I love the hot shower, but the shower rod was damaged and water kept spilling over. Also,a section of the carpet remained wet the entire time so there's a leak somewhere. The air conditioner is excellent and I loved having two TVs. I will stay here again when I'm in San Antonio. The breakfast was pretty good. The only other thing is I am a platinum member and I wasn't acknowledged and there is no late checkouts or early check-ins.

Good location, 10 mins from Seaworld, 15 mins from Riverwalk, 5 mins from HEB. Loved the room had living room area. Staff were very helpful. Pool was not cold at all which was perfect for my kids. Variety of breakfast item with warm scrambled egg and sausages. If we are going to Seaworld again, we probably pick this hotel again.

The breakfast was nice, the staff was updating the food over and over again. The eggs were AMAZING! The beds were big and comfortable, however, there were a few stains. The room was pretty big and spacious especially for us, a family with two adults, three kids, including a toddler, WHO ALWAYS WANTS TO MOVE AROUND! The water was very dirty. We went to the pool a lot and came back to shower and the tap and shower water was very sticky. It seemed as if it still had chlorine in the water. One of my children has sensitive skin and the water gave her severe hives after showering for a couple days. Even when my skin isn't that sensitive, I still felt dirty. Along with this issue, the staff being kind didn't help the fact that they were absent a few times. Especially the front desk. Many people, not just me, had to call out several times because there was no one there.

Overall, it was good - the breakfast had very few options - they should separate vegetarian options from the non-veg, like meat and egg, both were in the same section, and the staff at breakfast had no clue when asked. Breakfast didn't have options to eat, and the food wasn't separated properly due to cross-contamination; we couldn't even eat eggs. i think if veg/non-veg can be separated and far apart it would avoid that contamination and same to follow in the kitchen.

The room seemed to have a damp smell. The hair dryer had to be replaced, it was not working. The hot tub jets weren’t working.

The breakfast was good for the price point (waffles, sausage, eggs, muffins, biscuits, yogurt) and the indoor pool was fun for the kids. There was an extremely loose tile in the sink area floor, but the room was clean. It was also a plus to have a working ice machine on the 2nd floor. Staff was friendly!

During our stay the workout room was closed so that was a bummer and the pool was great but the hot tub was just as cold as the pool. I was a little disappointed that the heater was either off or broken. Either way they staff was marvelous and very accomodating, I recommend this hotel and will definitley book again if I'm in San Antonio. I was very please despite the inconveninece with the amenities. Thanks for an overall wonderful experience!

The towel rack had decent amount of rust on it. The head board had stains, the bathroom lights did not work in the shower area. The ac vents all of them had large amounts of dust. Pool was not green but not blue either it was dingy. No body wash only shampoo and conditioner. The outlet the hair dryer is connected to has no gfci protected circuit and the sink was directly underneath it. ( not only is that a city, and State code violation) it’s down right dangerous and negligent. Breakfast was subpar watery eggs over cooked sausage. I stayed 3 nights and all three nights I had to get new hotel key cards they wouldn’t work. The shower also had broken pieces. 0 star don’t stay. I also have photos.

The morning breakfast lady was very friendly and welcoming The property was clean and nice The swimming pool was disappointing. There was a super bad smell coming from the spa. The water was cloudy the first two days and unusable. We only swam once in the pool only. There were no towels for the guests. Someone needs to take better care of the pool area and make it safe and inviting.

They need more waffle’s machine, The sheets need to be cleaned better.

The location was good. Being on the first floor you can here foot step all night from 2nd floor. One side of the bed wall you can hear water running down. The beds are not comfortable.

The staff I paid for a whirlpool room and had to get moved because fire alarm didn’t wanna stop going off all night I had to be moved to a regular room

Room and accommodations were excellent. The first night there, our vehicle and nine others were burglarized. The thieves also hit the vehicles at the body shop behind the property. Hotel did call the police but the peeps were gone before the officers arrived. After reading the reviews (which admittedly I should have done before booking) the same thing occurred in October.

It was horrible peoples cars were getting broke into at night, and when I brought it up to front desk they just asked me do I own a truck cause that what they target. So they knew about the break in’s and wouldn’t do anything about it.

