    I brought the protection so that way if my trip canceled I can get a refund they did not honor it so that's why going through third party doesn't work out and it sucks

    Got a room there on a night there were no other vacancies in town. The room assigned me was the handicapped room. There was a refrigerator and a microwave, which I did not use. The closet was completely empty and even lacked a bar for hanging clothes on, and therefore useless. The cooler/heater unit refused to heat on a fairly cool night, and the bedding was to thin to keep me warm. There was a sink in the main area that had faucets that weren't connected up to water. I didn't need it, but I wonder what it was for. The water in the bathroom, however, was fine. There was no desk to sit at and make notes or operate the laptop. There was a desk chair, however.

    The gentleman who assisted me in my check-in, for my adult daughter was spectacular. He was professional. He was polite. He was understanding he assisted in every way possible, and he created a wonderful stay for my family. You are greatly appreciated. You will be highly recommended and I am looking forward to my next trip into town so I can stay with you again.

    I didnt like the fact that on here booking .com charged me 80 got the confirmation and went to to grab the key they charged me additional 100 bucks says imma get it back when i check out havent gotten it the carpet was sticky had white stained the shower doesnt work it had weird smell in the room i would not be coming back again ever thank you

    I had a great stay at this motel! The receptionist was amazing—friendly, welcoming, and very helpful from check-in to check-out. The entire staff was kind, professional, and made me feel right at home. The room was clean and comfortable, and the excellent customer service made the experience even better. I would definitely stay here again!

    The room was all we needed..a place to sleep..basic but clean..everything worked fine..next to gas station so easy to get drinks and stuff..outside was safe but run down looking..the “strip joint” is no longer there..we felt safe here but didn’t hang out outside..we would go there again if we needed a place

    Poop or brown matter on the ceiling Food on the walls I get the concept that you get what you pay for, but this is a simple matter of cleaning not an issue with the quality of the furniture or decent working faucets (which also sucked - but I accept that quality based on the cheap rate).

You are better off spending a few extra dollars and staying somewhere else The stench of cleaning products to try and mask the overwhelming smell of cigarettes despite it being a non-smoking room. Appears to be a hotel where junkies stay, garage container in office had a big sign with picture of "no syringes" to remind his staff not to deposit them in that trash. Owner at check-in, saying he "will waive the extra deposit fee so long as I give him a good review'. Hard to leave a positive review when the sink facet was busted, barely hanging on like a loose tooth, the toilet did not look like it was cleaned, the shower had mildew all over and shower head would spray all over the bathroom floor because the door was unable to close to prevent water from essentially pouring out of to the bathroom floor. Blankets on the bed with cigarette burn holes. The sheets had mildew on them, like they were not dry when they were originally put on the bed and they were not changed in between guests stays. Woke up itching. Had originally planned for 3 nights, booked on this website, left after the first night and told the owner/manager about all the things and that I was unwilling to spend two more nights in that filthy room and his demeanor went from neutral tl negative almost immediately, asking why I did not say anything immediately, which is fair, but he did not offer to change rooms, unwilling to provide a refund for the following two nights and now I am dealing with it through my credit card company to dispute the charges. I did not see the mildew covering an entire side of the sheets on the bed, and when I went to the fridge, all my food was frozen and the microwave wouldn't work, which were two main reasons I chose this place instead of the motel 6 across the street, which was a huge mistake. I won't be back and will make sure if any family or friends come to visit, they need to avoid this place. Now I understand how this place got 2.2 star rating because he tries to con guests into leaving a positive review.

    I showed up so very late at night and was worried if I was gonna be able to check in or not. But to my surprise the front desk girl was very accommodating and assured me that I was fine. The room was clean the bed linens and towels were extremely white and clean. The appliances all worked really well. I was actually surprised about how quiet the property seem to be for being in the area that it was I was able to sleep great. It was affordable and welcoming. I will use this place again

    Stayed here because it was cheap and closest to the repair shop after my car broke down on the way home from Portland airport. Absolute worst place I’ve EVER stayed. Very aggressive man behind the counter trying to tell me I had to pay him an additional hundred dollars and raised his voice at me until I was scared and called my dad on the phone for help. Room was disgusting. Stains and holes in the bedding. Broken furniture that I literally pushed in front of the door because I felt so unsafe. I will never go anywhere near here again. HORRIBLE.

