That it was close to the mall The room won't very clean and the furniture were broken. The drawers wouldn't close properly. The hallway carpet was very dirty and old as in the room

It was not clean. The towels and linens were deplorable. We stayed two hours before we decided to leave. We chose it because our daughter was transferred to a hospital in San Antonio and we were desperate to find a place. We didn't realize spring break was happening and our chances of finding something were severely hampered. Even under this situation we couldn't stay there and weren't even allowed to cancel. So we lost our money and still had to find somewhere to stay.

The bed had stained and dingy white sheets. It also was uncomfortable. The light in the bathroom did not work at all. Had to pay a deposit on the room.

Woke up with back aches. Bed was uncomfortable. There were roaches in the restroom. Lot of damage in the room. Water coming through the wall when taking a shower. I wont recommend this hotel.

First of all the room was nothing compare with the pictures provided , it was smelly , dierty and bathroom was not working and it had cockroaches. Don’t recommend it.

Absolutely disgusting! There was blood on the sheets and some kind of stains on the chairs. There was a nauseating smell. We ended up leaving within 10 mins of entering the room. And by the looks of other reviews.. they need to be closed down ! Its unsanitary!

When we arrived at the hostel, I was shocked to be told there was no reservation under my name. I showed them the confirmation I’d received through Expedia, but they said there was nothing they could do and advised me to contact Expedia directly. I spent over an hour on the phone, much of it on hold, desperately trying to sort things out while my sister waited, needing rest and her medication. Eventually, a supervisor offered a refund, but that was hardly a solution – I needed a room for my sister, not just my money back. They briefly attempted to help find another place but ultimately left me alone to figure it out. This experience has shaken my trust in Expedia. I wasn’t just another customer on another trip – I was a sister trying to bring a little joy to someone who’s been through so much. This trip was supposed to be a bright memory, but instead, it became a stressful, heartbreaking experience. I’m now seriously reconsidering my membership with Expedia. I want to share this experience to make others aware and to ask Expedia to consider the real people, the real lives, behind every reservation.

Problems from the showers not working, busted door handles, no security locks, stained walls, doors wouldn’t close, lobby closed, no coffee in room, had move to another room, found roaches in that one! Checked out and went to another hotel. Seems that owners are not willing to spend money on repairs or improvements, never staying there again!!!!!

As I said before the place has had improvements. It’s pretty decent the only complaint I have is one of the staff is a bit rude maybe she’s having a bad day. But there is a way to speak to people without being rude.

I did not stay in the property, my family came in at 10 pm and when we arrived the first room was not the greatest but for just a room to sleep it would do. However, we left to go see my brother and we returned and the room was flooded with water and roaches and other insects. The staff tried to give us another room but it was worse than the first. It stunk, had tons of insects crawling on the bed and walls. The bedding was all stained and the sofa had a smelled of dog . I was ashamed for selecting that location and opted to keep my family home.

There was mold in the bathroom. Did tell the lady at front desk and all she did was say ok. Never offered to move us to another room. The bedspread had stains and small holes in it. This place is going down.

There was no hot water, coffee maker did work. And the ice machine had no ice. Soda machine soda were hot. Hole in bathroom wall.

Showers was leak my daughter almost feel down.

LOCATION GOOD, SERVICE SO SO, NO BRKFST LIKE ADVERTISED NO ROOM WITH COUCH LIKE ADVERTISED. ONLY 2 LARGE TOWELS IN ROOM PLUS REGULAR SMALL TOWELS. HAD TO GO TO OFFICE FOR TOWELS AND TP RAN OUT NO EXTRA ROLL.

There were bugs actually in the sheets. Not bedbugs, big weevle looking things. They were probably feeding on the old food we found under the bedsheet; rice and some other dried old food. The toilet area reeked of urine and the sink area smelled disgustingly like body odor. The mini fridge was leaking water and made a huge puddle on the floor. We packed up our things in the middle of the night and went home and took a shower. This place was absolutely disgusting.

Bathroom door did not even shut or lock. Flies, gnats and a mosquito in the room. The bugs were crazy. Beds only had sheets and no comforter. That was really odd to me. Front desk was nice but only available behind a window. No breakfast was available.

The hotel is very out dated and needs some repairs and cleaning up . There was never an open lobby all business was done through a window . We had dirty sheets , no remote control , broken furniture, only one towel in the bathroom . Holes in the wall …. Not very good experience overall .

The room was terrible! Dirty, bugs an gnats all over, smelt of dampness and the bed was so old it sunk in on its own. Blood on the walls and who knows what else, fleas at the door way and the shower wall was cracked or broken an had gnats flying around it. Blew my mind and I wish I would have known and I would have had me an my family sleep in our car.

