One of the worst rooms. Condom packages outside of the door, people screaming all night and there was no bathroom door on our room? Our first room was covered in a ton water all over the floor.. The rooms we’re disgusting reeked of smoke.. It was trash all over the walkways and “hallways” The shower curtains and towels were covered in some random stains.

The room was clean but there was only one lightbulb. Was too dark to see to put on makeup. Also, someone had stolen the battery from the smoke detector. The curtains didn’t cover the entire window so we had to rig up something. Pool had no water!

If you’re going to collect a deposit, a hold, or for the room, you should clearly inform the person booking your motel about it beforehand. I’ve never encountered this issue with any Days Inn, and I strongly disapprove of your unethical practices. Hopefully, you can address the issues that are currently occurring so that people may choose to stay at your establishment in the future.

The room was for the most part was clean. The door to the room stuck and you had to muscle it to get it open.

Good value for money/budget friendly. Room was clean, mattress firm and staff was friendly and accommodating.

The rooms were fresh I smoke so I don't notice smell that often but you sheets and rooms smelled really good and you can beat the price .I stayed out two other hotels in area and again for the price I think anyone will be very happy with there choice .I booked my room on line which was so easy it saves even more I wanna say like 8 bucks .I don't write reviews ever but this place is worthy of one and it's obvious they are upgrading the place

I wasn't expecting much but this was bad. Checked in fine but to tell you the truth the room was disappointing. Looks as if it had been recently remodeled but the floors were dirty, the faucet was missing it's airater and the towels were worn through in places as well as stained. Had planned to stay again this coming weekend but I would rather forfeit the night's stay then return to that place again. Hard to believe that that place met code standards.

Overall this was fine for just a one-night stay before we headed home on the long road trip back to North Eastern Ohio. The property itself looked like it was kind of beat up.. when we got inside our room two of the lights by the beds were not working either the bulb said not been changed to work there was a problem and the bathroom door knob was incredibly loose.. my roommate was worried about the security deposit so I took video of the issues and showed it to the front desk to bring it to their attention that that was there when we got there.. the breakfast offerings were minimal.. cereal, toast,coffee Juice. However the room was nice the beds were comfortable. Other than the small things that were there already the room was clean.. it was fine for the night that we needed to stay there but I probably wouldn't stay there for more than a couple days..

I went through three separate rooms, all three were filthy, I ended up having to sweep someone else’s bodily hair out of my room, in one of the rooms the fridge was broken and exposed outlets, another room had someone else’s bodily hair on the pillows and nightstand and in the bathroom sink, there was someone else’s old bar of soap left behind as well, one of the rooms heaters was broken and had visible moisture mold on the vents and filters, I was offered no compensation for this not even any amount of a refund for going through all of that I showed up at 11 and didn’t get into a room till around 12:30 due to running back and forth because of the filth in the rooms, stay far far far away, I have all the images to back this up. Needs a health inspector gone through the whole place ridiculous!!!

There were a group of kids (locals?) in the parking lot making noise and blowing their car horns until someone asked them to quiet down, and then they all left shortly thereafter. When leaving the next morning, there wasn't much at the breakfast counter I'd want to eat, and I had to wait 10-15 minutes for a new pot of coffee to be made.

The floor wasnt mopped over and i could tell because my sons feet were black. There were bugs in the bathroom and the pillows are small for kid's. The mattress felt super super cheap so it was uncomfortable. They had the microwave sitting on top of the mini fridge that was unstable but they said oh well and put a lamp on top of all of that. You had to be careful otherwise you could knock the lamp over and then they would charge you for it. Something that theynneed to fix is the room door, it doesnt close easily and you have to kind of slam it. Not sure why either but the curtins dont cover the whole window so having anyone walking by who could peep in was super great. By the way check your sheets and mattress because ours had stains.

First when we got there we found out that there was a hidden fee of 50 dollars of a security deposit, the room place looked like it was under construction, the second floor on the outside was uneven, it looked like a crime scene with yellow tape everywhere, the door would not stay closed without slamming it, the room wasn't clean, it had dirty towels in the bathroom, hair was in the tub... And to to things off it was infected with roaches... I will never stay there again!!!!!!

I was there during renewing the place it looked like they just put new furniture in there so things like phone and cups and coffee missing but checking was friendly and great breakfast room and check in area still had furniture in boxes and breakfast was toast raisin bread and cold cereal but for the price they charge can’t complain

Property is under construction which was not mentioned in write-up. There was construction noise and debris everywhere. I had to be moved 3 times before I finally gave up and slept in the final room they offered. My first room had a toxic fume smell. Second room door to the outside did not lock Third room had many missing items and door was crocked on hinges so while it locked it felt unsafe. Many other issues too numerous to mention. Will not stay here again.

