    I have stayed here twice both times the chair in the room upholstered with cloth was worn and stained . Suggest they get vinyl or faux leather . This time I pulled my bedding down to climb in bed and saw small black whisker type hairs between the bedspread and top sheet so called the front desk . They brought me new spread and sheets but I had to strip the bed and make it. Also the coffee stirring sticks were missing out of two open packets . There were also quite a lot of gnats floating in the spa by 1700.The staff were all very helpful and offered help if I needed anything so A-plus there . It was just an ok stay for me . I will probably try somewhere else next time . I did appreciate the pool and free parking . Breakfast you have to pay for there . There is a small work out room too.

    We booked this hotel quite often because our office is located near and when we have stuff coming in from out of town, we use it. This was the first time that one of our staff members was booked this room. The room was dirty. He alerted the staff they didn’t have another room available for him. They said he also alerted them that the air conditioner wasn’t working and they didn’t do anything to fix it or change his room. We now have realized that we will not be using the Hilton Garden anymore and we’re very upset with the service we received, which is unfortunate because again it’s close to our working office and it has been very useful to be close proximity for our out-of-town employees but unfortunately one bad staff member and no solution solutions has now made this a no go for us .

    The lady at the desk was pleasant and did try to compensate by giving us a snack bag and breakfast coupons. We chose to stay at the Hilton because I thought it would be a very nice, elegant place. My daughter and I were in Roseville to celebrate her 16th birthday. At the hotel, she was excited to use the hot tub. We found out the hot tub was broken. Then, we got to the room and found that the TV volume was so low, we couldn't hear. Someone tried to fix it, with no avail. Also, there were 5 USB outlets to charge our phones, and only 1 worked. We did ask to change rooms, which they at first said there were no rooms, but later said they had one. The rooms had bathroom floors that didn't look very clean, with stains and drops of something. The rooms were very small and basic. The price for the room was $313. That was WAY overpriced for the quality of the room. I was also very unhappy that we didn't get any monetary compensation for all the issues we had. The lady at the counter said that was because I booked through a third party and not through them.

    The room was fine but there was no continental breakfast like the photos show. The continental breakfast was $16... two eggs were also $16, yogurt was $10. Unbelievable. Neer been to a hotel without free breakfast.. I didn't see any vending machines either so you have to pay for really really really expensive snakcs. Sad..

    Service was fantastic. Debbie at the front desk was amazing. Helped us on multiple occasions and even remembered my daughter was competing for gymnastics and wished her luck. Highly recommend. Only wish breakfast started earlier or there was to-go options as we prepaid and couldn’t use it since we needed to check in to compete at 7:30am and breakfast started at 7. There wasn’t anything to just grab so our voucher we paid for was useless

    Bed was comfortable. But the rest wasn't so good. Ice machine was broke. One of the elevators wasn't working and the other one took forever to go 3 floors. And the heater/cooler was so loud when it turned on.

    Pre-paid for the room weeks ago. Showed up late at night after a long day of football and cheerleading only to find out they sold our room to someone else because of all the people in town for the concerts. Left me, my wife, and 2 young kids driving around until 3am trying to find a room. We were there for my daughter’s cheer competition the next day. Absolutely unacceptable. Never will I use hotels.com or stay at this chain of hotels again. Even sitting here today writing this review, and can’t believe a professional business would do this. Worst part is they lied to us. They said our room was no longer available due to “maintenance “. I said, “if that’s the case, we didn’t you call us ahead of time so we could have made different plans”. Caught them in a lie, and made the situation even worse. I’m just so disgusted.

    Our experience was awful. Check in time was 3PM. We showed up at 4PM and our room was not ready and we were told they didn’t know and estimate on when it would be ready. Finally in the room, there was mold in the bathroom and trash under the beds. Not to mention, the trash from the previous people was sitting outside the door of the room still. The next morning we left the hotel, came back around 11am to get the rest of our things, and someone was already cleaning out our room as if we had checked out when we hadn’t. Mind you, check out is 12PM. Extremely disappointed in our experience.

