The room we were in wasn’t exactly what I booked for. I didn’t feel comfortable in that room. I didn’t request or booked for a handicapped accessible room but that was what we got when we checked in.

One of the worse hotels I’ve stayed at in a while. Attended an event here and ended up getting a room. It was dirty and you can tell the staff doesn’t care.

They skipped our room to clean, the building smells no good , the outdoor pool was dirty , the ice mashing was broken on second floor I was there at 2023 it was really pretty and clean but not right now no plans to coming back.

Perfect location for our short trip to visit family. I wish housekeeping would stop by daily to replace the towels and make our bed. After all, we were “on holidays”.

I loved the bar service. Bryce, the bartender truly was the highlight of my stay. He made both my partner and I feel at home. His level of service was beyond stellar and hospitable. I was very happy, I don't think there was anything i didn't like.

I never have paid 200.00 for one night for a hotel room that didn't have a couple complimentary bottles of water. I have a broken arm so I couldn't even go get ice. My UBER driver helped me check in and get me and my bag into my room. This was my first experience at a Hilton Hotel and probably the last. 1st impressions mean a lot.

Our room was very clean and comfortable beds. The property was well taken care of. The pool is heated but didn’t swim because we didn’t know until we got to the property. The two staff members we encountered were great. I’d stay here again.

The location .. wonderful! So easy to reach everywhere yet in a quiet garden like setting. The breakfast ... not cheap! ... was well worth it ... if not a big breakfast eater .. split one and get a nutritional start to the day.

Best customer service I have experienced in the hospitality industry in a long time, staff was efficient with request, we asked for some pillows. She said she would try he best to get them, 4 minutes later she called back saying she has them. Room was clean.

This is a very nice hotel, and I would have given it a higher rating if the bathroom in my room were cleaner. The tile grout is black in many areas and I am not sure if it is mold or not. The rest of the room was spacious and clean. I spent over $200 to stay one night which considering I couldn’t use the shower was too much. Hopefully the management see’s this review and takes action.

Absolutely one of the best place we’ve stayed. The staff welcomed us and walked us through the options at the hotel and the surrounding area. Well done!

Only complaint was that most memorable part of my stay was the noise from the A/C unit. I would have also liked to been told at checkin that my room would not be cleaned each day.

My only issue was one of the rooms we purchased. The AC did not work and the only thing they could offer was a fan.

The bathroom from our room sink like human urine

The place was extremely noisy, very crowded. Didn’t get to have a good night sleep due to the noise. Next day was very exhausted due to that, tried to take a nap after a long day in the city, the noise was hell. The pool was crowded, the carpets were filthy. The cabinet in our room didn’t close, had to be fixed. The electrical outlets didn’t work. Towels had dirt spots on them. I paid an expensive price for a place that disappointed me in every aspect. No more Hilton stays for me, ever!

The room smelled funny that was covered up by strong smelling air freshener and the wifi was out for most of my stay.

The rooms are always clean and tidy. The staff is amazing everytime I stay. I make a point to only come to this hotel when I am in town just because of the staff. They remember me every-time and are always will to help and go above beyond.

Staff were very nice at reception. The maid was a bit annoying. Knocked on door and opened quickly before I could say anything(was getting ready to shower). Knocked again and opened and closed door a little later. When I answered the door, maid said she would return after I left room. I explained was leaving now and would be back in hour and a half. Upon my return, room was still dirty. Bad communication I guess

All the staff we came in contact with were relaxed, friendly, helpful and kind. It felt welcoming and casual… just what we needed for our friends night out!

It was very nice! And would love to go back for a spa day. We were there for Brandon Lake so we did use the hot tub which was amazing until we couldn't get the jets to come back on. I told the front desk and no one ever came to help. The treadmill in the am was great! Very clean place! Loved the bath tub!! Next time want to get a massage and try the seafood restaurant. I do wish they had better coffee and some flavored creamer in the room .... over will definitely go back

Stayed there awaiting a surgery at mercy hospital and they took wonderful care of us Will stay there again when I come back for follow up appointment and also so I can visit some of the neighboring areas especially Old Town Sacramento.

We were denied the room type we reserved off-handedly and put in a ADA room w/ 2 queen beds instead of the king bed room we booked. This room was also right next to the highway which made sleeping very difficult. Also there was a very noisy party going on in the lobby when we arrived which seemed to be locals rather than guests. Not a great way to start our vacation.

It just smelled dirty. When we arrived, the windows were dirty. There was no reason they were ground floor windows, easy to dust off. They didn't open, again no reason as they were ground floor. A mere 4 inches of opening would have helped with the odor. Oh, there was a table on top of the couch. Al of the lampshades were covered in muck as well.

The sheets on our bed were not changed before we arrived. They were very disgusting and filthy.

The property was like its own little hideaway. Lots of pilots and family’s staying there. It was tucked away and hidden from other things. Private but also so close to all the good spots in Sacramento. Very quiet and clean.

We showed up early just to get some travel pamphlets for the area. The front desks said oh you’re checking in today? We said yes and she said let me see what I can do for an early check in. They got us checked into a nice room and we were able to start our adventure sooner than expected.

Sheila at the front desk was amazing as was the rest of the staff. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff was friendly and services were good. Room could have been cleaner. Some mold in the bathroom and stains on the lampshades.

We had our small dog with us and the pet area at back of property was perfect. The property itself was beautiful spacious. The room was large. The bed was really comfortable and the staff were in incredibly nice and they also had the refillable water stations in their drinking fountains which was very nice as well.

Everything was fantastic. The only thing I didn't like they didn't clean the room everyday. Had to ask for fresh towels all the time.

