Everything very clean

The pictures they use on their advertisements are of the suites, which you have to pay an extra 100 dollars just to have a microwave and fridge. The room we got did include a broken couch so that was nice I guess. When we found out about the extra fee and said that we would want it and lady have us a very nasty look, kinda like this 🙄. Other than that, stay was ok.

Helpful and friendly staff

The service was poor. I requested fresh towels, but they were never delivered. I had to pick them up myself and exchange my used towels. There was no extra linen available, the room was not clean, and the trash was not emptied. At breakfast, I asked if there was another yogurt flavor and was told there wasn’t. About 30 minutes later, the attendant brought out additional flavors, which was frustrating. I was also surprised to be asked for the names of my family members even though the reservation was under my name, something I have never experienced at another hotel. The room also lacked a refrigerator and microwave. Overall, the service, cleanliness, amenities, and breakfast did not meet expectations. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

Convenient location near the airport.

PLEASE DON’T STAY HERE!!!!Room was quite run down. The shower was atrocious. I was given a handicap room(I don’t know why) the shower seat was ripped and growing black mold so bad that I lost my voice due to bad allergies. I requested a different room and it was approved. The next room AC didn’t work so I just told them I was leaving. Management approved refund. Staff was sitting watching basketball and drinking beer in the lobby. He also had a very unprofessional vocabulary and attitude.

Breakfast. Transient population due to it being right next to the highway. Trash all over the property. Stray cats begging for food. People were offering us drugs while I had my Kid with me. No housekeeping until we checked out. Lots of domestic calls, and police presence. Folks loud around the property, kids running around unsupervised.

Staff was great. You get what you pay for here. There was a lot of cops the night i stayed and pounding on a door down the hall looking for someone.

Front desk very helpful. Rooms in bad repair, felt dirty. Bathroom door could not close, warped, walls dirty. Checked out after one night.

The staff member Lawanda, you said you made an effort to find us after 12 am, after turning us away; humanity and audits have a moral dilemma in businesses these days. A service… a heart. Compassion… safety. Maybe it’s just me. I work in hospitality too.

Though it was at the very edge of town, it was nice for basics and there was a ton of shade in the small parking lot. The room was clean. There is elevators. Front desk Lawanda was very sweet. Just what I needed for a last minute night into town. Black bear diner is next door and a Sac classic the 49er cafe diner is across the street. Two really good choices. There is no fridge or microwave in the room; the microwave is in the lobby. The hallway did smell like cigarette at one point but hey it is what it is. It doesn’t leak into the rooms so that’s good.

Room was sufficient for a one-night stay at a class I had to take nearby for work. The walls were extremely thin as someone in the adjacent room had their TV at full blast until 2AM and I could hear their conversations pretty clearly. Room was decently big with a sitting area and had a sink, microwave, and decent sized fridge which was nice. Didn't need those but if you were having an extended stay might come in handy. The room did have a light smell of smoke. The one odd thing that I found is that the room did not come with an ironing board or iron which is standard in most places. The property is tucked back on the side of the freeway near a truck stop so didn't have the feel of a great area at night and seemed to have the normal transient type activities outside the building you see in those areas, but for what it was didn't feel unsafe on the property. I stayed on a weekday and there was a small continental breakfast set up in the morning in the lobby which I got a bagel from. There is a black bear diner adjacent to the property which is nice and is only a few steps across the parking lot for a meal while you're there. Gas stations and other places nearby as well. If you're doing business nearby or taking a class at the nearby universities across the freeway it does the job for the price. It did the job for what I needed.

Very comfortable bed and nice pillows. Good shower with handy body wash dispenser. Plenty of space to set luggage. LOVED the wood floor — so much more sanitary than carpet. Reasonable price compared with other area lodging. Wonderful staff — Hessie was very efficient at check-in and Tracey was very helpful at check-out. There was no bar to hang the hand towel and no chair for a second guest to sit (only the desk chair). Despite these minor inconveniences, we would stay again and recommend this property to other travelers.