The room itself was spacious, with 2 TV's, comfortable bed, was clean, and I enjoyed using the jetted tub for hours over my 2 night stay! The same man who checked me in let me check out at noon which was appreciated too! There was a disgruntled guest at the front desk when I was leaving, who was shouting at him, and he remained calm and professional and tried to address her concern, although she seemed quite irrational! The water pressure in the shower was amazingly good and I was mostly pleased with my room. Plenty of soaps and towels. There were a couple of issues, including both curtains having large holes in them and some squeaks from bed, but I would definitely stay again and recommend to others! The breakfast was somewhat lackluster though, the lobby coffee machine was horrible, I didn't like the eggs, sausage a bit overdone, although the Texas shaped waffle was cool! No flavored batter here though. Breakfast was until 10am on weekends which was great so I could sleep in! Not far from Sea World!

Room had coacharoches. Spiders in the bed. Pool had a wire hanging out of it with a light all the chairs in the pool area are rotten was told the pool was heated and it was freezing the jets in the hot tub did not work.

We try to book at Comfort Suites once a month to visit my son in college. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The complimentary breakfast each morning is on point and the ladies who work the rooms are all so very respectful and hard working. I won't name any names but thank you so much for keeping our rooms nice and clean while we stayed. Looking forward to coming back to experience the indoor pool and hot tub that's open 10am to 10pm. Did not try to compensate or rectify the issue. The last day of our trip the power went out, it was dark in the room, elevators were not working of course. The front desk at that time said they would help us with points to get another hotel near by however, when we called back the gentleman that answered said he didn’t know anything about it, refused to call the previous staff member, was unsympathetic and was not helpful at all.

We were fairly pleased with our room. The staff was friendly and helpful. In particular, the lady who prepared breakfast made sure everything was clean and sufficient. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing that surprised me was the noise from the street. Surprisingly, it didn't come from the Loop nearby but from the few cars that fed into it in the early morning. I believe it was due to the very large windows. We travel with masks and earplugs but I made the mistake of not wearing the earplugs that night. We will definitely stay there again.

Arrived at hotel with my family and was greated by the Receptionist, great customer service. He detailed everything from the pool to the complimentary breakfast they offer to clients. Rooms were nice and clean. Towels and extra towels were in the shower. Overall a great hotel to stay at.

I gave it such a low rating. Because I didn’t even stay there. I canceled my booking with them, not even 30 mins after I had booked. They wouldn’t refund my money back. They maid over 200 hundred dollars off me.

We had a great stay. I gave 3 stars bc the full breakfast was not good at all. Coffee was watered down and eggs were very runny. Terrible breakfast. Our room was clean. We didn't have any issues. I got a suite with double beds. When we got there, the floor was cracked every time we walked. It would’ve moved up and down. When we went to the pool, omfg it was an indoor pool, we did not spend two minutes in that pool because it was hot and had no ventilation.

Pool room was so musty in there couldn’t even breath due to the spa, felt like a wet sauna. My kids couldn’t enjoy the pool. Laundry room was very outdated and only 1 working washer and dryer.

I love staying there. First time at comfort suite. Clean, polite, reciptionist kind and breakfast was awesome. The kitchen lady was very polite and clean ladies. Next time i come. Lighting in the room was very dim, the bathroom was very small, there was a cockroach in the microwave, spiders in the room, and the egg at breakfast was very watery! Parking was limited and too many vehicles left unattended as you drove in so it was difficult getting into the parking lot.

Lighting in the room was very dim, the bathroom was very small, there was a cockroach in the microwave, spiders in the room, and the egg at breakfast was very watery! Parking was limited and too many vehicles left unattended as you drove in so it was difficult getting into the parking lot.

Stayed here for 5 nights with the family. Close to amusement parks. Could use a variation for breakfast but it was still good. Excercise room needs work, the weight machine and treadmill did not work. The hot tub was out of order but the pool was nice. Pool area could use an update. Overall stay was great. I would stay here again.

Most of the staff was good. The rooms were as clean as they could get it because previous guest did damage that couldn’t be removed. Overall stay was good. Staff was responsive to my needs.

Location is good for nearby businesses/restaurants. The gym needs to be fixed. Only the cable machine works and the pool has seen better days. Do not let the picture fool you. But front desk did mention that they would elaborate on fixing both soon.