Was put in are first room and walked in to trash all over the floor. Filled trash can and beds that had been slept in ! Second room couldn't get in or out of without fighting the door handle to let us enter and exit. Ordered a room with a king size bed and got two double beds. Couldn't slept in the same bed with my husband. And the one bed was half off the frame by morning. And a wonderful hole in the bathroom door from someone's fist.Couldn't close the bathroom door for privacy. And found out that no king size beds are available after purchasing what said the last room available with that size bed. Will not use this location for any later stays. Also the continental breakfast that they said that was free was only toast, cereal with tiny bowls along with Dixie cups for the coffee.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. It was filthy. The room was actually cleaned with a leaf blower i saw the man do it. There was not even a garbage can in the room. No chair.. no water preasue..no soap dish in the shower..by far the worst hotel i ever stayed in and would not have stayed except i was exhausted.

It was filthy in every way I have photos. The pool was green. The drain was clogged. The lampshade was broken. The lock was broken and it opened to the outside and I’m by myself. Our experience was horrible! It started from time we got their! They didn't have the room we booked then our key card wouldn't work so we changed rooms! Then the rooms were disgusting, holes in wall, stuff all over walls and even a booger on the mattress! I woke up with bed bug bites all over my ankles too! The fridge also didn't work ugh. They even had a mattress laying out in parking lot! When we asked for a refund they refused and just said they have the rooms inspected and they don't have any bugs! Needless to say we left forfeited our money and stayed at Compfrt Inn which was amazing I might add!!!!!

If we knew that there was no crib (staff said they don’t do cribs anymore), that the whole family place was under construction ( our room was awful, beds were old mattresses, the faucet leaked all night. We asked for towels (there was four of us and they only gave one towel), the ceiling was cracked and sitting low, the dresser had a space for drawers but only one drawer was there). The room smelled awful and the floors were so dirty our feet were black (had to rewatch our feet and then keep shoes on until climbing into the bed!) this place should be condemned or at least closed while under construction (it didn’t feel safe to walk around! The floors were dipped and uneven). Would not recommend staying here. We stopped on our way from Florida to Ohio but regret it.

Please do not stay here I was traveling with my service animal and the people at the front desk tried to bamboozle me out of 20 dollars for a pet fee then proceeded to ask for my animals paperwork. Funny thing was that the pet fee amount as stated in their own office was 15 dollars. Expedia please remove this property from your website or do better at getting the properties you post.

The property is undergoing renovation as they had items outside several rooms. The cleanliness around the property was dirty. The room, however, was decent except for the condition of the floor and walls. The walkway to the room on the second floor seemed sketchy.

The staff were completely unhelpful and didn’t seem to care about resolving any of these issues. I would not recommend staying here to anyone — spend your money elsewhere.

This hotel is a complete disappointment. They advertise free breakfast, but there is absolutely nothing provided. The rooms are filthy, and the so-called “WiFi” is basically non-existent—weak when it even connects at all. The customer service is terrible. Staff are rude and unhelpful, and when you ask for something as simple as clean towels, they actually question why you need them instead of just providing them. The towels they do give you are dirty anyway. Save yourself the frustration—there are plenty of better options in the area. This Days Inn should be ashamed to operate under the Wyndham name.

My room was not clean at all. There was smudges on the sheets and comforters. When I told the office, I was told there were no other rooms nor bed linens were available. Horrible stay!

The room was not what we booked. They charged us an extra fee for early check-in. The room was dirty, smelled moldy and floors were extremely dirty. The door frame was busted and couldn’t be secured. No staff were available to clean and we were offered a swifter and told to clean it ourselves. In addition they offered to change us to a room with twin beds which was even more moldy smelling and adjacent rooms have been gutted from flood damage. We left the property and booked another room from Hotel.com which met our expectation with a clean safe and secure room. We have documented pictures of the conditions above and intend to seek recourse with Expedia. This is our first bad experience through Expedia bookings.

Food options on-site we're not that great. Internet access was available, but connection was slow and would occasionally drop. The beds we're sleep-able, but not what I would call comfortable. Stay away from the pool until some serious DEEP CLEANING is done. The hotel is under renovation, so this may help with some of the issues. However, I would suggest bringing your own towels and such, if you require more than one set...because that is all that you're going to get.