    Check-in was strange. Couldn't access the lobby, had to use the window, but no one was there. No button to call an associate. Called but went to voicemail. Eventually, someone showed up after their break. It would have been nice if they had posted a sign that they were on break and would be back at a specific time. I was worried I was not going to be able to check in. Maybe have a cell # to call upon arrival.

    Building outdoors has been renovated. Staff is amazingly nice. Room rates are awesome. A hotel working on renovation. Definitely upgrading from previous owners. Overall experience was wonderful.

    It was cheap, so I set the bar pretty low. The desk guy was really nice. Asked for and received a ground floor room in the back.The place was, surprisingly, quiet. slept well, knowing we had two microwaves and a soaking wet carpet. I believe the shower was partially draining through the wall. The location was really convenient to the freeway. Sadly, it was also convenient to Elmer's, a location I would avoid enthusiastically.

    I wish I read the user reviews before booking this place. The carpet was wet, most likely from cleaning, but didn't feel comfortable walking on it bare foot. The scariest was that I think they photo copied my credit card. Who does that? There is no business need for that in which I can imagine.

    At first the place was really clean and really nice until we sat down to eat our dinner and a cockroach comes crawling across our bed. How disgusting is that we went up there we showed them the cockroach and they really don’t wanna do nothing about it. They gave us$12 back for us renting the room for three nights that cost me over $200 and they didn’t want to give us nothing back or even offer us a free night to stay. They gave us 12 bucks that was it.

    There was no hot water. I arrived very late at night so I told staff about the water the next morning, went out on business and when I returned there was a pool of water under the sink. I left that day and forfeited the remaining night I had booked and paid for.

    Absolutely Disgusting. The first room i was put in was absolutely atrocious. It smelled like urine and feces. There were brown smears of what appeared to be fecal matter on the bathroom wall, in the tub, on the door and all over the uncleaned sheets on the unmade bed. There was trash and socks under the bed, garbage in the cans. This room was genuinely not cleaned at all before it was sold to me, i would be suprosed if a staff member even looked at it. I told hotel staff i couldnt stay in that room, i dont like to complain but i am immunocompromised and that room was unacceptable. Hotel staff put me in a new room that was marginally better. It seemed they made an attempt to clean this room but it was still not up to any reasonable standards. Hair all over the bed still. Dort in the corners of the rooms. Smudges on the bathroom sink amd mirror. Not a pleasant stay, not a place i would consider bringing my family.

    The front desk person was delightful! And the room did have a refrigerator and a microwave. But no coffee and no light by the bed so if you’re going to read, bring your Kindle. I ended up not spending the night because I’m sensitive to mold, and there was quite a bit of mold in the bathroom.

    Chipping paint, carpet was overwhelming with shampoo smell from cleaning the carpet poorly. Also there was no smoke detector in the room and the manager demanded $100 or to hold my credit card after purchasing the room and I told him I wasn't leaving my credit card number with him I didn't know him and that's why I booked through you people and it's the price is the price if they was a problem they could make a complaint and then go against me that way I don't do the upfront credit card because I've had my information stolen

    The property was fairly clean on the outside but the room was in very bad repair. The carpet was sticky and we needed to wash our feet before getting shoes and sock on. ( bottom of our feet was back from the carpet.) Drawer fronts were either missing or fell off when pulled on. No top sheet on the bed. Room had a bad odor. No place to sit beside the bed or toilet. No phone in the room

    The room was clean, but the carpet was dirty. The bed was clean as was the bathroom. The pillows smelled like cigarette smoke. As I went to my upstairs room there was a disheveled man on the stairs who lit up a crack pipe. He got up and walked away when he saw me. I went up the stairs; they were rickety and the steps wiggled as I stepped on them. The room had a VERY strong antiseptic smell. To me, it gave me an idea of the kinds of people that room sees. The hotel just gave me bad vibes. While I didn’t fear for my life, I feared for the safety of my vehicle. Fortunately, it was unharmed. Not a place I will ever book again.

