Very comfortable bed. Nice room. Not super quiet tho. Could hear doors slamming in hall.

I requested a steamer twice and never received it. Breakfast buffet was $30 without tip or alacart. WiFi was $14.99 a day.. I had to request fresh towels and robes multiple times a day. Very disappointing for $700+ for two nights stay..... the only positive were the friendly front desk staff who gave me free complimentary water (since the water in the room was not free) and when I had an issue with parking the front desk clerk validated it for me.

The hotel wouldn’t allow me to check in without the physical card present; at the time, I understood this. Even though I had the card information and my ID, I thought it was a formality. I filled out my auth form and waited for my friend to arrive. In this time, the hotel charged me in full for my room while still not permitting me to check in. I was stuck in my car with my child for HOURS despite having already paid a significant amount for our room. When I was finally able to check in, after 9 o’clock, the lady checking me in didn’t even take my card. Being charged for a room I couldn’t stay in and sitting in a car in Chicago for hours with my daughter who had to be up early the next day was unfair on so many levels. The hotel offered no apology and made no effort to rectify the situation. For the cost of staying there for the weekend, I found this to be unacceptable.

We booked the hotel via Hotel.com and the booking includes parking. ( parking included). We told the receptionist and he told us not to worry. But they charged me $92 for unknown reason. They never sent me a receipt either. We called 3 times and left a message, also we sent a message to the property through hotel.com. Still they didn’t get back to us. I am going to dispute the charge! Just to say watch out!!

We stayed at the Westin after a flight from San Juan. The location to O'Hare is excellent and the free shuttle is always appreciated. The room was very comfortable and the bed was great. The bathroom was huge and we loved the shower! Nothing-everything was perfect.

Room was very spacious and a good, efficient set up. Only complaint was shower water pressure and temperature not high enough. Very clean hotel. Nice ballrooms and public spaces. Escalators not working makes it seem like not maintained. It’s a great hotel overall but not fancy.

Spacious, well insulated room and comfortable accommodations. Very helpful concierge and a super quick shuttle to O’Hare.

Was only here for 14 hours as we came to stay at 8pm as we were without hot water at our condo. I appreciated the lack of a dog fee for dogs 20 lbs and under! The room was beautiful and spacious and very clean. My fur baby was very comfortable and loved looking out the window from the long and comfy couch. My only disappointment was how small the in room dining selection was for breakfast. I suffer from a myriad of illnesses and currently am on chemo and I’m not able to get up and ready immediately in the morning to go to breakfast. I was looking forward to ordering room service in the morning but there only 3 options, and ~25$ for blueberry pancakes that didn’t come with any sides seemed outrageous. There also was not an option to order a carafe of coffee (I guess they expected us to go to Starbucks (but again, Disabled guests cannot do that as easily as others). There wasn’t enough time for us to explore the hotel or use any of the amenities which was too bad because I love the pool and this hotel. I would stay again as the room was very nice, but having more food and beverage options for disabled guests would have been amazing. Also, the fact that there is no tub in a standard room is very disappointing. The shower was gorgeous (water pressure was weak though) but not all guests can stand the entire time they bathe. 7/10.

The hotel stay was pretty good. The room was very clean but there was no microwave in the room and the bed stand was so small my boyfriend and I could hardly fit anything on it (we had to share one small bed stand). We had never been in a hotel where you had to pay for Wi-Fi so that was strange and no free breakfast, but the staff was all very friendly. I really liked the water feature near the front and how the place was decorated overall.

The woman at the front desk who checked us in and also gave us extra coffee later on was terrific, very friendly, warm and professional.

My friend and I also ate at bar and the food was delicious! Though the one host guy seemed grumpy every night. That dude needs to learn how to smile. I also liked that there was a Starbucks downstairs as the first day it was pouring rain and my friend and I didn't have time to go and drive anywhere for breakfast. There was also a lovely gift shop with beautiful trinkets and such. I'm a sucker for buying things from every place I travel as mementos. Overall, beautiful hotel, lovely staff and made for a wonderful trip!

