Excellent stay all the way around. It was in a nice location. The AC was great! The room was spacious beds comfy and the pillows were amazing! It had a lot of nice places to eat that were just near the hotel. I have never stayed at a Residence Inn before but this one surpassed my expectations. Staff was exceptional. If there was something that I didn't like it was not related to Residence Inn it was the scorching Heat in the area that I was staying at but the wonderful air conditioning helped make it a pleasant stay.

Staff very helpful and friendly, room was spotless, bed was very comfy and the continental breakfast was fresh and tasty.

The pool was closed during our stay.

The front desk staff was very kind, and I appreciate their professionalism, but finding this out at check-in—especially with a group of four—was disappointing. I was told there may have been a discount applied, but I’m not sure if that was actually reflected. At that point, the hotel seemed very busy with events going on, so there wasn’t much I could do. I just would have really appreciated a heads-up ahead of time so we could plan accordingly.

Got a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite with kitchen. Checked in at 3:20 pm and was told the room wasn’t ready. Came back at 7 and found someone’s shorts by the couch and a stain on the pillow. The room was super nice and I loved it and the guy at the front desk was amazing but don’t stay next to the pool if you go to bed early. It was really noisy and I had a toddler with me.

They double-billed me. I paid in advance with Booking.com and then they charged me after I checked out, and it took many calls to them to fix it. Then they charged me for parking on days that were weeks after I had checked out.

Breakfast was okay, coffee was always available. Room was pleasant.

They stated that they did not get my request for the top floor even though I made it and we did not get one but it was quiet and I didn't hear any stomping or anything so it worked out

The grate in the shower was standing upright & my husband had to put it back in place. All of the TV cords were also unplugged & we had to plug everything in & make sure it was functioning properly. Not major, but a bit odd & different from previous experiences here.

This is my go-to location when staying in the area. It is clean, professional, and quiet. The breakfast is as close to real food (while not being an full restaurant) as one gets with a breakfast-included offering.

They got rid of the free breakfast policy and added about $35 each day if guests wanted breakfast included. But they didn’t track who actually paid. The bathroom was filthy with other guests hair left behind and the room smelled bad with air freshener.

Doors/walls seemed a little thin, could hear people taking in next room but I do not think they were being loud. Room needed a colander.

Oh, and they charged us an extra $10 for parking. We were only there for a few hours and didn’t get much sleep due to smells and noise so the extra charge really rubbed me the wrong way.

Front desk were all friendly and attentive. My room was so much better than anticipated! Booked a king room but got a suite. Everything was so clean. Every detail thought out. I absolutely loved this room. Will absolutely stay here again & recommend to anyone having an event at Top Golf.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn in Roseville. The staff was always friendly and helpful, rooms were very clean and spacious for our family of 4. Breakfast was fresh and also EV charging onsite was a bonus. Nice restaurants within walking distance- highly recommend.

I enjoyed staying here. Everything at the hotel was top notch. I do have one complaint. Paying for parking was completely ridiculous. I would understand if this were a city center hotel. There was no reason to pay for parking. It feels like a way to jab me for more money.

Everything in the room was good with one exception, that we did not have hair conditioner in the bathroom and when we called front desk it took a very long time for somebody to pick up. Then they put me on hold for 20 minutes, and I had to call back again and they wanted to put me on hold again, so it took about 35 minutes to get conditioner. Pool and jacuzzi were under construction, we were really looking forward that jacuzzi. Otherwise there were no problems.

This hotel is one of the best hotels I’ve ever seen that it’s like having your own privacy your own kitchen and everything is supplied there. It is so nice and their breakfast in the morning is perfect.

I always stay here during the winter every year. This was the first time I stayed in a studio with King bed that did not have a bar. The kitchen was too tiny for me to prep. I was in rm 158. I would not want to ever stay in that rm again. There was a broken desk lamp. The mattress was awful and I could feel the springs poking me. It needs a new mattress. Someone also broke the hinge on the dishwasher door where you feed the soap. This place is excellent to stay at but room 158 needs attention. Also the tv was glitching out watching cable and the remote was not responsive. I had a hard time making selections. I expect more from this place.