    We had a great stay at Hilton Garden Inn, Roseville. We were in town for a wedding. This location was a super convenient, right off Hwy 80. A specific shout out to Debbie who ran the night front desk. She was so kind, friendly, and very helpful. All of your staff was great. Just wanted to give an extra mention to Debbie who was amazing. :)

    I asked the front desk if I could be moved to a quieter room, but they weren’t able to accommodate the request. While they did offer me ear plugs, I personally don’t feel comfortable sleeping with them, so that wasn’t a helpful solution for me. The staff was polite, and I appreciate that they tried to offer something, but the lack of sleep really impacted my stay. If you're a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, I’d recommend requesting a room away from the highway in advance or considering other options.

    The toilet was terribly stained. The shower curtain had a big black mark on it. The worst thing of all was opening the curtain and seen all the mud cinderblocks and junk on the rooftop. That was my window view. I have stayed many times in a Hilton Garden Inn and always been 100% satisfied. But this was not a good experience.

    Got an early check in with no extra charge. There was plenty of parking with no charge either. Within walking distance from Roseville Sunsplash Waterpark. All the staff I came in contact with there at the hotel were very pleasant. A very comfortable and relaxing stay. Would come back for another stay at a later date.

    Room was nice. Bed was a little firm for my comfort but room was immaculate. Mu only complaint was actually the pack and play crib I had asked for. It has some staines which I wiped down but I think housekeeping should check a little better. Also breakfast was fast and nice, I did pay for the full breakfast However during check in would have been the time to get the breakfast coupon. I had to ask the front desk attendant in the morning.

    The accessible aspect of the room needs work. The only grab bar in the bathroom was by the toilet. Shower had no safety features for handicapped people! This has to change, or you cannot label this as accessible. Hotel’s location and services were perfect for our vacation.

    The room was very nice. Liked the set up and more character to the furniture with the spooled legs. The size of the tv was nice but really liked all the tabletop space for my things and a desk area. Would have liked to have more counter space for sink or vanity. There was not good lighting for doing makeup in bathroom or in full-length mirror. 2 females were staying in this room. Kitchen downstairs was nice but the food is not worth the price when I could pay the same for outstanding food very close by (i.e. The Pantry for breakfast/brunch). Cost for BC powders were extremely high. Light switch in my husband's room was falling off. Would have been nice to get more bottled water or water refill options versus going downstairs to get small glasses of water. The hotel staff was nice but not great to have heavy accent or English as second language individuals as front facing employees.

    Very easy check-in. Was very quiet, especially considering that there was dance competition and volleyball tournament groups staying there. Parking was super simple and rooms were large and lots of light. Only downfall (very minimal) was the bathroom door was built to not stay open which made it difficult for coming in and out when getting 2 girls ready for competition at 515 am.

    The hotel is right next to a freeway and we had hard time getting good sleep - it was noisy with all the trucks zooming by on the 80. However, the hotel itself and the room are very nice and clean - plus we got microwave and a fridge. WiFi is pretty good too! The staff is super nice and friendly.

    I liked how easy and friendly check in was. The cookies and water were a nice touch. The towels were always stocked at the pool area and the bed was super comfy.     Our room unfortunately had an ant issue in the bathroom. They moved us even though their hotel was sold out of two queen rooms. There were 3 of us. We were moved to a king room and they brought in a trundle to make us more comfortable. It ended up being ok. I appreciated their communication and willingness to try and make us comfortable.

    Ants all over the room, water stains on the roof creepy old carpeting on the hallways. I was waiting for two kids to come around the corner in blue dresses saying "come play with us" the sprinkler system is ancient there as well. The TV's are old small and outdated.The staff was good though. Unfortunately i did not take pictures

    I booked two queens bed room. When I arrived at hotel, front desk staff said that it was sold out, so two queens beds room is not available even I paid for if. He said that he can’t do anything because I didn’t book room through hotel. I used 3rd party. Room air conditioner was broken too. I wanted to turn it off , can’t turn it off. Staff came to room, but can’t fixe it up.

