I stay there whenever I visit St Cloud, the staff is very friendly, the room is serviced daily, very clean.

The soap dispenser did not work. Neither did the shampoo or cream rinse. Pillows were lumpy and should have 4 pillows to a bed.

Friendly staff, clean room, good lighting and excellent selection of TV plus wifi was decent The bed was uncomfortable, did not sleep well. May I suggest adding a mattress topper to help as a compromise?

Is clean and the staff was really good, they bring me a new hair dryer in the morning (really fast) because there no one at the room. Great location.

The room was clean enough and updated with paint and marble in the bath. Bed was ok. Floors are newer tile. Everything else was very dated. The shower curtain was smelly and we didn’t even want to use the shower. It’s also located on a very busy road across from a hospital. Traffic noise and emergency vehicle noise kept me up most of the night. I think I got 3 hours of sleep max. Stay at your own risk.

The overall experience was horrible. The sink faucet was loose. No soap on the room. We felt very unsafe. Ended up not spending the night for safety concerns and actually got another room at another place a few miles away. Never again.

Everything about my stay was just fine. The only thing was the location of the hotel in the middle of town next to a hospital and a McDonald’s where the kids like to hang out so if noise is a problem, I would stay somewhere else after 11 o’clock seem to quiet down.

Check in was wierd. Attendant kept saying about payment? Something about i prepaid? Something about payment cost? Stay was quiet. Comfortable. Refridgerator was set on 3 , leaked all over floor. Crew cleaned up. Turned down to 1. Room was clean. Didnt smell. Nice and cool. Commode didnt flush well. Very low flush pressure. Overall had a nice stay..

Price booked on Hotels.com was less. Then when paid at the hotel, was charged more.

The staff was pleasant. The room were very clean. There was no off smelling odor from the air conditioner. There's a nice little refrigerator here, but there's no freezer compartment in it. Overall, it's was a decent place to stay for what I was looking for.

It was a cute little place. Only complaint which seems silly is that i wish there were more pillows and a remote for the tv. But the bed was comfy and the shower was hot :)

The room was comfortable and close to where we needed to be. It was conveniently located for our needs. The room had dust accumulated on the corner the front window was super dirty. The bathroom had hair and dust accumulated on the corners as well. Front desk person was in a personal phone call when we arrived and never got off the phone to check us in

The location was great for being close to my loved ones. Having a small fridge was helpful. The soap smelled nice. From the time I arrived the attendant hardly made eye contact with me. The “characters” hanging around my area did not feel welcoming to say at the least. Made sure to run in and out as quickly as possible and deadbolt locked the door. Only one card worked.

We usually get motel rooms where light bulbs are not burned out and the refrigerator works. But, other than that, at least the A/C worked well. Really well. Bed was comfortable enough. I wouldn't spend my honeymoon there.

Good place for a quick stay. I had no issues. I would definitely stay here again.

No breakfast Refrigerator was completely iced over. Couldn't store any cold items for the 3days there. Also they charge for buckets of ice. For $100+ a night this hotel was not worth it but only option at the time. Never again.

Stopped in on the way home.It was better than most places.

Came in to a bunch of drug addicts having up drug party in the room next to mine. The manager didn’t seem to mind at all, because they kept doing it till four in the morning. The manager was extremely rude, was put in a non-smoking room that had cigarette/crack pipe burn holes in the comforter of the bed. Seem to be the spot that all of the druggies would hang out at, probably trying to score another deal. Was very unsafe would not recommend.

Honestly, it was probably for the best as it seemed like a 50/50 proposition that my vehicle and I would have survived the night unscathed anyway. The owner is a horrible man and ruined my night thinking he might be able to squeeze another $20 out of the room...which even that I was willing to pay for a place to lay down but the owner said no.

We were at this property for a bass fishing tournament. It was reasonable, very clean, the beds were very comfortable, the air conditioner worked, and we felt safe. It’s not the Ritz Carlton but it is very clean. The only thing mentionable is the bathroom was exceptionally small! Very clean, remodeled, but small! The pool was torn up but that did not affect us at all. It looked like it was being remodeled.We stayed in this hotel about 20 years ago and made lots of good memories! Same for this stay!!! We will be back.

For the price I have no complaints, I would not have expected to pay more than $100 for this room, the other patrons were hanging outside of their rooms smoking which made it a little noisy but not horrible. I only booked it because Expedia was associated

First night there was a larger truck with trailer blocking 5 parking spaces where my room was, NOT very considerate. 2ed day I made sure I parked befor truck could hog parking lot, but thats just the way Florida is.

We loved our room and its up to date. What we dislike was the maid kept knocking on the door after we told her that we didn't need services. She continue to knock on the door. My husband had to open the the door to inform her in Spanish, "no service". I work nightshift. I need to sleep for work later that night. They don't have a sign do not disturb. Its convenient for work too.

The rooms are old and outdated. The door to the bathroom hardly closed because it hits the toilet and is hard to shut.

As a single female traveler, I don't know if I would have felt safe going to the room by myself late at night. The hotel was very expensive and not a good value for the price I paid.

Seems to be the best place to stay in St. Cloud. Several places to eat within walking distance.

This was decent place that adequately the needs of a single guy looking for a place to crash for a few nights at a great price. I’d definitely book again. Also, the food at the breakfast place next door was good.

A quick trip and overnight stay , this hotel was clean, convenient and economical.

Loved the wood floors. The shower was new and clean. Looked as if the property was slowly being upgraded. The outside was old looking. People outside our ground floor room between 2-4am were very loud and kept us awake. A decent place to stay with a good price for one night.

It was in a terrible area, there were bars and bulletproof entrances, not a good experience.

this hotel was chosen because it was very close to my business appointment. The outside didn’t look like the pictures. We were very happy and surprised that it was very clean. The bedding was clean and they had new wood flooring.