Check in person was rude (if you were surprised by additional / unexpected charges, you will likely be 'educated' and looked as it you need some more education - at least I had that lesson). There was NO house keeping until 3rd day of stay...Bathroom smelt like public toilet - URINE smell. Towels were kinna thin.. No slippers / tooth brushes / toothpastes. You get charged $150 for your pet which gets zero 'service'. That's alot considering the per night room charges. Comp breakfast finishes at 9am but wasn't that bad - i love their coffee. There are many other 'much better' hotels that charge $0 for pets to stay, AND the pets will get a bed / water bowl / PP pads / Poop bags and some will give your pet a TOY too! Daily room service, slippers / toothbrushes, nice thick towels, in-room' dining, great service / smiles / manners for maybe 200 / night more but well worth that. I felt I get nickle and dimed at this hotel... that pet fee is very bad. Again the toilet feels filthy w/ the strong smell of urine. Will look elsewhere to stay next time.

Great hotel! The rooms were huge and that was a big plus for us. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great as well with a good food selection. Great location that is next to restaurants and entertainment like Top Golf. We will definitely be back!

EV charger

My only complaint is that breakfast was run poorly. The person managing it seemed angry and disgusted. He was borderline hostile when guests spoke to him. Food was pretty good though. I suggest more waffle makers as it's really popular and there are only two. The chafing dishes need to be filled more promptly as well. These two things might help reduce the chaos and stress on staff. I do appreciate that there is a hot breakfast and that it is free. It was one of the reasons I chose to stay here.

Overall stay was nice, room could use some cleaning. Attached pictures show the pillow case we found on our bed, refrigerator door had fingerprints and white cream on it, water faucet had water spraying out when turned on and the back flow trap was filthy l, black and green goop. Management was very apologetic and offered us discount, but as this being the Marriott, it still was disappointing.

We had a wonderful stay here. Easy freeway access with lots of shopping and Top Golf nearby. Parking was plentiful upon arrival and check/in was easy. Courteous and efficient staff. Our room was spacious and very clean. There were plenty of outlets and charging points throughout our unit. Bathroom was very spacious with a large walk-in shower and a separate area was available outside the bathroom itself with two vanities. We slept well…comfy beds and pillows. One of the nicer places we have stayed and we felt quite safe. Highly recommend.

Overall our stay was very nice. The room condition was excellent but the common areas had a strange smell - like stale BO. Beds were comfortable enough - on the better end of typical hotel beds. Condition, quality, and style of all the room decor and amenities was very good.

My original reservation was supposed to be at the residence inn but i received a call that my reservation has changed and they booked me over at their sister hotel, Towneplace suites. I can tell Residence Inn overbooked and had to move my reservation to another hotel. They need to correct that problem.

We stopped for a one night stay after flying in CA, it was a phenomenal stay, especially for the price. There service was amazing, and the room was new, very clean, and comfortable. It felt like I was in an apartment, not a hotel. The free complimentary breakfast was good. For the overall price, you get a lot more compared to other places that are more expensive or outdated. I would recommend this to anyone, and would be planning to return!

We liked the room although the furniture was very uncomfortable. The couch leaned back at an odd angle and wasn't conducive to watch TV. The shower wasn't as clean as I would have liked. It was nice to have a dishwasher but it was difficult to wash a pan that was not a non-stick with the little scrubber.

The property is very nice with the exception there is NO SIGN or SIGNS indicating where the Lobby is???? Have never been to a hotel were it is so confusing as to what door is the lobby!!!! Disability parking is lacking. MORE disability parking in front of the lobby is needed; two spots for disabled near the lobby, whats the problem. If you need the State to get involved in this that can happen...

We had great comfort in our beds. I liked how the toilets closed relatively easy. However, we did have a bug in our bed. We also had difficulty in getting our keys to open the doorto our room and the pool area. We were unable to resolve this situation at the front desk. Sometimes our keys worked. Other times they did not. We also had some trouble getting ahold of people at the front desk. Finally, when we checked out, our luggage rack was not available until after we had packed and ready to leave and didn't need it anymore.
