    Excellent location for ohare and Allstate arena access. Wasn't happy to pay for parking given the elevated room rates. Included breakfast was okay. I don't know if it's a local zoning thing but closing the hotel lounge at 10pm caught many concert goers off guard. No alternative night life options within walking distance.

    We arrived around midnight after a flight delay and were told no rooms were available, despite having a reservation. Eventually and luckily the manager found somehow a room. Nevertheless, it appears that hotels overbook (just the same as airlines). Be prepared for suprises if you arrive late.

    We weren’t able to use the airport shuttle. Upon arrival, we would have waited at least 30 minutes. Upon departure, we had a booking and ticket for the 5am shuttle. The hotel booked 23 people into a shuttle that seats 7. I was told that most of the people were from the La Quinta, not even the Hyatt. Staff was completely unhelpful and uncaring. A filthy foot pad from a shoe greeted us in our room and the rest of the room was clearly given only the most basic cleaning. Go elsewhere.

    Everything was good, and the staff was very accommodating however, the airline rebooked us on a 5 AM flight and when I asked if there would be someone at the desk at 3:30 AM to call us a taxi I was assured there would be however when we came down there was no one manning the desk for the 20 minutes it took us to get an Uber.

    Stay was on the 8th floor. Sleep was not great as it is in the flight path of O’Hare Airport and planes fly over every 15 minutes. The first two nights we had NO LARGE TOWELS and had to dry off with hand towels for two days despite multiple requests to get towels to our room. Night staff was friendly and helpful, day staff not so much. The elevator broke and we had to walk down eight flights of stairs twice. We could go up to our room on the second elevator from the first floor, but going down was not possible because the elevator would not come up to our floor. When I called the front desk to report the problem, the female working the front desk was very rude and gaslit us and saying that the elevator was not broken and we were mistaken. The button for calling the elevator was still lit up two hours later. There was a very nice cleaning lady with a C first name that flagged us down walking in the stairwell and helped us get down one time by allowing us to use the service elevator from the 6th or 7th floor. She needs a raise and treated us much better than the front staff that morning. Be mindful that sitting on a couch downstairs one night, we came upstairs to our room and found a questionable bug crawling on us. I squished it when I saw it crawling on me so we were not able to clearly ID it. It did not look like a bug you would want to take home and I have made it a point to heat treat all my clothes and belongings upon arriving back home. Not going back here.

    Pool was not working for the 3 nights we were here. Loud dogs barking. One of the elevators was down the entire 4 days we were here. Mornings were awful when on the top floor. A lot of delays. Front desk didn’t seem to care just said would let people know so it can get fixed. Shuttle drivers were amazing the best employees we encountered.

    No cuentan con servicio de limpieza al parecer los sabados, ya que nadie limpio ni trajeron toallas limpias en este dia, el sofacama tenia una colchoneta muy delgada que al dormir se sentian los resortes, solicitamos el cambio de la misma pero trajeron otra casi igual, la persona que la trajo nos dejo dos para solucionarlo y el cobro del parqueadero me parece absurdo ya que somos huespedes , quien quiera hospedarse alli y trae su automovil , tenga en cuenta que tendran que pagar parqueadero en sus dias de estancia, en cuanto a la piscina estaba un poco sucia.

    The flight from Fort Myers was great. We waited about an hour for the shuttle to come get us and bring us to the hotel. We got to the hotel around 11:30am.. I tried to check in but the customer service specialist told me I had to wait to 1:30pm or be charged an extra 25:00 to check in. She also said I had to pay 100:00 dollars for a security deposit. The room was clean and I enjoyed the stay. Chicago was amazing. I would love to go back.

    it was near airport and car rental return and had a shuttle to them which helped us a lot. but breakfast was too poor. no vegetables at all. very big hotel with guests but only one elevator working during whole of our stay. no telephone shower - only water from above. the soap and shampoo - I found out after I am in the shower that they are empty!!! no one is checking it before assigning the room to a guest? the rate was therefore too high.

