about this place is that it's off the main road, so it's quiet, and it's in a decent location with lots to do around, but I can honestly say I will never stay here again.

    This place is close to my job office. The uncleanness of the bed sheets or towels is very nasty. I had to go buy more sheets and a blanket to be comfortable.     I’ve stayed in some dingy places but this was the worst. Stood outside for 10 minutes before I was even helped. Got to our room and the first bed was dirty, the second, the comforter was torn everywhere. Bathroom: no toilet paper, no towels, tp holder ripped off wall, burns all along the side of the bathtub, hair in the shower. Then I looked at the on/off switch for the lights and there clearly had been some electrical fire.

    I choose "reserve now and pay later" option weeks ago. When I arrived at 10pm, room was not available and they sold it to someone. Then they charged me for "cancelation" which I never did. And they charged me again. So I paid for two rooms twice, without sleeping there

    We did not have a good experience staying at OYO. The only employee that checked us in wasn’t friendly nor professional. We did not see any staff cleaning the rooms at check out. The parking lot wasn’t well lighted. The bed and chair had old stains. The bed wasn’t comfortable. The room had an odor. The restroom door and walls had stains. Overall a very poor experience. We stayed the night because we were a large group and stayed together. But OYO’s quality has dropped tremendously. This has been our last time staying in such hotel due the condition and services provided by OYO.

    I had to wait over 10 minutes outside at the window and rang the bell 3 times until someone came to get me checked in. I also had to wait another 15 minutes while the room got mopped even though it was around 6:30 pm, well past the 4 pm check in. Also had 3 different things in the room that was broken. Pictures attached. Will not be booking that hotel again.

    It was filthy. Lamp shades have mold/mildew, bedding was not clean (rice / hair / roach carcasses) furniture was so filthy I couldn’t sit down while we were staying. Floor turned my feet black. Attendant on duty was as helpful as she could be, it’s passed her personal authority. Just very dirty. No smoke alarms ect. DIRTY

    I arrived a bit late to the facility, as all trips, just wanting to rest. I came in to what appeared to be a clean room, however when my child went to lay I noticed a stain on the sheets, I looked at the other bed and same thing. I went to use the bathroom and by the fridge there was a sticky substance on the floors. Right by the beds it looked like someone had spit some brown stuff on the ground. At 11pm in the rain, I had to go ask for clean sheets. I let them know of these stains on the sheets and the unclean floor, to which I was told Maintenance would be there in the morning. All day Saturday I was gone, I came back hoping the dirrty sheets would be gone and floor cleaned at least. The only thing Maintenance did was change the trash bin in the bathroom. Dirty sheets still on the ground, stains still on the floor, and now to add to it, no clean towels. Once again, I had to go ask for Towels which they again advised Maintenance should have left some. With the attitude I was given when asked I did not want to argue and advised that there sinply was none there. I felt unsafe, unclean, and would never stay here again.

    The pillows were stained, the room had a stench. The sofa was heavily stained, the pull out mattress was heavily stained and dirty. There were bugs in room, and beds for sure had some bed bugs. The owners really need to invest money in renovating and upgrading the furniture in the rooms.

    We tried to check in early couldn’t do It was told to come after 3 PM not at 3 After once we got the room, the sheets had cigarette burns the floor was dirty the pull out couch smelled disgusting dirty. There was tissue on the floor inside the couch the mattress was stained try to flip it and it was worse under it. We ask for a refund we got it then the property manager put us as a no-show when we had clearly checked in. I was polite about everything she checked the room to make sure we didn’t leave anything. Then she started getting mad at me. I was like ma’am do not disrespect me. I’ve been nothing but nice to you overall bad experience bad customer service I was also told by a worker that one of the rules and the bathtubs completely dirty it was black and she was going to rent it out. It’s bad.

    After driving 14hrs my family made it to the hotel an hour early. The front desk refused to let us check before 3pm. She didn't even let me finish my sentence. After receiving an email from the hotel asking how my check in was we attempted to check in again. At this time she told me that the hotel did not honor my reservation because they were overbooked. She said they only honored the reservations that prepaid. I tried to show her the email from THEIR hotel only an hour before confirming my reservation, charging me a fee and asking how my check in was. She interrupted me and said that I do not have a room at their hotel. She was INCREDIBLY rude! I called hotels.com and they were able to book me a stay in another hotel close by and paid the difference.

    Perfect definition of roach motel. There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom and multiple others running around the room. There was at least three different lengths of hair on the sheets, pillow cases, and floor. The bedspread had holes. There were stains on every piece of furniture. Overall nasty. I felt dirtier just by walking in. Plus, the lock on the door was broken/missing.

