This property is very run down and not well maintained. There is no central air conditioning in the public areas of the property despite it being hot outside. Air conditioning via fan vent in the rooms worked but did not keep the rooms cool. Breakfast area was dingy with few tables, few food offerings and the room for eating was poorly cleaned. The pool area was surprisingly nice and pleasant considering the condition of the rest of the property and was the only very positive thing about our stay. Very overpriced for the condition of the property.

Please, I ask you to read this post. I’ll start with the receptionist: she was constantly on the phone speaking in her own language and never even looked our way—except to ask for payment. After we checked in, she gave us the key to a room on the third floor; we went in, and everything was horrible. The room was filthy—truly disgusting. I didn't stay it took me a second walking in and right back out. Please think twice about this hotel. I do *not* recommend it; the place is awful. I’d even se some kind of prost*** there. The parking lot is terrible, and there are many homeless people around. Please don't stay here; it’s not worth it. Horrible place!!

Room appeared dirty. No has cleaned or vacuumed behind the furniture. The tub was gross. I put a towel at the bottom to stand on. The drain was just a hole. The phone, blow dryer and iron did not function correctly. The ironing board fell while I was using it. I thought I was going to a. WYNDHAM location, however I didn't know they were linked to this type of facility. I was very disappointed.

There’s nothing unique about this property. It was dirty. I was on the toilet having a peaceful morning coffee there it was a cockroach came across my foot. There was gaps between the door. I could see the light the drapes had burn holes in it so did the blanket I can go on. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all and I stayed at a lot of hotels. In the disgusting shower that ran all night. And I already switched rooms the same since sincerely wrong

it is an old hotel but at least the hotel should be well kept, maintained and clean.. when we entered the room.we stayed in room 146. the bathroom has a lot of grimes. the carpet wasnt vacuumed well. there was a dead insect/bug in the bathroom. there was a problem woth plumbing. the tub was draining very slow. free breakfast but few choices otherwise thankful for free breakfast. parking was also free and big. only concern was the parking at the back feels unsafe for the people staying on the first floor. it has no railing for protection so God forbid a reckless driver accidentally hit the gas pedal instead of the brake the car would easily ram the wall of the hotel and cause injury to the people staying in that room.

None We booked a room on Friday for our stay the Front desk lady was so occupied in a call with her boyfriend and did not even bother to professionally handle the customers and continuously kept talking on the call and kept us all waiting, The rooms were filled with weed smell, there was no point in taking non-smoking room, the AC was not working and were moved to two different rooms. The facility is very ill managed and unhygienic. The Janitor was sweet and greeted all of us with smile, but we were disappointed to see that the Janitor was moping the floor and also managing the breakfast food section which made me feel very unhygienic. The hotel seems very rustic and old. It needs major renovation. I am not coming back here for sure!

She indicated that that I did not tell her I needed that type of room. It was the option chosen on the web site. My room was switched to a room on the first floor. It was not an accessible room. It was the best they could do. When I arrived in the room, there was a heavy bleach smell. Sliding glass door worked well. However, the screen was half off and would not slide. TV was extremely small. There as not ventilation working in the bathroom. The vent cover was not attached to the wall. Paint droppings were on the floor. Turning on the shower was challenging. You had to adjust a piece under the spout. There as a confusing picture if you could make it out. Toilet was too close to the tub. Poor tile job. Tissue dispenser was missing a box of tissue. No hangers in the closet. Bag on both garbage cans were tied on so tight that you had to force any trach down and that would tear the bag. Pool was closed. Staff did not know why. Nice pictures on the web site of the pool. Breakfast was bare minimum. Entry/Exit was through main lobby. All the other access doors were marked "Emergency Exit". When I was leaving, a staff member came out one of the doors. I ask why the alarm didn't sound. I was told the alarms are not connected to the doors. I will not be staying at this location again, nor recommend.

