Went to room, saw all the hair and unsafe locks and took my duaghters and left.

The key wouldn’t work. The room was beyond disgusting. There was a mouse trap in the room. The microwave was rusted into. Everything was stained with fluids. The smoke detector was broken. The door going into another room was blocked by a chair. The floors had hair, dirt and stuff everywhere. The ceiling was covered in mold or decay, the bathroom tiles were falling off, the shower curtain rod was propped up. The sheets were stained. The lamps were broken. Just not fit for even a dog house. We paid and left without a refund.

I don’t want to bash the guy running the place because he was nice and working hard but it’s a mess. The whole place needs updating. That said, it looks like that’s what they’re doing. The room was in poor to fair condition, but the bed was clean and comfortable and there was a new A/C in the wall. Bathroom needs updating bad. Went to get coffee and maybe a small bite to eat, not good. Coffee was awful and when I went to get a bagel or piece of toast, there were ants inside the case!

Do not stay here. This is the dirtiest place I have ever seen. Booked 3 nights, left immediately after one. No hot water, stains on sheets and furniture, broken windows, broken doors, literally dirt footprints in hallway.

We were in and out within 5 minutes. Reading the other reviews later on, we definitely made the right call to find another spot.

The worst hotel I have ever seen. We arrived and they were overbooked because of an event nearby so we were forced to upgrade one of our rooms. The condition was terrible. No hot water, a toilet leaking all over the floor, everything including the toilets and towels were dirty and disgusting. It seems that the owners live on site and don't have any staff so everything is falling apart. The mattress on the pull out couch was vile. We put our kids on the beds and wouldn't let them touch the floor because it was THAT nasty. Do not stay here! One other guest told me that they saw roaches

They gave us our money back with no questions asked We were only here for 10minutes and in that time people were checking out at the same time I was checking in, like it was an hourly hotel. One lady that checked out was minutes later vacuuming the lobby.. Our room we got assigned was trashed .. the walls were patched and painted all different colors and pure filth.. there was a lady in the hall that clearly looked like she had just gotten high and could barely function… the pictures online are 100% NOT, the hotel.. this is false advertisement..

I liked that the facility was pet friendly. First thing when I arrived there was no one at the front desk and it took 15 minutes for someone to come. The room looks like it hadn’t been remodeled or upgraded in years. The on duty staff knocked on my door at a ridiculous hour at night to confirm my identity after I had already checked in. When I turned the shower on brown water came out. The tv stand was broken and the tv would only work for 15-20 minutes before shutting off. The ceiling had paint that was chipping. There looked to be mold growing where the old ice machine was removed on the second floor. I highly recommend not ever staying at this hotel!!!!

Nothing How online it said it was renovated and looked spotless, but in person the bathroom walls were chipped, the floors were ok beds looked decent but how can you have a room that looked like someone was living there or used as a storage room ?! The online pics are deceiving!

Did not have the room that I reserved online. Walked in hotel lobby and it was filthy. Needs to be removed from the hotel.com list.

Hotel is hidden way back a long drive in a wooded area. Arriving late at night, I did not feel safe, not even with my dog. The staff seemed annoyed to see that I had a dog with me, despite them being 'pet-friendly.' I would never stay here again.

This place is very run down. Bedding had stains. Bathroom sink had yellow rings. Our TV barely worked and had lines in it. Do not recommend. The continental breakfast had expired items from over a month ago and nats in the drink machine HUGE HEALTH VIOLATION. I stayed February 26th- March 3nd.

There were peeps holes in the door stuffed with tissues. The TV was broken. Tried to complain but tye phone nor the TV worked. TV not working was a problem.

Everything, the room had another person init. The hotel was smelled of mold , I had to use my asthma inhaler while in the lobby. We did not stay there, we let got a another room at another hotel, . Nasty hotel room.

The property is so run down and there was no way i was taking a shower in that bathroom... everything was dirty, falling apart and broken. Bathroom door didn't even close because it was falling off the hinges. There was no way i was staying to try the breakfast although it might have been good idk.

Entered the door to the hallway of where our room was to be greeted by a dog barking. Upon entering our room, we found it was dirty, sheets were ripped, shower curtain was close to falling off and a cockroach on the wall across from the bed. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

When we entered our first room, there was stains in the carpet, on the walls, and all over the bedding. We purchased sleeping bags to try to muster through the first night, but ended up switching rooms. This second room had multiple cockroaches, black mold in the air vents and on the shower curtains, and what made us finally leave our stay early was a mouse crawling along the wall. We were trying to be tolerant, but couldn’t stay any longer.

