Everything was really nice, starting with Derrick who was working the counter, to the room, workout room was small but had what was needed, breakfast and a nice small pool. It was convenient to everything and we enjoyed our stay

The hotel was centrally located near shopping and dining. The hotel room was huge compared to what I've stayed in the past. Lots of storage. Very clean. The hotel staff were very helpful and polite. Breakfast was an A+.

Our second time visiting. If I could give it ten stars I would. This place is extremely clean and staffs are great! I highly recommend staying at this hotel. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was truly impressed that I could control the temperature in my room. Big kudos front desk was very helpful and able to tell me different directions to the few places that I needed to go.

Contrary to our previous stays, this time the room was not clean. There was old oatmeal in the ceiling, bugs like ants and ladybugs on the walls and ceilings, that were dead and just hanging out. And the room was dusty, as soon as I walked in my allergies kicked in.

The room was not properly cleaned when we arrived. We found a water bottle filled with milk in the fridge, a random sock and a chapstick in the bed. The one day that housekeeping entered the room to clean during our stay, they made up one bed and left the other disheveled and left everything else as is. No additional TP no fresh towels.

Large spacious rooms. Had a bit of an issue with a running toilet. TV didn’t work consistently, we had to keep shutting it off to reset it to get the remote to work. Neither issues were a big deal, just more of an annoyance.

The place is starting to show signs of age rapidly. We stayed here a year ago and it wasn’t as beat up as it is now. Stains and wall marks. Stuff just getting dingy and worn looking. I think it’s the area because it’s a little sketchy.

The room I wanted and still would like to receive an itemized receipt for each night stay so that my company finance department can reimburse me.

The staff was very nice, very pleasant. The issue was our room. I took the couch. The blankets and pillowcases that were in the closet for couch use were dirty. It was obvious that the bedding had not been washed. I refused to sleep on the sheets. They could at least have a bar of soap and small lotion bottles in the bathroom. When we left our room on Friday and returned, no one had come in to clean our room. We had to call for towels and washcloths. I had to bag the garbage cans because they were overflowing. We did let the staff know that our room was not touched and therefore the garbage cans were not emptied. We did like the breakfast, the staff, the lounge area stacked with goodies was pleasant. The lounge is nicely decorated. It was room that needed improvement. However, I would use the hotel again because everyone was nice. I would. make my expectations known regarding the room.

The room was way more than I expected. I loved it. It was very comfortable, and spacious. The kitchenette was equipped with everything. If i could change one thing.. it would be the size of the pillows on the bed. Thats it

The property was clean, and the amenities were nice. The breakfast was pretty good as well. The only thing i didnt enjoy was having to make a U tirn to get into the parking lot each time. Other than that, it was a good stay.

We stayed here while visiting family in the area. Staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. Our room was very cozy and didn’t have any issues with AC/heat. Loved the little kitchenette as well! Very satisfied with our stay overall.

I spent premium money and what I got in return was a dirty room, lights that didn’t work, bodily fluids on the computer chair. I took pictures for reference disgusting. I would never spend my money to stay at a home too sweets ever again I filed a complaint after my stay and I still haven’t gotten an update or any kind of return contact for my complaint.

Location Too noisy at night. I was on the pking lot side (Rm 210) & there was noise all night. I killed a total of 4 roaches during my 1 night stay. I did inform the front desk girl when I checked out.

I usually stay in 201. I wis maintenance would fix the holes in the ceiling so bugs would stop entering. Also need to fix all the rust on the wall in the shower area it’s not appealing to see. Fast and friendly front desk. Clean comfortable room with amenities including a mid-size refrigerator with freezer, deep kitchen sink, coffee mugs. Large walk-in shower with ample water pressure. Mattress and pillows were comfortable and the hvac unit provided comfortable temperatures quietly throughout the room.

Very clean and updated. Food was great for breakfast and a huge variety. Staff were excellent. All of them we stayed 2 nights and had a suite Best all around! Keep up the good customer service. There was not one thing we didn’t like.

Missed breakfast . . . had to check out early for a 7:00 am appointment. I was texted the night before from Racquel to see if everything so far was okay. She stated to text for anything we needed during our stay. I requested an extra blanket and pillow, but no one ever delivered these items nor communicated any further.