    Joel at the front desk was very amicable and pleasant to work with when we had an issue. In spite of LOTS of families with kids present for the concert we were attending, staff remained friendly! Ran out of pool towels (due to the unusually large number of families using it). Rooms were slightly overbooked so a King with sofa sleeper was substituted for the 2 double beds we requested, but the staff was apologetic and helpful.

    Terrible service. The staff was incredibly rude. The parking was extremely expensive, located far from the hotel on a dirt lot, and felt somewhat unsafe—both for the car and for me as a woman—since it was situated so far away on a property currently under construction, with no cameras and no security. I would definitely never return here.

    I am vegetarian with gluten allergy and they don’t have not even bread. Also I requested for early check in while booking but at 11.35 I reached though they have room but they say I have to pay 25 dollars for early check in. I been coming this hotel for almost 4 years I haven’t come cross this situation ever. Which is not sound good.

    Hi, I really enjoyed your hotel a lot! The room was very large, extra clean, and had everything one needed. The staff, especially Karen, was exceptionally nice and helpful. The buffet breakfast was sufficiently good. The truth is all was great except for the front desk guy, Dante. He needs to learn what is a good customer service and not to yell at clients or make fun of their accent by pretending he did not understand. However, I won't this ruin my review, like I said Karen was the best. I and would go back anytime.

    The reception staff (Nick in pm and Marie in am) were super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, the shower water pressure was very strong with plenty of hot water. One disappointment was the very soft mattress! The complimentary breakfast was better than average with a wide variety of menu options. The shuttle was timely from and back to the airport. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

    The staff I talked to on the phone in regards to their airport shuttle service was just overly talkative and kept me on line unnecessarily. The gentleman we saw at a reception desk was nice, but the taxi cab he ordered for us on the next day did not come—not his fault. The cab arrived 20 minutes later after the second request was made, and the driver was somehow rude.

    We stayed here for one night for a concert. Very well put together super clean. The staff was very nice and very helpful. All state arena is right next door its a short walk. Very convenient for walking places so much stuff is around. Breakfast was okay and a very big dining area. I would stay again if im ever in the area again!

    Everything was great except the beds/pillows. I tossed and turned with no sleep before a flight. Also the shuttle only started at 5am which cuts it extremely close for early flights. We had to book an Uber so we could get to the airport with enough time for our flight. Lastly, the breakfast started at 6am so again this is impossible for early flights. We booked this hotel specifically for these things and were not able to even use them. We will probably book elsewhere our next travel arrangement.

    Even though you are right by O'Hare Airport with planes landing right overhead, this hotel was so quiet. Sleep well at night and didn't hear the planes. Great breakfast with many choices. Staff was very nice and helpful. Take the Blueline from Rosemond to get to downtown Chicago. It is next door to the Allstate Arena and I walked over to the event I attended there. Restaurants right across the street.

    At check in, there were two staff working the desk. BOTH staff were scrambling to help a couple who had failed to cancel and reschedule a previous reservation correctly. So, that left a very long line of us waiting to check in at 3pm. Additionally, the staff gave the couple a discounted rate that was approximately $40 less than my rate. We all know differential pricing happens, but to see it happen to one customer and not be offered the same discount was unacceptable and disconcerting.

    Very close to the Airport. If you attend an event at the Allstate Arena it is the perfect place, you can park at the hotel and it is an easy walk next door. Good breakfast, quiet even though airplanes fly right over. I would recommend.

    The night staff was very friendly, the morning staff not as much! However the room was nice, the free breakfast was delicious and there were a lot of food options near the hotel. Though we didn’t use the pool, it was a nice area. Housekeeping comes often but if you have the sign up, they won’t come back. And you only hear the planes from the outside not the rooms which I was happy about. Overall would stay again. Good price good comfort

    I had originally booked a large room with two queen beds and a pull out couch as my group had 5 people. After a long day of driving, we arrive to the hotel and walked in to an extremely crowded lobby. I believe there was some kind of conference going on, but rather than a designated room, many people were loud and crowded into the lobby. Upon checking in, they said they had no record of our booking, so they created a new booking and put us in a room with one queen bed and a couch. Upon asking the person at the front desk, we were told they had nothing else to offer us, they were fully booked. After further investigation, they admitted they did have record of our reservation, but they had overbooked the rooms, leaving us with an inadequate sized room for 5 people, and no good resolution. We ended up having to sleep two people on the floor as they also had no roll away beds. Overall it was a terrible experience that made our travel day so much more stressful. Staff were unhelpful.