It is in absolutely deplorable condition. The back doors have keycard access but do not shut properly, preventing locking & security... the hallways felt like an inner city project - Paint is coming off the doors and walls, and it was hot and humid throughout the hallways. It's obvious that multiple families live in the back hallways as well - kids (with names on room doors like you'd see on a child's bedroom) running around the hallways yelling and playing. Upon entering the room, the smell of mold hit you like a brick - the AC had not been running, but the floors were slippery and wet with condensation from the humidity. Minor annoyances, such as a completely non-functional TV and incredibly dirty bathroom vents, were amplified by the complete misrepresentation online of the condition of this place. It was pretty run down, they charged extra for the complimentary breakfast. There was almost no food at the breakfast. Our stay was 3 nights, housekeeper never came. if you want fresh towels you have to go to the front desk for them.

This hotel should be condemned. There was extensive water damage in the room; ceilings, walls, flooring. The coat rack was falling off wall. No fire alarm. Since it was no refundable, we stayed but was the worse conditions I’ve stayed at.. never again.

First, we encountered rats in the room — not once, but twice. I was shocked to see them scurrying around. On top of that, the towels were filthy, and the floors were dirty. It was clear that the room had not been properly cleaned. The room had a lingering unpleasant odor that I could tolerate, but the staff was a whole other issue. When we asked to be moved to a different room due to the rat issue, we were told to come back later after check-out time to see available rooms. I did just that, only to find no one at the front desk. After ringing the bell, a woman came down from another motel room— presumably someone involved with the property. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. She claimed they had already given us keys to a new room, which was a complete lie, and then told us they couldn’t accommodate us. When I pressed further, she rudely told us to stop talking, shushed us with her finger, and coldly stated, “I’m going to check you out.” Out of respect to her as a woman, I didn’t escalate the situation and simply agreed to check out. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. I am extremely disappointed and will never stay here again. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.

The ceiling was literally falling down in our one room, the other room had the cost rack hanging off the wall, the toilet lever was broken, there was exposed wires poorly hidden, holes in the walls from makeshift wiring, it smelled bad, the list is endless. I’ve never seen a hotel in such poor condition.

For some reason I was booked a handicap room and when I arrived, they charged an additional $10 dollars and change to change it to a standard room. Room must have been the worst in the hotel. It was dirty, has foul odor and just not well maintained. If I wasn’t tired, I would have went elsewhere.

They convinced us that we booked the wheelchair accessible room and not being handicapped we were not allowed to take it. We we moved to another room and charged $20 extra.

There was junk around the side entrance door, The sink in our room drizzled water, it took just over a minute to fill the cups provided. Breakfast was a total failure, juices so watered down as to have no flavor, nothing was set up or ready at scheduled time. We wound up going elsewhere for breakfast. It was sad.

Breakfast was a total failure, juices so watered down as to have no flavor, nothing was set up or ready at scheduled time. We wound up going elsewhere for breakfast. It was sad.

I didn’t like the fact that there were people running in the hallway after midnight and woke us up. I expected more options for breakfast than there were. The coffee wasn’t very hot either. Only because of the place we stayed at the night before. Both were Quality Inns. But the staff was very friendly.

When I got there no one was at the desk. Got to the room there was stains on the bedding, bathroom was dirty and there was dead bugs, tv wasn’t hooked up. Online said breakfast was at 6am but turned out it wasn’t till 7am which was fine but when me and my step daughter went back down there again no staff was to be found and it wasn’t even made or laid out.

It was generally grimy and falling apart. It was quite disappointing. Looking out the window of the room we seen items that made it look like maybe people lived in some of the rooms? Not really sure but we didn’t feel the safest in this hotel. I would never have stayed here if we hadn’t prepaid on Expedia and we only did that cause it was getting late and we had checked some places in a town before this with nothing available. If I had seen it before putting my trust in an Expedia room I would have kept driving.

We should have listened. There was chipped paint everywhere and a strong smell of marijuana.The floors were dirty and the heat/AC barely worked. We were facing a highway and the windows were so thin it felt like we were sleeping outside. Unfortunately this hotel is now on our "never stay again" list.

Have stayed here twice before. Must have put us in one of the few updated rooms. This time had to ask for a better room, which was still aweful. Mold, bugs, just ick. If it wasn’t midnight and we weren’t so exhausted from driving all day would have left. At least the bed was clean. Just demolish this place and start over.

