I liked everything about it. It was very clean. However, there was no coffee.I the blinds are just solid though so we couldn't really open them without everyone staring through the window.When they walked by lol but we're really enjoying it is a great place

Was able to check-in early. Very friendly staff. Room was clean and nice. Parking was great. Me and my girlfriend had a wonderful time visiting Big Bear and Arrowhead. Perfect Arrowbear spot. This is my 2nd time here.

I didn’t like to see lots of weeds around the hotel. Not just a bit. A lot. Also a little bit of trash outside. The inside the property it was clean.

No hair dryer, old food in the fridge. Place seemed clean but those were issues for us. Additionally, there was one guy on staff and he was not helpful. Had to drive an hour for a blow dryer

This motel is in a very quiet area, and has a nice cozy cottage vibe to it with updated rooms. The front desk staff were very courteous. We felt very comfortable staying there. I highly recommend staying there and enjoying the surrounding businesses’ and environment.

The place was excellent, very accommodating, quiet, they had a great selection of TV channels, very clean, staff were very kind. Would definitely recommend. My son and my wife both liked their soft blankets.

Shower was greasy and slippery with hair in corners 3. Headboard was greasy with handprints and drip marks 4. Unaware of door leading to another guest room that appeared locked but you can hear every word 5. Secondary lock taken off front door 6. Walls covered in oily substance.

Yeah its dirty microwave fridge floors even tv but its a bed to sleep in at night IG....

The only small challenge was that the TV was a bit difficult to navigate at first, but we were able to figure it out. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be coming back!

The room was in good condition. The problem is the front desk person - she doesn't know what she is doing. It took us almost an hour before we can get both rooms we booked and paid for. We had to call Expedia to help explain to her the situation. She doesn't even know where the rooms are located. She instructed us to go the back of the building same floor, when our room is on the 2nd flr at the front of the building. After we found it, I went back to tell her that she should know the layout of their motel. Her reply is I dont work here! She said she is just covering for a friend who stepped out. But guess what, she is the only one there all weekend. When I asked for the manager, she just went to the back office and came back talking on the phone! No manager on site - and they left someone who doesnt know what she's doing to handle the motel all weekend.

The Indian front desk girl is unwelcoming, unfriendly and even hostile. 100% NOT willing to help when we asked nicely to switch to a quieter room. She insisted all room occupied which is a lie because I see at least 5 rooms empty. They might be booked but they are all empty.

There were some cleanliness issues: some old wrappers in the fridge, a dirty ice tray, nothing worth raising a fuss about.

The rooms are remodeled but filthy!!! There were hairs in the sink, urine under the seats, rings around the toilet, dust collected on toilet, gross shower, very clear that the housekeeping doesn’t regularly clean the bathrooms. Even after complaining and the housekeeping returned to clean, the dust on the toilet was left as is! Would highly discourage individuals from staying here!

Yes. Nice staff. Room fine but the door wasn’t closing properly. We were interrupted at 9 pm to try to fix it. We were already in bed. He apologized but it was an awkward interaction.

Very clean, modern room, and already toasty when we arrived. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. It's a minimal staff, so expect what you might experience staying at a distant relative's house.

We were impressed with how updated our room with two beds, was with nicely tiled shower, touch screen mirror. The retro red frig and microwave was cool. It was very clean and comfortable for the two nights we stayed. We would come again!

Staff was excellent! had an issue with the blinds in my room and the gentleman in the office swap me in to a new one no problem, if you book ahead the preheat the rooms during the colder months!

Stayed with the family. It was clean, comfortable, and the hosts were very welcoming. It was close to everything: lake arrowhead village and skypark at santa village. Also, it was close to most of the hiking trail

At first look , it seemed very clean but then we found a clump of hair on the shower floor . There were used contact lenses left by the window. There was a folded towel by the sink with lipstick stains on it. When it was time for bed , we noticed the sheets had what seemed to be burn holes on them . The place overall was quiet but housekeeping was not the best.

I left my watch in my room. I didn't know until they called me. Thank you very much. I am ready to mail it to me. It is a very recommended hotel. The biggest highlight is quiet and clean. I will come to stay for a few days next time and enjoy a quiet life.

Clean room, quick service, and close to a diner. I was just looking for a place to rest before driving back home and have no regrets.

One of the pillows on our bed had major stains, very visible through the white pillowcase. So gross! Walls are very thin, heard guests talking and being intimate with each other. The heater/AC unit is super loud, kept waking me up at night. It’s not a bad place to stay for a night, but they need to do a better job with their bedding cleanliness- the rest of the room was clean. Room looks updated too.

Loved how clean it was, and the bed was super comfortable especially after all our hiking! The fact that its perfectly between Big Bear and Lake Arrowhead was extremely convenient!

There were ants in the room. Needed face towels and no more shampoo. Guy drooped the towel son the ground and still gave me the towel. . Property interior is good. Outside is not well kept.

From the outside, this place looks like many of the other little hotels in the area where when you walk into your room, and it’s mountain kitch, with bears and dark wood, and deer heads , etct. But this place is different, the rooms are beautiful. It’s obvious they’ve been recently renovated. They’re large and fresh and open. Huge TV great sound. Fridge freezer microwave. That was a pretty kick ass room.

It was a good price for a one night stay, you could hear the upstairs neighbors walking and moving things. 35 minutes from Big Bear Lake and 20 min from Arrowhead Lake.

Front staff was so kind and accomodating. For the price, the quality was great. Rooms were clean, looked updated for a remote location and even had a mini fridge and microwave.

Very nice stay. Dont judge a book by its cover. While the outside doesnt look too great (maybe some paint can help) the inside is like any other 4 star hotel. Parking lines can be more defined and can use more trash cans inside the room. Bathroom is pretty small but clean and good enough.

Rooms had been updated and were clean. Staff was friendly and prompt with requests. Only complaint is we could hear all our neighbors. The people above us were unpacking until late into the evening which sounded like a heard of elephants bowling. The hotle provided the basics forba one night stay for a reasonable price.

Clean, good sized room, brand new fridge, microwave and updated bathroom. Easy free, parking. Close to decent restaurants (Victoria's family restaurant was great). Only 10 min from Snow Valley. Only down side was no hairdryer in room, but they gave me one on request. Bed was comfy.

Very updated rooms! Pretty clean and the management was very friendly and helpful. I only wish the front desk was kore accessible there was never anyone there. Would love some coffee provided in the morning as there is no coffee maker in the room. Other than that we would stay again!

There was hair stuck to the bathroom wall and on the bathroom floor. The AC was extremely noisy, couldn’t sleep with it on. No one was available in the office to attend to my problem

Clean rooms, close to snow valley. Our only complaint is that the walls are very thin. We had a 1st floor room and you can hear neighbors walking and talking on all sides. Overall we would stay here again.

Brand new owner and totally renovated motel building. Quiet neyberhood. Easy in and out. Don't expected anything luxurious, you get what you paid for. Plenty of parking spaces. Easy access to Snow Valley and Big Bear Lake.

Nice and clean! Rooms are fully remodeled! Loved the fridge and microwave feature! Just wish we would have a coffee maker! Other than that, No issues at all. There’s a few restaurants nearby. One is literally across the street: Would highly recommend.