They serve breakfast and comfort beds I stayed at South Natomas location for three nights. On the morning I checked out , I asked for clean fave towels only , house keeping told me I have to give her my dirty towels to receive clean towels. Instead of making her come all the way to my floor where my room was I brought the towels downstairs to her in the lobby. She gave me clean face towels ONLY. When I checked out my room at 10:22 I was told I would receive my deposit back. Around 5:00 pm I called to make sure I would receive it I was told by front desk they was keeping my deposit because towels where missing. The same towels I gave to house keeping. I explained to them I gave them to house keeping and they can run the cameras back to see. They never ran the cameras back and told me I wasn’t receiving my deposit back. I am a single mother I had my kids with me and I feel that is unfair when I clearly gave the towels back to housing keep. The woman at the front desk was rude didn’t want to help me. I will never stay at this location again worse experience ever !

I stayed there because it was inexpensive and close to the airport. But it certainly was lacking in amenities and the neighborhood seemed to be questionable.

If you're a single person, the place is good for a one night stay. I don't think it's worth the price. No refrigerators, no microwaves, no, nothing. They make you check in your own towels to get new ones, and it's a hundred and fifty dollar deposit, instead of a hundred dollar deposit. Will not be returning to this place

Ok hotel for the night. Needs a lot of upgrades! Bathroom was very updated. Lights were either very bright or way too low and there were only 2 larger lights in the room, a lamp would have been nice. My room was close to the front desk and it got very loud at times. Would not go back to this hotel again.

We checked in late and had issues getting into our room with our room card. After the second try, the front desk guy had to let us in. There was a defect. You can hear freeway noise, but didn’t matter, we were tired. Had waffles for breakfast, and hit the road.

The breakfast was standard. But a nice bonus! My room was clean. The place is a bit dated but again, clean. The room had some issues that could certainly be addressed. The threshold to the bathroom was damaged and is a accident waiting to happen. No hair dryer, damaged towel rack etc. But overall comfortable bed, clean linens, clean floors.

The staff was very nice! I had trouble with my flight & they were able to help me. The parking is super tight, I don’t think it’s legal to have parking spots so tight. There aren’t really my amenities, only breakfast. The rooms are cute & they were clean. There was a guest yelling at the front desk attendant and although the lady wasn’t cursing, she was very confrontational and uncooperative, and making herself out to be the victim. Other guests who were sleep deprived after flights were shaken up by the issue who was started by the guest, but the front desk attendant was very respectful & it affected not only her, but the other guests who witnessed it.

We woke up to find a bug crawling on my daughter’s pillow. Then, another one on the shower curtain. They looked like bedbugs. Even the person at the front desk said that, as we notified them.

I understand and respect the mindset of the smaller rooms. Less to heat, cool and clean. One missed opportunity is lignting the overhead at the desk and the backboard/celiing lighting offer no option other than dark or BRIGHT.a desk lamp AND a nightstand lamp would provide midlevel evening and wake up options. Overall, would stay here again.

The property inside is run down. Needs new carpet, painting and new floor in the shower, new sink too. Room clean. The floor smelled like marijuana. Someone smoking marijuana in one of the bedroom.

1)There were no microwaves or refrigerators in our rooms. 2) The rooms do not have curtains, they have shutters which do not block parking lot lighting as well as curtains do.

The front desk was very helpful. The lobby, the hallway and the room were clean. But everything in the room seemed like they need maintenance. A lot of drywall with water damage or exposed drywall just due to overuse. I would definitely stay here again, especially for the price.

The entire place reeked of weed! The actual room wasn’t terrible but I still could smell it when I laid down and couldn’t sleep. The bed was super uncomfortable and made so much noise any time I moved. When I checked in the lady was rude and confused with me with another guest before finally figuring it out. Would definitely never recommend staying here!

The staff member Tracy and the other desk clerk are horrible individuals, you have been warned... One of the worst experiences ever... I will never in 3 life times times infinity return to this property

The room barely resembled the pictures of the hotel online. They obviously posted pictures of a renovated room, and ours was not. The carpet was worn and stained, the bathroom was old and dingy. The room keys did not work twice, resulting in the front desk worker coming up to let us in, but not replacing our keys. To get into the lobby requires your key or being buzzed in. The only entrance is the main one. Parking is extremely limited.