    Great location for attending an event at Allstate Arena! The room and bathroom were clean, spacious, and comfortable for our party of three friends. The breakfast spread was delicious and had tons of choices - very impressed! There is a parking charge we didn’t expect, but overall this hotel was a great value and we would stay here again!

    Booked last minute due to an overnight flight delay, was pleasantly surprised. Check in was pleasant and professional despite there being a long line of people at midnight bc of many stranded travelers from weather related flight delays.     My family and I came in from out of town and needed a place to stay for the night. While our vehicle was parked in the front row of the parking lot someone cut out the catalytic converter. An hour before check out we determined the vehicle was not drivable. After letting the front desk know we were informed there was nothing they could do as they are not liable. Because we have a 1 year old baby I asked if we could stay in our room for a while longer while we figured out what we were going to do. They said sure but only till 11:30 unless we wanted to book the room for another night. It was very upsetting they wouldn’t help us at all when it happened on their property and we were stranded with a child all while the hotel was obviously not fully booked.

    We had cold shower water, breakfast was absolutely HORRIBLE. I was told I was getting a lake view, I DID NOT- I was looking at peoples homes. The hotel charges for everything- parking, LATE CHECK OUT. The heat did bot get hot. THIS WAS A WASTE OF MY POINTS AND MONEY!!!

    The room smelled strongly of sewage. There was a dryer sheet stuck in the heat/air vent so they know about the smell. Parking in the lot is not clearly marked that you have to pay. I actually overheard another really upset guest who had driven around three times & found a space way in the back only to find he still had to pay for it. We had planned to eat at the hotel restaurant before our concert but the chef hadn’t shown up so we’d waited till 5 for it to open and then had to make last-minute dinner plans. Just not the best but if you’re going to Allstate Arena, the location is excellent.

    Staff was very courteous and hotel was very clean. Great location nearby the airport with restaurants across the street. It was nice to have breakfast included (buffet style) and free round trip shuttle service. I would stay again if ever in the area again. I rated it 4 stars since it was difficult to sleep with the nonstop noise from the freeway all night. I wonder if they upgraded the windows if that would help with the loud freeway noise?

    Waited in line for 45 minutes to get my room. One person was behind the counter and instead of getting people in their rooms, he was answering the phones and helping people purchase sodas with a line of about 20 people checking in. Did not get the king size bed as the reservation indicated.

    Room was quite spacious. It even included a lovely couch for sitting. Two downs were the temperature in the lobby common areas. It was freezing and you needed to wear a coat. We also tried to have dinner but all the options on the menu that we could eat were not available. Had good appetizers but had to go elsewhere for dinner which meant going out in the cold. Not ideal after a long day of traveling.

    Staff was rude, they oversold rooms and did not honored our reservation. Then refused to provide a refund because the reservation was “non-refundable”. We understand that we would not be eligible for a refund if we cancel, but this was the hotel’s fault. They did not have a room to provide us, there is nothing we could have done to be able to use the room. After an hour long wait in line trying to check in, they informed everyone that the did not have enough rooms, even those with reservations would not be able to get a room because they were first come first serve. When we inquired about the refund they told us it would not be granted an to dispute with our credit card company. It was not our fault that they ran out of rooms. We had a reservation that was not honored and they are pocketing our money.

    This is a great place when you have a family of 5 or 6 and want to stay in the same room. The rooms are massive. Huge bathroom, kitchenette area, and a large bedroom that can accommodate everyone. Parking, if you are driving to the airport, is minimal. That’s the only issue. Otherwise you can’t go wrong staying here.

    I arrived at the hotel and had to wait in line for over 90 minutes while one person at the desk checked people in. I watched the front desk person turn away a deaf couple with a confirmation because he didn’t know how to work with them. I then had them come back in front of me and “translated” for them by writing things out. It was absolute horrible service.

