Gated and secure parking lot. The breakfast was delicious. The room was absolutely exquisite. Comfortable beds and large bathroom.

And most important , great location close to UTSA.

Overall hotel vibe, evening reception, location and staff are good. Room was not clean when we checked in. Floor was dirty and sheets looked like they were reused. Secondly, the shower was extremely bad. No pressure and absolutely bad. Cannot believe a hotel that calls itself 4 star has a shambles shower.

I thought it was very rude that one of the staff a lady at the restaurant ask my husband if he was staying at the hotel went he ask for a cup for the coffee he had to show the key from the room to the lady .Before my husband arrived to the breakfast area I was already there for at least 20 min and she didn’t question anybody else about that ,I was very upset . We have being staying in this hotel for the past year my son it’s in college and we stay here every time we come to visit him. We usually stay in this location at least 2 nights went we come to San Antonio .

Then I ask for bud light and get charged for choosing a different beer and not offered the same as guy before me. Staff treating people differently is a big thumbs down for me! Other than that place was great.

The location was perfect. We visited for a birthday party, and the hotel was easy to get to despite the construction. The hotel is in a really nice area where you can enjoy a nice morning jog or walk. There were many amenities nearby that you didn't have to travel far if you needed anything. The staff were so nice and wonderful. I wish I could've stayed longer.

Bathroom was poorly cleaned, and the shower leaked a lot of water. Staff gave incorrect times for breakfast and happy hour, meaning we missed both. Overall, not a great stay.

Breakfast can be better. Taste and presentation isn't as good as some other Embassy Suites. Maybe food quality needs to be improved. Otherwise, hotel is clean and friendly staff. You have to pay for parking unlike other locations.

Rooms were clean and spacious. However the connecting door in ours allowed a lot of noise from teenagers in the next room which made it difficult to sleep. There is also a club across the street that plays loud music late into the evening on weekends. Breakfast is ok. Overall, a nice enough hotel but I would not stay here again.

Everything was full and ready no waiting for an empty pot of coffee gates parking with hot restaurants and chicken and pickle right around the corner. Loved it and will stop staying on the Riverwalk for this amazing property from now on!

Now you must pay to park (used to be free) The last few times we have stayed here the tvs in the room are not working properly. It’s a good hotel in a nice area but these small things add up over time. Not sure we will be back. woe

The TV kept disconnecting every 10 minutes. I advised the front desk that it was an ongoing issue. An ongoing issue that last 3 days. No compensation at all. Happy Hour and breakfast, and was moved to a new room because of the loud noise outside Charge for parking of a family member who visited and even ourselves.

The food was great! The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful! The main thing was that there was loud music coming from the bars and entertainment venues around the hotel. Until late!!

Love how clean and friendly everyone is It wasn’t necessarily the property, I just picked a room too close to the elevators so there was more noise than I’m used to. Other than that everything was good. I will pick a room further down the hall in the future! I also am not a fan of the paid parking for the hotel. I remember when they first opened they didn’t have that and it was great. The app is sometimes glitchy and just really is t convenient for us personally. So something like that is actually a really big factor for me and my partner and we may rethink staying there for next time so we just don’t have to deal with the paid parking app to be honest.

Beautiful facility, friendly staff. It was not the cleanest. The bathroom tub needs to be cleaned caulked and walls need to be cleaned by trash can and under sink needs to be cleaned and dusted.

Nothing was great to be honest. It was clean I guess. Staff was fairly nice. Didn’t really get to take advantage of anything they offered at the hotel. Shower was terrible. Almost no pressure at all. And it was not hot. No fan in the bathroom. Weird room layout. No gate for walkers to get out of the lot. Pay to park daily. Didn’t price match the embassy suites airport pricing as website said they would. Construction all around. Breakfast started too late didn’t get to have it. Open bar wasn’t advertised either.

Parking charges $10.99/day, toilets way too low to the ground, tiny closet space, TV access not immediately accessible (a few instructions like changing the input to HDMI 2 & TV didn't have access to TV in checkout day - hours before checkout). A little difficult to get to even with GPS once we were in the vicinity of the complex. The main course provided for the wedding we attended was sub-par at best (chicken with melted cheese over noodles with spaghetti sauce & sparse, overcooked vegetables, only 2 types of salad dressing) & at times the waiters were picking up plates too soon.