We needed a two rooms at the last minute and Tracy W. was absolutely wonderful in getting us checked in. The rooms are clean and modern. We enjoyed a free breakfast in the morning. We would highly recommend this hotel and the staff is exceptional!

one staff member was very rude I told her that all the handicap parking was being taken up by those that were not handicap and I am a disable veteran, she wasn't willing to at least call law enforcement to get them ticketed or towed. she stated that even if she called they wouldn't come. no room amenities, my door was hard to get into most of the time and the other guest that would come in late nights would be very loud.

There was an extremely rude front desk staff member. A lady with long brown hair and a facial piercing. She began talking badly about another customer after they had left right in front of me. Saying she wouldn’t have helped them and would have told them to leave to another hotel.

The location of the hotel was set back there. Very little street lights to see roads and poor signage. The wood shutter blinds let in a lot of light at night and the bathroom door didn't shut all the way.

You know that saying... you get what you paid for... this hotel is close to the airport but unfortunately its in need of a complete renovation. It's very worn out. I can tell that its been repaired beyond repaired, patched over patched and desperately needs an update. The room overall was clean but I couldn't get passed the extremely worn carpet, botched repaired work and dated furniture. Bty, the bedding and towels were clean, good water pressure and the continental breakfast was very continental. If your looking for a cheap room close to the airport for 1 night, this might be for you. Otherwise book somewhere else.

For a basic room, it gets the job done, but if you’re there to try to use the Internet forget about it. It was so slow. I eventually had to use my own hotspot. I didn’t try the breakfast. It didn’t look like there was much there but if you just need a place to sleep for the night and shower, the price point is pretty good for what you get.

Hotel staff did work to try to find us a room to meet our needs. Thank you Ms Hessie for the assistance provided. The dining area is tiny and not a healthy variety available for the breakfast meal. The hotel rate was reasonable but the facility does need some major carpet upgrades. Carpet in the rooms were extremely dirty. Parking was very accessible.

Although the room was basically clean, the lighting was overbearing (way too ultra-bright), main light over the bathroom sink didn't work, so you had to rely on the dull, fan-light over the tub for light, and the fan was filthy and rattled when it started running. No refrigerator or microwave. Very comfortable bed, though.

I had extremely bad experience at this place. Bed sheets were dirty when I requested them to change they we change after two days. And don’t change towels either. Told me to bring towels to get new ones I was shocked. I had to stay at my relatives and kept luggage here as I was feeling very unhygienic in the room I booked here. I stayed here on 11/12 checked out on the 13th and today is 11/26 and I still haven’t received my deposit back I checked my bank. They said this property haven’t released it yet but when I called the front desk, she’s telling me that they have realistic. but I still haven’t received it.

I didn't realize that the rooms I had booked didn't have a fridge in them. Lucky we had a cooler with us. The single queen room didn't leave much room to move around in, but the bed was comfortable. Easy proximity to the airport. Walls were somewhat thin as we could hear the noises coming from the other room. Staff was friendly and answered all of our questions.

Everything was okay but the door didn’t lock properly and lock was missing screws so didn’t feel too safe, and air conditioner barely worked and leaked all over the floor resulting in me having to use my towels to soak up water and also unfortunately lead to wet socks. I hate wet socks.

Pretty much identical to all the other bad reviews this place has. Dirty, didnt have things like a blow dryer in our room, tv mount was broken and hanging sideways. Internet goes out regularly. Tiny parking spaces. "Breakfast" was limited. Just overall a trashy place.

Night manager was extremely rude. Room had dirty walls and the bathroom door looked like someone had punched a hole in it. Bed sheets were damp and the room was muggy even with the ac on 60 and on full blast. Very limited parking in front and only the front doors worked so we had to cart our luggage around the entire building in a not very safe area. Will never stay here again!

