Great hotel

When we came to the room, the fridge had food dump previous travelers, sink was full of filthy smelling water. Had yo first call the front desk and then ask for the new room as the staff did not know how yo fix it. Next day we can for the breakfast at 8:00 am and the food was bad and was not enough food for people. Not sure what those who came at 9:09 am ate.

My family loved the pool and the breakfast was well stocked always bringing out more fresh food for breakfast which is awesome. Jacob and Sarah were very helpful and nice to check up on me and family definitely would stay here again.

Hotel was clean well kept the staff was very friendly and kind and helpful. It was quiet. We had a nice quiet day. Our room was near the elevator, but we couldn’t hear anybody coming and going, which was nice. Yeah we enjoyed our day.

I was pleasantly surprised that the room was spacious and very comfortable. My only complaint, if you could call it that, was I didn't like the bathroom barn door. Id rather have a door that would close completely.

I only had interaction with the front desk staff, both check in and check out staff were friendly, courteous and approachable. Overall, I dont think I would go back here again.

It was close to everything! I loved how if you forgot to bring something on your trip they had it, it was a lifesaver! I could just relax and not have to think about finding a store! The breakfast was awesome as well. The kids had anything that they could think of for breakfast and it was good food too, they had such a great variety for everyone, even my vegetarian mom……. The room was super clean. The beds were really comfortable, the mini kitchen inside the room was awesome and saved us lots of money on our trip! Nothing, from now on if they have this hotel, I will be choosing it!

Great layout of the rooms, set up of the lobby, and overall amenities. Very clean! Breakfast options were sufficient. Some cooked hot oatmeal and more fruit options would be good, too. Fruit salad, ready to eat. Also, scrambled eggs in addition to omelets.

Everyone was welcoming and helpful for the minute we arrived we could not be happier or constant. We have traveled from South Carolina to California and running into nothing but problems here at this location we were offered solutions.

Very large room. Lighting could’ve been brighter in the sleeping section of the room. Breakfast could use some improvement Not easy to grab the food.

My only complaint was there was hair in the bathroom and when I pulled out the desk chair there was a long huge hair on the seat. The chair seat looked dirty.

My first time staying at a Home2 Suites, it was awesome. The room was spacious and we loved having a kitchenette. The location was great with some food and entertainment options right next to the hotel that we could just walk to. It was quiet despite being next to a freeway. I would choose it again.

The first 427 room the TV or the phone didn’t work and the ladies at the front desk didn’t seem to care they told me they was going to seen someone in a 1. After I thought about I asked if I can change room they did offer to change my room she asked you sure you can’t wait for 1 hour. I said no can you change it please. This morning at breakfast no plates no hot water bread container was empty the toaster was broken. We are happy about our room. It is large more room to walk. The mattress, pillow and comforter is very comfortable. The bathroom is very clean. The breakfast buffet is good

I usually enjoy your waffles in the am and this last stay the mix was a wheat batter that was absolutely horrible. Please no more wheat batter. Also, this last stay you had a corporate member (Angie) that greeted us in the evening and again in the am and was so nice, sweet and kind. My family loved her. She was awesome!!

Hated this stay. The room smelled like cat pee. There was droplets of blood on the floor and the blind was dirty. I needed a staycation with the family and small dog while our house was under renovation. Wouldn't say again. Our dog has stayed in numerous hotels and we've never been somewhere that smelled so bad.

The only fresh fruit were apples and oranges and the apples did not appear washed as they still had stickers on. The egg omelettes were pre made and the inside was runny. There were no scrambled eggs or fresh berries as advertised on the poster in the elevator. Other than that it was a very nice room and great service.

I don’t like the $10 dollar parking fee. Add it to the price of the room. Vegas charges resort fees and people don’t like that.It’s not the money it’s the point that you’re charged for something that should be free. Money grabbing

Only problem I had was that a few lights weren’t working but I still give this facility a 10/10. My main concern is always cleanliness and my expectations were met. Especially since I was traveling with my kids with one being a toddler. The front desk staff was also pleasant.

The staff was very friendly from beginning to end. I was there for work and the wifi was great. Didnt have any issues. I really like that they clean every other day so I was not interrupted alot while I was working. The area was new to me but it was close to alot of food, shopping, and the freeway. I will definitely stay there again.

This place was pefect for our family of 5. Our sons are basically adults and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. Having the full size fridge was great for our dinner leftovers for a later night snack.The room was really clean. The location very close to amenities and to The Galleria

We love our room, it’s big and spacious with a kitchenette with all its amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The room was on the side next to freeway. It was very noisy and impossible to sleep. The people next door were clamoring around and had music blaring and woke me up at 2:52 am. The combination of the two noise mechanisms made the trip not enjoyable. I was in town for a tennis tournament and requested a quiet room and it was right out the elevators as well. Staying somewhere else next time! Very disappointed.

We booked this room specifically because it’s across the street from top golf. The staff were all super friendly and welcoming. It was perfect!

Nice suites, retro decor very fresh and new feeling. Super friendly helpful staff. Really everything you could want when it’s necessary to be away from home.

Arrived to find reception empty. Waited over 5 minutes at check in before someone came out from another area to help. Hotel was fairly empty but room assigned was in poor condition. Lamp missing switch, door lock wobbly and not secure, bathroom toiletries empty, and when time to sleep discovered urine smell from bed. Too tired and others in party already asleep so dealt with it since only stayin one might. Have stayed here before but not likely stay here again. Will try other hotels on the area.

Juilana is simply lovely. She made us feel welcomed every morning. She helped accommodate us and our friends to have a conjoined room. Breakfast was good. Plenty of options. Easy access to the interstate. Clean big rooms.

We had two different women help us and both were very nice and friendly! One offered us our choice of 3 different rooms and the other asked how our stay was and said ‘see you next time!’ Multiple places to eat around the area and able to walk to. Rooms spacious and have a microwave, fridge, and little desk area. Definitely recommend staying here!

This property has a nice breakfast. It shares a larger parking lot with Top Golf and a couple of eating places. The staff are friendly.

Pet friendly hotel with easy access to freeway, restaurants and the Thunder Valley Resort Venue. The desk staff was vey friendly and helpful with restaurant suggestions and transportation questions.

The one lady at the front was completely clueless and was of no help. She cried and had a nervous breakdown. She( Laura) called her manager and the manager refused to come out to the property and help. It took me over an hour to get into the room. How can the property have one incompetent person working at night? No maintenance? I stay here often but this unacceptable.

It’s in the middle of a parking lot plaza type of thing with a bunch of restaurants and coffee and stuff. Super convenient! The staff was very friendly, they have a nice lobby and outdoor area to relax in. Our room was well equipped and comfy.

This hotel is staffed with friendly employees. They had a really nice breakfast buffet with lots of options. It has a nice little pool. They really go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and get you everything you need for your stay. Clean rooms, dog friendly, lots of great eating and shopping options close by.