Honestly, this is probably my favorite hotel. It's close to the airport, the suttle comes every 20 minutes. It's clean, quiet and so comfortable! The beds and the bedding is probably the best in the world in my opinion. And we travel a lot

We enjoyed our brief stay at the Westin. Our only issue was we found strands of hair on the bathroom sink. I did enjoy how close it was to some of the attractions we attended. The Starbucks being inside the hotel was a plus as well. Overall, we wouldn’t mind staying here again.

Many things - no swimming pool (too bad I should have checked before booking but I went by the name “Westin”) - bedsheets were weighing like a ton and the cotton inside them are uneven - 37 dollar per night for parking - backside entrance was smelly

This property sort of had an issue with Doors. My Shower door just slid open as if the whole building was slanted, the bathroom door didn't shut all the way, the door to the room closes a little too fast and a little too hard. Weird doors. Also while there was a fridge, due to newtons law of conservation of amenities there was no microwave. The bed was uncomfortable like most marriot properties are now and the pillows were pretty lumpy. The bedding was weird you could either have 1 top sheet, 2 top sheets, or the heaviest comforter I've ever used. Overall it is close to the airport and the shuttle driver played a hilarious mix of early 2000's emo rock so the downsides can almost be forgiven but I wouldn't stay there unless you reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeallly need to be close to the airport

Amazing time. I was skeptical about the hotel due to high prices during convention time. I was pleasantly surprised with how great the service was and how much I got out of my stay. They even honored a food credit they weren't aware of due to how I booked it. Everyone was great.

I was attending a two day meeting in the hotel. The staff went above to accommodate. The availability of restrooms was exceptional. The meeting room was too cold was my only downside. Having a shuttle will make me book this hotel again.

Website said they had a pool, but it was removed two years ago and they haven't updated this. Overall it was a pleasant experience despite the misleading information.

I love this hotel. Second time I stayed and still just as nice as the first time. Staff is super nice, perfect walking distance to the convention center, and the rooms are really nice and always super clean.

One thing we disliked was the lighting in the room. It seemed dark unless all of the lights were on.

The most comfortable and relaxing stay at a hotel. The customer service at check-in was top notch. Dining was great. The room was clean and comfortable. I felt I was given the experience I paid for. Highly recommend.

Other than that, I just had two issues with it: - you’re not able to control whether or not you have “heat” or “cool” running. We were there in winter and the room was too hot, made it really hard to sleep. We could only get the temp down to 65 and there was no way to turn the “cool” option on. Ok fine, we tried turning it off…it got unbearably stuffy. We tried opening the window to get fresh air in…it’s in the direct path of landing airplanes at O’Hare so having the window open was incredibly loud any time a plane went over. Not too much of a problem for me as I’m a heavy sleeper once I’m asleep, but it kept my partner awake until we had to close it…then we were both kept awake because of how hot it got in the room. -the shower floor has no grip and was incredibly slippery. I ended up having to put a towel down inside the shower while I showered so I wouldn’t slip. Maybe add a rubber mat to the bathroom so people don’t slip in the shower. Again overall this was a great hotel, just not sure if we’d stay there again because of the temperature issues.

When checking out alone a staff member let me know I was welcome to ask for help and when asked sided me in carrying my luggage from my room to the area to check out. Kind staff helped me get a dolly to load everything into my rides car. Overall, for my first time ever booking and staying at a hotel without my family’s aid it was an incredible experience. Thank you to the staff at the hotel for making me feel safe and comfortable. And thank you to the staff in their restaurant as well!! They all were very sweet. If I’m ever in the rose mount area in general, this will absolutely be the hotel of my choice to stay at. Unfortunately I didn’t take more pictures then the one shown, the bathrooms in the rooms are honestly amazing!
