The level of service and adherence to basic hospitality standards was unacceptable, leading to a highly unsatisfactory experience. My concerns include: Noise and Disturbance: Noise levels were consistently excessive throughout the day and late into the night. Specifically, the trolley noise from housekeeping in the early morning made it impossible to sleep, and the loud conversations near guest rooms and the reception area were highly disruptive. Security and Environment: The constant presence of guests smoking heavily near the reception and shared areas created an unwelcome atmosphere. For a woman, I feel it is unsafe and uncomfortable due to the loitering around the entrance. Maintenance and Cleanliness: The quality of housekeeping was poor. Staff entering the room wearing outside shoes is unhygienic, and the room was not properly cleaned. Furthermore, the excessive and strong perfume sprayed on the bedding was overwhelming and sleep-disrupting. Connectivity and Service: The Wi-Fi service was highly unreliable, causing me to be repeatedly disconnected from important work meetings (Zoom). Attempts to contact the staff via WhatsApp went unanswered. The only point where staff demonstrated attention was during the checkout room inspection; all other service interactions indicated a complete lack of care.