    This hotel should not even be listed on Hotels.com. The front desk staff gave us a key to someone else’s room and we walked in on them participating in intimate behavior. It was a creepy, disgusting, unprofessional, and uninhabitable environment. We left immediately, nobody was friendly or easy to work with, and nobody under any circumstances should ever stay at this location.

    Photos did not represent actual accommodations. Paint peeling off the wall in bathroom, bathtub had rust and broken plunger mechanism, no bedside lamps, sketchy electrical outlets, noisy location. Requested extra blankets, only received a single thin one. Worst experience I’ve ever had for lodgings. Couldn’t wait to leave as soon as possible the next morning. Not a recommended place to stay in my opinion.

    I stayed here in December and had a really good experience. The price was very affordable, and the staff was kind and helpful — one of them even helped me move my reservation to the next day without any problem. The room was clean and comfortable, and I was able to relax and get good rest after a long workday. Great value for the money. Would stay here again.

    This is one of the worst motels I have ever stayed in. I checked out 2 days early and never received compensation back on my card. Lock’s barely worked on the door just absolutely filthy. Only good thing is no bed bugs. No coffee maker, no ice bucket, only 2 towels, no hair dryer none of the regular hospitality stuff that you find in a motel just horrendous. Wierd lady just hanging out in the lobby. Don’t stay here!

    This was the worst motel stay I've ever had. After stopping here for a few night's to recieve shelter from an incoming storm. There were roaches in room 150 after I went to switch rooms because the water wasn't heating up in my room 144. The shower was leaking into the bed area from underneath the wall. There were dead roaches on the floor and so much more. I went to the office and told the guy about it. And he told me the guy that was gonna spray isn't here today, and then and the next second said that no one had complained about anything. He contradicted himself and he got offended because I complained. Just because I am a woman the guy decided to treat me in such an unprofessional manner when I caught him in his contradiction. If you care aout cleanlinss do not stay here. It's not a very hospitable place. No wonder it was so cheap. Definitely an osha violation.

    I got this room for my uncle. I had wanted to extend his stay a few days so I called and asked if I should book through Expedia again or could I just do it through them. I told him the price I found on Expedia and he said if I did it through Expedia he would have to check out at 11am and not come back until 3pm. So it would be better if I did it through them. But when I got there to pay for the extra days he then tried to jack up the price and pay twice as much as I would have through Expedia. He was extremely rude and so we left and found a different hotel. The people at the Motel 6 across the street were so nice and friendly. I would suggest you go there over the Holiday lodge. It was much nicer and cleaner.

    I felt like I was staying in Bate's Motel. The sink in the room had no running water. The furniture had gouges out of it, there were stains on the bedding and curtains, and there wasn't any trash bin in the room. I was just thankful I didn't see any bugs.

    The room was scary. draws were missing in dressers. Carpet was filthy. Mattress had blood allover it. There was a hole cut in the floor of shower with black mold all over it. No wifi no television channels. I do have pictures but the app will not let me upload them. The door look as if it was kicked with a dirty boot over and over again.

    1. The room was not clean. 2. The TV didn't work. 3. Half the plugs didn't work. 4. The faucet on the sink wasn't even even attatched properly. 5. There was hair and mold and other build-up in the shower. 6. There wasn't a phone or coffee pot in the room. 7. We had somebody in the parking lot outside our room trying to sell us a phone as soon as we got there and then she kept knocking on our door wanting us to charge her phone and even trying to look in and come in our room. 8. It was very noisy and we had to keep checking on our car throughout our one night stay.

    Disgusting. Room was sticky and dirty; towels were shredding thin and threads falling off; sink was dirty that I cleaned it myself; room wreaked of over-sprayed odor masking spray; no hot water, just lukewarm; floor was dirty and disgusting. I slept on top of the covers of bed because I was afraid to sleep under blankets. -- Owner/receptionist in office was rude.