Check in was quick and easy got to the 2 rooms we rented 1 room had a leaning bed but at first sight appeared ok. (This room wouldn’t be used till kids were picked up from Kings dominion) the other literally smelled like mold smoke and death and had what appeared to be blood splatter on wall. They quickly got me another room which which every light but the bathroom didn’t work smoke alarm off the wall not in working condition and one bed literally half on the ground broke.. the gentleman from the front had walked down to check and change us rooms again this room seemed ok but when you I say on one bed it caved in I went to say something and he said no more walked away. So I removed the mattress box spring fixed the bent up frame and put it together correct.. the room had a slight smell but I was able to deal and was dirty door walls around toilet and light switches . When my daughter returned with her friend her friend struggled to breath it started making her asthma act up. So we cracked a door to air it out they walked the property during their walk up by the non working pool they had a gentleman start following trying to talk to them and only took off when I got involved. At this point from the earlier experience of being told no and getting ignored I gave up contacted Expedia who tried calling and was told call back and hung up on.. we left rented another room at the quality.. 60 dollars more then days inn for both rooms but well worth it clean nice and nothing gross.

Roaches everywhere. The first room I was given the door would not open it was so damaged and thin I thought I was going to go right thru it when trying to open it. The next room we were given had a wounderful view of the swamp that is growing in the pool. I would have left but it was already late at night and needed somewhere to stay and they would not give me my money back.

You get what you pay for but Sam at the front desk was great. I was originally put in one room and when we got there there were multiple mattresses stacked on one of the beds. Went to the front and got another room. Stayed one night and was asked to move to another room because they were doing renovations. We moved without issue but it was definitely an inconvenience. The pool was not cleaned and out of order. Grass was long and it was kind of ghetto. Couples fighting upstairs and obvious drug deals happening. Not a lot of food places open past 8:40pm. However, it is priced to suit the property so I’ll say it gave what it was worth. Again, Sam was super nice and made me coffee in before we left because breakfast was not available. Also, cell service is horrible here.

Check-in and out was quick and painless. However, the rest of our experience was poor. The exterior of the building was poorly maintained with spots of mold/moss growing on the walkways. The room was abnormally moist and sticky, which was perpetuated by the lack of a fan in the bathroom. The lights barely worked, outlets would not hold plugs and the blowdryer did not work. The internet was limited to nonexistent unless you were in the lobby. The "continental breakfast" consisted of cereal and bread for toast, coffee and juices. Our son was excited for the pool, but we did not go for a swim due to the risk of getting ecoli from the completely green water. Would not recommend and will not be staying again.

The second room was a slight improvement, but still very dirty and the door lock was broken. I found in both rooms the linens were disgusting and covered in stains. The AC unit takes forever to cool down a room. Pool was green-unusable and the breakfast looked as if it would be nonexistent. False advertising all the way around. Poor management. We left and did not complete our stay. Awful experience.

It's very nice for the money

This facility was a significant disappointment affiliated with the Wyndham name. It was the equivalent of a broke down Motel 6 that hadn't been updated since the 80's. We literally got trapped in our room due to the door sticking in the frame and almost broke it down trying to get out. There were sticky substances on the desk and nightstand, tiny bathroom. We had a second floor room and the balcony/walkway creeked and shifted while walking on it - concerning it may collapse at any time. This place was so bad we didn't even bother to check out, just immediately packed our stuff and left, found another hotel down the road and stayed there. We didn't feel safe staying in this location for even a few hours let alone overnight.

Dead bugs, dirty towel was still hanging behind the door, ceiling in the bathroom was falling off, as well as the shower curtain, empty hotel bottles of soap...there was shards of glass beside the bed, a pill on the floor, tons of hair, smears of who knows all over the back and handle of the toilet, a hole in thee door and various other places... this place is gross!

I have never been to a more unclean hotel room check in took insanely long every single aspect of the room bathroom even the towels had brown stains on them. It was so disgusting. The bed was broken. The blinds didn’t close so people could see in. Shall I go on. Avoid this place at all costs.

On arrival, I was given two keys and directions on parking to walk to our room that overlooked the scum pool. As we walked up the stairs, the smell of mold was significant and realized was from the outside carpet soaked in rain for decades of years. Warping heavy. The room smell wasn’t any better as no air was on to keep the room temp down from heat outside. The AC did work so that was a plus. The light you turned on to come into the room was dim. we did find a lamp but the outlets from the lamp did not work to use. Only two outlets in the room worked so had fun swapping electronics to charge. The doors didn’t latch well. We slammed ours shut just to make sure they locked. Do not let the door shut behind you, trust, it will not shut. As we exited the building each day you can easily push on other room doors and they will open. I tried to be optimistic as I had my mother with me so we headed down to our free continental breakfast to find you could have cereal.. two flavors (Frosted Flakes or Cheerios) even though the third compartment said Raisin Bran… it was full of Frosted Flakes also. In mini fridge was a gallon of milk, gallon of apple juice, and a gallon of orange juice that the whole hotel shared. Only other option was a piece of toast. No water available. Must buy bottled or gatorades. Coffee ok. should be turned into low income housing availability.

