Breakfast!

Location was very good. Close to restaurants. It was clean. Staff was very nice and professional. Our room was located next to the lobby. On the other side of the kitchen and living room wall they had the lobby speakers. All night we had to listen to what was playing on those speakers. It was hard to hear your tv. It became very frustrating.

What an awesome hotel experience! We were very pleased with the accommodations and facilities as a whole. We made a great choice to spend our 20-year anniversary with you all.

The tv was not a “smart tv” as claimed. The cleaning staff did less than a good job. Trash from previous occupants were still in the can under the sink. We asked that this be handled, they didn’t do it the next day. Several days we had the same sort of “minor” mishaps. If hotel has “new owners” they need to actually care and stress to staff about finishing well. Also don’t believe the pool photos. There is no bar. No outdoor TVs. A few sad dilapidated chairs with no umbrellas. Looks like an afterthought. Evening cocktails also did not exist. Will not go back.

Although Hotel Simone has lost privileges to the King & Prince (we missed the pool access and Hampton Club), the location, courteous staff, breakfast and rooftop pool still retain value in a beach getaway close to the village and East Beach. We will be back and look forward to it.

We were very upset when we arrived to learn that we could no longer use King and Prince pool. I made the reservations last year. And changed the dates in January. We were never notified of this change. I spoke with other guests there and they said the same thing and were very upset also.

Patio chairs were filthy and a pair of underwear from a previous guest were found on the patio. The rooftop pool has not been kept up. The breakfast was not very good. No bike locks when borrowing a complimentary bike.

This beautiful boutique hotel is only a short walk to the beach. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and we enjoyed the rooftop pool! We would definitely stay here again!

No water pressure in sink. Shower was fine. Lighting in bathroom was very poor. Had to plug lamp in for it to work as thffe switch was broken off. Coffee machine was expresso only.

What a great hotel! Unique and beautifully appointed rooms with an electic style. Walkable lo lots of restaurants and bars. Bikes on site for a quick pedal into town. Beach is one block away and easily accessible. staff is so nice and welcoming. Simple complimentary breakfast in morning. Lots of great vibes and artwork to enjoy throughout. Check it out you will not be disappointed! Thanks for a great stay!

Great location to walk or bike to things. Comfortable, funky beach hotel. Could borrow bikes on site. Great staff. Breakfast was limited, needs upgrades (like better sweeteners than the pink stuff). Can be a little noisy.

The walls are paper thin and the sound of water coming down the pipes can be so noisy as to disrupt anything one is doing. Complained about it and was offered no room change or anything else...

The hotel and our room were beautiful and in a great location. The plastic cutlery and cardboard cups. It would have been nice to have had proper cutlery and cups.

Cute lobby, bright prints on furniture or wallpaper. Seemed old and not kept up. Shower head had calcium build up, bathroom fixtures were rusting, sleeper sofa was the worst!

Staff is very friendly, the hotel is extremely cute, my hotel bathroom wasn’t clean (hair on floor, q-tips in the trashcan). They came back and cleaned it - I just felt it need a really good cleaning. Behind door in bathroom & etc. Toilet would stick when flushed once. They said they fixed the issue but it still kept happening. The restaurants were in walking distance, but nothing stays open past 9:30 - like I said, the hotel is very cute, we may have just had a bad room.

Great location and a good value for the money. Rooms can be loud though. Our “neighbors” had barking dogs; not really conducive to relaxing. Would be better if they found a way to put some distance between those bringing pets and those not. Also, the pool is not near as big as it looks in the pictures.

Cons: door to room didn’t seem to close all the way, breakfast wasn’t kept stocked unless you got there right at 7, barely any employees around most of the time, entrance to the place can be confusing (go through parking garage/elevator) Overall for how much I paid didn’t equal the subpar ness of this place.

The hotel is run by the same management group as the King and Prince Hotel so guest have access to all the amenities offered at that resort which was a nice added perk. Complimentary breakfast was included in the price. It wasn’t the most elaborate or well stocked breakfast spread but it was satisfactory provided you get there towards the beginning of when it’s served.

Please read! This place is amazing ! Easy parking underneath. Warmest welcoming staff, amazing breakfast, all southern comfort foods! Delicious. Then you can venture over to the sister resort for ocean and pool time and come back and have a great meal at the brewery next door or crab daddies. Highly Recommend!

It is in the middle of a busy area, a two blocks walk to the beach. Interior is lovely and comfortable room, but No Room service at all for three nights?? Outside was quite messy, a couple of rain storms came by during our stay. The Parking lot was dirty and the entrance to the Elevator was never swept or cleaned during our stay. For the price, there should be better maintenance. Breakfast was good the first day but went downhill after. Ladies at Front Counter were very nice.

Great option for st simons in a lower traffic area and the bonus breakfast, next door restaurants, and 3rd floor cold plunge pool. And use of the King & Prince resort beach was just wonderful. We didn't want to leave

Only suggestion would be to provide a small microwave in suite kitchenette. Hotel location is convenient to great local restaurants and beach. Rooms are well done. Another reason to love ssi.

I loved literally EVERYTHING about this hotel! It was perfect. I just got home yesterday and ive already booked my next stay there.

When checking in, I mentioned to the receptionist that I was confused as the hotel marketing photos showed a nice beach. She responded that she hears that comment a lot from other guests, which indicates to me that I wasn't the only one that was fooled. If you want a true beach experience with views of the ocean, this isn't the hotel for you. If you want to pay top dollar for a view of an alley or a busy road with a 10-minute walk through traffic to the beach, this is your place.