The staff are awesome and attentive and accomidating!! The hotel was 10 minutes from the base with texas roadhouse and star bucks around the corner. We had a great stay.

Close to major attractions. Staff very friendly. Hot breakfast provided daily.

Staff was great. The included breakfast was a plus. Its close to a lot of places to eat. Really good choice if your going to seaworld. Its only a 5 minute drive and will put you between the theme park and any store or restaurant you might need.

Cockroaches in bedroom. Bed in need of maintenance. Tv did not work.

The only bad thing is that our curtains did not close, so we couldn’t block bright sun in early morning! I’ve never seen a hotel where you couldn’t close curtains… other than that great stay!

Light fixture from inside the pool with a torn wire was just set aside. Missing caps and burnt plugs in the second floor.

Everything was great....my kids had a blast at the indoor pool. Everything was so clean.

The room suite set up was nice. The breakfast coffee was horrible. The hot tub was grungy & dirty & unkept. Didn’t even want to go in the hot tub. Pool area was unprepared. No cushions on lounge chairs & no towels. Outside building lights shining right into our room. Iron had scum & rust on it. Coffee machine looked like it hadn’t been cleaned & unappealing to even make any coffee to drink from. Lamp shades had no nuts on top & looked crooked. Bathroom handle was very loose & felt like falling off. Shower had no soap rest. Looked like old one was ripped from the wall.

We were there for a week. Place was nice and quiet at night and employees very nice.

I like it was convenient location with all the things he wanted to do within 15 minutes. But the hotel could get updated and the breakfast could be a little better. The staff was amazing!!

I liked that it was convenient for my needs, room was spacious what I didn't like is that there was only one door to access.

Our room had a smoke smell coming in through the vent from somewhere. Pool/hot tub needed maintenance while we were there.

The bathroom of my room has blck mold everywhere old q tips beside bed and the manager Raj attacked me over breakfeast like i wasnt staying there.. showed him my room card was still sleepy and tild him my name and was accused if stealing breakfeast but i was moat definitly checked in to room 217 horrible customer service the night staff during check in qas nice and polite but morning manager is a rude peraon

Staff stole/ threw away very expensive personal belongings. Hotel denies any wrong doing and still won’t resolve the issue. Thinking of getting the authorities involved.

I wanted to soak in hot tub, and it was broken trash can with trash and water in front of my door due to leaking and damage ceiling

I found the property clean and comfortable. The room had two queen beds and a pull out couch. Teen decided to sleep on the couch without converting to a bed, there was a glass pane door that separated the couch/bathroom area and another tv so teen felt like he had his own space. Breakfast was standard hotel fare, TX waffles, eggs and sausage breads etc. Limited seating for breakfast at peak times. Didn’t use the pool or gym. Staff was friendly.

I was offered a upgrade and I thought that was soooo unique the guy that checked me in was sooooo nice and good he has great customer service I just didn’t like how small the breakfast room is but other then that I liked everything about this room and will be staying again the next time we come back to visit

The rooms were very clean, all the staff was just so nice and wonderful. The swimming pool was fun amd clean fir thr kids, hot tube was clean the only thinf thay didnt work was the power jets honestly not a big deal. No complains on our end.

We will continue staying at this facility. We stay there every time we go to San Antonio!

Breakfast was supposed to be over at 10am today Saturday and by 9:30 they had ran out of eggs and sausage. When we asked if they were making more the answer was no. The orange juice was mixed with water. Room was nice, beds were very comfortable.

Staff were very nice. Area around hotel needs cleaning up, view from pool area outside showed old furniture and window panels laying around outside. Pool was clean but floor around pool had black mold.

Even though it is in the middle of a high traffic retail area, it surprisingly felt quiet and secluded. Very nice updates and great staff.

My wife n myself stay was good. Saw a couple things that need to be fix. Should of taken pics but i didnt. The curtains had holes on both sides, which i use to cover the light from the outside. Jacuzzi had chips on the floor which you can feel with your feet.

I really enjoyed the friendly staff and the concern they showed. My flight was delayed and I didn’t get to the hotel until after 2 am. When I finally arrived, the desk clerk showed real concern. It really meant a lot on an exceptionally long and emotional day. I was only there for a short time, but I will definitely stay there again when I’m in town