I’m a maintenance tech that works for a hotel. I had a terrible stay the front desk staff was alright for the most part but the room was trash the bed was broken and the door didn’t have a lock on it. I was just so tired I didn’t want to fight anything but i wouldn’t waste money here not safe and poorly maintained rooms. Isn’t hard to do your job to the fullest to give your guests a better experience

One of the main reasons I booked this place was the advertised pool, as I was in the middle of a move and looking forward to unwinding after a long, hot day. However, the pool was not available, which was disappointing. Additionally, I was charged an unexpected $15 pet fee. The listing clearly stated that pets were welcome, but there was no mention of an additional charge, nor was it addressed during the booking process. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations.

The hotel had water bugs. It was not clean had crackhead people sitting outside. I did not stay did not feel safe went to a different hotel. This hotel is horrible.

I stay in a lot of cheap and crappy hotels for work, this place made them look like an Omni property.

I… honestly don’t want to talk about it but yeah umm let’s just say inappropriate and uncomfortable sleeping in a same room where I’m assuming the last people stayed in it had their “fun” and it didn’t feel safe for me or my siblings. And the workers at the Inn refused to give us a refund even after this whole terrible experience and making us feel unsafe at night.

Terrible. The hotel online pictures did match the current status of the building. We requested for a non smoking room. They have to move us 3x to find a room that does not smell cigarette smoke. The 3rd room was has the least smell but our neighbor was smoking outside and it goes in to our room. I was not able to sleep the entire night because of the smell. Pillows have stains and door is in terrible state too.

When plugging up the hairdryer, the lights in the room flickered on and off the entire time using it. The television had a terrible picture. ( fuzzy) It was very quiet though. Was fairly clean but absolutely no hand soap and only one hand towel. But it was a good price for what we got.

Disgusting. It’s smelled awful. Room had not been cleaned. There were dirty towels left by a previous person. Sheets were dirty. Everything was sticky. Would not stay here again if you paid me to.

Bed Sheets appeared cleaned, but were covered in small black particles. The headboard to one of the beds was literally falling off the wall it was attached to improperly. One of the towels were stained/soiled. And there was what I hope was mud on the bathroom floor. Bed was acceptable, but far from comfortable. The fridge froze everything we put in it. The main light was headache inducting in its blinking. We only used the bedside lamp for our stay after 30 seconds of the main lights lack of seizure warnings. As for the staff, I have no complaints of interactions with them, they were fine. Pleasant and Quick.

Fair conditiion for the price. Room was clean. Checkin was bad, key did'nt work, took 3 walks back and ford from rooms to front desk. Staffs were helpful though.

This was easily the dirtiest most unkept hotel I've ever been in. Expedia should not list this property it is not safe.

For started the outside of the property looks like trash. The lawn was overgrown and the pool was dirty the water was dark like dirt was in it! The roaches are all over the place! The room where clean but the mattress to the bed where so old. The mattress were lopsided and very uncomfortable! You can feel the springs! The staff at the front desk gave me a hard time. I requested a smoking room and he lied and said he sold out off them then I asked for a 1st floor room and he lied about that too. My husband and I walked the property and seen rooms available. So I had to get nasty with him and tell him to give me a room down stairs.

Room reserved was not available . Room given instead of reserved room was not cleaned prior and had to get another room which was non smoking but had burn holes in blankets. Grounds were unkept and pool was dirty. Very disappointed

Decent room for the night. Outside seems a little sketchy.

This hotel was the worst hotel I’ve ever seen. Once we saw the room. We had to go find a new hotel for the night

Hotel is in terrible condition. Had to change 2 rooms before settling on one that was just acceptable. First 2 rooms had moldy ceilings in the showers with a terrible stench. Cannot be healthy for anyone.

The one room that i had, the door was about to fall off the hing.

Sign says breakfast included with stay. There was no food not even the bare basics. Hotel is decorated and cared for at the correct price for the room. Looking for a cheap one night stay just to rest on long drive. No frills hotel.

The advertised wi-fi will not hold a connection. The bathroom has a cigarette stub on the floor, and there was a used washcloth draped over the shower head. There was no phone in the room. The free continental breakfast was a joke. There were two tubes of unlabeled cereal, an off brand large OJ container in the fridge, and a coffee maker. The floor was dirty and sticky in some places. There were stains on furniture, including the chair and a lamp. Overall, kind of gross. You get you what pay for. The only positive is the fact that there was Comcast service in the room. We had plenty of channels to choose from.