    Rooms are a little noisy. Road noise from the highway and other rooms doors closing can be heard very easily. They do not offer a free breakfast but do offer a paid breakfast which is okay. Plenty of options near by if you don't like what they have to offer or the price.

    The room was lovely, with a wonderfully comfortable bed. Even though it faced a busy street, it was quiet and we weren't bothered by traffic noise. The bathroom was pristine! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

    It's an older property for Hilton. The property was just okay. The Staff however...Wonderful! I would not hesitate to stay again to see those smiles and the Welcome we recieved! Our Great Dane...Our big baby..ended up the the king of the staff!!! Thank you Hilton!!

    Property was quiet at night and clean , room was ready at 3pm check in . Some off the furniture was worn and outdated too but overall nice place to stay and will definitely stay there again when in town.

    It was a great stay. Had no complaints even though my phone did not work. Stayed one night food places were within walking distance however, I drove. The staff were friendly even extended my check out time. The room was nice and clean so overall I had a great experience. Thanks!

    The parking is limited because it’s on the same lot as another hotel, but I like that it’s free. The ice machine was broken on my floor, there was a leak near the elevator so water was pooled on the floor. The lamp in my room was broken and the key card readers for the gym and pool weren’t working at the time. I paid too much to have so many non working parts. Will not stay again

    The room was pretty out dated. I expected more for the Hilton. The bathroom did not have a vent so it gets super steamy while showering and if someone uses a mumber 2. The smells doesn't go away. The AC unit was old and super loud. We could'nt hear the TV whenever it's on and it woke me up through out the night while it was auto. The pillows were too soft and goes flat and caused pain in my neck and shoulder every morning I wake up. They provided full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash but I brought my own. Housekeeping also opened our room door without knocking while my daughter was in the room which was really strange. She didn't say nothing. She opened it and saw my daughter and walked right back out. Maybe she thought we checked out but it was strange because check out time was 12 pm and it was only 9 almost 10 AM. We did go out to put our stuff away so maybe she thought we left but still that was not okay. Overall it was a good stay. I would recommend the hotel only because of the location. However, for future I'll probably look for a different hotel that offer free breakfast and that is more updated. I didnt think it was worth $160 a night.

    Quiet, close to freeway, easy in easy out. Staff was very friendly. Cost for breakfast was a bit high, a free continental breakfast is common, but as long as there's coffee, forgiven.

    When we arrived there was a line of Customers waiting. The front desk woman was helping a man that was having an issue with his reservation. This was taking a very long time. We just asked the front desk woman if we can check in later. The event we were attending was a few hours and it would be late when we got back. She gave a very smart aleck remark and a nasty smirk we are open all night! Well that is not what your web site states it states midnight! Maybe she had a bad night we don't care your in hospitality business act like it!!

    Swimming pool and hot tub is just average. No design, not much room to hang out. Room sound proof is worse. I can hear all the movement between top floor and hallway. Bathroom is spacious but new more upgrade and decor. Housekeeping need to pay attention on refill the bathroom supply ( The body shampoo is empty ! ).

    Decent. Generally a pleasant experience, however, room was not ready after normal check in time Bathtub appeared dirty when we did get to our room, and there was no hand soap. It was almost as if there was a rush to get the room ready and things were forgotten. Regarding the courtyard, although the courtyard is nice to sit in during the day, we had our window facing the courtyard and until about 1:30 a.m., people were sitting in the courtyard at the tables drunk, yelling and making lots of noise. Staff did nothing about it. Not easy to fall asleep with all the ruckus going on. I might suggest some type of gate that's closed that sections off the courtyard so the people can't go in there at night and disturb the rest of the guess. In general the staff was all very nice and aside from these few things, the visit was fine.

    It was not the cleanest Garden Inn in either the room or the public areas. The breakfast was pricey and we had to leave at 7am each day so we weren’t able to grab anything anyway (opened at 7am and not a minute early). The staff was polite if approached but not particularly friendly or proactive. All in all, just a ‘meh’ experience. Will work in a pinch.