The mildew smell was so overwhelming in room 108. The pillow had yellow stains in the pillow case and the curtains was badly wrinkled. The foor around the toilet has visible urine stains and the ceiling looked to have mold on it. The inside door was badly scratched and the ceiling also displayed horrible repair. The spackle work was terrible. The heater kicked out the mildew smell as well.

The clothes rack was ripped halfway out of the wall with the screws hanging out of it. The linens were stained cigarette Burns. It was disgusting. The staff was professional one polite

Cold shower

When I arrived the owner's wife didn't seem like she had our reservation and when I said Expedia she found it and then proceeded to complain about Expedia. I thought she wasn't going to give us the room but she finally did. She gave us a handicap room bc she saw my cane even though I said I didn't need one. The bathroom shower had a seat in it and was bolted to the wall and the bottom was rusty. The floor had a hole near the frame and insects crawled out. Management was informed about this. Breakfast was another negative. We walked in and it looked ok but when I tried to use the waffle maker I was told it wasn't working. Bread items were very limited and the toppings like peanut butter and jams were single containers that anybody could open and use which isn't sanitary. Then there was someone following me around getting what I needed. When I selected cereal he went in the backroom and got the milk. Shortly afterward he took the cereal away and when new people walked in and asked for cereal he had to go back, get it and start the procedure again. We will put this place on the do not go again list!

The breakfast did not look like the picture online at all. The butter was sticks of butter in the fridge, there was no juice or water available. The sugar was a big jar of sugar, the peanut butter and jelly were large jars on the counter. In the fridge was ready to eat items from sheetz? Not sure if they were an employees or what. The only food options were muffins, bread, cereal, waffles, apples, and coffee. No protein options at all. Im not sure how any of this is okay with a health inspector.

First room given to ky famoly had roaches crawling in the bathroom and a dirty tub that looked like someone didnt rinse it after they washed. The excuse i was given is that Virgina water is dirty. The second room i was given has a toilet that was disgusting and the ceiling was falling down in one of the rooms. I tried to show the pica and video to rhe couple who was behind the front desk and the man told me to contact Expedia for a refund he didnt need to see the photos.

Was nothing like the pictures. It advertised the pool, the pool wasn’t even Usable. The rooms have paint chips, broken tiles in the bathroom, and there was hair in the bathroom as well. Very dirty. Please don’t look at the photos. Please read the reviews. The reviews are accurate, the photos are not.

I have never in my 48 years of life seen a hotel this disgusting. Our first room had peanut butter on the outside of the fridge that was next to the pile of dead flies on the floor. Our second room had such a mold problem I woke up sick. Luckily the smell of the mold was counteracted by the smell of weed, smoke, and urine in the hallway. Seeing the “maid” staff smoking in the storage area on the second floor was a plus though because I also saw all the roach spray they needed to try take care of that problem. Unfortunately there is not enough spray on the east coast to handle this place.

Condition of building is poor. Sewer smell in the hallway. Baseboards in hall missing. Hole in wall in hall I guess for working on plumbing. Saw roaches in hall and some in room 133. Ice maker not working. Water pressure weak.

The staff (owners) were very friendly and personable. This property was very dirty. The beds had dead bugs in them, black mold in the refrigerators and showers and broken glass in the windows and doors. It appeared people were living there. It reeked of weed and cat pee.

Gave us room 261, when we first walked in the window was wide open, the carpet was wet and the back of the toilet seat cover was off, bathtub was yellow. Went downstairs and asked for a different room which the guy at the front desk was happy to do, gave us room 264 and it was better, hard wood floors, but the shower was terrible the pressure was half way on half way off, and there were Nats flying around everywhere . The pool was also closed no water even in it, which wasn’t stated and the first picture when booking it’s a bright blue spacious pool.

Not a place to stay with kids and family

We came to stay one night and immediately decided to drive 3 hours back home with our two young kids. There was water damage and mold all over the ceiling and walls. The bathroom had major cracks in the ceiling and floors. The outer two bed sheets had fresh stains that were not washed. The pillows and mattress were soiled. Upon confronting the front desk, my husband was told to “shut his mouth”.

C’est une honte que cet établissement puisse être ouvert en 2024 il à besoin d’une rénovation totale, l’hôtel était en décomposition la salle de bain a été dans un etat grave au point qu’une partie du robinet allait se détacher du mur je suis rentré à minuit a 10h du matin j’ai déjà quitté sans prendre le petit déjeuner qui n’a pas été top brefs, les images n’ont rien avoir avec la réalité. Le seul point positif c’est le monsieur à la réception qui a été accueillant et très sympathique.