    When I got to the hotel the “system was down” couldn’t get a room. After waiting for about 30 min I finally got a room and it was the wrong room. Had to wait again, then I was told I couldn’t get a room key because the system was down. Mind you this was at 1am. I had super sleepy kids and this is not the way a check in should go. Specially since I have stayed at others Hyatt and this has never been the case. Super upset at the whole experience. I also called the front desk in the morning to ask about the extra odd and ends items that they offer for free. The receptionist had no idea what I was talking about, she keep asking me to go down to see her. When I finally did she still had no idea what I was asking about and told me everything is for sale. Ugh just never mind!

    Parking was full and had to drive around to find a spot far from the building. The breakfast buffet was very poor quality. Heat very noisy; I had to turn it off in order to be able to sleep. Also noise from traffic on a main rd and highway!!! Will not book here in the future. Many other options are available!!!!

    Our flight was delayed and messaged the hotel we will be late. Hotel replied we are here 24hours and they have noted. We arrive at the hotel at 2:29 pm and front desk had a sign will ve back im 30 mins. We waited for half and hour and finally an agen came. He took 15 mins to check-in. We went in the rooms and after 15 minutes we were told to come down. This was 3:18 am. I was told by the Night Auditor and Executive assistant I have to wait until the Night Audit process was over which should not take long. Its 30 minutes and I am still waiting.

    Need a clean, quiet, readily assessable hotel situated minutes from O’Hare then consider Hyatt Place/O’Hare. Van transportation to and from the airport provided. Plane glide paths directly over the hotel but never heard them due to the soundproofing. Did not utilize dinner or bar opportunities but are available.

    I was there for one overnight. The room is clean. The amenities were nice. I would however advise that you get a room not on the street side. The traffic was very loud. I was on the fifth floor. Breakfast was good. They served a real scrambled eggs. I would stay there again.

    Room was beautiful. The fire alarm going off from 11:45PM-3ishAM was not appreciated and severely hindered sleep. The employee who checked me in was trying her best, but supposed to go home an hour before and did not know how to turn off the fire alarm. She was managing the front desk alone and was unable to reach her manager despite multiple attempts.

    The hotel was clean, and the room was great, but the breakfast was chintzy one morning they only offered hard boiled eggs, and dry cereal another day only some processed scabbled eggs. I prefer this hotel chain and have stayed at many others from Huston to Chicago, but this one was definitely cutting corners on breakfast. Also, the people at the front desk would barely look up from whatever personal thing they would be doing to interact with the guest as they were checking in, it almost felt like an imposition to them to check in the guest as they came in.

    Best hotel and proximity to all state arena, no need to drive with all the food options available. Room was king size bed with couch, huge bathroom great shower. Breakfast is all you need for a free one. Solid bar area and atmosphere. Fitness center was solid and pool area is a nice hang out spot as well. Let us check in at noon for 25 extra bucks, best 25 bucks ever spent.

    I’d say it’s a 4.5 stars. One of the towels was stained with make up and the shower never got hot. It was warm but not comfortable for more than a few minutes. Otherwise it was great. The sounds of the highway and airport are so minimal despite being right next to it. That was impressive.

    There is shuttle bus to O’Hare. Not far from the airport. Room is very clean. Free simple breakfast and very helpful staff. My friend forgot her backpack at the shuttle bus. Called front desk from airport for help. The staff called the bus driver and found her bag. Overall, it is a nice hotel and I return if I come to Chicago again.

    Limited ground transportation to Ohare and back..upon arrival at O'hare we waited for almost an hour and when shuttle arrived, we could not fit in, so we waited another 45 mins.. (with wind chill in the 40's) whereas other hotels came b 2 - 3x... In the morning, I wanted to get a shuttle ride and it was fully at 5am, I was told that the next shuttle would be available at 540a which would make me miss my plane ride, so I had to take a taxi.

