THIS place was horrible!!! When I checked in the woman was on her cell phone. No greeting at all. Then the whole property is very scary looking. People smoking Weed in the hallways, elevator was old, room was sketchy. If you can avoid staying here ..please do!!! Not worth looking over your shoulders & making sure your doors are locked .

Not much to say here. I intentionally booked a dive and I got a dive. It was clean and free of bedbugs, and a bit better than I was expecting.

It wasn't far. Alot of different choices for fast food. I didnt like how on a cutting to a store when we walked inside the room it smelt like a drunk was inside of our room when we wasn't there. There was bad mold in the bathroom above the bathtub, the light over the vanity flickered like and we was at a night club. That went completely dead the next morning. Outlets and swiitches around the bed area didnt work properly, pooly maintained. The piping sounded like it was yelling for help. Elevater permit was over a year past due atleast that paper inside, everything seemed to have. We was honestly extremely disappointed, even with the 50 instant credit didnt save us from arguing about it... I meant to take pictures, but I'm tired of always taking pictures of my experiences.

Rooms where spacious and clean, the staff was nice.my stay was pretty quiet and relaxing, I like that I was able to check out on my own through the website and I was able to skip the front desk. I don't have any complaints

Not a place I will recommend. Too noisy, bad plumbing only cold water on Shower in second floor. Had a house emergency. Reserve n paid for two days. We wouldn't stay the second day. Just bad overall.

Noisy air conditioning no coffee no breakfast

The staff was very nice When we checked in we went to our room in the elevator that I was not comfortable taking. The rooms floor was wet and sticky from who knows what. The heater/cooler was all busted and outlets were so loose they wouldn't hold a charger. We asked for a different room and new room was a little better but still didn't use the shower. Then we are woken up by the two people in the next room screaming at each other and their dog barking. Pretty sure they were crack heads because they never went to sleep. I had booked another night but cancelled after having the worst sleep of my life. Don't let the price and pictures fool you like they did us.

Had to share one tub stopper between the rooms me and my parents stayed at. Small roaches and beetles in room. Room had a good air conditioner and curtains. Staff relatively pleasant. Floor was carpeted and sticky; strong smell of chemicals in room.

The staff in the front office to house keeping are very hospitable and cordial. They really know how to run a hotel and treat the customers.with respect and courtesy. They’re very professional and accommodating it’s always a pleasure Abel staying and I’ll keep coming back because it feels like home away from home..

The front desk staff changed my room to a second floor, newly renovated room. I opened the door, and smelled the paint and such - I turned on the light and cockroaches scattered. I wet back to the front desk and turned in the keys and found a Hampton in. The hotel itself is not in a bad area - but the upkeep has been very very very poor. It is a really gross place to stay. Dirty, dangerous.

The area that it was in was fine. The room was extremely dirty. I saw multiple cockroaches dirt on the floor and the bedding would not recommend staying at this place.

Nothing. This was a horrible place! There were roaches, it wasn’t clean, the door of the room was all beat up on the inside & outside of it, the furniture looked like it had lots of scratches as well, there was a weird smell in the room, there were lots of people screaming & it felt very unsafe. I could only last an hour in the room, even though I had a 2-night reservation, I could not stay longer than that, I tried to cancel & it wasn’t possible, even though they should’ve charged me one night, they charged me two.

The condition of the room made me question the cleanliness of the room. Half inch gap between the frame and door like it had been forced open at some point. Dog locked in bathroom at some point and the back of door scratched down to metal. Broken swing lock on door. Generally run down.

The place was run down. Nothing like the pictures that they displayed on the web site. The area appeared to be nice, but they had many surveillance cameras throughout the property and homeless wandering about. The only thing positive was that the room was clean, though run down. Definitely not as it was portrayed in the ad.

Disgusting, gross, nasty, run down and outdated. Save your money and look for other options.

The staff was pretty nice and the room was nice in theory except of a few things like it smelled like pee a little bit and the WiFi didn’t work. There was no cover on the air conditioner so it was scary but there was no bugs as the bed was decently comfortable if I had to stay here I again I absolutely would not but for the price you get what you pay for

The room was spotless and Excellent Staff.