We were given the wrong room. We reserved a suite with two queen beds and pull out sofa. Instead, we were given one bed with pull out sofa with accessible bathroom that could've been given to a disabled guest. We told the desk about the discrepancy but wasn't moved or given any consideration.

Do not stay here! It is unsafe! We had our car broken into and the police asked us why we were staying there. In one night 11 cars were broken into!!! The hotel is nice. The staff is great. The location is right off the interstate and is apparently prone to break ins. We lost property in excess of $2600 and we parked under a light near a camera. There is a sign that says video surveillance, well not in our case… they said it didn’t go that far….

I did not like the experience I had booking with Expedia your hotel. I paid in full with Expedia. The hotel wanted to charge me over $600 again for teh room and told me to deal with Expedia. You cannot get anyone on teh phone. It took me 1 hr 45 minutes to check in and that was wasted time on my vacation. Ruined the whole weekend. I kid you not. The front desk clerk was very kind, but horrible experience.

Came to area for a Wedding, always alittle scarey trying to find a nice Hotel when you are not familiar with area. But this one was perfect in every way, from Friendliness to Cleanliness!! You get my Vote!!

This is my 2nd time staying at this location and whenever I go to Salisbury North Carolina I will be staying there.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We truly enjoyed the variety of breakfast options and it was delicious. The service and hospitality was amazing. Lastly, we liked the location. We were not far from stores. If we are in the area again, we will definitely go back.

I’ve been to the hotel many times nice day comfortable rooms cold breakfast offerings are fine. The hot offerings are on lunappetizing. They look like freeze dried eggs and stuff like that. Also, the coffee is terrible. I made the point to the hotel many times it should install a cub, but that suggestion has been unheeded

On our recent trip, where my family and I experienced significant travel delays with airlines, thus causing us to get into Charlotte at Midnight. I was able to call the hotel and speak to a kind gentleman at the front desk to let him know we would be checking in very late. We got to Salisbury around 1:15 am. Were greeted with a friendly smile, by name, and promptly given our room. The beds were so comfortable and helped us rejuvenate ourselves for the next day.

It was a one night stay to visit relatives and unfortunately, we arrived late. The staff was courteous and helpful. The accomodations were very nice and would be favorable to a multi day stay.

Everything was amazing! So many amenities, breakfast was delicious and bountiful, beds and pillows soooo comfortable, suite was so spacious and well supplied … would definitely choose the hotel chain again!!

The only problem was the conditioner Bottle fell off the shower wall in the middle of the night and scared the bejesus out of us. The accommodations were great, service Was great , all in all a great experience.

We’ve stayed at this property twice now to go to the Polar express. It’s very nice for families with multiple children as there’s a sleeper sofa in the room and also a curtain! The staff have been very nice each time and the rooms are always clean. It is right next to the interstate so it can be a little noisy at times but not overwhelmingly so.

The room and kitchenette were well outfitted and my husband kept remarking how clean everything was. We will look for other Home2 hotels in the future.

I was so impressed with the cleanliness and facilities. This is my first time in Salisbury that I found a hotel that I was comfortable and not afraid to lie on the bed.

Was blowing cold air, no hot water for shower, lukewarm, lights didn’t work in kitchen area, was too tired when we got there to call anyone, we turned heat off completely, but the final straw was no hot water! Froze getting out of shower. We payed good money for this room, evidently hotel is more concerned with saving money and customers not being comfortable, will not recommend!!!! Will never stay at a Hilton again!

We had issues with checking in but the general manager at the property called to see what happened and made sure that we were happy. He corrected the issue and we enjoyed the rest of our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

But you get charged for parking $11 dollars a night which is ridiculous & not warned up front. Backside of parking is adjacent to 2 low motels which had lots of yelling, fighting all through out the Night! Bed are very hard! Save yourself some money and go to Hampton Inn.!

