Great staff, nice pool area, clean room. The room was pretty small and tightly packed with furnishings, and the noise from the hallway was annoyingly loud. Breakfast was okay, nothing great, and the dining area was also small and filled up fast. The pool was large and the hot tub was great! The location was convenient and close to many things.

Soaking tub was very nice. Bed was very comfortable but we're glad we brought our own pillows as the room's had no support as seems to be typical for hotels nowadays. Not enough light in the bedroom. Tile floor in the main room was sticky - we think it's the cleaning products because it didn’t appear dirty but it was still kind of ick, especially with bare feet. Wifi barely supported checking email. We didn't do the breakfast. That said, we felt very safe and the staff were lovely. The location is super convenient and we'll likely stay here again.

The rooms were clean, updated and well appointed. The beds were very comfy. The bathroom was a bit cramped but probably due to the extra space in the room for the couch. The gym was small but adequate and it was located in the pool area. The pool facility was large and clean with a nice hot tub. I've stayed at a few Comfort Inns and this was definitely one of the best.

Sauna was amazing and clean, gym was also nice clean and useful.the breakfast was good and had plenty of options. Hot tub was good size and perfect temp. Staff was all very friendly. They were accommodating to our pets that stayed with us. They made sure we got a room on the first floor close to the door for easy bathroom access for our dog.

The room was clean and free of any odors. The staff was friendly and answered all our questions with a smile lol. The breakfast was pretty good with a decent assortment of options and the staff stayed on top of replenishing items before they were even gone. The hot tube was plenty warm but only one jet worked when turned on which was great if you were the lucky one to be sitting in front of it but unfortunately I was not :(. All in all I would recommend this hotel and I will stay again when we are back in town.

My wife and I stayed in room 116 or 118... It was a room that had a full kitchen in it. It had no utensils to eat or cook with. It did have plates and coffee cups.. that's it besides a pan and a pot

The room was nice and spacious, everything was clean and the breakfast was tasty. A couple things needed some maintenance, but over all I was happy. Bonus, it's within walking distance of Wunderland.

Hot tub was always too full of people. Sauna was too small and full of people too. I had to use the sauna in the morning when it was empty.

Pool/spa area is open until midnight. Kids screaming, running in haul ways and slamming doors. No apparent attempt at controlling them, even after what I know were multiple calls to the front desk to complain.

The staff at front desk are knowledgeable and quick to make sure things are done correctly. Process to get into a room was fast. Lobby has snacks and ice water always kept full with fruit too. These hotels are the best and have full breakfast in the mornings, not just cereal like most.

Rooms are great and so was breakfast. Clean place with plenty of parking.

Breakfasts was minimal same thing evey day waffle maker and powdered eggs with sausage patties. No oatmeal and 3 types of cereal with only one type kids would like. I would not stay at this hotel in the future.

The staff at this location is exceptional. Everyone is so very nice and helpful. We stayed 3 nights. The people who work during the day are just awesome. Front desk is so friendly. The breakfast was good and had a lot of variety. The location is good. Front desk have great recommendations. The king suite is spacious.

I had the spa room, and it was massive! Everything was incredibly clean and the staff was very friendly. Can't wait to come back.

This was a wonderful stay and when you walked into the hotel it smelled clean and when you walked into your room it smelled clean. The only downfall would be in the pool I ended up cutting my foot I addressed this the staff about where I ended up cutting my foot at.

The heater was very loud, and kept us awake. Also, about 5:30 am either from the room above us or our neighbors, we heard lots of loud foot steps until about 7. Everything was very clean and the staff was very kind and helpful.

I was in the jacuzzi room and it was great! It was huge! The bathroom is nice, the living area with a pull out sofa bed couch had its own tv / so technically area could be for kids or someone else to sleep. I will stay here every time I’m in Salem for work.

Room was big and clean. Property was quiet and easy to find and staff was absolutely amazing. They were accommodating, super nice, friendly, and do what they can for their guest.

We paid for a deluxe upgrade and we were placed in a handicapped room. The nicest amenities we had was a chair for the shower. My biggest problem is that if they put us in that room if someone needed it would we have been moved? We were only traveling thru but I think it was poor service.

Hotel is very clean and newly refurbished. Room roomy and clean . Heating unit was noisy. Parking was convenient and spacious. Front desk very friendly and informative.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The room layout makes sense, with everything positioned where you’d naturally expect it to be. The floors are soft, the shower has good water pressure, and even the luggage rack is placed conveniently. Overall, the space feels well planned and comfortable, creating a “home away from home” atmosphere. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The only issue I experienced was a slip in the bathroom, likely due to cleaning chemicals on the floor, which resulted in a sore shoulder and hitting my head. Aside from that incident, the stay was very positive. I would recommend this hotel to travelers looking for a comfortable, well-maintained place to stay.

The lighter review: ++ on black tea choices. Too often black tea is no-name brand undrinkable stuff. Not here! Tea was more than decent, yay! - on only having 2% milk. I've given up on seeing skim, but at least 1% would be nice, especially since there is half and half.

The room was pretty clean, there is always a random hair somewhere in a hotel of course. The staff were super sweet and they even provided me with a toothbrush when I forgot mine. I will 100% come back here when I need a spot for the night.

