It was alright

The oldness there was a problem with the water not working properly

Room was spacious. The bathroom could use a little up keep especially the rusty parts. AC was great. TV should be connected to the internet for better options.

Rooms are extremely run down, showerhead is green from them not cleaning it. Shower had stains everywhere, toilet had marks all over the seat.

The room and the prices are ridiculous high for the type of place

Bed was very comfortable. Shower was great. Receptionists at check in and check out were very pleasant. We needed a place to rest for a quick trip into town. Other hotels were $200!? It is an older hotel with no ice machine (that we found) and no breakfast. If you want fancy, this isn't your place. If you want a clean, comfortable place to stay that won't break the bank, this is a great option!

Close to hospital Basic hotel. Beds were comfortable. Room outdated and had a musky smell, ac rattled every time it turned on. It suited its purpose for why we stayed there. Wouldn't be my 1st choice to go back but wouldn't be my last either.

Room clean ac worked well

The desk clerk on duty was exceptional !!!! She went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible!!!! I got bit by an ant in the pool area. It made a big blister on my elbow.

Kinda older place that needs a remake and looks like it needs to be upgrades and add of more ice machines etc on each floor where there was only one on the ground floor

I did not use the pool. The AC worked OK. But my wife is on a walker and at 3 o’clock in the morning she had to go to the bathroom so I helped her we heard a heavy dripping coming from the bathroom area. And when opening the door water was coming out of the event above the toilet. The floor was soaked of water, which I had to clean up with all the towels. And while we had to go to the bathroom, we had to put a towel over our heads so the dripping wouldn’t get on us. also, the hot and cold faucet to the sink was stripped so in the beginning, all we got was hot water. But fussing with it for a while finally got lukewarm water in the morning. The water was still coming out of the vent above the toilet we were were not able to shower and still had to use towels to cover our heads to go to the bathroom. We notified the the staff in the morning about the problem, and my thought was that they would be generous enough to refund our stay, but they didn’t seem too concerned at all. The manager just looked at it and said OK we’ll take care of it so we packed our stuff and left early . As I was leaving, I went to the front desk and told them we were checking out and the manager hand me one of his cards and said I hope you decide to stay here on your next trip. Thank you for coming. I don’t think that’s gonna happen.

A/C did not work as it should. Set the temp at 68 and it was still hot in the room.

Roaches in the room. Room had an odor. Agent gave me an attitude when I told him I hope they fixed the bathroom because it wouldn’t flash. The bathroom toilet was shaking when you seat on it. I can’t belive I am saying this but housekeeping supervisor was very rude towards us when I told her my toilet is not flushing. Very loud in the early morning considering the hotel is less then 100 feet from the major road.

A good location. Right off the freeway and there were plenty of food and gas stations nearby The hotel is old and outdated. Our tv didn’t work, there is no breakfast offered. It was clean but since it’s so outdated it still looks dingy.

Dirty , cleaning lady try to open your door since 8:30 am for cleaning even though the check out is at 11:00am . Cigarette smoke on the rooms , and 50 $ for one hour for late check out . Please think twice before you stay here !

We asked for extra pillows and were told they didn’t have any. Also had roaches in the bathroom. The doors are so heavy that they slam all night long from other rooms and kept us awake. Close to Moffitt

We did not check in. Photographs of the hotel demonstrated/advertised a continental breakfast arrangement. When we arrived there was no such offering. This constitutes false advertising and we cancelled the reservation without checking in and have requested a refund.

The place looks and FEELS like a prison the moment you step into it. It has nothing to offer for the $123 that I paid for the night that I stayed. You just have a cheap bare floor, a creaking wooden desk, and an air conditioner that as loud as a large and nasty dump truck. On the bed there were 4 little pillows (1.5 foot each). When I kept them next to each other, they were very low. When I put them on top of each other, they did not offer much room for my head to move around and I kept waking up and adjusting them during the night. Now I have a terrible neck pain. We could hardly sleep from the extremely loud noise. The room has a little window that is of no use during the day or the night (because it overlooks the parking lot and the sun beats on it throughout the entire afternoon. The woman who checked us in was nasty, because we interrupted her from eating her dinner. Before booking, I called and asked if breakfast was included, and they confirmed that it was. However, the dining hall has been shut down for days, and they did not even offer a cup of orange juice (nada... nothing at all). In third world countries I stayed at cleaner and better hotels than this. If I had seen it before booking, I would not have booked it even it it was $20.

The breakfast was not good. The milk was soured. The juice was too watery. The eggs were a disappointment.

The night staff associate was nice. However, the property is really old and in need of renovation. The hallways along with bedrooms had such a soot and cigarette smoke smell. The elevator also did not work.

Questionable people in parking lot, random person knocking on door at 1am, totally lacked any good feeling about staying there.

The entire hotel had a fowl odor and was filthy. I also killed 2 roaches in our room. People were hanging out outside the hotel and it made us feel unsafe. I do NOT recommend this hotel. Bad experience.