It was ok for the time i needed the room but it had funky smell but not just the room. There was weird different smells throughout the whole hotel.

Checked in last night to a woman at the front desk her name started with a D. She was so kind and helpful and had amazing customer service. I really appreciated her. She made my experience great. The only downfall was at night the parking is really tight. There was two spots available when you pull in. The first parking spot I parked at was the last one on the left before you turn right to the other side of the building. I thought to back into the parking spot because it would be easier to get out. Once park I attempted to open my door and hit a giant rock that was place there. I rolled down my window to look down to see why I could not get out to see that giant rock. A guest was walking up the lobby and seen me roll down my window and mention that even she hit that same rock the same exact way. I was furious to be honest and we both scratched our vehicles due to that rock being there. I really hope they get that moved or removed before a real lawsuit becomes of if. Maybe the damages that may occur sign is referring to that damn rock.

The building looks nice over all. Could only enter and exit from the front door most likely because of safety. The room needed fixed for sure. But it was clean.

We arrived late in the evening and Tracey was friendly and accommodating. We had to change our first room because the room next door has music playing so loudly and we needed to wake up very early to get to the airport. So I called the desk and Tracey helped with another room which ended up more peaceful. Thank you!

The carpet was dirty, the room had a smell, the ac made loud noises all night long, the bathroom sink had a broken handle, we got 3 tissues in the tissue box and about 1/3 toilet paper for 3 people.

Check in was a disaster because the receptionist couldnt get the printer to work. She tried to get it working for 15 minutes while I stood there. The room was outdated but clean. The neighboring room was up all night loudly talking. We could hear every word thru the paper thin connecting doors until 6am. I asked the front desk to do something around 4am but nothing changed

Hotel was good but the area looks sketchy saw some sketchy people roaming shirtless, no microwave, refrigerator, iron board , gym or pool. Not kids friendly.

Stay was ok went to get breakfast and nothing was there it was all empty, no juices, coffe was empty, and unknown what else was offered because the room was bare.

Our stay was very pleasant. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and pillow was nice - not lumpy like a lot of hotel pillows. I liked the lighting over the bed, and the windows had cute little shutters. There was no where to plug in a phone at the bedside table, just on the wall side of each bed. However, they did provide 2 USB ports on the counter. The area wasn’t busy, making getting in and out of the hotel and parking lot easy, and there was a gas station within walking distance. My only other complaint was that the lobby felt outdated, and not very well lit, making it feel stuffy. We checked out at 4am, so the maintenance guy ended up helping us. He was super sweet, and helpful. As was Tracey at check in. I would definitely stay there again, and highly recommend it.

Stayed 3 days and housekeeping never showed up. Hotel staff told my boyfriend I brought someone to my room when he called for my room. He lied saying he was my husband and i did not appreciate them violating my privacy and do not know my life and caused distress.

The property is clean, staff are friendly and helpful. It appears newly renovated but there are no charging ports so you have to have a wall plug and the sockets are very far from the bed. There’s no pool or Gym. But if you’re looking for cleanliness and quiet it’s the place to sleep.

Highly do not recommend. Rooms are terrible, holes and stains all over the carpet, didn’t even look vacuumed, hair left on the CLEAN towels and a bug on the bed when we walked in!! Claims it’s all non-smoking but that’s all you smell in the whole building. Very loud location as it’s next to freeways and the airport which is the only reason we stayed. Checked in just before midnight and was out to catch our flight 5 hrs later otherwise we would have left and found something else.

We stayed for 2 nights and the 2nd night the people in the room next to us were causing quite a disturbance in their room, the hallway and in the parking lot. I believe several othe guests complained and they were banned from the property. The staff definitely handled the situation and we were very grateful.

The room was not the room advertised. Nasty stains on the floor. When I took my shoes off the carpet was wet and sticky. The air conditioner worked but appeared to be falling apart.

