Parking was safe and secure, nice outdoor area to sit and enjoy the sun!
-
The location was good close to the fairgrounds. No free breakfast, I had to ask to have the rooms cleaned and the conditioner filled. I was there for 5 days

Perfect location, very friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable, quiet and very accommodating. We stay here when we go to Minneapolis NE to visit family.

Decent rooms and easy parking. Conveniently located for activities in Roseville/Falcon Heights area.

There was a hockey tournament in town with families and kids staying in the hotel. It was noisy.

We were placed in a handicap room. Room overall was clean. The bed was worn and not very comfortable. The hot water took a long time to get warm & the tub didn't drain well. The pool was very small & the jets for the hot tub didn't work. There also were ants in the pool area. Breakfast is $15/person even our 2 year old who wouldn't eat more than 1/2 a pancake so we decided to go elsewhere. We ended up checking out early. Front desk lady was sure to remind us that our 2nd night would be nonrefundable & could not print us any kind of receipt for cancelling. We took the loss on that night unfortunately. Overall staff was friendly but wouldn't chose this location again.

Clean, Hot tub was broken. Short staffer

The room I had was getting to look a bit well used with some items not exactly working just right. Usb plugs sloppy, toilet paper hanger loose, tv remote a bit difficult to operate. Nothing serious but definitely not as good as I expected.

Nearly all of the staff were very competent and helpful. Place was quiet. Location good. One front desk person not competent. Bed terribly uncomfortable. Tiny refrigerator at floor level.

Average location, did not have breakfast. Breakfast included in room rate

The hotel helped me a lot, unlike booking.com. Booking.com took my money but the payment had not gone through on the hotels end. Despite sending multiple emails, I had to make a new reservation. The employees working the night of Dec 5th went above and beyond for me while being extremely patient. Nothing, I enjoyed my stay.

The bed was extremely lumpy! I talked to the front desk and was provided a thin comforter on top of the sheets to provide more cushion for the second night. I was offered to move to another room, but told that all the beds were 4 yrs old and I may end up with the same issue, thus why I took the comforter. As someone who has arthritis in my back, it was a rough two nights. The front desk people were very nice, but I won’t be staying there again.

The room was great - clean, large and modern. The staff was kind and helpful. Would recommend!

I did not partake of the food and beverage options. Parking was great, no charge and on site! Concerns: Had issue with the first room....became very ill, disoriented, headache, nausea, confusion....changed rooms at 12:30 am...had to walk 50 room difference...No one offered me help with my luggage, or assist me in any way shape or form!!! They had no idea the 'feathers' were not hypo allergenic... Staff at the front desk, aside from a young African American man...was less than aware of anything the hotel had to offer. And they were in no hurry to assist....rarely stood at the front desk...always behind a closed door and you had to wait for someone to arrive at the desk....always!!!! I was there 4 nights....never again at this location!!!!

The furniture in the room was worn down. The fridge cupboard door was loose and ready to fall off.
