Staff was very helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast was way better than the typical hotel with real eggs, sausage, and roasted potatoes among the other usual offerings. Room clean and everything worked! I will be back as I am in this area annually.

Location ease of access The room we stayed in was dirty seemed like it wasn’t refreshed at all. Large orange stain on the carpet. It wasn’t vacuumed well we kept finding hair clips and food on the floor. Kleenex wasn’t refreshed with a new box, it had 2 tissues left.

The rooms are very clean thanks to the cleaning staff who come in every other day to provide fresh towels, make the bed, and tidy up.

We come to town for concerts at the Arcada and always stay here. This time, we traveled with our dog, and they were very accommodating. We requested a first-floor room so we could easily go in and out with our dog and they made that happen. It's in a nice area with a variety of restaurants nearby and a quick drive or Uber ride to downtown.

Breakfast was good, the person worked very hard to keep everything stocked for breakfast. We thought it was strange that there wasn’t an oversized chair and ottoman in the room. Not very comfortable either sitting in the desk chair or the bed.

do not stay at this hotel and do not use orbitz. the hotel had unclean pillows and pillow case. actually they had mold on them and i even took pictures as proof. Orbitz did not do anything about it at all just the dollar amount. i will be posting on every social media possible to show the mold

The hotel was under construction so pretty messy and noisy the next morning. Had we known we likely would have booked elsewhere. The room was nice, however, bed was very high up and pillows were not comfortable

I was disappointed about the construction but I do realize that it needs to be dine. I was concerned where they had me park had very large screws that had spilled all over the parking lot.

The staff was more than willing to be helpful for all of our needs, We haven’t stay on a hotel in several years. This was a very good experience.

The bedroom was nice and clean. I loved the shampoo and the conditioner.

Very clean and the staff especially Kat and Gladys were warm and welcoming. The breakfast food was little to be desired. I think if they had a different selection I would rate the food higher.

We liked the updated areas …lobby, breakfast area and room. The only thing we didn’t like about the room was that it was dark, with only a small desk light and only one light on one side of the bed.

OK, first of all they are remodeling, so the room was cold and the thermostat did not work. I called the front desk and they sent a guy up to fix (which he did). The room was very large but dark unless you opened the shades, which was not reasonable because it was freezing outside. It really needed some lamps and the furniture seemed to be in some type of temporary arrangement, but livable.

This place has pretty much everything that you would want, for me anyway in a hotel. The drains all work great, the bed is very comfortable. It’s clean. Breakfast is good. Coffee is good and hot extra towels in the bathroom, quiet, friendly staff..anyway it’s a good place to stay! Thank you for the great couple of nights!!

Shopping, food and visiting the area were our primary reason for the stay. We were not disappointed. The room was comfortable and clean.

Jack did a great job at check in. Room was perfect for my needs clean , quiet. Breakfast available if you wanted. I was in town for business so did not use all the facilities at the hotel. Definitely would stay again at this location.

Courtesy and professionalism of staff was exemplary. Bed very comfortable. Only complaint is lack of air conditioning in hallways. Hard on people with breathing issues.

The bedroom location was very noisy due to the elevator and loud air conditioner. It should have not been rated wonderful because of the noise.

The hotel looked very new. The room was large with a really comfortable king sized bed. The bathroom, very modern and also large. We loved the big shower, wanted to take it home. Breakfast was great. Staff was great. We will definitely stay here again!

We throughly enjoyed our stay, especially appreciated the young man that worked night shift at the front desk, unfortunately we have forgotten his name, he was extremely accommodating and had anything we needed. Even a wine bottle opener, it’s the little things that make a stay more comforting.

Upon checking in Jack didn’t get a last name from the front desk was very attentive to our needs We told him we were there for a funeral. He was very nice. Told us we got an upgrade which the room was wonderful. He also told us that there was fresh coffee And in the evening he asked if he we wanted a fresh pot we told him no thank you, but it was nice to beasked.

The property was very clean and the staff was very kind.

I don't expect silence from a Hampton but was surprised how poorly the rooms were insulated for each other.

Would like to have a general hot tub

Do not recommend booking wedding block here . Guests missed deadline and hotel inflexible. Was agreement in writing? Yes. Should guests have been more on top of it? Yes. But because they refused to extend deadline (and had plenty of rooms till last minute) guests booked all over the place consequently messing up shuttle plans, and we paid for one that was hardly used. Organizing contacts were nice, but not above and beyond or accommodating. They claimed people make hotel reservation a year in advance but that’s not true. Everything about wedding was perfect except hotel which left bad impression. Also, unrelated, I don’t know how you mess up eggs and biscuits but breakfast was really dry.

The room was clean but it is getting older. The refrigerator made so much noise I slept with a pillow over my head. The people upstairs were doing who knows what at 3AM so that wasn't the best either. The staff were nice. I wish that the rooms were attended to each day like they used to be.

The swimming pool was so cold! My two year old couldn't stop shivering and I was cold too. Kinda stinked bc the pool was a big fun thing for our 2 & 3 year old. The bfast was wonderful but for the price I wouldn't want to stay here again.

A pleasant, clean hotel. Surrounded by malls. The interesting downtown is too far to walk to.

On occasion if not often, I book my stays here at the Hampton Inn at St. Charles. It appears that there have been some updates to the decor such as new carpeting and wallpaper and windows treatments. The previous decor was still nice as well, the furnishings are still there with a few new here and there. I encountered a flat tire from going over a pothole at a former shopping mall area to get back on the main St. so the tire was totally flattened as I drove into the hotel parking lot. To my surprise, there was a spare tire, but no jack available and this was Sunday, Easter morning and check out time is at 12:00 noon. I purchased a scissor jack and better lug nut wrench at a nearby Walmart that was opened on Easter, with the advantage of Lyft drivers for transportation. I went to the woman at the hotel front desk and told her of my situation with the flat tire and wondered if it were possible to extend my stay for a 1/2 hour or so, and she gracefully extended my stay to an hour (1:00 pm.) so I can still have access to my room to clean up and shower after installing the spare tire. To my ultimate surprise as I was jacking up the car, a voice from behind me asked if I need some help with replacing the flat. A handsome guy (looked like a 30 something Tom Cruise with sunglasses on offered to help. I asked if he was a hotel employee but he wasn't....just another hotel occupant like I was over the Easter weekend. His father (I believe) came out and assisted as well. Nice people!

I really enjoyed my stay for a school event at the Hampton. The breakfast was decent, the staff were friendly. The hotel is definitely older and could use some updates, but our room was overall spacious and clean.