    In fairness though the room was clean, but sorely in need of some maintenance. Don’t hold back on slapping some paint on the well worn entry door after resetting the threshold seal. The clientele drawn to this inn lack the sophistication or capacity to be conscious of time and carry on conversations outside of any room other than their own at a volume well beyond their outside voice. 3:00am, piece and quiet at last. Priced a bit beyond what should be fair given the quality of the place, it is clearly targeted at those who have low expectations.

    The only thing that was positive, was that it was quiet. The furniture had been carved in to, the bathroom was dirty, there were burn holes in the sheets (this was a no smoking motel), there was no Wi-Fi, the TV only had one channel to watch, and the manager/owner was constantly watching you if you stepped out of the room. Obviously, I will never stay there again!

    My service dog was illegally refused entry. I explained how the US ADA laws work and the man said he didn't care if what he was doing was illegal. It has been over 24 hours later & I still trying to get my money back. I stayed at the motel 6 accoss the street and they were amazing. This place was so dirty and the owner was rude.

    Lights didn't work in the room. Manager flipped the breaker which worked for about 10 minutes then all went dark while I was in the shower. The room had a broken dresser, smelled bad, shower floor was mushy and gross, homeless were near by, vomit in the parking lot. Would not recommend staying here unless you were desperate, broke or homeless yourself.

    Very unsatisfying stay, no bed side tables or lamps, only a sheet on the bed, no blankets. TV didn’t work, the manager came to try and fix it, but it didn’t help and never followed up. A/C wasn’t on so when we got there the room was extremely hot on an already hot day. Very loud highway traffic all night and many people living out of cars in the parking lot at night. Would not recommend

    Extremely dirty and stinky. Appeared to be knife cuts in drapes and wall. Door lock was broken, no hot water, lights where burnt out and not replaced. no body cleaned the room or ever replaced dirty bedding or towels. Rude staff. Tried to charge me again even after I showed them I paid on the app. He got mad and told me not to book with Expedia again. “You just come in!! I give you deal!” There odd, very uncomfortable, very unprofessional.

    From 0-10 it was a 0.Bathroom, shower handle broke, no hot water. Toilet set not secure. Light over sink out. Soiled bed cover. Black out curtains with holes. No shower mat. Deadbolt on front door did not work. No ice machine on property. Certainly not wroth the money spent. If it wasn't for business we had to take care of, would have moved. An old old motel that needs work.

    I had driven 10 hours in 90 degree weather. Room was well worn but serviceable and the air conditioner was great! Shower was rudimentary but worked OK. Bed was comfortable - I slept well. Location was not great but didn't disturb. Well worth the money.

    I enjoyed my stay at Holiday Lodge. Was there for a college graduation. Everything I needed for my stay was provided. I do understand that not all places provide the morning Java in the rooms nowadays, but I think that is the only thing I missed-that I would have enjoyed having. Overall I will return. It is right off of I-5 making it more than convenient. Give them a try

    My room was filthy! My feet were black and sticky. Doors and walls all had many black fingerprints. The mirror had plaque chunks and toothpaste all over it. Curtains were covered in stains as well. The bed was the only thing somewhat clean. That is until a stripped it upon leaving and the mattress bad was covered in nasty stains.

    There was nobody at front office for me to check in it was around 7:00 pm, finally someone showed up like 15 minutes later and said they were using the rest room and apologized, the room was not as clean as I would expect the mini fridge was disgusting, the comforter had a cigarette burn hole on top , luckily I had my own blanket, and the tv didn’t work, the price is reasonable for a 1 night stay, but if I can’t stay in a nice clean room with amenities that work I need to go elsewhere

    I was refused a stay after prepaying through Expedia. That is a fact. The systems per the manager were down and thus he claimed he could not see or honor the reservation and this I could not room. Somehow though the person before me was able to get a room. The manager was not nice when I asked how I get my money back - I got a shrug and a message of it was on me to figure it out. I had to find another place to stay.