They charged my card at check in. Key pad said approved. The money came out my account then the hotel clerk tell me it was declined on THEIR END and that i couldnt check it. They told me to call my bank and confirm it went through. Bank confirmed and they still would not let me check in after THEY (hotel) already took my money. I was not from the area. I had to drive hours late at night back home with my toddlers that was fussy and tired from the day events. Now im out of money hotel took from me that i must wait however long for the dispute to be complete

Very disappointing stay. I usually stay at other brand hotels but decided to try this brand due to room size needs. Booked my stay long ago and was charged a random charge after the fact. $11.77. Called and was told it’s a new parking fee just enacted. I booked before the “new” fee and should not have been charged. Parking and parking lot entrance is terrible. You have to turn around at another hotel to get back onto the road to get into entrance. Overnight Road noise is awful. I was awake until 2:30@am due to road noise, police sirens, motorcycles revving. This place is not for families seeking to stay due to the train venue nearby. Do not recommend. Did not have enough bedding for sofa bed and attendant was annoyed when I came down to get some bedding bc “she was the only person working”. Breakfast was ok. Rust stains in bathtub and shade barely shut and the automated closer malfunctioned. We made it work. I am not one to complain but being charged an undisclosed fee put me over the edge.

Check in was suspicious because they act like it was my fault they couldn’t see where the booking was paid for. That was my 1st clue to how checking out was going to go. When we were checking out they wanted to to pay AGAIN and do THEIR job and call and figure out where their money was. Terrible customer service and we will never stay again. From now on we will be paying extra to avoid hotels.

Very clean hotel. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The only part of the hotel I wasn’t a big fan of was the bed. It was a little wore out and you could feel the springs. Definitely needs a new mattress.

This is a very good place to stay but there is not enough parking when they offer rooms to work crews. The trucks took up double their size and parking wasn't good. The breakfast is above average and very good. The only issue not fixable, It is right next to the highway and very noisy on the highway side when a loud muffler guns it.

I stay in this hotel more than five times already that’s why I book in the same change when I went to Wilmington, but I was disappointed in the Wilmington hotel . Love the Hilton home suites in Salisbury NC The management is wonderful

Room and hotel in general were very clean! Staff were kind and helpful. Beds were comfy. Definitely recommend!

Was there at check in time (3:00) and had to wait an hour for a room. Other than that it was a good visit!

Very convenient suites property. We stayed in a one bedroom. Huge bathroom, big vanity and shower. Mini kitchen will full size appliances. Comfy living room.

This was a super nice and clean place to stay. The room I stayed in was huge with 2 queen beds and a sofa sleeper. The only thing I did not like is that I could not close the blind. I'm unsure if it was broken or if it was meant to stay open. I did not report it though. I just made sure to change in the bathroom.

Housekeeping is not up to my standards. I asked that no one go into my room. I will clean it myself. Someone went in my room anyway and threw away our dinner which we left on the counter. However, the person did little cleaning. I had a sign that I thought was a "Do not Enter" sign. Front desk said that customers must ask for that sign and the sign that I had was a "Pet" sign. Why not give customers both signs?? This practice is absolutely ridiculous!! Management at the facility refused to compensate us for our food. I most certainly will not go back and plan to write corporate.

I went back down to inform the front desk and she said “sorry that’s all we have”. I don’t understand why I wasn’t told this BEFORE I went up to the room. At this point we chose to stay because it was late and because I had already checked in, I’d have to wait 3-5 business days to get my refund. Next, we went to breakfast the next morning. We got down there at about 8:45. 15 minutes left for the breakfast window. The lady just put out some sausage and some pretzel bread. I waited for eggs. Aftter a few minutes of no eggs, u asked if they were putting any out. She said “no” and turned the lights off. Why weren’t we informed this when we came down?!? It’s as if simple communication is missing from the staff at this hotel. I understand breakfast ended at 9am but they’d till could’ve told us that that was all they were going to be serving when we got down there at 8;45am considering the menu said otherwise. You should make breakfast food til the very end when guests are still showing up. This was ridiculous considering eggs only take like 1 minute to cook. I was only visiting because my family member was in his deathbed. Hopefully I have no reason to return to this particular location again.

Parking lot was very limited and its openness to the neighborhood made you feel unsafe. Will not return to this facility.

We spent 1 night and everything went smoothly. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had. Will definitely stay again.

The staff members were very, very polite and friendly. We felt so welcome and appreciated that they were able to help us with what we needed. It’s clean and breakfast was good each morning!! A special to this location ❤️ I will see you in two weeks!

Experience was soo good , customer service very well , was a problem with over charging but i think it was just a technical issue and everything was eventually resolved. Great places for families

I was welcomed by friendly staff and my room was clean and very comfortable. If I ever had a reason to be back in Salisbury, this place would be my home away from home!