The staff were incredible, doing the best job with what they had. This motel is inexpensive, one of few good points. This motel caters primarily to the homeless with vouchers. No problem with that but the drug activity is non-stop, day and night. The fixtures in the room are old and dilapidated, beyond maintenance and repair. The same for the condition of the motel in the common areas. This motel should be avoided unless and until it is COMPLETELY renovated.

Was a good stay . Rooms need work and are very crowded w too much furniture. Area is sketchy . Front desk staff was very nice.

When I unpacked my suitcase, my clothes smelled like the room- a mix of ashtray and other unidentifiable (but unpleasant) odors.

Room smelled awful, the door seemed like there had been regular break in. Wasted all my money on this and chose to sleep in the car instead.

First of all they gave us the wrong room. In my request, it was 2 queen size beds. We got the right one and immediately we noticed roaches coming out of the outlet. My son got bit by bedbugs and rashes all over his arms and body. It was mentioned that breakfast was included. Only coffee was. Never again will I stay here.

The most noticeable thing is the staff very friendly and willing to help and make you feel at home. The weather was nice so we didn't use the AC overall everything was as good

The room smelled horrible. The bed, the bathroom, everything. Windows are glued shut so I couldn’t get fresh air without keeping the door open. The bed was janky and constantly moved away from the wall. The TV isn’t necessarily broken but it takes about 5 minutes for the screen to turn on. The bathroom door didn’t close all the way and was very difficult to shut. The door to the hotel room luckily did shut and lock but it took a bit of heavy pushing to get it to shut all the way. I really can’t stress this enough but the smell was AWFUL. The best way to describe it is butt and mold. Everyone who worked there was very polite though.

Was initially in room 208 but after finding a cockroach in my bed, staff was helpful by relocating me to room 314. Unfortunately, there were roaches in that room as well. Stayed in that room for the rest of my week stay but had to kill bug after bug.

Our room had bed bugs

We pulled in after our concert for a late check-in. There were 2 police SUVs and 2 Sheriff vehicles in the parking lot when we pulled in. The windows were wide open, had no screens. The carpets were covered in crumbs or crumb-like substance in multiple spots. There are visible stains on the bed linens. All of these things are referenced in the pictures. The room smelled like fresh poop. You could see inside the room from outside the locked door - it was not sealed properly. My 16-year old kids begged me not to stay there. When I explained my concerns and offered to show the manager pictures, he bexame defensive and tried refusing my request for a printout of my signed copy. He told me he would not refund my card and that I had to take it up with the website I booked through. At 12:30am, we chose to make the 3-hour drive home. I am formally requesting a refund since the room was uninhabitable.

There were roaches in the bathroom and on bed. We left after 15 minutes. The front desk did not want to give us a refund. I am waiting to hear back from Hotels.com. elevator was digusting, paint peeling,carpet dirty, no water in the pool. Filthy hotel.

Hotel is in bad condition. Very dirty and poorly maintained. Made reservation for three adults but room could only sleep two with no rollaway or sleep sofa option and no contact from hotel ahead of time letting me know that. When asked for bedding to make a ground pallet was given one thin blanket. TV wouldn't shut off; had to unplug it. No mirror on the room. Bathroom was dirty and partly unpainted. Toilet clogged and I had to borrow a plunger that didn't fix it. Front desk difficult when I mentioned all the problems during checkout. I should get money back or a refund; horrible experience.

Advertised a pool, no water in pool! Had no Kleenex. No blow dryer.

Stay away from this place! Do yourself a favor and spend a little more for a better place. Microwave had roaches coming out of it, bedding was stained, beds were old and uncomfortable, furniture is old. Bathtub looked dirty. Pool had no water. If it wasnt 12am and me being tired from a long drive i would have requested a refund and left.

Water in restroom shut down on second day.

There was a new microbrewery just opened up around walking distance from the motel was excellent place to eat and drink.

Sheets and towels were stained. Grime in bathroom. Other motel residents made significant noise late at night (later than 1am). Other motel residents were doing drugs in the motel parking lot. The motel staff was friendly though and helped me with a delayed suitcase that was delivered to the motel. Would never stay there again.

My stay was wonderful, pleasant and uneventfu. Very peaceful, I got lots of rest.

I recently had a mild heart attack an I was hospitalized for a week, and once I got Discharge The ldoctor told me I need to rest get some rest and relaxation and I picked a perfect place to rest everything was convenient. All the staff were very helpful and they accommodated me in all my needs. I need a bottom floor because I couldn’t walk far upstairs or in everything was perfect or just what The doctor ordered. I needed a day of rest but I liked it so much it turned into a three day stay.. Thanks to all the staff.

