We were there for 1 evening. The room was clean and I liked how modern it was. The air conditioning was a bit loud, so sleep was a challenge. Otherwise very nice.

Good location, good overall pererption Expected much more for the cost. Breakfast area was a mess, food was OK but there was no staff in attendance to keep the areas clean and was just overall poor.

Whenever I am in SAC from now own I am going to stay there. Only down fall is the charge u 12.99 for the typical Waffle breakfast every other Marriot and most Hotels offer complimentary

The lobby smelled like a deep fryer and the scent was so strong that ended up lingering on my clothes after only 5 minutes during check in. Hope that’s not a regular occurrence. Room had a single king bed and was clean and efficient. Nitpicky comments but the quality of the craftsmanship of the room was noticeably poor. Door jambs out of alignment, shower door push/pull sign (maybe the door?) installed in reverse, sliding pocket door hardware misaligned - just felt like they threw this place together quickly. Would I stay here again? Sure…if I had another early flight out and wanted to be 10 mins from the airport. Other than that, I’d look elsewhere.

Additionally, several amenities were not working properly. The fridge in the room was not functioning, and the commode/toilet was blocked and not working as it should. Another major issue was parking. The parking spaces were full all the time, and it became a constant struggle for us to find parking. Since we were traveling with small kids, it was very inconvenient and difficult to park our car outside on the road or away from the hotel. This caused us a lot of stress during our stay. Overall, we were quite disappointed with the cleanliness, maintenance, and parking situation at the hotel, and we did not enjoy our stay very much.

My room’s floor was still fairly dirty! My family and I’s socks were getting significantly dirty just from walking around the room, the shower’s water temperature was warm, not hot at all, no parking, I had to park on the street where I was not comfortable with because of oncoming cars and I found a old marshmallow stuck under one of my beds! Lastly, it was as if their own WiFi was not connected to the tv, I tried to go on YouTube, content they already had down loaded on the tv, and it would just grey out and after multiple attempts when it did display anything it was in another language!!!

Staff was friendly, hotel was nice and clean; although there was something sticky on the rug in our room in one spot. Not a huge deal - it was out of the way enough we didn't regularly have to deal with it.

I would only recommend adding some kind of shelf in the bathroom because there is no location to place items while showering. Hotel is in great location close to airport and other shopping.

The staff at the reception were also very unfriendly and unhelpful throughout our stay. In the morning, I tried to iron my white T-shirt using the hotel iron, but the iron was clearly damaged and it turned my shirt pink. When we informed the reception about it, they showed no concern at all — they simply wrote it down and said nothing. Overall, the service and cleanliness were unacceptable, and we would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Great place to stay if you have an early flight out of Sacramento. They have an early shuttle service, fresh coffee brewed and French toast or omelette bar open. Staff is very accommodating and friendly.

Cons: Shade in room was broken in the down position. Staff knew about it, but did not fix it. Breakfast was meh. The usual self serve waffles, eggs, and sausage you would get for free at a Holiday Inn, or Best Western, yet they charge $13. The water in the shower took 30 minutes to get hot. Parking was dismal. Overall the place was just ok.

It’s very nicely decorated and clean. The staff is very nice and there is a lot of convenience in the facility with a bar and restaurant, gym, and a little snack/drink bar. I like the layout of the room and appreciated the large walking shower and the toilet stall being separate from dressing area, sink, and shower. Bed was reasonably comfortable. How thin the walls were our neighbor was a loud loud snorer and woke us up all throughout the night with his snoring. Also we were on third level and whoever was above us clunked around all night and we could hear that as well. Did not enjoy the size of the parking lot and the space to be able to park while checking in especially with the shuttles in and out.

As always this property is perfect! Staff are amazing and professional. Resturant food is super good.

Close proximity to our friends in Sacramento. The facilities were clean and the staff exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We stayed during an irregular cold spell and the hall to our room was chilly. The room itself was comfortable.

Location was close to where we needed to be. Lights were difficult as some came on as you walked into room, others were switches which were difficult to find. Blinds at window did not shut completely to block light outside or noise from traffic on road.

I really enjoyed my stay here ! As soon as you walk in , everything was so clean, appealing to the eye , and modern. The room itself was nice , although we didn’t have a view or our view was the roof but they had out like two screens on the windows . One was a pretty green backdrop and the other was a regular sun screen but the intent was there. Spacious room , bathroom , and super clean . The bed was very comfortable as well . I brought my 5 year old daughter and she also had no complaints. We will definitely be coming back .

