The property was excellent. Well maintained, friendly staff, clean room, etc. Check in was a breeze. I couldn’t be happier. We stayed 2 nights and we will definitely stay again.

The hotel was very pricey and breakfast wasn’t included in the price. For the cost of the room it should have been included.

My stay at the Courtyard was exceptional due to the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, the cleanliness of the beautifully and elegantly decorated room, and the overall attention to details that I experienced.

The Bistro and Front desk staff were excellent and went above and beyond to accommodate us. I suffer from occasional vertigo and they were flexible with our checkout time to allow me to rest. The bistro staff even sent up a ginger tea with my mother to help with nausea. Great people and service all around!

The staff was very friendly. I really enjoyed talking to the bartender. The pool was freezing so my kids couldn’t stay in. We only booked the room for the indoor pool.

There was a man named Devadis (sp?) working at the bistro the morning we were there. He was so kind and helpful! I felt he went above and beyond to make not only my husband and I, but all of his customers feel welcome and well taken care of. His service was the highlight of our stay!

Very nice property. I only stayed long enough to sleep but the room and lobby were very clean and the front desk staff was nice and helpful.

My room smelled like marijuana. I could not get to sleep for 4 to 5 hours because the smell was permeating my room.

Did not eat in the bar, thought microwave was in the room because i had my own food. Overall stay was nice and comfortable

Additionally, I was disappointed that there really wasn't a restaurant in the hotel. It was just a bistro. I do appreciate this hotel is "pet free" and it should stay that way.

Did not use the resturant. Minor thing was the location of the towels when you exit the shower, they are locted behing the show door. Forcing one to exit the shower wet on a tile floor.. door should have opened the other way not to the right but to the left.

Very clean facility. The addition of the bar/lounge area was an excellent idea. Had no problem parking. TV with easily accessible multiple channels (no wait time).

This is a very nice Hotel. Friendly staff and clean rooms and safe area. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel; there was a Cracker Barrel right next door.

What i didnt like was how loud the occupants in the room above me were. There were kids running the hallways, literally. Families not controlling their kids from slamming the doors and screaming or talking loud in the halls. There was no respect for other guest in the building.

The front desk attendant at check in was great! My room was excellent. Everything was clean. I had previously requested a play pen if available. The staff already had it in the room but returned to the room while we were out to dinner and added bedding to the play pen. Every employee we passed were so friendly. I look forward to another stay.

The staff was extremely nosy especially the lady who worked 2nd shift. She had been trying to count my guest and all of them wasn’t staying them. The manger told this lady I had to check out the next day. I still haven’t received my 82 dollars fee!!

We stayed here for 2 nights. Everything was perfect- clean, spacious and looked just like the pictures! (Not all hotels do!) Convenient- the key opened all the outside doors so we could go straight into the hall where our room was.

We were there for the Nascar race so we would leave early in the morning and not get back until late so we really weren't there much. Just to sleep. We would definitely stay again if we were to go back to that track. That we had to ask for towels daily

There was no complementary coffee in the lobby, but there was a flavored water in a community service center. When i came back from work the second evening, my room had not gotten any service, coffee refresh, etc. I had to go the front desk to ask about getting coffee for the next morning. There was a fight in the room above me after midnight. The staff didn't address the issue and it went on for nearly two hours. Some of these things are unusual and challenging to manage. The service level isn't one.

We love the location. We come yearly to the Polar Express Ride. This is the only place i will bring my family and friends to stay. The cleanliness, staff and convenience to EVERYTHING is absolutely the best!

Every member of the staff that I encountered was friendly and helpful. The location is easy to find and there are many options for food, shopping and even fuel within a 1 mile radius. Perfect for our stay to ride the Polar Express train.

Only complaint is that the fire pit was not working and, based on staff, it hasn't in quite some time. We were looking forward to relaxing at the fire pit in the evenings but was not able to. The staff was excellent. Would definitely stay there again.

This a midrange hotel that was overpriced on a Friday night. I thought the room included breakfast but it was a for pay breakfast. Not even a cup of coffee or tea offered. Will check details more closely next time I book.