Breakfast was a joke…waffle maker, some bread and bagels along with watered down milk and OJ. Go in hungry and leave hungrier. Bump into a prostitute at the elevator on your way back to your room. This should be a pay by the hour hotel. For $100/night, I expected a lot more.

The second night was the worst which was not entirely the hotels fault. It started at 10pm, our next door neighbors arrived for a birthday party with loud music and louder voices. At 12am they left ,we heard them outside and then they returned with more people at 3am then the party real started and lasted to 6. How no one notice all the people coming in on all the cameras. Someone had jammed open the ice maker so there was a pile of ice.Call down to the front office but no one picked up the phone. Ramada was one of the best hotel at one time but now not so most. The price was right so I understand why people go there but it would be worth it to buy for someplace else I know I will from now on.

This was not a good experience for my family and myself , to begin with u were greeted by swarm of flies entering the lobby , the check in was fast , we were never notified that the air conditioner was not working at all which was terrible , hot and stuffy after a long drive from Los Angeles , we were told after the fact , also the tub was dirty as if it hadn’t been cleaned in months there was dirt streaks all over the tub , I would never stay here again , we were offered a fan after complaining about the ac , and they actually said do you want a heater or a fan ? Not sure if they were being funny ? The ac filter looked like it hadn’t been changed in years , I never leave reviews but this was by far one of the worsts stays ever , not to mention the tiny blurry tv but I could look past that , I hope they make some changes to make better experiences for there guests!!!!

There was no heat IN THE ENTIRE BUILDING and they were handing out space heaters to everyone. They did not make us aware when we checked in and don’t want to refund the night we stayed there. Finally, the carpets and BR floors were sticky and there was some kind of white crusty splotch on the extra blanket they gave us when we told them we were freezing. If it had been earlier when we got into town we’d have left immediately but we stayed the night and checked out in the morning. You should not carry this hotel among your options, especially if you have no ability to force them to reimburse us for a night at a hotel that I plan to report to the fire marshal and dept of health when I get home.

After traveling for 3.5 hrs and reaching at 9:30, we need to wait for another 40 mins to get the room check-in done as they have only one person and the person was away on break. The rooms were cold , as they don't have heater or ac. They provided a portable one, but that didn't help much. The carpet floor in the room felt damp when walked. Also there was a peculiar smell of dampness and smoke, in the hotel hallways , room and lobby. For such poor quality, the price was quite high. When I checked directly, the price was $90 for 2 queen bed whereas through hotel.com, the base price was $110+ , which doesn't make any sense. This is not at all a good experience stay.

This hotel should be close for business. They had no heat in the hold building. They gave the customers a small heater to warm a large room. Due to everyone using the small heaters it caused a power outage all night. I asked for an extra blanket which never got delivered. I checked out the next day and was charged for two days I have not received my refund. I have called and emailed the manager many times with no help. The breakfast was not presented as delivered on line. No hot breakfast the waffle maker was not available. No eggs, no sausage bacon no toaster for the bread no milk. I just want my refund. I would appreciate a voucher for a free stay in the future at another hotel.

When we got to the hotel it smelled horrible. The walkways and walls were filthy, the elevator was so dirty my kids didn't want to go in it. Our room was tidy but not sanitary by any means. Again, fingerprints and food all over the walls, the remote was covered in gunk so badly the buttons got stuck. Dont get me started on the bathrooms. I took my kids to the pool where the underwater flood light for the pool was hanging out of its socket. Unsupervised children were asking me to teach them how to dive and screaming for attention (which I gave to them because it was no fault of their own.) I tried to get my kids snacks and drinks from the gift shop but they wouldn't charge it to my room or allow me to pay with my card and I had no cash on me so I had to put everything back because I couldn't leave my kids alone in the pool are. We left for a while and returned to the room nextdoor blasting music so loud it sounded like the speaker was in our hotel room. We could hear an extremely ghetto couple screaming profanities across the hall. The next morning we woke to the neighboring hotel blasting rap music again! My family and I left to get food and when we returned our room keys no longer worked and had to take the elevator 3 stories down to have them fixed. That evening a man in regular clothes knocks on our door claiming we ardered towels and sheets, we did not. He had no cart, no name tag, no uniform so we sent him away without opening the door. I will not be staying here again!