Great hotel. I would highly recommend, however you should book via Expedia or another source vs. book at the hotel itself. I waited to book until I had checked pricing at the hotel lobby. The initial price at the hotel would have been considerably higher, they would have charged for parking, and the breakfast was more expensive than the $10 option I chose when I booked on Expensify.

I have never stayed at a Hilton that you had to pay for your breakfast. We were disapointed. Other than that it was okay.

Loved the sofa bed for the extra person and the grill and small quaint bar were perfect.

Lovely service and friendly staff. The hot tub could use better filter or something. Clean rooms. Disappointed in the TV situation. No big deal that they didn't offer any kind of streaming service like Netflix, etc, but when I called about the remote not working to select a program for the kids to watch, I was told that they've been having some trouble with their televisions and that I might have to turn it off at the base, so basically our room had no access to a working television.

Shelia was always quick to help with anything I needed during my stay. She is a fine example of an exemplary employee and reflects a welcome, safe and comfortable stay at Hilton.

The area location is beautiful and safe, our room was not what we expected, we had no conditioner , the bathroom door was damaged the beds were dirty and stained around the box springs . And our whole family got itchy when laid on the beds. Not worth the price we paid for our stay.

Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. We had to evacuate the building. I got hardly any sleep because of it. No sort of compensation or refund was offered

This is a good hotel for business travelers, better than others in Sacramento for the rate. Clean, quiet room. There is food available for purchase in the lobby and a bar - it felt welcoming upon arrival.

When we arrived in our room half of the carpet was wet and moldy frim an AC leak. We were moved to a room across the hall and given free meal vouchers which helped. The food is excellent.

First night was rough due to unruly guest. The other two nights were nice because I received excellent service from management and got switched rooms. Pillows were terrible if I could change anything that would be it. Staff was great!

The hotel itself wasn't great. I had a few issues with our room including a fridge that blew hot air instead of cold but the staff was beyond wonderful. I adore those people.

Front desk staff was great, but my room was dirty, toilet roll holder broken, floors had dirt and hair. Chair was coated in residue definitely didn’t sit in.

The actual property needs work. My bathtub was stained with dirt, curtains were a little dirty. Not filthy but not fresh. This goes for the stained sink as well. If the property and the equipment inside the rooms were as great as the staff, this place would be AWESOME!

Didn’t like the hotel

The staff are friendly but the rooms are right next to the highway, very noisy.

This property is beautiful and has very nice amenities. We had a great stay here before and wanted to return. Unfortunately this time we received a room that was subject to heavy food odors from the restaurant, was close to the lobby/elevators and was pretty noisy at all hours, and around 11 pm the noise level got worse. Some of it was coming from the pool right outside our window and no one stopped it even though it was supposed to be closed. Anyway if those things don't bother you, then this is a great spot for you. If some things do, maybe make some specific requests when you check-in to avoid any disturbance.

Great location minus the transient camps along the highway somewhat close to the hotel. We enjoyed the pool and newly refurbished room.

This place is very comfortable. The service is very good. Location is very good. Close to downtown Sacramento.

It is right by a busy highway, and window treatments were inadequate to keep away the noise. You feel like sleeping by the stream of cars.

The room seemed a bit rundown- carpet and couch hadn't been cleaned well in a while. The bathroom was dated and didn't have an air vent. The only mirror was in the bathroom so after a shower you had to wait for the mirror to clear. I wouldn't say the room was nice, but it wasn't terrible. The bed linens and pillows were clean.

The dog area great, the front desk lady was very friendly, did not like the 50 dollar extra for the dog lol

Very disappointed in the night manager-she turned away my 20 year old daughter that was traveling home from Texas at 1:00am. My daughter had a reservation, but since she is under 21 she was turned away without any help locating a safe hotel. Their website doesn’t state that you must be 21 and over to stay there. I called the manager to appeal to no avail.

The only big complaint i had was it was near the freeway and we were on the side of the freeway and thats all u could hear was the cars all night long. Otherwise it was a nice stay

The restaurant had very good food. The pool was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

My stay was so relaxing and amazing. Even the front staff or so amazing. I forgot my own fan because I like air circulating in my room so they gave me their fan from the front desk to use. It was amazing and I loved the AC worked amazing I can’t wait to stay again.

Everything was great. I only wish they had some security in the parking lot. I didn’t have any issues, but there are several signs warning of breakins and it would have given me some peace of mind if there was some patrol there - and they do charge for parking so it’s already bakedbinto the cost. Other than that it was great. The front desk was super helpful, restaurant staff was great, room was very clean and in really good condition. Was in a good central location. No issues at all. I’d stay again.

My property is in a beautiful location with lots of trees surrounding it. The bed was Comfortable with generous pillows and towels. The only complaint I have is that the walls were quite thin and we could hear people Talking in the hall and the next room.

This hotel is situated in a business park area in a setback from the street. The ambience is nice in the entrance, but otherwise it is a hotel situated in a business park. There are nice trees in the parking lot in the entryway is quite large and has lots of seating areas. The staff are, courteous upon check-in and were helpful. The elevator is in reasonable condition in the area is well decorated. The bedroom was as advertised. The bed was comfortable the pillows, notable, in lots of storage space for travelers. I do like the sofa in the king size bed option as it really creates a Homie feel . The bathroom was clean and nice but not too updated but very efficient. I did find the morning breakfast more curious as there are free options and then also at this location you can purchase at the grill, but that wasn’t well marked. In my opinion, I did order an omelette. I found a bit salty for just ordering eggs, cheese, onions, and Mushrooms so if you are on a low salt diet, you should probably speak to the grill chef. Otherwise it’s definitely not brand but in good condition and the space in the pool area were notable. I do like the design work and the bedrooms and so that I can give it four stars.

This is a nice hotel. The service staff at night are not terribly impressive. It bothers me that I can’t access a dining menu in my room nor will they deliver food to the room.
