Very clean, fresh, accommodating. I had a great sleep there. The owner gave us so many suggestions for parking and restaurants. I would definitely stay again. I can’t think of a thing.

The decoration style reminds me of the mainstream decoration style in China in the 1990s, bringing back a lot memories. The hostess is very enthusiastic and seems to be the main person in charge of reception, with her phone number being the one left for contact. When checking in, she happened to be out, so the host, a very serious uncle, came to receive us by ringing the doorbell. He has his own set of principles and rules. For example, he would point out very seriously that this table belongs to this room, and that table belongs to that room. Another example is that we booked two apartments, and when he introduced the first one, he only allowed the people staying in the first apartment to enter, while the others had to wait outside. This would be considered impolite in China, which I find quite amusing, but I believe it's his own insistence. He has his own passage to get up and downstairs, so when moving from one room to another, he would take his own path and let us go outside. This reminds me of Madame Zhou in "Shantaram" For me, it's very amusing, but I would suggest to the host that when receiving guests from the East in the future, he should not do this, as it might be acceptable in the West but could make people feel not very warm in the East. Finally, the host would very carefully introduce how to operate each device in the room, making me think he is a Virgo. In fact, this is completely unnecessary, as there is nothing particularly special about the devices in the room, and basically anyone living in modern civilization would know how to use them. Other than that, there is nothing else to say. We only stayed for one night, arrived late and left early, and the comfort of the room is super. Due to time constraints, we did not try breakfast, but everyone says it's good, so I think it should be quite nice. Nothing particular... Originally we plan to cook by our own but when we noticed that kitchen isn't big enough for us to operate, we hang out and find a nice restaurant nearby.

Hospitality of Elvina and Marino was wonderful, great recommendations, breakfast was great, excellent coffee. Really tried to help with gluten free food. The apartment was very clean and comfortable A bit far from the old city and the beach for walking. With a car it’s OK

Warm friendly couple who even did a washing load for us. Excellent breakfast. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable Our only suggestions that would have made this a perfect 10 would have been coffee sachets and few tea bags in our room. Also availability of bicycles to use as some other properties in the vacinity to get to the old town.

Very clean, well-furnished property with a lovely balcony overlooking the town. Secure undercover parking for our motorcycle. Hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Rovinj is a picturesque town with a pretty harbour. Loved walking around the old cobbled streets and the relaxed atmosphere. It was at least a 30 minute walk into town. No plug for kitchen sink but we mostly ate out.