This is in a bad area and the lobby was dirty and sticky, had signs up but nobody cleaned it for over 24hrs. Our pull out bed frame legs were broken and unusable (let office know). The suite we got was for 6 persons, 2 people had to use the lounge couches inside the room to sleep (kid sized). Breakfast was standard waffle makers, bread, bagels, and cereal so we went to MCD for protein, Parking was great.

The room was nothing like the pictures. We paid for a small suite with sofa bed. Sofa bed was broken and front desk solution was to offer more bedding and pull mattress to the floor. The restrooms were dirty and smelled of mildew and tub had hair in it. Toilet leaked. The room was a non smoking room and it reeked of smoke. Never staying there again. For it to have the Wyndham name is embarassing.

We were in town for a weekend family reunion. It was a sweltering Sacramento summer day, we arrived to a rude front desk lady who seemed like she had better things to do…. Looking back as I write this and think about how my husband and I arrived in separate cars…how I gave her my ID but His credit card, and their other clientele during my stay she probably thought I was a lady of the night…anyway back to the review. She was rude even if I was a lady of the night. I’m a customer. So then we go to the room, the rooms are numbered all out of order we get a little lost, its hot AF..so we get to the room and the ac blows hot air, maintenance guy comes but it doesn’t get cooler than 75 degrees all weekend. Brush our teeth, Sink wouldn’t drain maintenance comes takes apart the drain stopper and leaves it all torn apart but it does now drain. We start to get ready and realize the Outlet in the bathroom didn’t work. Maintenance comes again, says he can’t fix it. Outside we saw an entire rat family living in a bush, I found a cockroach in the bathroom and The Hallways smelled like weed. They do get 3”2 stars though for security. My nephew left my car door wide open for over 3 hours while we swam and no one stole anything. Oh and the pool was dirty. But it was 200 degrees outside so the pool was nice.

I recently stayed at the Ramada in Sacramento and wouldn’t recommend it. The hotel is outdated and not well-maintained. My room wasn’t clean—there was hair on the towels, which was really off-putting. On top of that, there’s no streaming service available, which is surprising given how common it is nowadays. The store they have on-site was a nice convenience, but the constant surveillance was uncomfortable. There are cameras everywhere, and it felt like every move was being monitored. At one point, I noticed a woman just staring at the camera monitors, which made the whole experience feel invasive. The staff were okay, but overall, this hotel didn’t meet my expectations. I won’t be staying here again.

Was unhappy that they asked for a $100 deposit from all guests (I assume I didn't look unsavory?). This was not disclosed when I made and prepaid the reservation. If they disclosed, they'd lose business. It leaves one in a 'my way or the highwat' position. Apparently they've had problems. That also made me uneasy, but gave them my corportae Amex card. I gave 3 Stars, but would have made it 4 Stars without the deposit nonsense. The people running the motel are trying to have a nice place and generally speaking, they have succeeded.

worst experience ever.first, we were double charged ( no refunds) we had no wash cloths for bathing. this is not their fault, i guess, but we had a neighbor that got real loud yelling at 3 a.m. which was heard through an adjoining room door. when we returned from a hard and long day of work for our second day, first, the key did not work, and i had to go back to the front desk and wait for them to verify who i was and reprocess a key. when we entered the room the bed was not made and no clean towels. we are an elderly couple who just wanted to sleep, but i am sure a lot of customers would not want to sleep in a bed that had not been changed from the night before. i had to go back to the desk to request clean towels. they said they would be delivered, which took an hour and a half,at 11:30 p.m., and a phone call on my cell, since the room phone did not work. i have had better experiences at budget hotels, and expected a much better stay at a ramada and windham.