For the price i was very pleased, and impressed. No not a five star hotel, but for being budget friendly exceeded expectations. Premises are clean, family friendly, but organized and safe. Me, my daughter, and grand children felt welcome, safe, and had a lovely simple breakfast to enjoy in our rooms. I couldn’t figure out the waffle machine 😅 but a lovely member of their staff stepped in. Should i go to the area again, ill be here :)

I got in late and called ahead to let them know. There was no sign saying anyone was on break. It took forty minutes before someone showed up. The room had a funky smell. The day staff was very nice. I would not stay here again.

NOT WORTH THE PRICE! I read the reviews, that there was a bad smell and didn’t think much of it, but I now know what they meant. The entire place is covered in POT smell! It’s nasty! There are homeless people everywhere so getting good sleep was not possible because I was worried about someone breaking into my car! The breakfast was poor, they had nothing packaged eggs and a waffle maker and the coffee tasted like water. The room doors don’t open well, but once inside the tv doesn’t get many channels, the AC unit was VERY loud, one bed made so much noise when you moved but mine was comfortable. The shower was okay not the best water pressure. They gave little toiletries. If you stay ask for a room on the top floor because the walls are trash and you can hear everything and stopping all night. Again NOT worth the price. This was more like a motel 6 vibes!

It was decent. The room looks recently renovated but not the greatest job. There were broken outlets and the tub faucet looked like it was about to fall off. It was convenient to where I needed to be and really only came by to sleep.

I checked in late and I needed to use the Wi-Fi. It didn’t work. I called the staff and the answer sounded as if he’d told it to others before. He said to give it about 15 minutes because it might be heavy use right now. It was about 1am! So I did. Tried it again and still no WiFi. When I called back, I got no answer. It was as if the staff knew the WiFi wasn’t working and they didn’t care.

The location to airport was very convenient. It was clean and staff friendly. It was not quiet. Lots of traffic noise and thin walls made sleep difficult. Not hotels fault that guests are not quiet. But, the hotel was nice and convenient, so I recommend it for a stay near airport.

The Staff was amazing. They are so nice and helpful. Everything at the hotel made you feel àplease and clean and made you feel at home.

Everything was good up until 10:30pm when someone else was booked into the room right next to mine. I was trying to go to sleep so I could catch an early flight and they were having a party and making way too much noise. I notified the front desk, to which nothing was done, as they continued being very loud. I went downstairs and requested a new room, which was granted, and I was finally able to go to bed. It was frustrating that a hotel that was no where near full had to book a room right next to me with such loud people.

It was a decent stay, when I arrived in the room the table was broken and falling apart, the bathrooms had some stains in the shower.

I wasn't treated very well. The room only had 3 towels and we were a family of 4. The only person in the hotel said that they didn't have towels left.

Nice room

The property appeared to be fairly maintained, but the noise allowed outside was too much for a good night of sleep, walls seemed to be too thin, noises from the next rooms were too easily heard. I did not get a peaceful night of sleep. Activity around the Natomas location gives the impression of illegal activity, didn't feel safe at night.

Service was good. But maintenance needs some assistance. We stayed for 6 days and elevator was broken. On the last day it was explained to me that maintenance company was coming from far away and they were unable to come service the elevator. There is an Odor in hotel that can irritate some. WiFi was horrible and I needed it.

This was the worst place we've ever stayed. The room was disgusting there were stains on the bed. The bathroom was not clean it was absolutely horrible. We were exhausted and got in too late to think about making a change.

I took photographs as soon as I got in my room because I do not want to lose my deposit! It’s too late for me to get another room or I would absolutely do that. There is dried vomit on the bed skirt. The whole room smells like cat Urine. The carpet is filthy. The fellow at the front desk was very nice, that’s the only positive comment I have.

Very basic, no fridge, no microwave. Just a tiny coffee machine. One bed was very springy. You could feel the springs. You could tell the bathroom door had been previously cracked but repaired. One major thing that repelled me was that the window did not lock! This was a ground level room, with the parking lot outside the window. The window easily slides open, no lock on it at all, screen ripped, and just a stopper in the bottom. I did not feel safe with that. single pane window. The ac unit was a bit noisy.