Location was next to interstate, so traffic noise was an issue. We had a third floor room and could hear the footsteps of room above us.

It was good. Mold in the bathroom in room 406 starting to grow. the outlets on both sides of the bed need to be changed out. When plugging in your charger they should not slip out at all. Near the bed closest to the bathroom on the floor there is a dip in the floor. that is not safe other than that it was a wonderful stay. the front desk was wonderful.

This is my second time staying here and I will always choose this hotel when coming to this area. The only thing I wish the rooms had were USB charging ports.

We arrived late following a long day & dinner. Our Church group needed sleep to continue our trip home to FL. We needed to beak the huge band of storms sweeping across the South. You had a fastastic breakfast sandwich with egg, bacon, argula with a lemon aioli on a soft role. Delicous & your breakfast staff was second to none!

The first room we checked into her head dog hair is all in the bed inside of the sheets on the outside. I called to the front desk and immediately they changed my room and gave us an upgrade but after that I couldn’t get the image out of my head that they may not be changing the bedding at this location. Also the towels and wash rags are very Dingy looking-they are no longer bright white they may need to discard those and invest in brand new ones.

We were traveling with our son. We had been telling him all day he could swim as soon as he got to the hotel. The pool is closed. This should have been stated before we booked. There were other places we could have stayed. I know this is not a big deal to most travelers, but we do not randomly lie to our children.

Property was right by the freeway- very loud. Could hear everything from the people upstairs- walking and slamming doors. Pool was closed, grab and go breakfast was useless and the bar was closed. So, I paid full price but received a 1/3 of what I paid for. Thanks Marriott......

The rooms are nice, and the overal experience is good. I do wish we would have known the indoor pool was closed for long term before we booked as that was a major decision point for us staying here with kids. They were not happy at all.

The room was ok except when i was gonna take a shower there was alot of hair on floor in bathroom. Was very disappointing. The shower doors had not been clean. I had to use a lysol wipe to clean them myself

Overall stay was quite comfortable. We stayed two nights. Bagged breakfast was very helpful that varied from bagels, muffins, cakes with fruit cup, fresh fruits, juices, milk, coffee, & variety cereal cups. A plethora of fast-food restaurants in walking distance, plus a seafood restaurant located a few feet from hotel entrance on the same lot. If you’re a light sleeper like myself, be sure to book your room on the backside instead of front due to noise from street traffic. I spent my first night on front side, but the hospitality associate was so kind to change my room to the backside for my second night with no problems.

I felt compelled to write a review on my stay at the Marriott. My boyfriend and I were driving through NC when a snowstorm hit and we had to pull off the highway and get a room. This happened around 6 in the morning and I knew our room would not be available until 3:00 PM. The staff and front desk manager, Mike were so accommodating and made sure we were inside and warm from the storm. They were able to have a room ready hours ahead of schedule and I cannot thank them enough! They really saved us during a stressful and unexpected trip. Wonderful service and clean hotel.

The hotel was near the highway and some loud vehicles could be heard during the night, which was ok, but not perfect. The staff, especially the night clerk Micheal, was very helpful. Also we like room set up and amenities, like the gym and breakfast, but there was a stain on the bed spread that was disturbing. All on all of was a good experience.

The chick at the front desk charged me double ($380.00) the day i was to check out and my credit card company saw the charge as fraud and locked my card. I have other means of money but what if i hadnt? How would i have gotten home to chicago 800 miles away? She also couldnt tell me where my room was when i first checked in. Need to train ur staff better.

During this time where many places are understaffed, and employees working extra hard & getting burnt out, it was great to interact with the staff at this hotel. They were super friendly and professional. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our room was super clean. The staff were all very helpful and quickly addressed any request. Not knowing the area i asked about a local park and although she didnt know right off, on our way back from breakfast she had looked it up and put the address on a card for me! The only downfall was that their pool wasnt open which is one of the amenities i specifically looked for and the first hotel in awhile i have booked that didnt have the indoor pool open. Luckily we belong to a Y at home and went to their local Y to swim. Snack area was well stocked and very convenient to a variety of restaurants. We would stay again.