We really enjoyed our stay! The breakfast and happy hour buffet were both excellent, and the pool area was beautiful. The rooms were very clean, which we appreciated. The only thing we wish was different is that there was a dresser to store more of our belongings.

The room was not as clean as usual, and there was a water leak in our shower from, what I'm assuming was, the room above. Leaked all night, forming a bubble in the ceiling. Called front desk, informed them of what was happening and that we were afraid to shower as the majority of the water was leaking from the light fixture in the shower. They said "Oh. We'll look into it after your checkout."

Everything was excellent!!!…location was good, food options nearby…hospitality of the staff. There was an added bonus for my significant as the cigar factory was just across the street also and they had a live band on the patio.

I typically don't write a lot of reviews, butI am thrilled to review this hotel--from the moment of check-in, I knew this was going to be a great stay. They met every need and every member of staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The suite was clean, hotel smelled amazing-a refreshing, welcoming scent and also just clean, mattress was comfortable, a/c was great, beautiful and clean swimming pool and outdoor area, breakfast was amazing-best omelette ever--as well as the super friendly person preparing it! We tipped several employees just for being exceptionally kind. The evening Manager's Reception was a nice way to unwind and relax with great cocktails and snacks. The price was worth every penny and renewed my faith in Embassy Suites again. Will definitely be back to the ES @ Landmark and will be keeping a closer eye on ES options when traveling.

Ice machine information came directly from the front desk and there were no signs indicating where it would be available for guests. The shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner were practically almost empty after first use. The toilet was clogged from the previous guests. Lighting and TV options in the room were limited (TV did not allow bluetooth to connect Netflix or Youtube). Otherwise, all of those things that weren’t favorable are mostly fast fixes and the bed was comfortable enough for a night and the water shower pressure was nice. For future guests, I’d recommend to please at least add an information card on which phone line leads to where and where the basic services like ice machines are in each room.

Liked everything. Location, breakfast, comfy beds, clean, evening reception, lounge and seating areas, friendly and courteous staff, extended check out by an hour. Wouldn't stay anywhere else when in this area.

Stayed here several times. Our staycation. I have loved the breakfast and manager's evening reception. Main reasons I stayed here. Was disappointed in both though this time around. My daughter loves the muffins. First day was only one kind of muffin (plain muffin). Second day no muffins at all. Manager's reception did not have a dessert the first day of our stay. It was disappointed since we only stay here a few nights a year. This is our treat and we always want to come to the same experience that we've had before. This time was not the case.

The Embassy Suites was clean and the staff very friendly. Service is one the best. The only complaint was we had internet issues during our stay. We also lost complete power fo about 5 minutes.

Our family of 5 enjoyed the stay. Very clean and the breakfast was excellent.

Great location, easy parking, great food in walking distance, loved the cleanliness and open spaces in the lobby. Nice bar area for hanging out. Kids also love the pool, highly recommend this place. Definitely will be staying here The next time we come for a quick San Antonio trip.

We really enjoyed this hotel. It was close to Sea World, but due to the construction and rodeo, expect congestion. Convenient to get in and out to the freeways though. Very nice facility and will be back again.

I stay here every year for a conference at La Cantera because I prefer it to the resort! It has a great location, a wonderful staff and lovely amenities.

Always a pleasure to stay here. The staff professional and friendly. Especial the staff that works all you can eat breakfast. The best!

My family and I liked that it was very convenient to what we needed to go and do. The room was clean and had everything we needed. My family liked the breakfast and snacks. Would definitely go back.

Our stay went great. The service is top notch here. Only problem we had was the tv signal kept going out so we weren’t able to watch tv much. But we weren’t in the room the majority of the time so wasn’t a big problem for us.

No handicap parking close to main entrance.

Sewer gas in bathroom. Pea trap is probably dry. Living room remote did not work. No cups for coffee/tea maker. Very nice rooms though.

Everything was amazing, especially breakfast, except for how tiny the 2-room king suite was and couch bed mattress was all bad. 😂

Conns- limited parking, construction on I-10 had the freeway shutdown all weekend. Cigar bar across the street has loud music on Friday nights.

We often choose this location for their amazing hot breakfast. It is also very clean and quite.