The microwave disgusting , same with the fridge. I want my money back.

The staffs are great. The place is close to restaurants, gas station, highway. It's quiet and l feel pretty safe.

I stay at this hotel quite often and usually my stays are really great which is why I preferred to stay for a night last night. However when I checked out this morning the man at the front desk told me that he didnt have my deposit which i remember paying in cash because the young lady gave me a $10 bill back. The guy told me I would have to come back and its been a back and forth ordeal over my deposit. Its really frustrating especially when I know that I for sure paid my deposit and I stay at this hotel all the time (at least 3-5 a week)

New management is trying to restore the facilities. Unfortunately, there's still a problem with cockroaches. Some rooms do not have them, but most do. The property manager is definitely putting in an effort to clean things up though. Prices are good.

It was okay

The building was old and furnishings showed it. My room was somewhat clean for what it is (everything old, carpet stains, bed cigarette burns, paint drips on walls, markings on furniture, old- rusted A/C, etc.) My stay would have been acceptable except for bedbug bites, I have 18 or so bites! on both arms and neck area. Didn't start itching after morning check out.

Absolutely disgusting. Prostitution all day and night. The pimps pay the staff to allow the hookers to bring guys to their rooms. These girls walk around with no underwear on and just a bra. Literally! They walk inside the gas station across the street dressed like that. The staff is so rude. They charge for pets but people live there with so many dogs. Only dogs no cats allowed. I witnessed a family with a cat and the cat was well trained. The staff treated them so horribly. They made them leave and harrased them until they got rid of the cat. I mean i understand policy but you allow dogs makes no sense. I seen dkgs pee on the beds and carpet. On top of that...this place is infested with ROACHES! So many roaches!!! Everywhere. Rooms are very small and old. Vi dont advice anyoneto stay there. Its only for hookers, drug addicts and mentally ill. The pool is empty n is in the middle of the building. Elevators work but smell like smoke. Refrigerators are disgusting. The whole place made my skin crawl. We left immediately. Didnt even worry about a refund we just left. They charge over $90 for that hell hole. It needs to be shut down. I have written the city to ask why this place isn't shut down yet?? Theres no way it has passed any inspections. Theres So Many roaches and i seen rats outside. Its ran by an indian family who live there as well. They are pocketing alot of money from the pimps and pet fees. So much i can type but im out of letters. Stay away!!!

I have stayed at this motel a number of times and this time was by far the nicest the room was clean quiet and very enjoyable.

This Travelodge is in a convenient location to Rancho Cordova or Arden-Arcade, affordable, decent area. However the property is rather uncleanly- walkways are dirty and need powerwashing. Hotwire claimed there were coffee makers in rooms, but coffee was only in lobby. Room lacked washcloths, drinking cups.

First they didn’t have my reservation. Although I had a confirmation number. I had to pay at the front desk also. Double billed. Than toilet kept backing up. The phone in the room wouldn’t call the front desk. I had to get the plunger and do it myself. I asked to speak to the manager or owner and told they weren’t on the prioerty. The front desk girl gave me their number which turned out to be the hotels number. Turns out the owners were there. They live on the property. I asked for asked for my money back. They did they’d refund my card and I’d have to leave. I said not until I’m refunded. The owner matnence man and front desk girl all round. I went back to my room they called the police and had me removed. With no refund. Worst hotel experience ever

I love the staff very much the only thing is that they don't have no watches and dryers and it's not working that's the only problem but overall I'm very happy with them and I mean very happy

Even for the money - it is a cheap 2-star hotel - this place was bad. Cigarette burns in the blanket, no door on the bathroom bad. The front desk was friendly enough, but no help. Had the town not been sold out on rooms due to a large event, I’d have taken the loss and booked a different place.

Accommodation is in bad shape. Beds are super old, you feel the springs, damaged furniture, damaged showers. It smells due to the smoking outside of rooms.

I like it very well the staff is what I like the most they really took care of me and so did the housekeeper and a supervisor as well they did a great job

Carpets are torn tripping hazard, musty smelling room, pool out of service, website offers free breakfast but they do not have it. Sheets were stained, dirty. Toilet over flowed no pressure in shower at all.
