We loved our stay! The hotel was clean, our rooms were clean and breakfast was yummy both days we were there.

The first night the AC in our room was not working. The staff was so helpful and immediately moved us the next day. Every single employee was so pleasant. The pool was clean and didn't have a breathtaking chlorine smell like a lot of places. The breakfast was different each morning of our stay. We were grateful for that. The water was hot and had great pressure. I would give them 10 stars if it was an option. They have definitely converted us to hotel stays instead of renting homes. Thank you SO much for such a pleasant experience!

The lasy at the front desk was nice and very helpful, very welcoming. The room was clean, the beds were nice and comfortable. This is actually me 2nd stay and that's why I chose it. The sink in the bathroom had a very slow leak.

The hotel room was clean, and the water pressure in the shower was the best I’ve ever experienced. My only complaint would be how noisy the other guests were that were on the 3rd floor.

The hotel is very nice and clean during my stay. The staff members were very polite and engaging. The room itself is spacious enough for two people. The breakfast was decent and I’m glad they hot food like eggs and linked sausage. I’m so glad this place has an inside swimming pool because it was pretty much raining the whole time.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. We were only there for one night, but the check in experience couldn't have been any easier.

No side bars on walls of bathroom to help rising from toilet. Not enough hooks in bathroom to hang towels and personal items. Drain lever on faucet was not working so that yo could not fill the basin.

Came here for the weekend. We absolutely LOVED our stay! Not much of a selection for breakfast, but thats because we didnt wake up early lol. We did not want to leave our hotel!! We will pick this hotel the next time we're in town.

It was a great place to stay. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was great and Damian that was in charge of the breakfast area does a great job with presentation and was very friendly. The food was delicious and there was a variety to choose from.

However, cleanliness could be improved. The floor had visible stains, and we even found a gummy bear. One of the face towels had someone’s hair in it, even though it was neatly folded. During the night, the AC unit made a loud noise when it turned on. It eventually stopped, but it was quite disruptive to our sleep.

The room needed some touching up. The wall in the restroom near the shower was coming apart and the shower head was leaking. Reported to staff as I was checking out. Overall great stay and will return and recommend

I had booked a stay through for 2 queen beds. When I got to the hotel that evening, they informed me that there were no more 2 queen bedrooms left. The receptionist explained that sometimes booking through third-party, you run the risk of losing your original room booking. The room also had no hand soap and when we inquired about this, they told us that we had to use the body wash in the shower stall. 2 other different families in our group told us the same exact things happened to them as well, even booking through Marriott. I will not stay at this location again

I would really love to give this hotel a 5 star review as the staff attempted to address the issues however, when the issues happen in the early hours - it's really inconvenient to "move to a better room." When we checked in, the first room's TV wouldn't connect to the internet so they moved us to the floor of our choice and a room that was better. At least so we thought. The TV worked right away but we would soon find out that the AC struggled to work. The hallway wound up being cooler than our room. I nearly had a panic attack getting ready in the morning due to the heat. Also, at around 7:30am, water started to leak from the sprinkler that was over my daughter's bed. She was resting for a tournament that day so moving at that time was not an option. I just put a towel down and figured we would chat with the front desk as we left. I do love this brand but wish that we would have been compensated for all of the issues.

The only reason i didn't give 5 stars is because the doors slam/ close very loudly. There's no way to close them softly so each time someone goes in or out of their room, the noise is pretty loud. The room was on the side of a major road … and it was loud you could hear it as if you were standing on the side of the street.. I didn’t have an issue with any of the hotel employees or the room being clean. But I did not sleep at all, what’s the purpose of staying at a hotel if you can’t sleep.

The staff was great, the whole place was awesome. We found a roach on the wall in the bedroom and freaked us out. Then my key card wouldn’t work to get in the pool area so we constantly had to talk to the front desk anytime we needed in.

It was very clean and had good grab and go breakfast items. There was only one thing that was annoying. The way the room is arranged it shaped even. There is literally nowhere in the room that you can see the tv straight on. Weird.

