Absolutely great location within walking distance to the city center, yet also a convenient drive out of the city to more remote beaches. The accommodation also offered a partial sea view, which was pleasant. Except for some details (missing a non-stick pan), the kitchen was well-equipped. We also requested extra towels and received plenty of them. Covered parking to protect from the sun, so you don't get into a hot car in the morning. The apartment is very spacious; we stayed in an apartment with a kitchen and two bedrooms. Plenty of storage space and hangers. Apart from a few details, like spider webs, it was well-cleaned and tidy. Before arrival we asked is there is a non-stick unscratched pan, so we could bring our own if necessary – owner was unwilling to find out and replied that they don’t clean the accommodation and didn’t know. The quality of the appartment does not match the high price. Everything is old, damaged, and repaired with duct tape. The air conditioning banged loudly and made a lot of noise (the lady who checked us tried to fix it with duct tape which didn’t help), the extractor fan has a broken pipe, some of the stove burners don’t work properly, and the door lock can only be locked in a specific position, sometimes it takes several minutes to close the door. The biggest disappointment was the misleading information about the terrace. It’s actually the entrance to another apartment, so there's no privacy as other guests walk through it. This is something that should be mentioned in the description! There is a door in the kitchen leading to the other apartment, and you can hear the neighbors. The air conditioning is only in the kitchen, but its cool air doesn’t reach any other room. The wifi is very poor; we needed to work but the wifi couldn’t even handle a regular Teams call. On the first day, our refrigerator broke down, and since it was the weekend, the owner couldn’t arrange a repair. Additionally, the refrigerator had broken shelves taped with duct tape, and there was spilled and frozen blood and a piece of old meat in the freezer. Since we had a fridge full of food, she offered us the use of her fridge in an adjacent building, which was very messy. While I appreciate at least some solution to the problem, it’s not something you want to deal with on vacation – I would have expected at least some price compensation. The bathroom smelled terrible, and it was impossible to get rid of it. In the courtyard there is a car repair that makes noise and plays loud music on weekdays. Several items from description were missing – a toasterand a fan. We would not stay here...

It was very clean and had free and easy parking in front. Walk 10 minutes to closest beach and 20 minutes to Rovinj center. The balcony was lovely. Lots of room, good kitchen.

Very nice and friendly owner. Apartment is exceptionally clean and has everything you need. We especially appreciated the nice terrace for breakfast and covered free parking. Location is great, 10 munities to the old city. Overall can totally recommend and would come again!