This is the poorest facility we've encountered with Choice Privilege Hotels. The toilet seat was broken. In the coffee maker was the previous occupants coffee grounds and there was no breakfast. There were cigarette holes in the chair and the general appearance was gross. If it weren't for the eclipse I don't think anyone would have stayed there.

very few towels in room, no iron, no remote for tv. The pillows were in horrible condition. Affordable room but not in good condition.

It took 5 rooms to find a clean one without dirt in the microwave. Bathrooms that were absolutely horrible.

Front desk and house keeping very nice. The room did have some previous damaged areas but was still comfortable to stay in.

The mattress where very hard n thin. The bed cover/spread was stained with who knows what.

First, there's no fee breakfast. You're not even allowed in the lobby. Second, many of the fixtures, including the bathtub handle had been taken off of their perspective places. Third, it was FILTHY. Fourth, they gave us 1 bath mat, 1 wash cloth, 1 hands towel, and ZERO bath towels. Our reservation was for a king bed, they put us in a double room. The refrigerator did not work so our leftover from dinner had to be thrown out. And the very thin blankets in the non-smoking room had cigarette burns on them. We will not book her again.

When I arrived there was no staff at the front desk, I waited about 10 minutes. The cleaning is terrible, there was no toilet paper, the bathroom was dirty, hair everywhere, a lot of mold in the bathtub...

Going through renovations for the past 7 months. Rooms are horribly dirty. Burned Foil for drugs left in room, hair everywhere, blood in tub, leaking toilets, sheets not changed, carpet not vacuumed, and the list goes on.

This place was absolutely disgusting. There were holes in the blankets. There was a strange smell from the carpet. Huge stains on the carpet and the couch/chair. Paint scraped off the walls. It looked nothing like the photos! Luckily the receptionist was very kind. She understood why we did not want to stay and quickly helped with our refunds

Stains on the chairs, blood stains on the bed covers, broken furniture. broken doors. Two people in a room with only 1 bath towel and no toilet paper. The hand towel and washcloth were dirty on arrival. I was tempted to sleep in my car but didn’t want to run it all night. Never again.

For everyone’s safety stay away from this motel. There is black mold, growing, and it is extremely unsafe.

Close to the freeway, gas station and restaurants. Room was not what I expected. Non Smoking room smelled like smoke, the ice maker was not working, the whole place needs to be upgraded or remodeled.

The room had dirty towels left on the bathroom countertop, open soap bottles, and one of the beds was missing the top blanket. Had no fridge or microwave like advertise. Horrible customer service. The lobby was close and never open. Not Worth what I paid for.

The area was quiet. The hotel looks run down from the outside but it was nice inside. The room didn't have an ashtray, no cups, no Ice bucket. They also had cockaroaches. On the online reservation it said free breakfast but when I checked in they said it was cancelled.

Room was dirty the sheets had hairs all over them !..the best was sunken in !.. the shower held water it didn’t drain well !.. carper just felt and looked dirty !.. the lamp shades were broken and cracked!.. the mirror inside the trim had hand prints and finger prints all over !.. i felt like after staying in that room i had to go get a tetanus shot !..

It was onay as far as the rooms go but the owners are very rude and very racial and direspectful. Even though i paid for my room the room qas in my wifes step mothers name so whem they seen my qife who is black they turned from friendly to very passaive aggressive and wheny wife locked herself out they wouldn't let her in the room nor me qe had to have her step mother call but yet theres pimps with there girls walkomg around.... but because of the color of my wife's skin we where treated unfair, dodnt even know racism excisted still.

The stay was good, but I was disappointed by your teams follow through with an issue I had. I contacted one of your agents a day before my stay to potentially cancel the reservation. Your agent said that they would reach back out to me by email soon. You all never did send me an email.

I wasn't able to go, because I needed a smoking room on the first floor or a handicap room and the property had no problem refunding the money even though I was well within the cancellation policy. I appreciate that and the money was returned to my card within 48 hours

Roaches, Roaches, ROACHES! I had to buy ROACH spray, and ROACH hotels. There was no fitted sheet, just a normal sheet on the mattress, that was too small, and the tub didnt drain! I would have went somewhere else, but money was tight, and i knew it would take days, if not weeks to get my money back if i ever did. They never even offered to cover the cost of the items i had to purchase to fight the ROACHES!

This room was disgusting, cigarettes burns all over the sheets floor nevee was vacummed. The atmosphere in the room was hard to breathe which trigerred my asthma. Smell like mildew my experience in this hotel was a nightmare. The receptionist who checked us in was not friendly at all. I do not recommend this hotel at all. All the pictures are deceiving. If possible i would like to be refunded.