    Convenient hotel but shame about the unfriendly reception staff. We arrived a couple of hours prior to check in time and totally understand we needed to leave our bags and wait, but the blonde lady on reception was pretty unfriendly and unhelpful.. it seemed like it was a chore for us to leave our bags.. and even suggested we left them unattended in the side passage when there was clearly a locked room to leave them... we insisted we wanted them in the room.. so don't get caught out with that. When we came back to check in, the next lady was lovely... but on check out the next day, the lady wasn't all that friendly either. I just don't understand why people who work in these front facing jobs do so if they can't be friendly

    Not friendly i work for hotels and i have never felt so unwelcome the front desk people really need a lesson on how to be feiendly. Rude unkind is not the way to be if your unhappy leave your job. Tip to the manager and owner train your staff right on being friendly and i will be reaching out to expedia too after my stay and see if i can get a refund. Other issue no safe what hotel does not have a safe in the room. That is so unreal maybe say it in the web site i work for a hotel that is 50 years old and we have a safe in every room. Then the front desk girl uncareing says well we have mini safes in the back. Unexplainable a hotel with a big name brand and u cant do safes in room.

    Pool was pretty gross. Other hotel guests would just stick their feet into the pool without rinsing off. There was no spa or shampoo at the pool to clean off. It was hard to enjoy the pool with my kids after seeing dirty bandages in the water. Also, the hotel was generally unclean. Convenient for an airport stay. Shuttle came on time and was a great service. Would not be inclined to stay again though.

    The parking lot isn’t even really one, just an overgrown asphalt patch. The hotel is attached to an abandoned hotel, which is really creepy to walk by at night. Admittedly it was close to the Allstate Arena and within walking distance, but we ended up having bed bugs—not the end to our night we had hoped for! Was told that management would reach out and waited 4 days without a response only to call and be told that they would not honor my refund due to my “thinking you know what bedbugs look like” and their inspection not finding any. Meanwhile I work in healthcare and am well aware of what they look like. I asked for a refund and the manager Jean was very rude.

    Since we are so close to the airport you can hear the airplanes coming in and out. Next time I will most likely stay further away from the airport.     1) Asked for water for filling up my babies bottles and the front desk lady told me that I could buy some and that there was no free water in the hotel for guests. 2) The breakfast was not served on time, I have a video of 6.06 am and not even the lights were on, and being a hotel so close to the airport punctuality is key. 3) THE WORST OF ALL WAS THE SHUTTLE BUS DRIVER, who left me AND MY 2 BABIES (1 and 2 years), because I we had “too much baggage” being a family of 4 we only where taking 2 bags 2 carry on and 1 car seat… the driver told me phrases like “you got to figure out what to do” when I asked him how could he left me and my babies, or “I can take only 1 person of the 4 and the rest have to find another way to get to the airport” and that he would only take 2 baggage’s PER FAMILY which is absurd since you have to reserve your spot on the bus the day before and they ask you how many baggage pieces are you taking with you. The bus driver experience was rude and HORRIBLE

    Loved this property. We stay in Chicago 2-3x a year for events at the convention center and this location was clean, modern and close. Will 100% stay here moving forward

    Grandson enjoyed the pool (5 yrs old). I enjoyed the breakfast (coffee very good). Lots of room to eat. Parking is at a premium and parking next to a dilapidated is ugly. Your hotel is in a premium location with Outback and First Watch restaurants directly across the street, nice. A Target within walking distance and numerous other restaurants in the area. Even though we can watch the planes take off from O'Hare Int AP, it was very quiet. Enjoyed our stay.

    Parking for Guest was limited, do to a event at the allstate arena next-door. We had three rooms in our party and none of them had exhust fans in bathrooms witch is going to a issue in the future with mold .pull out couch in all room should be replaced

    * Very nice hotel staff, especially the front desk staff. We had to change room after 2 days, and since check-in time was at 3pm, they were able to move us to the other room after we checked out from the other room. They also informed us that the other room that we booked was ready by 12pm. We really appreciated it and thankful! Also, the other room we booked, they made sure it was on the same floor. 🙏 We did not request it, but as if they know us. 🙏 * Free breakfast. * Clean rooms. There were free coffee and tea. Coffee maker and small fridge in the room. There were big shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathroom. * Microwave was located at the dining hall near the front desk. * There was an exercise room and swimming pool but we never used it. * Near the airport but airplanes flying over the hotel, the noise was bearable. I’m a light sleeper and I was able to sleep. * Airport shuttle starting at 5am. * We liked the multiple beds. 2 Queen beds and 1 full/queen sofa bed. * Near restaurants and Target. What we didn’t like: * The multiple beds room was located on the second floor and the view from our window was HVAC system. * We prefer brighter hallway lights. * Somebody spilled their cereal right outside the elevator and the wet floor signage was far from the spill. I had to move the signage where people can see it when they got out from the elevator. We left the dining hall at 10am and checked out at 11am, the spill was still there.