Worst stay! We were greeted by someone being stuffed in a cop car in the parking lot. The room was disgusting. Bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned. We were told there was only one entrance only to find out the back door was propped open in the back letting in tweakers who later found our door to knock on. Very noisy. Also found out that this hotel is "known" for criminal activity. Wish that would have been in the reviews before I had booked. Ended up canceling our 2nd night and no refund was awarded. Our family of 6 showed up and found the room not only completly filthy/disgusting but the fold out couch would fold out. She said "we ordered new ones a while ago but I don't teally know how long it will take for them to get here. Obviously, not tonight." Her solution was to send sheets up so the 2 teenagers could share the love seat size couch. Then she said I could email the manager for other solutions. This was at 11:15pm. It is clear that when I booked the room advertised for 6, they KNEW it wouldn't actually fit 6. The floor was far too filthy to sleep on. We were told there would be no refund but we left anyway and found a new hotel at 11:30pm. **I would add pictures but the app wont let me**

Once we got there it was very ghetto. Prostitutes very visible. Druggies slumped over against the building. Inside the “hotel” smelled terrible. My room smelled. I was not happy with our stay. The images and other reviews made me feel like this was going to be a good pick for our family fun weekend. Unfortunately, it was in a bad neighborhood. We were worried about our car all night. The parking lot had trash everywhere. People doing unspeakable things in a fogged up car, and others crowded around and open car door looking like drug deals. Flies all in the lobby when we walked in. Took 4 times and multiple hours to get the pillows and blankets for the pullout couch bed for our son. The bathrooms in the suite looked like they have never been cleaned. Definitely not worth the price and do not recommend. Little mart in store had nothing but water and condoms. Felt like it was a hotel you take your mistress too, but not your family. Security SUV on site but never saw a person looking after the place.

They gave us a non working key on the 3rd floor, had to go back down to lobby to get a new one. When we got to our room the fan was broken and extremely loud to begin with. The one chair in the room was broken. It had an awful smell through out the halls and in the room! There was a coffee maker in the room but NO CUPS OR COFFEE POT! When I went inside the front desk lady was so rude, I asked her to check in and she said she was just checking in so I just stood there waiting for her to be ready and at a very hight tone said to sit down I'll call you when I'm ready. I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were unwelcoming, and the building's age and poor maintenance were evident. The room had a strong odor of cigarettes, marijuana, and mold, and the carpet was old and dirty. Although the room was spacious, it lacked essential safety features, including a fire alarm, and had a ceiling with two different colors. The bathroom was poorly maintained, with a cracked ceiling, low water pressure, and a damaged tub. I reported the missing fire alarm to the front desk, and Guillermo, the maintenance staff, replaced it, but did not test it. The view from my balcony was a neighborhood of trailer houses, and I was disturbed by noise from neighboring rooms. I would not recommend this hotel due to its poor condition and lack of maintenance.

This property says it is family friendly that’s why I booked it for my family. This is not true. There’s homeless people outside and hanging out in the halls of the property. Some of the guests there were stretchy too. Thats probably why there’s multiple cameras on the property. People were talking and kids crying out in the halls 2-3 in the morning. The halls and elevator smells like marijuana. The door had a gap on the bottom so we had to put a towel on the bottom of the door to prevent the marijuana smell from coming into our room. My room had torn stained bedding, stains on carpet and curtains, the phone was not working, the tv was not working. The pool was empty. Breakfast they had was very limited. Was supposed to stay there for 2 nights but couldn’t do it. We checked out the next morning. The only good thing was the hotel refunded the second night. Definitely not recommending this place.

There were people walking around that seemed like security but not in uniforms. Hotel overall seemed in poor condition. Room was clean just not the standard we are used to and we felt slightly unsafe. My mom said that I just am fancy and honestly it is just not the level I am used to but if you need a cheap place to stay… I was just surprised at the dilapidated exterior and hallways.