    At seven in the morning… BANG BANG BANG…ZZZZZZZ…Noises coming From above and Beside my room. I open my door to investigate to find construction crew working on the room next to me, and above me and the staircase adjacent. I went to associate and asked for a different room first on the phone. He told me, and after I sort of begged and said I can’t sleep he gave me a room and took my key. All my stuff was in the other room so I waited an hour for him to drive back to make me a key. Only to stay in the room for the construction was happening around it another night Because the room he offered, He said he had no key so I would need to call him every time I needed to leave or needed to come back and open the door. I’m guessing I’d have to wait an hour for him to drive so I decided to stay in the room with the construction hence the terrible review….

    The entire room was visibly dirty and absolutely reeled of cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room. It was an uncomfortable bed and even though it was a king sized mattress, they only provided 3 very small pillows. The sheets were thin and uncomfortable as well.

    What I liked a lot was the staff. We had a good experience with them at all times and hours of the day and night. There was absolutely no cleanliness, the bathroom door had been kicked in and not repaired, splatters of who knows what all over the walls, holes in the walls, food all over the floor, cigarette burns in the linens, found a knee high stocking by the tv, tv didn’t work (my boyfriend fixed it for us to be able to use it), the nightlife was excessive and dangerous. Police action all night long. However, check in was flawless. I believe he was the owner. He gave us a price break because of the tv. The night shift answered our calls promptly and was a big help to our questions. We also left an item behind after checking out and we were helped to retrieve it right away.

    Already knew we shouldn’t expect much but what is minimally expected is clean sheets and clean bedding and clean towels. None of these were reality though the towels look like they were used and just refolded there was hair and pubic hair on the toilet only about 1/3 of a roll of toilet paper, but the worst of it was actually blood on the sheets, which means the bed wasn’t torn down and remade from the previous guest. The area around this place has a huge homeless problem as well making it unsafe. I wouldn’t recommend this place at even half the cost of $70 a night

    Not a great bargain. The room was not overly clean. It had lots of good plug-ins for phone, etc but no furniture to put them on. Not even a water glass was provided, although there was soap, tp, and shampoo. The guy at the desk was friendly and all and did accomodate our last minute request for a first floor room. Still, overall, I would think twice before staying there again.

    I got the room for $59 a night for a Friday and Saturday night good deal but needed to stay an extra day an was charged $73 for Sunday. The add was for a king size bed an it most definitely was not a king I took pictures of all of it . The floor hadn't been vacuumed. The toilet was dirty around the outside . The air conditioner/heater was blowing dust no filter and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quit a while. Was told was not allowed to have a guest at any time. I wiped everything down with a wet cleaning wipe and it was black by the time I was done just so I could bout my stuff on the dresser

    The room is trashed and the floors are hard and its carpet it’s not a hard rug carpet it’s a soft and it’s so dirty it’s cracking hard and the bathroom drain is full of hair far back and over fills in tub and there is no drawers in dresser at all fridge broke and fridge and microwave shock you when u touch it the only thing good is that the guy that checked me in we did kinda hit it off bad at first because I didn’t realize there was a deposit and I need a refund and I had to go through app for it but I explained I am homeless and my mom gave me money for a hotel for thanksgiving and I had no other money and he waived my hotel fee he is a great worker but the clean crew aren’t cleaning the rooms at all

    Then the room itself!! The floors were extremely dirty, like it hasn’t seen a vacuum since 1999! Horribly done patches on all walls! Floors are also sticky. Customer service is non/existent, very rude, will straight up up lie to your face. I called Expedia to refund my room. I checked out faster then I checked in! Hotel manager “rejected my refund” request from Expedia, because I was there for 2 hours. What a joke!

    This is not a real hotel!! Do not stay here!! It is used just for drugs and a place for a lady of the night to work (if you know what i mean)! If you book online you will not get a refund! My fiancé and I had to run away from this hotel! We saw a lady when we pulled up doing the same thing! The front desk girl said this happens every day! Don't stay here!! It is not safe!! I can't stress this enough, it is not safe.

    My room was broken into after being gone only 2 hours. It did not have a garbage can or towels for after I showered. The bed had dirty sheets and one side was so used it had a big dip I kept ending up in. They did not have another room to move me too. This was an awful experience.