    The staff was fabulous we were there for 3 nights and every staff member we encountered were lovely and went out of there way to answer any question we had. Our room was spacious had a large sofa and king size bed - clean and homey feeling. Very nice bar - Ean was the bartender all three evenings and what a nice guy - very friendly to everyone. Great experience!

    The pool was very nice, kids enjoyed that. Rooms were clean, very nice bathrooms. Beds were soft and pillows comfy. Blackout curtains and we did not notice any airport or traffic noise. Nice bar with food as well and multiple areas to relax in if you don't want to be in your room. Breakfast offerings were your typical hotel fare with ample seating. We did not utilize the airport shuttle at all so we cannot speak to that.

    I had booked my room, prepaid, and received a Hyatt confirmation #, as my flight from O’Hare was cancelled due to weather. The person at the front desk claimed Expedia had overbooked, and they had canceled my reservation (I’m pretty certain none of this is not true). They then made me sit in the lobby until 1:45 am when they did me “the favor” of allowing me to stay in a room because of no-shows. It was the worst treatment I’ve ever had in my life. Terrible.

    There was a communication Glai Litsch between hotels.com and the hotel and when I arrived at the hotel, along with many many other people, there were no rooms available. It was not the manager‘s fault, but she did not have any options, but to deny us the opportunity to stay. I had Booked my room 2 1/2 hours prior when my flight was canceled. I even called the hotel to find out about their shuttles and everything seemed to be fine at the time. I then, waited for an hour for the shuttle from O’Hare airport , gave up and paid to take a , and then when finally got there there were no rooms. Very stressful, very disappointing.

    I made the mistake of going to the wrong Hyatt from the airport when OHare cancelled multiple flights, I did not realize until I waited two hours at the other Hyatt to check in... When I showed up very late, the girls at the front desk were amazing. So sweet and kind and also had to deal with the rush earlier. Was so thankful for them and their hospitality. The room was very nice for my quick 6 hour stay, clean. The shuttle came on time to get me to the airport in adequate timing.

    Felt sorry for all the people that got overbooked by expedia. Room very clean and quiet. Had to catch an early shuttle to airport. Surprised that there was not coffee available at 5:40 when the buffet started at 6:00? Appeared that there was not breakfast included as stated on Expedia? The desk said that the hotel was overbooked by 200 rooms, that is quite the outage. Lobby full of very disgruntled families.

    I arrived at the hotel only to be told they overbooked and “dumped” all those who booked through sites like Travelocity. Also, despite the ad saying they have 24 hour shuttle, they do not. So I now have a hotel charge on my credit card and two Uber charges to get to the hotel and then back to the airport. I spent the night trying to sleep sitting in the uncomfortable waiting area of the airport. Very disappointed! Please call me.

    They did tell us that if it got too muggy we could call to get a fan, we did that but they didn’t bring a fan while we were at the concert but they remade our beds and kicked up our stuff and moved it to the couch Called to get a fan after the concert and nobody answered and no fan was brought

    Disgusting property. Urine on the toilet bowl, body hair in the shower and a screeching air conditioning unit that was not working and extremely noisy. Jean the manager did not want to reimburse me for anything, got loud with me on the phone and made excuses about everything.

    It was an amazing stay. We stayed one night so my wife and daughter could to Decendants Zombies concert and my son enjoyed the pool. Next morning we got up and had an amazing breakfast before heading off to Lake Geneva for the weekend. Me and my wife would love to do a two night stay for a romantic weekend in Rosemont! Definitely a 5 star 🌟 hotel!