The Room I Was In Was 110 I Had Been To The Hotel Before And The Room I Had Was 103 Or 102 I Know It Was In Front But It Was Very Updated And Nice Much Cleaner In Depth Than Room 219 On The Second Floor With Carpet I Did Assume That All The Rooms Were Tiled Until I Saw Room 219 The Room 110 Was Fair But I Feel It Could Have Been Better Updated Like Previous 101 102 In The Very Front Downstairs.

Sleep area was just ok (one bed squeaked), no printed tv guide and tv navigation was difficult, very bare bones furnishings. The bathroom had one upgrade from the 1980’s…the toilet. All other fixtures/shower enclosure were antique and the handle on vanity faucet spun around. The floor was disgusting with black mold along wall and in corners. I booked online for $140/night taxes. Expedia should re-evaluate this place.

Cons: Dirty hallways, smelled like smoke and mildew, overflowing trash bins, bed was a nod hard, and continental breakfast was just bread, cereal, and not so good looking eggs. Overall the rooms are great but the common areas are not well taken care of. Good for just a shower and sleep.

The room was big and fixed, the dresser drawer was dirty, bathroom seat was broken in room 110 and 112. The backyard was nasty and also the little lake. The breakfast was poor no sausage for the eggs .

I booked this hotel because of the price. When I pulled up, at the front door it smelled like weed (this was for the entire stay). Every smoker congregates at the front door to smoke as well. The room was nice looking at first glance. I completed my meeting and got ready for bed and when I pulled back the covers I had a bed sheet with a cigarette burn in the middle of the sheet I know the cleaning person had to have seen, there were also several stains on one side of the bed sheets nearest the window. I went to the other side of the bed and when I laid down, I literally slid towards the middle of the bed because the springs in the bed moved me that way. The staff was friendly once they finished their conversation or text message but you had to wait on them to complete that before you could speak. Next time I will pay extra and go to a different place.

Smoking is allowed, so the smell is horrendous Trash piled outside. Pool was out of service Requested maid service, housekeeping flipped my sign to do not disturb and kept it moving. Do not stay here… It’s Bates Motel

Our room did not smell good. There was mold in the bathroom and above the A/C units. Cockroaches were under the refrigerator.

The room was comfortable, but a bit noisy. It's an older building with gaps at the door. The communal spaces have been updated, but the room is still sporting old carpet and finishes. Corners in the room and bathroom could use some focused cleaning.

It is an old facility and the owners need to re-invest in the quality of the rooms, noisy frig and AC units, bath room fixtures need help, door dead blending work, drapes wouldn’t close all the way… facilities are just old!

Check-in was terrible. The hotel front desk staff rude. We booked non-smoking room, because I am 9 months pregnant, but room smells like somebody smoked in the room 2 minutes ago. We told that to front desk staff immediately, but they did nothing and asked us do we want to cancel reservation. Room is generally old and dirty. We could not touch the towels at all.

Serviceable, and affordable, which is mostly what I needed. Conveniently located to where I needed to be. A/C was cold, shower was hot. I would stay there again if I needed a bachelor kind of hotel for a couple days. That said, I would never bring my family to stay here. The whole hotel reeks of weed, the pool is terrible, the continental breakfast is comically bad. The power went out multiple times (that may not have been their fault) Overall 2.5 stars.

The owners obviously put care into maintaining their hotel. The staff is helpful and conscientious. It's not fancy and the building is older, but it's solid, provides appropriate essentials, and it's kept clean. It had easy access to the highway to get to many points of interest. We would stay here again.

The room is old, although the walls are painted, the beds, curtains, furniture, paintings and lamps are very old and in poor condition, the bathroom has a broken sink, black mold on the ceiling and bathtub. It is not a $180 a night hotel in my opinion the price should be $40.

Clean but run down and in need of a facelift.

The location was perfect for our needs as our son lives close by. The building is older but the management are doing a great job of keeping it clean. The pool is small but inviting. The bedding and towels were very clean and white.

This was a late arrival, one night stay for us. Check in was efficient and the gentleman was very polite. The lobby area is a bit spartan but there was a computer station, a brochure rack and ice and vending machines. The breakfast was basic with cold cereals, breads, biscuits, gravy, eggs, juice and coffee. The room was a bit dated but clean with a microwave, fridge and coffee maker. We would stay here again.

The bedroom area was clean and recently painted. The bathroom was nasty - the area around where the tub joins the shower enclosure was covered with black mold/mildew. The hotel was occupied by only a few other guests - il looks like a ghost town. We thought it was closed when we drove in.

Ok stay for a quick 1 night stay

Staff was exceptionally friendly, very clean room and all areas were as well. Quiet.

Check in was fine. I was able to get a room overlooking the parking lot as I requested. However the non smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. There seemed to be a party in the room next to me. This was a room that joined mine so there was a door in between. I assume the smoke was coming through the cracks in the door. Anyhow the party continued throughout the night. I was awoken around 3am to what sounded like a nightclub in the room next to me. I called the front desk dozens of times with no answer. I ended up having to go downstairs and track down a worked to deal with the noise. This continued to go in for hours. I wouldn’t recommend this place as it seemed like a regular thing.

I went pass the entrance to the motel it needs a sign or something to let you know where to turn in also the grass or lack of was very tall and trying to walk my dog was difficult for him to go to the bathroom as the weeds were so tall other than that it was a nice clean room