Roaches all over the room. Severe Water damage on ceiling which also caused a hole in ceiling over bed.

The hotel was rundown and dirty. Walking through the halls you can see powdered poison along the bottom of the walls because of their bug issue. I watched a bug walk right over the poison and down into the wall/room. We decided to cut our losses and keep driving to find a different hotel and I would recommend everyone to continue driving as well.

Unfinished work flooring .. room bathroom tub was so dirty.. water in the shower not at all working. Commode was not functioning properly. When you step out of room lot of dust.. my kids needed with allergies due to dust and not clean floor.

This Quality Inn is not easy to locate.

Reserved an “accessible “ room, front desk wanted a certificate (?) before giving the reserved room. Then they put us in an occupied room! Then the one next door. At least the tub had a grab bar so getting in and out was doable. The only ice machine on the property was broken. Bugs - live and dead - found throughout the room along with a stale smoke smell in a non-smoking facility being rehabbed- power tools were heard until 9pm. New tile surrounds an old,cracked tub, air conditioning unit iffy but eventually worked. Given cleanliness of room we decided to skip the included breakfast. Last time we will ever book a Quality Inn - similar experience at 2 others we have booked this summer.

Desperately in need of updates

The whole stay was terrible. Pics look nothing like online. Kids playing near your window and people cooking out all night on the grill by your window. No smoke detector in the room and the shower pressure is horrible. She tried to charge me extra $30 to check in a hour early she said it cost extra $30 to check in early then said nvm because i said no im getting another hotel. Constantly said dont tell anyone i let you checkin without the $30 like she tryna scam people to get something extra instead of just doing her job. Looks family owner and lived in

For what we paid, it was not worth it. The bathroom was horrible, cracks on the wall and the tub was stained. Beds were ok at best. Thankfully there was decent ac and a decwnt floor. Breakfast was not good at all. Yhey had blocks if cream cheese, not sepeare single serve ones and the same with the butter. There was absolutely no ac in the Breakfast room, completely miserable in there.

I decided not to stay and continue driving to New Jersey.

So I was up there for a baseball tournament. And we stayed just one night. The only good thing I can say is that the front desk attendance were polite, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom looks like it had it been thoroughly cleaned, there were Stains on the ceiling. The rack where you would hang up clothes was almost pulled out of the wall. The overall experience was subpar.

Wait about 1 hour to get checked in at reception

Walking into the lobby, overwhelm odor will certainly take your breath away. And, you'll discover the entire hotel has this odor; weed, pet and human urine. Floors uneven, feeling like the floor caving from underneath. Late night, roaming thru halls includes wild animals and street walkers.

Sketchy atmosphere. Grimy rooms. Dirty bathrooms. I also saw some roaches. Overall not a clean or comfortable experience.

The staff were great, very nice people. But it seems like the owner bought the place for a nickel. If chef Ramsey ever saw this review, I want to nominate this hotel for his show, hotel hell. I think it would benefit them, they have a great location. (Minus the sketchy people who seem to stay here with their extended stay plan) But with a major upgrade and update, they probably would get a lot more business.

Even though I booked and prepaid in full, the Checkin desk said Hotels.com made a mistake and put me in an accessible room. He said that he would “fix Hotel.com’s error but I had to pay extra to be put into a regular room” sounds like a complete scam to me.

It was gross immediately walked out there was bugs the bathroom looked like a murder scene a guy hanging out the window smoking saying they said no smoking in the room but not the window really loud music, the smoke detector hanging off the wall as if someone stole the batteries, it was an embarrassment, I would never suggest this place it says 5.6 stars but the rating is out of 10!!!! Very misleading.

Dogs barking all night long stains on the bed sheets. Holes in the bed sheets been burnt. Bathroom walls peeling tub. Looks like it's been painted and peeling rat traps on the floors behind the beds and the chairs hallways smeld like pot smoke

The value of the price The hotel was located in an secluded area and I had to change rooms twice due to the strong odor of Cigarettes. The Carpet was severely Stained and had a bad Odor. The hotel had ALOT OF damage and in need of Repairs.

The Bed was soft. The breakfast was good. The staff was kind. Bed was not clean. I was itchy afterwards. Definitely was a rushed room.

Bathroom was dirty. Tub and toilet could use some attention. Floors needed cleaning badly. TV didn't work normal. Cable was unhooked you had to press and guess numbers to watch TV at all.