Bed was super comfortable and it was quiet. Everything was super clean. I wanted to use the hot tub, but there were too many children having a great time (good for them - I was just not feeling it), so I can't speak for the pool area.

Super friendly staff! Was greeted immediately and was also given a delicious cookie! Rooms are very clean! Pool, hot tub are open until midnight which is amazing and fitness room is available 24/7 (lots of equipment and very clean). Lots of nearby restaurants and the area feels safe.

Great room—well laid out with plenty of space, technology chargers, and light. Complementary breakfast was clean and lots of choices. Asked if I could stay one hour longer to check out. Yes, no problem and no fee. Would totally stay here again.

Hotel did the job for a 2 night stay as it was clean and in an office park area. You have to drive to anything and everything. Also Wi-Fi kicks off and we panicked as you have to reset and this was an issue. Breakfast was good and a nice suite.

Our room was dirty with black particles on the floor, hair on the bed, and other garbage found around the room. The bedsheets were a weird texture and scratchy.

The hotel is very clean, from outside to the hallways, ice machine, breakfast area and rooms. The staff is friendly. The problem is the air conditioning in a double queen room. It doesn’t cool the room to the sofa bed. The ac unit a foot away from the bed, very loud, the air blows onto the feet of the people sleeping in the bed. Tried to open window since night air is cool but highway noise kept me from keeping it open.

The staff was amazing, the breakfast workers put out a great spread with smiles, eager to help..front desk staff were very friendly and the check in check out was simple..the room was spacious and clean, big bed, good size tv..the hotel is in a business park with other hotels but back off the highway so very quiet..our service dogs were welcome and great places to walk if you explore the area, i found a creek and wooden bridges with a path around a couple ponds..downside was a few homeless at night sneaking through the fence and casing cars and property, also kids would jump in the pool and splash and my wife slipped by the pool and hurt her leg..they responded with ice and made sure she was ok and offered urgent care if needed..we had a great stay, and will definitely be back!

There is hot tub and swimming pool, kids loves playing in the pool. You can stay until midnight! That's awesome. The swimming pool at date of Aug 31st, feels a bit cloudy. Other than that, my family satisifed with the stay in this hotel.

It was a wonderful place to stay with our three young grandchildren. We arrived late evening and they were so happy to have the swimming pool late to enjoy after being traveling. It was all nicely remodeled for the previous year which is why I had chosen this place to stay.

This was a very nice hotel. My only complaint was that the square footage of the room was too small for the number of beds. One of the queen beds was right up next to the ac unit making the air blow directly on the person sleeping in the bed.

Housekeeping never came for are whole 4 nights and we didn’t even have a do not disturb sign. Other than that it was great.

Overall the suite was clean and suited my needs. You can hear the bathroom being used by a nearby room, but it wasn't a deal breaker. Good price, nice clean room, friendly staff...definitely would book again for future trips.

The next morning, the bathroom sink fell off the wall as I washed my hands. We talked to Britni at the front desk. She told us that our entire stay will be refunded. She spoke to Julien, the General Manager and said she would speak to us or call us. That did not happen. Thankfully, later that day, we were able to move to a different room. The next morning, we were told to contact Expedia so that we could get a refund.

I like the fact that they have welcoming staff upon checking in and fresh lemon fused water at the entrance with newly fresh baked cookies. Their free breakfast was great as well. The room though is too small and the couch/ sofa bed was dirty with food crumbs all over and the attached padding appears that it hasn’t been change for a while, it was very dirty.

The staff were friendly and helpful the entire stay. Breakfast had a good variety and coffee was always stocked through the day. This is a great choice if you have pets as well.

Solid place to stay with kids. Breakfast was a great perk but nothing special. Easy access to the highway and plenty of good food around.

You will LITERALLY hear the people in the room next to you even while casually talking. There is no privacy when it comes to noise. There was a door in my suite that was a shared door with the room next to us. No where in the details of the booking did it mention this. Felt like we needed to walk on eggshells. Loved that there was a pool and hot tub but the water was pretty dirty…. Loved that breakfast was until 10am

Very impressed with the rooms, facility, and amenities. We appreciate the lemon water pitcher in lobby, complimentary coffee, tea and hot cocoa, and especially sauna!

The room fitted 6 adults. Had everything we needed, fridge and ice machine. Rooms were cleanand we had breakfast every morning

Clean, surprisingly quiet given proximity to interstate. Nice that it has a pool, hot tub and sauna but we didnt get to them because there were screaming kids rough housing unattended from 7am to 11pm every day we were there. We attempted multiple times throughout the day /evening to see if kids were there and less rowdy but no avail. Not the hotels fault directly but they could have intervened. For safety I'm surprised they allowed that.

We made a good choice of hotel outside Portland because it is quiet and close to many restaurants

Did not like the dogs' noise/barking all night and kids running in the halls at midnight. Some guests are just rude.

We enjoyed our stay. Appears older but it was updated inside and well kept. The staff were very nice and tried to accommodate us so we could be near our friends who we travelled with. Our kids enjoyed the pool, and the breakfast was good.