    The pictures associated with this property are full blown fabrications (other than the one red wall), disgusting in every way. Burns on the walls, every fixture broken, stains ON EVERYTHING! Hair, blood & glitter throughout. Had to argue for clean towels. Not worth $25 a night much less the near 100. This is exactly what I have always pictured in movies where there are rooms by the hour. Be sure to bring Clorox.

    We didn't stay at this hotel because there was no one there to check us in. We sat in our car for an hour and a half, after traveling, and in 100° heat. It was miserable. Thankfully Expedia came through and got us into another hotel. A much nicer hotel.

    This was the worst hotel I have stated in. It was 150 the night and had1 mini towel, a broken security lock in the door, missing drawers from the kitchenette…which was filthy. The worst was we thought there was mud in the floor in the bathroom which ended up being poop. It is and animal friendly place so we believe it was dog or cat poop. Another guest was outside shirtless walking around with a garbage can… not a family friendly place and WAY overpriced. I wouldn’t have expected this anywhere and even less for 150 a night!

    we made a reservation because in the photos it looked clean and according to their instructions or rules or whatever they say, clean room, clean sheets, air, and we trust their word, and surprise, dirty sheets, the bathroom door did not smell bad microwave dirty, at the entrance cockroaches and the dirty floor. what a disappointment and the worst thing we handed over the key because it was in poor condition and parking gave mistrust there is a man asleep outside with the car on. we made the reservation by phone and only arrived we entered the room and gross. We had to immediately and the worst thing was that they didn't return us even if it was something we paid for the room. We were on vacation and lost $120 😣😣 and they didn't apologize or give us anything

    The property is very unkept and looks nothing like pictures online. Person who checked us in seemed to be living on property. No ironing board, light bulb was painted red, tables were rickety and seemed too old and unsafe to use and burn marks along side of tub.Dead bugs in corner and bed hurt my back and side. Exhaust fan in bathroom did not work and half roll of tissue in bathroom that ran out that night. Not good at all.

    Oh lord where do i even begin. Ok so the room had a weird smell. The handle on the dresser drawer was missing. No smoke detector (later found on top of the cabinet in the kitchenette. The lamp had no lightbulbs. The sink lever in the kitchenette wasnt attached. Tv remote didnt work, tv was stuck on the news all day. Tried to call the front desk, no answer. The main door handle was upside down. The couch and walls were dirty. Stains and gum stuck on chairs. Floors were dirty. Bed was hard as a rock and unsecured. Landscaping was a disaster. The beds had those terrible blankets that can only be found in 80s motel rooms and your grandparents linen closet. I would say you get what you pay for but theres no way its worth what i paid. Definitely wont stay here again. If i had the energy for it id demand a refund. The girl at the front dest was polite. It was the only redeming quality about the hotel. Idk if the owners and corporate offices just dont care or they want to torture their guests. But its definitely one of the two.

    It shouldnt even be hotel it is a motel worst than a cheap motel. Staff sucks theyre rude and careless about their customers I stayed 2 nights and it was a nightmare. Heater wasnt working at 28 degress outside and with 3 kids told the lady to fix it comes out she didnt fix it for the second night and told there nothing she could do. Stupid stuff they have there working. Plus it was not cheap at all I spend $530 for 2 rooms 2 nights but they were the worst ever since all the hotels that I have been in my life. I normally look at the reviews but this time I was in a hurry the bbb should close this place. I am disputing it with my card because she refused to give me my money back or give me another room. There was no toilet paper and the microwave had a plate with food n mold on it. They have no idea of what a hospitality business is, nor they have intentiona to invest on the property. This place sucks!!!!

    I had previously stayed at this property while under a different name. Different name. Same bad management. Checked in at security window in broad daylight. They had a very large vicious dog that barks and scratches the door in the lobby where you usually check in. I recalled the last visit no internet connection and that continues.

    Health and Fall Hazard!!!! We got 2 rooms and in one the ac leaked all over the floor and I slipped and fell and they would not refund us or move us, then the second room ac did not work and the toilet was broke!! When we talked to the manager they said there was nothing they could do!! Towels were dirty and so were the comforters. Terrible, do not waste money!!

    These are basic rooms, nothing fancy. I found them to be clean and comfortable, but in the summer months you will need to bring a small fan to help the aging window units out. Television has all the channels and is a good size screen, room comes with a fridge and a microwave and a place to work from and have meals. It is in a rough neighborhood, but its quiet enough and reasonable safe. Owner takes daily steps to keep the place up. Oh, and they have a washer, a dryer and an ice machine, along with a dumpster to keep your truck clean. It's not a high end place, but it is a great place when you just need clean, comfortable and safe for a limited stay.