Room was nice bed was comfortable pillows comfortable and liked the separated doors fir toilet and shower, had alittle trouble getting the ac to work and did not see anywhere in the toilet room to turn on a fan was alittle annoying, but overall not a bad room for a decent price and the proximity to shopping food and the Sacramento airport was really nice.

The hotel was in a very convenient location—close to the airport, with easy freeway access, and plenty of nearby shopping and restaurants. My room was clean, the hallways and hotel were quiet, and I had no trouble finding parking at night. The vanity in the second room did not drain quickly and the water pressure of the shower was not that great. One other thing I would like to mention is that the rooms had no soaps for washing hands and we were given small tubes of body wash gel for that. I was told that the soap was ordered but had not arrived yet. I believe the management of the hotel should pay more attention to these small matters because there many other hotels in the area who could attract dissatisfied customers. I hope you would provide me with a discount to compensate for these problems.

The hotel did not have rooms and ended up putting me in an out of service room that didnt have heat. Room 308 then They moved me next door and that room didn’t have working heat either.

I was given the worst treatment ever as I forgot my CA ID . It was a hectic day and I totally forgot my ID and I was turned away . I pleaded with that person Sam, tried to give what I have on hand, it was a human error, but showed no compassion. I asked for the Manager on duty hoping he/she could make exceptions since the room is already paid in full, but he said there was NO MANAGER. How is that possible? I also showed a picture of my ID on my phone with my face and all information that matches my reservations, just the code should be enough to check in. The Front desk person’s name was SAM, I will never forget that face and name. In addition I showed him other forms of ID, a Costco card with my picture on it , another is my Medical insurance card and also the code that was sent to me when I tried to check in early. My friends showed their IDs and credit card to support the check in process . My girlfriend who was the event planner for that night even tried to plead with him and yet he didn’t allow me to check in. Everything was paid the day before through Expedia. My girlfriend used her card for the deposit of $100 and it hasn’t been reimbursed as I am writing.

Everything about property is great. However once I stepped out of elevator on 3rd floor, the strong marijuana smell hit me like ton of bricks in hallway….i thought it was a no smoking floor? It was so disgusting….

The location was convenient, the lobby was great, and the staff was great - very friendly and helpful. However, I likely won't stay here again. The room setup is unusual in my experience - there is no actual dedicated bathroom, making privacy difficult. As you enter, there's a sink to one side and free standing shelving structure to hang clothing plus shelves to hold the coffee maker. Flanking the sink are 2 mostly frosted glass doors, one to the toilet and the other to the shower. So basically - the entry is the bathroom and closet. There is a barn door between the sleeping area and the entry/bathroom, but in our room it didn't close all the way (and is loud to move regardless). The glass doors for the shower and toiler have gaps all the way around so again, not very private, and are also noisy to open and close. There are motion sensor lights in the toilet room and entry, which again complicates sharing the room if anyone gets up during the night. While the hotel is newer, it's not holding up that well. In our room, one of the 2 blinds was broken, so it wasn't possibly to make the room fully dark for sleep. The biggest challenge in our room - the a/c was incredibly, incredibly loud. It was relatively mild the weekend we stayed, but to keep the room at 72 for sleeping, the a/c noisily kicked on multiple times all night. It would be much worse during the summer. Also, there is plane noise from SMF. Great shower though.

My stay was very good. Clean hotel inside and out. Clean, comfortable room. Desk service personnel very nice. Shopping area close enough to walk.

Do not use the shuttle. I waited over an hour because they wouldn’t let me make a reservation as it says to do. The driver was at the wrong terminal calling the wrong phone number given to them by the front desk. Menu is limited. Entire hotel smells like patchouli. Service is very inattentive. Rooms have thin walls.

Parking lot was rather small - but overall excellent stay

From the paper-thin walls, cold shower, poor TV reception to the filthy stained chairs in the lobby sitting area, I was sorely disappointed in this hotel. They also charge extra for EVERYTHING. The best part was the location, but next trip I will go with Towneplace Suites or Element in the same area.

Heater/AC unit was loud and made it hard to sleep

the wall are curtains had some kind of splatter stain on them and the walls are definitely not soundproof as it says in the description. i was on the 3rd floor and the people above me were very loud and disturbing.

The property was nice. The rooms did not match the images on line. The white and black marbel restrooms where really plastic gold specs on 70s looking laminate. The bath tub was broken ,but the service assistant fixed it. Unfortunately, it was 8:30 and i was not offered to move rooms or that am meal compt.