It's beautiful, clean and very quiet.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Their was a great variety of food at the continental breakfast. I like the way the lobby was set it. Smelled nice and modern looking. . Sone of the food at the breakfast looked old, some of the sliced bread and cheese. We were on the fourth floor, and it seemed a little weird that ants were in the bathroom.

This was a wonderful stay for a concert. Easy drive to the venue, safe and quiet area. Staff were friendly, beds were comfortable and air conditioning was cold. A few questionable stains on the couch, but we didn’t need to sit there. I’d definitely stay again.

We always stay at this particular hotel because it is very close to Ameris Bank Amphitheatre. I have stayed here 3 times this year it is very convenient.

Booking was paid in full - no clarity provided on why our reservation was cancelled. No apologies for cancelling our reservation - very disappointing of Marriott. Huge inconvenience especially after taking an 8+ hour trip and being informed that he simply decided to cancel our paid reservation.

Loved this hotel. Arrived late but when we passed the Bentley dealership I knew it was a nice area. Enjoyed everything about this hotel, the space, layout, and even the Moen shower head was amazing!

I was worried my children would to wild for how nice the hotel was but the staff assured me they were more than welcome and were very kind to my children as well. We travel twice a month for the last 4 years and this was the best stay we’ve ever had.

Before we left the hotel day 2 of a 3 day stay—-they promised a refresh of the room. It’s the worse feeling when you come back at 8pm and it wasn’t done. Very disappointing. And shows the lack of discipline of the staff.

Everything about this hotel was great. Great service, staff, breakfast, rooms and location! My children also enjoyed the stay. There is really nothing to complain about. I travel a lot for work and it’s not always easy to find a great hotel. Rooms were clean and quiet. We never had an issue with getting service from housekeeping when needed. Safe and walkable location with lots of food choices and a Walmart close by.

I was in Room 408 did not have a phone. I did not have a cell phone and could not call down stairs. Sad. I would like to be compensated for the unconvinced.

We stayed one night for a volleyball tournament. The suite was spacious, clean, and cozy. The bathroom was huge! All the staff we encountered were very kind and helpful! They had a variety of food for breakfast. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it!

This time we felt that the overall quality had gone down. It began with the fact that it took us almost 10 minutes to locate the check-in clerk. In the room, there were some indications of deferred maintenance. Finally, the breakfast was not as good as before. Since the price of the room went up 40% compared to our last visit, it hardly was a good value.

This property was good. The beds were clean but the carpets were dirty. The staff was nice but not overly welcoming. Overall convenient location and clean beds.

I would recommend anybody staying in the Alpharetta/Roswell area in Georgia, the SpringHill suites by Marriott,. Comfortable room everything was clean and neat. We took a handicap room because of my handicap and it was really great. Awesome breakfast, really nice front desk personnel. You are also centrally located to everything.

This hotel was great! We went to a concert at the America amphitheater which was in walking distance. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The room was spacious. The breakfast was also delicious. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel site said it was a balcony room. We didn’t have a balcony. Also, the cost was more than $50/night too high. We weren’t staying near a beach, or special venue to justify the high rate. Too expensive!

Very friendly person who checked us in. Check in was very easy and room was great! Beds are VERY comfortable and we had plenty of towels and necessities. All rooms are suites and really nice. Weve stayed at other Springhill Suites by Marriott and all have been wonderful. We left early in the mor ing, so we didnt have breakfast and can't speak to that. The only downside to this particular hotel, is the particular night we stayed all rooms were reserved and the parking area is not large enough to accommodate all vehicles. Cars were parked everywhere on the property.

Love this hotel. Everything was very clean. Staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was amazing.

The hotel and the staff were very nice; however, I was charged for a room with a balcony and this hotel does not have any balcony rooms. I was refused a refund for the rate difference between a regular room and a balcony room which was approximately $150. The hotel blamed Expedia and Expedia blamed the hotel. Beware when booking a room for this hotel -- NO BALCONY ROOMS are availab.e