    I never actually got to stay there because after booking online I was told I can pay at the hotel. Once we got there we were told that they didn't have any vacant rooms but because there was no rooms avail my card wouldn't be charged but it was charged the next day for $100 and was counted as a no show. That was on July 2nd and it is now the 13th and the money still isn't back in my account and they can't contact a manager to get an approval on my refund. If my money isn't back in by Friday I am calling corporate and BBB.

    Rude owners. Site information says check in at 3. But when we got there the office was closed and a little note on the window saying no check ins till 4. Then the site says check out at noon but that wasn’t true either they told us 11. Then we get to our room and there’s water all over the floor so we get moved to another room that was a smoking room which we did not want. Then the next day we go fo our things and come back to find that housekeeping had been in the room and took all the towels (used and not used) and didn’t even bother to replace them. Worst service I’ve ever had. Would not recommend this place especially if you have infants or toddlers. Found various cigarette buds in the room (2 that my baby picked up).

    When we booked our room at this hotel we opted for the OPTION to pay when we arrived. We drove all the way from Florida just to be told they will not honor our reservation because they gave our room to someone who paid before we arrived. My family with our 3 children were left to sleep in a van for the night because the hotels in the area were all sold out. If I could give 0 stars I would.

    The room looks very nice but the room had only less than half of a roll of toilet paper and the controller wouldn’t turn the tv on and also the pull out bed mattress was so stained and didn’t have a sheet cover....

    Roaches burnt blankets , feces on towels, that brown residue on the walls from the room being half burnt down. Manager was terrible too. Site says free contential breakfast but I had to beg for an extra roll of tissue.

    If you are looking to have someone make you feel unwanted, this is the place to go. The woman running this place is severely rude and lacks the social tools needed to run a hospitality business. She always glares angrily. I can understand if that's just your face, but it's not. You have to make an effort. You don't tell the guest to throw their trash in the dumpster when they bring it out and place it outside the door to help housekeeping. You should not be rude. Period.

    Most things in disrepair. No toilet paper. Towel bar broke. No phone. Burn holes in covers. Electrical outlets with out covers. Only 1 wash rag provided. Towels are holey and stained. Door does not seal ....light comes in through 50% of the door way. No door threshold. No toilet paper holder. No working ice machine. Hasn't been in years. And bed was rock hard. Do not go with kids it unsafe. If rooms were on sale 75%off an no where else to stay i wouldnt go back.

    Apparently the hotel was overbooked and i was not able to get the 2 queen beds that i paid for and needed. Walls were dirty, sheets were stained, pull-out bed's mattress was paper thin.

    Worse hotel I’ve stayed at, every sheet was dirty. The pull out was so uncomfortable. The cleaning lady asked me to clean up before I left. Ridiculous!

    This was a nice little motel with a kitchen, microwave, and full size fridge. Housekeeping and the manager were extremely accommodating. The room was clean and it looked like it was recently remodeled.

    I was not exactly disappointed at this stay because I knew what was expected of a hotel at the price it was. It was fine but definitely if you are trying to have something more comfortable, clean, and good attentive costumer service do not stay here. Pay more if you want more. In my case, had to look for something emergency as I was evacuating from my city but would not stay here for a formal vacation.

    It was cute, the bedroom suites have jetted tubs in the room and a separate tub/shower combo in the bathroom. I would suggest offering a smoking version of that room. Also the A/C unit in our room wasnt the best but at night the room cooled down. Their ice machine beeps Loud af and non stop. They just need to hit the reset button on it so its not constantly beeping. I got my deposit back with no issues and they were very friendly and well organized.

    Horrible, they did not have the room i booked available. They said they gave it to some one else. So, we had to get a smaller room for the same price and hzd to leave a deposit paid extra when we didnt even get the room we reserved. It was to late and everyone was too tired to get another hotel

    The blankets were old and raggedy and had spots on them and were covered by a white sheet to try and hide them. There was dirt on the bed when we walked in (like they hadn't changed the sheets). There was a dirty washcloth hanging on the shower curtain rod when we checked in. There was a pull out couch in our room, it had stains on it (but they flipped the cushions over so you couldnt see) and looked like they hadn't cleaned it off (crumbs in the cracks under the cushions) in months. There was a hole in the wall like they had just removed or were putting in a new plug in, but it's okay because they put a chair in front of it! The lamp didn't work. The AC unit was missing a knob so you couldn't change the temperature. Very disappointed.