I have booked multiple stays at this location and each time I seem to have an issue with being over charged. I’m not sure if it’s the lack of training but each time I stay here I must consult with the front desk in order to get the charges corrected. Additional training should be provided to staff members who are not proficient in operating the hotel system. Overall, my stay here is always quiet and relaxing. The rooms are very well-maintained and the staff is friendly.

I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. The room was super clean and comfortable. Downtown Sacrament is a short 15-minute drive.

I’d have given five stars except for the shower. I don’t know why they can’t have a basic hot and cold water faucet but the contraption was so odd and counterintuitive I couldn’t get it to give hot water from the correct shower head. I called the front desk for direction but they didn’t know how to work it either. After about ten minutes of fiddling I finally got what I wanted but I’ve no idea how.

BATHROOM BATHROOM AND SHOWER WAS COMBINED . THERE WAS A DRANAGE HOLE INTHE MIDDDLE OF THE FLOOR IN THAT AREA. NOT OVER WHERE THE SHOWER WAS. WHEN USING THE SHOWER THE WATER CAME ALL THE WAT UP TO THE STOOL . THAT CREATED A HAZZALE WITH A WIT FLOOR IF YOU USED THE STOOL . i NEEVER SEENANYTHING LIKE THAT IN MY LIFE.

The property was great staff was amazing really enjoyed my time.

Breakfast that I had to pay $14 for was terrible. The eggs were cold, bacon was cold and didn’t taste like anything. The walls are paper thin as well, you can hear everything all your neighbors are doing. Black hairs all over the bathroom and shower.

The hotel is like a DC movie, stylish but lacks attention. Light bulbs were out, iron didn't work, AC is noisy, and there's a lot that's a fee - other than parking, everything has a charge.

Was visiting my daughter in California. The bed was a little uncomfortable and awkwardly arranged. The AC was extremely loud.

Easy access to food and shopping. The only drawback is on the room ac. Since its on automatic the room sometimes is cold and sometimes it's warm. Air conditioning is noisy when it kicks on.

I love this place. It has late night kitchen and bar for those that fly in late. My problem was an extremely noisy air conditioner unit that made it impossible to sleep.

Unfortunately we were given a dirty room, there was a lot of hair and crumbs in and on the bed. Went to the front desk and they gave us another room right away but when we got in there I turned the air conditioning on and of course it sounded like a lawnmower. So loud and terrible. We still stayed in the room even though it was blazon hot because we were so exhausted from our 14 hour drive. The walls are so thin you can hear everything!! At 4am the people above us decided they need to stomp and run back and forth for about an hour and a half. Very disappointed in Wyndham, the front desk really could care less.

Everything was good on a weekday stay. The second time back was on a Saturday and this is when things went bad for us. It is unacceptable that there is only one guy doing both the front desk for hotel check-in, and a bartender on the other side of the table!, He was probably serving like five guests sitting at the bar table and then did not notice me until I had to yell for help! Never seen such a thing at any of the other hotels I stayed in! Front desk and bar connected, one guy doing both on a Saturday evening! Then fire alarm goes off several times and they can’t figure out what’s wrong. Had to endure this ear piercing siren but our kid has a sensitivity and this was just pure hell. It was crowded and with events going on, it was far from a relaxing experience. Then I find out that hotel airport shuttle cars blocked the hottel entrance way alll night long till the morning because they put their own convenience first over the guests convenience. So many things they can improve. Not coming back.

Good rooms very clean

We only stayed overnite. But it was a pleasant stay. The room was very nice. Different type of lay out. Frosted glass doors to the shower and toilet. No traditional closet. Hanging open cubes with hangers and a drawer. Keurig for tea or coffee. Hardwood floors, and a small table. All in all pretty nice. You have to pay for a dinner or breakfast in the dining area. There are snacks and drinks also for purchase. All in all it was a nice stay.

The staff was very accomodating - restaurant recommendations, late checkout and even a glass of water when they ran out of bottles. Just little small things to go above and beyond.

Room is dirty on the ceiling. Very noisy. Noise constant with doors slamming and little of any insulation must have been used in the walls and ceiling.

The rooms have thin walls and sleep was disrupted several times due to neighboring rooms. You can even hear snoring thru the walls. This is a big negative for this location.

I like that is was easy to get to this property.

Loved the location!! I Was able to move around town without having to get a rental car. There was a bar in the Hotel that also served food after hours ! The rooms were very spacious and clean.
